Doctor POV
We landed in Stormcage with a loud bang, and I didn't waste a second to walk out of the Tardis and into Stormcage. I very nearly, ran into a very happy, River. When she caught sight of my facial expression however, her face changed to worry.
"What's wrong?" She asked, concerned.
"Rose is gone. Don't know where she went. Just that to people stole her using a vortex manipulator," I explained, she started to look annoyed but then after a second she looked concerned.
"Gone? I think I might now why." River stated, concerning covering her features.
"You do? Why?" I asked, gripping River's shoulders tightly. River sighed, and then proceeded.
"A man and a lady, not sure their names got admitted not long ago by Rose. Just a few hours ago they stole my Vorotex Manipulator and escaped." River explained grimly.
"That's fantastic!" I screamed, in a way that I used to in my previous regeneration.
"It is?" River asked, sounding extremely surprised, as I grabbed her wrist, pulling her into the Tardis, slamming the Tardis doors and running back upto the console. Amy and Rory were still standing in the room, looking mildly confused.
"Yes. It is. It's your Vortex Manipulator, which used to be Jack's vortex manipulator, and I always keep close tabs on that device so that means the Tardis can easily track them down!" I explained excitedly pulling up the things on the screen to track down the Vortex Manipulator. The Tardis easily found the vortex manipulator in question, and then we were flying in the Time Vortex. We landed with a giant bump and I ran out of the Tardis. I don't know what I expected but I certainly didn't expect to see an empty hotel hallway and no Rose anywhere. I looked behind me where River, Rory, and Amy were coming out of the Tardis.
"What next?" Amy asked, putting a hand on her hip.
"Um. I say we split up," I decided looking around.
"That always ends well," Amy replied sarcastically.
"I'm not leaving Amy," Rory voiced, and I shrugged.
"Wouldn't expect you to. Your Rory Pond," I told him.
"Williams," he corrected.
"Pond," I replied. He sighed and nodded.
"Pond," he agreed. I turned to River to ask if she wanted to come with me, only to find that she was already gone. I looked back to the Ponds to see that they were gone as well. I sighed and turned to face the hall in front of me. I was one step closer to Rose.
Rose POV
I woke up dazed and slightly confused. I looked around to found out I was passed out in a hallway. No one was around. I got up to my feet and swayed over the thin red carpet that filled the hallway. The wallpaper was blue cauliflower patterned and my head hurt like hell. Putting one hand to my head and the other hand to hold myself up on the wall.
It took a few minutes to regain myself but once I did I was excited to explore this new place. Maybe the Doctor was here! With that thought in my head I ran off checking rooms out willy nilly.
There was honestly some weird stuff in these rooms. Some clown pictures, a nerd dedicated room, a PewDiePie dedicated room. They literally have everything here except for any signs of life forms besides the plastic plants. I sighed walking down the hall until I saw a room numbered 56. I sighed and silently hoped there was some semi normal stuff in it so that I could sleep.
"Hello?" I asked as I opened the door, the room looked normal and I smiled in relief. I opened the door all the way to see the Doctor standing there. It was his present regeneration too, so I knew he was real.
"Doctor?" I said, with an astonished smile. He turned to me and to my surprise sighed in exasperation.
"Rose?" He asked, anger seeping into his voice. Ignoring his weird behavior I ran up to him pulling him into a hug.
"Doctor. I have been looking everywhere for you," I grinned.
"I bet you have. Useless, Primitive human," the Doctor said with a frown.
"What?" I asked, looking confused.
"You heard me, gosh Rose. I'm so tired of the lies," the Doctor said, I opened my mouth as if to say what, but he interrupted me. "No. You are such a stupid ape. I'm tired of you. You always come back. Always. No exception. I finally thought I had gotten rid of you but no. You and your mysterious annoying self keeps coming back. I'm so tired of you. I've been trying to get rid of you ever since I meet you, but no. You just won't leave."
"I. What? What?" I asked, not comprehending.
"Oh don't do that think I used to do. You're despicable," the Doctor replied, throwing her off of him and onto the rug in the middle of the floor. Tears started to come into her eyes but she blinked them away. "No, no, please cry. I would love to see you cry." I bite my lip scrounging my mind for anything to say, but instead I just stood back up and walked over to him and said three words I had vowed not to say to him ever since Bad Wolf Bay.
"But. But. I-I love you," I managed out. Tears starting to roll down my face.
"Oh, don't do that. That is terribly desperate. Never do that. What will it even do for you, huh? Answer me that," the Doctor replied, his face painted with distaste.
"I thought. I just thought that maybe, you loved me too," I whispered.
"Love you? You?!" He said in disbelief. "You are just some stupid little human that won't leave me alone. So why don't you leave," he said, pocking her. "Me." Poked again. "Alone." This time she was shoved, hitting the ground with a thud.
"I-I-" Rose stuttered, jumping up and running away as fast as she could manage. She ran through the halls, with tears on her face. She couldn't really see anything as she ran but her face was covered with tears and her eyes were blurred. Suddenly, she ran into a something in her way. She didn't however know who it was or what it was.
"I'm sorry, please move," she managed out, and for a moment the object moved but then it grabbed her shoulders, holding her where she was and she didn't want to be seen in her current state.
I had my arms crossed in front of me, cheeks streaked with tears, my hair is a mess, and bruises covered me. So I pulled, that jacket that wasn't really on me tighter on me so that whoever it was couldn't see the bruises.
"Rose?" The person asked, and I whipped the tears from my eyes. It was the Doctor.
"Leave me alone," I managed out, with a sob in my voice.
"Rose, what's wrong?" The Doctor asked, his voicing sounding seriously worried, but I would not believe that voice ever again.
"Just leave me alone. You made everything perfectly clear not long ago," I sobbed, trying to pull away from him. He lost grip on me for a second but then suddenly, he was gripping my wrists, my balled fists looking like the only thing that was actually struggling. "Let. Me. Go." I commanded, trying to get away from him.
"No, I'm not letting you leave again Rose," the Doctor told me, I struggled to get out of his grip but I failed miserably.
"Why would you say all that to me?" I sobbed suddenly, stopping my attempts and looking at him with red eyes. He smiled sadly at me, and pulled me into his arms carefully, holding me like a bride.
"It's ok Rose. Tell me. What did I say to you?" He asked me, as if he was seriously sad.
"Yo-You told me that. I was a stupid little ape, an-and that you never liked me. O-or wanted me and that you've b-been trying to g-get rid of me, ever since you me-meet me. An-and-" I stopped there, not wanting to finish my statement. It was too much. I couldn't bear to say what he had said. He's words echoed through my head. 'You? Love you?'
"What else did I say, Rose?" He asked me, and I realized that we were in the Tardis, and that Rory and Amy were around me, looking at me. Both of their faces written with worry.
"What's wrong?" and "Is she oks?" Flew through Rose's mind and clogged up all thoughts except for those that only the Doctor could unlock.
"Rose. What did he say?" The Doctor asked again, and we were alone in my room in the Tardis.
"I said, I said. I said 'I Love You' and you said 'You? Love you? You are just some stupid little human that won't leave me alone. So why don't you leave. Me. Alone," I managed, with a sob, and tears running down my face when I realized I was safely tucked away in my bed and the Doctor was looking down at me with sorrow, worry, and…. And…. Another feeling? One I couldn't really place, from the Doctor's face. It sort of looked like the way that Rory always looks when he talks about Amy. I looked at the Doctor eyes wide.
"Rose. You know Rose. You've always known Rose. I-" He started and with that, I fell asleep from pure exhaustion.
