"You've been doing so well since the last tournament, Mayor," Isabelle applauds, "I got you this present to commemorate your ever-growing success!"
Isabelle holds up the pleasantly wrapped white box in her hands. Villager couldn't guess what was in it at the moment, but she knew that, like other gifts she has received from her secretary, she would appreciate it wholeheartedly.
Before Villager decides to take the gift, she instead first shows her gratitude in the form of a gentle hug. She wraps her arms around the soft secretary and Isabelle's heartbeat increases drastically while Villager presses closely into her. A gentle gesture but the hug felt rather intense on Isabelle's side.
Villager releases her hold on her companion and radiantly smiles. Suddenly, before the mayor could even respect Isabelle's personal space and back off, Isabelle leans forward and their lips press together. It was an innocent kiss at heart, with lips barely managing to make contact. The kiss perfectly displayed Isabelle's shy and ingenuous disposition and Villager subconsciously liked that.
The girls' lips weren't pressed for too long, either. Isabelle swiftly breaks contact and backs up, averting her eyes and staring at nothing in particular.
"S-sorry, I must go!" She excuses with embarrassment, "I'll see you soon, mayor!"
The secretary respectfully bows before skipping off, blushing vividly through her fur.
Villager watches her, with a faint blush of her own and thinks;
Cute.
...But she forgot to hand me the present.
