So i didn't know if i should do this chapter but i kinda thought it'd be intresting. please review and tell me what you think. Sorry it took so long to post I'm crazy busy.

Jake, Chase, Bree and Adam lay exhausted in their beds. It had been a long tiring day. Jack had learned fast, much faster than any of them had. The clock was ticking lightly and Chase began to doze off. Bree and Douglas soon went to bed as well. Marcus on the other hand sat in the lab in front of the computer. He'd thought of something Jake had said. He'd read up on Marcus. That means Douglas had information on him. He desperately wanted to read it but was worried what it would say. Hours ticked by and Marcus fidgeted in his seat. At two a.m. Marcus hacked into the computer. He pulled up a folder labeled Marcus. Opening it he found three documents. He pulled up the first one.

Attempt 17

Bionics: I have given him all the bionics of Adam, Bree and Chace. They have stayed stable as I built around them.

Skin: The muscles and skin have gone on easily and just as planned. They have bonded properly with the outer metal. Eyes are having difficulty merging with the Heat ray system though. It might have to be disabled.

Hard Drive: The Hard Drive is holding the information without burning up. It is settled with all the body and appears to connect with all bionics.

Consciousness: The android has awoken without fail. The bionics are glitching but are staying for the most part stable.

Marcus frowned and closed the document. He opened the second and found it was much longer.

Jan 4 1999

I've begun mapping out the design for my new android. I believe It will work this time. I've taken into account the number of bionics, haw much power is needed, and making it look like its ageing. With each try I get closer to the perfect android.

Jan 10 1999

I've finished planning out the bionic interior of the android. Now I need to begin making the parts. I will start off with the hard drive. It is the most important part. It will connect with all the other parts, just like a human brain.

Jan 12 1999

There has been difficulty making the hard drive. It won't accept the outer layer of bionic infostructure. The inner layer and wores fit together fine but when I try to connect it with the part that will allow controle over the bionics it shot sercets and shoots off sparks. I'm trying a new process this afternoon. Hopefully it will work.

The process seems to be working. The hard drive is stable and successfully merged with it's outer layer.

Jan 20 1999

The hard drive has been placed in the third layer of metal. It will protect it fron damage. Most injerys will not affect it but a fatal wound could still destroy it.

I've begun work on the internal structure.

Feb 2 1999

The bionic chip located in the machine's chest has exploded, ruining most of the internal structure. I will have to remake everything. The design must change to fit with the chip. I'll start redrawing blueprints.

Feb 12 1999

The blueprints have been completed. I decided to remove the chip completely. I think I can make the bionics come straight from the hard drive. I will need to change it slightly but not by much, just a few tweaks. If it doesn't work I will have to start from scratch on a new android.

Feb 20 1999

The changing hard drive worked. It is once again stable and ready to place into the completed android. Work on the new internal structure will begin in a week. Until then I will watch the hard drive for any change in stability.

Feb 28 1999

The hard drive stayed stable. I've started work again.

Mar 15 1999

Believe the internal structure it complete. I'll run a test soon.

Mar 16 1999

I was wrong. The android malfunctioned and nearly exploded. I saved most of it but some parts are unusable.

April 1 1999

All the destroyed parts have been fixed and put into place. I will tamper some with the work but it is in excellent order.

April 5

It worked. The android turned on. Not all the way but all the systems started working. I'll need to turn the hard drive on completely to give it conchensnes.

April 19 1999

The hard drive is installed properly and now all I have to do it give in skin and muscle. Once it looks human I will be able to turn it on.

April 23 1999

Making it look human was more difficult than I thought. After many long grueling nights I have finished making it look human. IT is ready to turn on.

April 24 1999

The android didn't turn on. I have no idea why. I'll run some tests but if it's like any of the others it'll stay off. I'm disappointed. I thought for sure this one would work. IT got farther than the other 16.

March 2 1999

I believe I've fixed the problem. The electricity wasn't running properly. It wouldn't be able to power itself through human food. I truly hope it'll work this time.

March 4 1999

It worked! The Android turned on. It was confused and didn't have access to its bionics yet but it will learn. I've decided on the name Marcus. I told him I was his father. He knows what he is but thinks I care. This plan will work just as long as Marcus doesn't burn out early. He's currently about the age of three. He'll age slower until puberty. Then he'll look his real age.

Marcus shook his head and lay his forehead on the screen. He didn't even want to open the third document but knew he had to. This was who he was, how he was made and what was planned for him. The third document was short. Here were three blueprint, each slightly different. He recognized the last one as his structure before Chase fixed him. IT made his heart sting. He knew his father didn't care about him but this was just a punch in the gut. He was never more than a tool and it hurt. Too many emotions flooded in him, hate, sadness, relief, grief, fear and some he didn't even have names for.
