''Regina?'' Emma said.

''Yes? Do you remember?'' Regina asked hopeful.

''I- I do.'' Emma said, still recovering from the overflow of memories.

''Are you alright?'' Regina asked when she saw Emma's pained look.

''Yes, I just have to process everything.'' Emma replied.

''Wait what does this mean?'' Emma asked confused.

''You have your memories back.'' Regina stated the obvious.

''No I mean the- the kiss. Was that?'' Emma didn't finish but Regina knew what she meant.

''I don't know. I think so I mean do you?'' Regina asked, trying not to get her hopes up.

''Yeah I guess.''

''Me too,'' Regina said. ''I think.'' She added, not sure herself.

''Only one way to find out.'' Emma mumbled and she pulled Regina in for a kiss.

''Took you two long enough.'' Rose said. Emma and Regina pulled away in shock.

''Rose?'' Regina asked. She wasn't sure if they had their memories back yet.

''Mom.'' The girl smiled and ran to Regina to pull her in a hug. Henry ran after her and wrapped his arms around the burnette's waist. Regina tried not to cry but couldn't help a tear rolling down. She did it. She got her family back.

''I missed you.'' Regina said. Looking over to Emma.

''We missed you too, only we didn't know I guess.'' Henry said, confusing himself. Rose was the first one to pull away and walked over to Emma to give her a hug.

''You may not be my real mom but you were my mom this last year. Thank you for doing that, pretending you were my mom so I didn't have to be alone.'' Rose whispered in her ear.

''Always, you're an amazing kid.'' Emma said and she pulled away.

''How did you find us?'' Emma asked Regina.

''I had no idea where to start so I thought I might just start at the place Henry found you the first time.'' Regina said, she saw Henry smiling proudly.

''And here we are.'' Emma said.

''And here you are.'' Regina said.

''So what happened after we left?'' Rose asked.

''I'm not sure. I went to bed that night and when I woke up a year had passed. No one can remember who they are anymore.'' Regina explained.

''Wait how do you know it's been a year?'' Emma asked curious.

''Your mother, she's pregnant.'' Emma's mouth fell open in shock.

''Emma?'' Regina asked worriedly.

''Yeah sorry.'' Emma said, ''So you have no memory of the past year?''

''None at all. That's why I came here. No one can remember you guys or who they truly are except me and Gold.''

''Okay, so now what?'' Emma asked. Regina looked down at her hands.

''Now it's up to you if you want to come back to Storybrooke or not.'' Regina told the three of them. When no one replied she continued.

''I could understand if you'd want to stay here, I mean you've got a pretty good life here.'' She told her kids.

''Do you want us to stay here?'' Rose asked uncertain.

''Of course not. Otherwise I wouldn't have come here, I'm just saying-''

''Then no, I don't want to stay.'' Rose said before Regina could even finish.

''I'm coming too.'' Henry said, wrapping his arms around his mom.

''Emma?'' Regina asked but Emma stood up and ran out the door.

''Stay here.'' Regina told her kids and hurried after Emma. She noticed she was going towards the roof and when Regina opened the door she saw Emma pacing around.

''Emma?'' Regina said, approaching carefully.

''I got what I always dreamed of as a little girl, parents, a family but everytime something good happens it's like it all comes crashing down again. The life I had here was good Regina, really good but it turns out all of that was a lie. Rose isn't even my daughter, not that I would mind I mean I don't want to take her away from you I mean-'' Emma rambled and Regina was worried she might have a panicattack.

''Emma. Emma calm down.'' She touched the blondes arms and guided her to a bench.

''How can I be calm when I lost my parents, again. How can I be calm when this past year of my life Regina, a whole year, has been a lie.''

''It wasn't a lie, you are just as much a mother to Rose as me, maybe even more. Emma I have taken care of her for only a few days, you took care of her for a year. Henry isn't a lie, your house isn't a lie, your clients aren't a lie.'' Regina started before adding softly, ''I'm not a lie.''

Regina put her arm around Emma and pulled her close. After a while Emma pushed away and looked at Regina with a serious face.

''Regina?''

''Yes?''

''Don't freak out but I have to talk to you about Rose.''

''What's wrong?'' Regina asked worried

''She's been ehm, she's been in therapy.'' Emma wasn't sure how to bring it.

''What? Why?'' Regina panicked

''She's been having these nightmares about a little girl and at first I thought it was her imagination but now I think it's about herself when she was little.''

''Do you know what they are about?'' Regina asked, scared for the answer.

''That's not my place to tell but they're bad Regina, really bad.'' Emma told her. ''I'm sorry.''

''Thank you for telling me.'' Regina said. She felt terrible that she wasn't there for her this past year.

''Are you ready to go down again?'' Regina asked with her hand open and Emma nodded. Emma accepted and placed her hand in Regina's before walking down with her.
