The masked woman sat on the couch while Naruto and Hinata went to treat her. Though, the masked woman objected to Naruto treated her wounds because he was a male and she had a few wounds on her chest. Not something that she would want a man to look at. When Naruto thought about it, he figured that it made sense to him. Who would want a man to look at their body if they weren't dating or anything of the sort? It just made sense to him.

While the women were in the other room, Naruto sat with Hiashi. "What do you think Hiashi? It seems weird for her to just show up like she did…" He leaned back a little on his chair before adding "I won't lie though, she has helped Hinata and I a lot in the past but, I just have this weird feeling about her for some reason."

Hiashi stared at his future son-in-law but wasn't sure what to expect from this woman. She wore a mask for some reason, though he had a feeling that there was something that she wanted to hide from them. What it was, he had no idea, though he had a feeling that it was something huge. "You'll have to ask her when Hinata is done tending to her wounds." Naruto nodded to that, he closed his eyes, and his ears twitching as he seemed to listen to what was being said. That had the older man curious as to what it was that the boy was hearing… That was something that he had to admit, he envied a demon's enhanced senses.

"Naruto, can you answer me something." Asked Hiashi, causing Naruto to open his eyes and staring at his future father-in-law. "Do you… sense something off about that girl?" It had been bothering him since she had crashed through the window. She had this strange air about her, there was something odd about her, yet he couldn't put his finger on it. He's never encountered anything like this before, and it started to bother him a little.

The fox demon crossed his arms over his chest as he gave Hiashi a serious look. "To be honest sir, I have sensed something strange about her. She is a fox demon like me, but she has blue tails, that is… rather rare and unheard of. I don't know what else she is, for all I know she could be a mix of two kinds of demons yet, I can only sense a fox spirit around her and demon blood." That didn't help him much, even Naruto couldn't explain the weird air about her. How could it be that even a demon couldn't sense what it is that made that girl different compared to other demons. And what's worse, she was something very rare, so there was no way of knowing what kind of demon abilities that she could have.

Letting out a soft sigh, Naruto added "though, I have also noticed something else about her." That peaked Hiashi's interest. The young fox demon narrowed his eyes as he said "she has my sword." That, confused the hunter, how could that be weird or be a key to this whole thing? It just didn't make sense unless, he had something more to add. "I noticed her sword during a fight… I can't even remember who against but, her sword was just like mine. But, I know that she can't have my sword because…" He reached into his pocket and pulled out a small chain with a sword charm dangling from it and it glowed a bright light before it transformed into a sword in the fox's hand. "I still have my sword, and this, is a one of a kind sword that is very picky with its master. Not just anyone can use it, so I have no idea why she even has a copy of it, but… I know that it can't be a mere copy of a one of a kind sword."

"What do you mean it's a one of a kind sword Naruto?" asked Hiashi.

"The sword was created by the first king of the Crimson Fox Clan, the fur on the sword changes colour depending on the chosen wielder of the sword." Chuckling softly, he added "the sword in a way has its own soul, it can only be wielded by someone with a pure heart, soul, and a high amount of power." He looked sad for a moment, as if he found something odd about the sword's choice in him for a moment before shaking his head. "When I was chosen for the sword, I was rather surprised because I was a total ass. Yet, I think it was because I wanted to protect my clan, and my parents."

Looking out the window, Naruto had a sort of melancholy look about him as he remembered the day he was chosen for the sword. He was at the time, in human terms, a teen when he was chosen, the sword had only just flown into his hand from the chest that it was kept in. The chest had been sealed and locked away so no one would try to abuse its power. When it had seemed to have 'sensed' the maturity within Naruto, it just exploded from the chest and weight straight to his hand. After that, the sword had never left his side, he had always made his way through his fights with the sword, though only used it when he felt like he needed to use it.

Letting out a soft sigh, he added "the sword still takes up a lot of energy so I don't use it often but I still have a large amount of power, more so than anyone thinks is possible." He turned to Hiashi and saw that the man had looked very interested in his story, and to be honest, he was rather surprised that he had looked interested at all. After all, the man had hated demons after his lover had so called 'betrayed' him when she hadn't confessed to being a demon.

The masked woman walked out with Hinata in tow. It was rather odd to see the two woman walking out together since the masked woman was never with them long enough to really talk with them. The masked woman looked between everyone, it was silent as she just seemed to, well stare at them. "Thank you for your help, though I should go. I have a mission to complete and I can't stay in one place for too long." She bowed to them before she started to make her way to the door.

Naruto though, he wanted some answers. He was following her after he rose from his seat. There was no way that he was going to let her get away before getting some of his questions answered. Yet, before she even left the doorway, the ground started to shake. Causing everyone to yelp and grab onto something quickly before they would hit the ground. Naruto was about to ask Hinata and Hiashi if they were okay, but soon, he heard three sets of screams, all of them were of pain.

Quickly, Naruto turned to stare at the Hyuuga's and saw the strangest thing that he had ever seen before in his entire life.

Hiashi and Hinata, both hunched over in pain, their bodies fading in and out before becoming solid once again. He quickly turned back to the masked woman, seeing the same thing with her. No, there was no way that this was possible. He could faintly hear her mumble something about a 'gate' being used and had to hurry to it. Narrowing his eyes, Naruto grabbed a hold of her saying "you know what is going on, help me save them and you." The masked woman just seemed to stare at him for a moment before letting out a soft sigh. She pulled her arm away from Naruto before saying "you have to do as I say…"

Naruto had no idea why the masked woman brought him to a shrine. Normally, he would avoid these at all costs because they were holy places, and demons were not welcome here. Even now, he felt a little weak just being close to it. Going inside, it would drain him to the point that he would be close to passing out. At least, it wouldn't kill him but it still didn't please him. Turning over to her, he saw that she didn't seem tired, though then again, he couldn't see her face. "Why are we here?" asked Naruto with a frown on his face.

The masked woman turned to him for a moment, her stance was calm yet collected. He wasn't sure if he would ever get an answer to his question and sighed softly. In fact, Naruto was about to walk ahead, until a blue tail stopped him. "The shrine… it holds the gate of time. The seals, are what keep the gate from being used by anyone else but a certain clan of demons." She said softly, her head slowly turning to Naruto, as if she was hoping that he would get what it was, that she was trying to say. But nothing came to his mind… "They left this shrine here, to keep demons from coming in, because demons fear temples and shrines because of how pure they are and, of course of priestesses, priests, and monks are their worst enemy."

"So, to keep the gate safe, they left it where a demon would fear to go? But what about the humans?" asked Naruto with a frown on his face.

"Humans wouldn't have been able to go in. They lack the demonic blood and the power to use it." She said softly, before closing his eyes and let out a soft breath before saying "the gate can, like I said, only be used by a clan, the clan are the only ones that know the proper seals and how to use them." That had Naruto a little curious, he knew that there was a clan of demons that knew seals but, who was it again? So many demons knew seals but only one was a master of them.

"Can't anyone use it though?" asked Naruto with a frown.

"Maybe if they learn the seals, yes… But, it takes a lot of power, skill, and determination. Not just anyone can do that." She answered him before walking forward. "It had been a while since…" She had begun to say but cut herself off. Shaking her head, the young woman calmly said "let's get going shall we? It will be a bit of a trip…" She then lead Naruto into the shrine… though Naruto still didn't like the idea of coming in here, it made him nervous and tired. Weaker than he ever wanted to be, and it made it worse for him since he couldn't feed yet because of his punishment.

Looking around, Naruto noticed that the shrine was covered in dust, dirt, and webbing. It was hard to tell what it was that the shrine once prayed to. The further the two walked in, the more curious the young man became. He had no idea what this gate looked like, but he had wondered how this girl knew about it, when no one else would have ever dreamed of this place being used. "Tell me, how do you think those shadow demons would have been able to use this gate if you said only those with great power, skill and determination could use it?"

"Maybe the one controlling them knows the seals. Because I am the only one of my clan that knows these seals." Was her answer.

That just made him even more curious. What was her clan? She had to belong to some fox clan because of her tail… yet, he couldn't figure out the colour of her clan or what kind of power that it could be that she would have. The more he stared at her, the longer he sensed the kind of energy, the more he wondered why it all just seemed like he should know who she was, yet he just couldn't get a single idea as to who she was.

"We're here." Spoked the masked woman.

Naruto stopped, and looked around. He saw no gate so… what did that mean? He was about to say something, until he saw the masked woman reach down and pull up a mat, revealing a door. "Is it down there?" he asked with a frown.

"Yes… but before I show you anything more. Promise me, that you won't bring anyone here." She said before turning to him. Naruto didn't know why but he could easily picture Hinata's stare at him when she wanted him to promise him something. It was weird, since he couldn't even see her eyes, yet he could feel it. "Promise me." She repeated to him until the young man nodded his head. Though even then, she kept staring at him, her head never turning for what felt like an eternity. "Alright… Your eyes really do show honesty."

Naruto was even more confused about her. It seemed that she was doing research on him. She acted like she knew everything about him, yet at the same time, knew almost nothing. Breathing deeply, the young man followed the woman down the stairs and toward the gate. He didn't know anything more about the gate, but he also didn't know how to ask this woman any questions about this.

"The gate is as old as time itself. It was created when the clan first began, it was used to help prevent a calamity from happening, before it happened. Say, if a war was about to begin due to someone killing someone from the opposing tribe, they would use this gate to prevent it." That seems like it was a good thing to have, but at the same time, it could cause trouble. After all, what if the wrong person learned to use it, they could do anything they wanted. Even to start the war or worse, rule the world as a dictator. "It has been long since forgotten, and locked away in nothing but old tomes. I found it while training one day and knew, that I had to do something…"

Naruto frowned a little bit, wondering what it was that she had to do. Did she have to protect it from others that were going around her, or was it something else? He had no idea, but knew that he would have to ask her later on, right now he had to do get this down and dealt with before Hinata and Hiashi faded… forever.

Soon, Naruto and the masked woman had started to make their way down the stairs to the bottom of the shrine. To be honest, he had no idea that a shrine could look like this in the first place. It just seemed, rather odd to be honest, to be going this deep under the shrine. Tilting his head to the side, the young man looked around, it just seemed like dirt walls that were around the pair as they made their way down the stairs. "How far do we have to go?" he asked with a frown.

"Not much longer…" came his answer from the mystery woman.

Letting out a soft yawn, Naruto could feel the sacred energy disappearing from his body, regaining his strength as he made his way to the bottom of the stairs. To be honest, it felt like it had been forever to just reach the bottom of the stairs. Before he could ask anything else, he saw the masked woman starting to walk on forward. He watched as the masked woman made her way to two giant stone pillars. The pillars had to be eleven feet tall, how they fit down here, he had no idea.

The stones were covered in moss and vines, a sure sign that they have indeed been here for a very long time. How long, he wouldn't have been able to guess, not in the least. "What are you going to do?" he asked with a frown, still not getting any sign of an answer from the woman. In fact, she just made her way over to the right stone pillar, her left index finger grazing the stone as she started to draw strange symbols into the stone. As she drew, the lines had started to glow as she infused her power into the seals that kept the gates of time from working.

Soon, the right stone had started to glow a soft blue with a tint of lavender. She then made her way over to the left pillar, making another seal on the stone as it too, like its twin had started to glow the same blue, lavender colour. "Remember, you are to do as I say, we cannot change all that much in the past. There is no way of knowing what it is that will happen once we get there." Said the masked woman before she made a gesture with her head for Naruto to get into the gate.

He didn't think he would want to go in there, but what he knew, was that he had to do this. This was after all, to save Hiashi and Hinata. What bothered him was that this woman didn't seem scared of going to the past. Did she have some kind of experience with time travel? IF that was the case, what did she do with the gates? What also bothered him, was why did she feel pain like Hiashi and Hinata? So many questions, yet no answers.

With that, Naruto walked through the gates, walking for his new adventure in the past. What he was going to see, he had no clue, but knew that he couldn't reveal anything that he sees to anyone in the past of what he knew of the future, after all, who wants to cause any more problems? 'Okay, maybe I do want to tell a certain someone not to be an ass to his future daughter but… I can't do it… Damn it all…' thought Naruto as he soon found himself in the past.
