It is time people! Time for Raizen to face off against Superman. Just a little heads up, the battle against Wonder Woman and Doomsday made be short, but I really want to do the Superman fight! And some of you asked about the poll I did a while back that involves me pairing and OC Saiyan up with a DC female character. Just to put all of your minds at rest, it was just a survey to see what character would be paired up with an OC Saiyan and Zatanna won. Even though Zatanna won, it will not be applied to this story and will be a Raizen/Donna paring.

Oh, and I will like to make a shout out for moshe30350redstar for giving me the theme song for the battle between Raizen and Superman. Thanks man.

Anyways, let us start!

Chapter 22

After flying for several minutes, Raizen saw the Fortress of Solitude within miles. As he was closing in, Raizen landed near the entrance. Instead of knocking, Raizen pulled back his right fist and shatters the door. After he destroys the door, Raizen prepared himself as he makes his way through the Fortress. Looking around, when Raizen entered a room, he saw Wonder Woman in her Amazon Armor ready to head out.

Just as she was about to leave, Raizen walks up to her and said "Leaving so soon?"

Wonder Woman turns around and saw Raizen. She snared at him and said "What are you doing here?"

Raizen replied "I am here to stop Superman. I already took out all his generals, so all there's left is you and him."

Wonder Woman huffed and said "You are no match against me."

She then pulled out his sword and shield and rushed towards Raizen. As Wonder Woman swings her sword, Raizen manages to dodge them with ease. In a fast action, Raizen throws a powerful punch, which Wonder Woman blocks it with her shield. The force of Raizen's punch sends Wonder Woman skidding across the floor. Regaining her balance, Wonder Woman spins her sword and rushes to him again. As she swings her sword again, Raizen manages to knock it out of her hands this time. When Wonder Woman bashes her shield across Raizen's face, he just took a few steps back. Raizen then leaps into the air and swings a right kick. Even though Wonder Woman blocks Raizen's kick, the force knocks her out and her shield away.

As she was getting up, Raizen landed and said "Look at you, you have abandon you warrior code for a Superman, a man who became a tyrant. And worse, you killed your own sister just to demonstrate your superiority."

Wonder Woman huffed and said "So what? She wasn't my real sister or a real Amazon. She was sure surprised when I told her. Took away her pride and her life, talk about killing two birds with one stone."

Hearing her say that made Raizen furious. In his universe, Wonder Woman was ashamed to tell Donna the truth about her past, but eventually was forgiven. But this Wonder Woman not only destroyed Donna's pride but also killed her

Raizen gripped his fist and yelled "You heartless bitch! She looked up to you as her own sister! And for you to do that to her?!"

He then got into his fighting pose and said "Now I am not going regret beating you up!"

Just as Wonder Woman was about to move, Raizen charged towards her and starts throwing punches at her. Luckily, she manages to dodge and block the punches before they land a clean hit on her. However, Raizen manage to land a clean right hook across Wonder Woman's face and sends her across the room. Getting up from Raizen's attack, Wonder Woman got her lasso, spins it in the air and threw it at Raizen. Before the lasso wrapped itself around Raizen, he manages to catch it. Gripping on the lasso, Raizen pulls it and drags Wonder Woman towards him. When she was near, Raizen leaps into the air and delivers a powerful kick across her face. The force sends her crashing to the wall and knocking unconscious.

Letting go of the lasso, Raizen takes a deep breath. Right before he was about to take a step, a wall got shattered and a grey blur rushed towards him. Before Raizen could stop the blur, it tackled him through another wall and into another room. The blur then threw Raizen across the room. Looking up, Raizen saw that it was Doomsday.

As the Kryptonian creature roared at him, Raizen smiled and said "I have always wanted to face you. Now I have the chance."

Doomsday roared as he charged at Raizen and raised his fist at him. Just at the fist was near, Raizen dodges it, but was then kicked in the stomach by Doomsday's knee. As he aimed his spiked elbow at Raizen, the Saiyan saw this and grabs it before it made contact with him. With all his strength, Raizen threw Doomsday over his head and threw him across the room. When Doomsday got up, he charged at Raizen and swings his fists at him. But Raizen merely dodges them. Seeing an opening, Raizen punches Doomsday in the stomach that caused him to stumble back. Unbalance, when Doomsday tried to recover, Raizen delivered more powerful punches on his chest. However, Doomsday manages to recover by countering Raizen attack and delivers a powerful punch across Raizen's face.

When Raizen was sent across the room, Doomsday picked up a console and threw it at Raizen. In a fast reaction, Raizen evaded the console and flew towards Doomsday. But just as Raizen was near him, Doomsday threw his left fist over his right shoulder and back-fists Raizen across his face. Regaining his footing, Raizen raised his hands and fired countless blasts of energy at the creature. But Doomsday crossed his arms as he took the blasts head on. As Raizen stopped using his blasts, he flew towards Doomsday and punches him across his face. Sending Doomsday across the room once again, Raizen prepares himself for Doomsday again when saw what looks like a portal. When he was with Superman, he has told him about a portal that leads to a place called the Phantom Zone, an intergalactic prison for the dangerous space criminals. And since Raizen wants to get to Superman in time, he has to end this quick.

Knowing what to do, Raizen stood in front of the portal as he saw Doomsday getting up. In rage, Doomsday rushed towards Raizen as he leaps into the air and tries to tackle him. However, Raizen leans back and allows Doomsday to fly over him and towards the portal. And to add insult to Doomsday's injury, Raizen delivers a powerful kick between Doomsday's legs and towards his groin area. The force sends Doomsday flying through the portal.

Regaining his footing, Raizen looks at the portal and said "As much as I want to fight you more, I am focus on someone else."

Just then, a voice said "So, you're here."

Hearing that voice, Raizen looks back and saw Superman flying over him. When Superman landed in front of Raizen and said "Looks like you have caused some troubles."

Raizen huffed and said "I have beaten all your generals, laid Wonder Woman to the ground like the dirt she is and took out your mind-controlled monster."

"But you haven't faced me," Superman said, "And let me tell you something, kid, I am out of your league."

"Funny," Raizen said, "I was going to say the same thing to you."

As he got into his fighting pose, Raizen said "I still can't believe you misused your powers for power and corruption."

"I did what I had to do to bring peace to this world," Superman said as he got into his fighting pose, "And you are a threat to this world. Now you must be dealt with."

Raizen smiled and said "Saiyan versus Kryptonian, let's see how is the strongest."

And just like that, Raizen flew towards Superman and threw a right punch. But Superman blocks it and counters it by punching Raizen straight in the face. As Raizen was knocked unbalance, Superman took a deep breath and used his Super Breath to blast Raizen into another room. As Raizen tries to get up, Superman landed on top of him and starts punching him in the face countless times. Thankfully, Raizen has high endurance, but it still hurts as hell. Before Superman could land another punch, Raizen raised his hands and fired a blast of energy at Superman. The blast sends Superman flying across the room. Before he got up, Superman saw Raizen flying up and then started to descend on him. Without time to react, Superman was crushed when Raizen crashed onto him.

The force sends Superman and Raizen into another room. Once Raizen was on top of Superman, he starts pounding him across the face. As he grips his fists together, Raizen landed a powerful blow on Superman's face, which created a crater. When Raizen removed his fists, Superman saw Raizen and uses his Heat Beams on his face. Taking the beams head on, Raizen got off of Superman and covered his face. Thankfully, his face wasn't burned. However, in the process, Raizen's Scouter was destroyed.

Taking off his Scouter, Raizen gives Superman an angry look and said "That was my only Scouter, you asshole."

When Raizen threw the Scouter to the floor, he then flew towards Superman and kicks him across the face, sending his flying across the room again. Seeing Superman get up, Raizen gave off a confused look and said "I don't get it. He should be down like everyone I faced. Why is he the only one who is not being affected by my attacks?"

Once Superman got up, he took a deep breath and used his Frost Breath on Raizen. The Saiyan crossed his arms and took it head on. After Superman ceased his attack, he flew towards Raizen and grabs him. Before Raizen could break free from it, Superman flew out of the Fortress and away from it. With Raizen still in his arms, the Saiyan tries to break free. Somehow, they ended up in New Metropolis. Finally free, Raizen raised his fists, grips them together and swings them across Superman's head, sending him crashing to the ground. Landing in front of Superman, Raizen saw him getting up once again.

Getting ready once again, Raizen stood there as he prepared himself. Superman then flew towards Raizen and starts throwing punches. But Raizen manages to block his attacks. In a fast reaction, Raizen saw an opening and delivers a powerful knee kick into Superman's stomach. As Superman grips his stomach, Raizen raised his right hand until a ball of energy appeared. He then pulled his right arm back and thrust the ball of energy into Superman's face. The force of the energy sends Superman flying a few feet away until he got up. Having enough of this, Superman flew towards a gas truck, picks it up and throws it at Raizen. But before he could dodge it, Superman uses his Heat Beams at the truck and caused it to explode. As the truck exploded and fire covered the streets, Superman felt relief until Raizen flew out of the fire and punches Superman in the face.

The force of the punch made Superman take a few steps back before Raizen starts punching him in the face. But Superman stops one of Raizen punches and headbutts him. Taking a few steps back, when Raizen recovered, Superman tries to punch him once again until Raizen raises his hands at him and fires a blast of energy in the chest. The blast sends Superman crashing towards a wall.

When Superman got up once again, Raizen sighed and said "What will it take to knock you down?!"

Superman looks at him and said "So long as I am breathing, nothing will stop me!"

"We'll see about that!" Raizen yelled, "I suppose we end this once and for all!"

With a mighty shout, Raizen's body was covered in yellow energy. Before Superman could react, Raizen flew towards him and kicks him in the chin. The force sends Superman flying into the air while Raizen followed behind him. Once Raizen was near him, he starts throwing punches and kicks all over Superman's body. As Raizen grips his fists together, he whacks Superman across the head and sends him flying to the ground. Raizen then raises his right hand and a yellow ball of energy appears. When he saw Superman getting up one more time, Raizen threw the ball of energy at Superman. With no time to react, Superman stood there as he took on the ball of energy. The ball exploded and caused every window nearby to shatter, cars blew up and buildings near crumbled.

Once his attack was done, Raizen landed in front of Superman and saw him. Superman's clothes were partly torn, had cuts in some parts of his body and blood was coming down his mouth. Raizen smirked and said "Well, looks like that attack manage to scratch you."

"Fool," Superman said, "So long at the sun it out, nothing will stop…"

All of a sudden, his body started to get weak and fell to his knees. As Superman groan in pain, a voice behind him said "Good thing I have a piece of Kryptonite stashed away."

Hearing that voice, Superman looks over and saw Batman, Batgirl, Red Robin, Red Hood and Starfire near him. While Raizen was fighting Superman, Batman and the others went to the Batcave and manage to obtain a piece of Kryptonite that he had sealed away. Thankfully, there was no one there guarding the cave or the mansion.

As Superman tried to get up, he saw Raizen standing over him. Cracking his knuckles, Raizen said "Lights out."

He then delivers a powerful uppercut towards Superman's face that caused him to fall backwards and knocked him out. And with that, Superman was defeated. As Raizen straighten up, Red Robin said "Holy shit, you just beat Superman."

Batman looks at him and said "Only because I brought the Kryptonite."

Raizen looks at him and said "I kicked his ass before you guys showed up. And in case you weren't looking, I am perfectly fine."

"Wow," Batgirl said, "I'm surprised you lasted this long against Superman."

"And he wasn't holding back," Raizen said, "Each punch and attack was designed to kill me. I know this because I have faced situations like that before."

Red Hood then said "At least he is done."

"So," Starfire said, "What happens now?"

Batman replied "Now, Superman and his everyone who followed him will pay for their actions. We need to gather them up and put them on trial."

Raizen rolled his arms and said "I guess I can help you with that."

Two days later…

After Raizen and the others gathered Superman and his followers, they have turned them over to the government and started their trials. Superman wasn't put on trial, instead was placed in a cell that emitted energy from a red sun to prevent him from using his powers. These past few days were boring and Raizen wanted to return home, until Batman found a way to help him. In Wayne Manor, Raizen and the rest of the Bat Family, who were their civilian clothes, were in the dining room, in talking about their life.

"I still can't believe it," Red Hood said, "You took down all of Superman's generals, took on Doomsday and beaten Superman, and you haven't broken a sweat."

Raizen shrugged and said "That's how awesome I am."

Batgirl rested his hands over her head and said "Still can't believe it's over. Five years of fighting and you came into our universe and ended it in a day."

Red Robin then said "You are awesome!"

As Raizen gave him a two-finger salute, they heard Batman's voice said "Raizen."

When Raizen turns around and saw Batman, he also sees a woman with long black hair wearing a magician outfit. Raizen's eyes widen as he got off of his seat and said in an excited way "Zatanna! It is so good to see you again! I'm glad that…"

But Batman cut him off and said "Remember, this isn't the Zatanna you know back in your universe. She doesn't know who you are."

"Oh," Raizen said as he looks at Zatanna, "Sorry. So, how am I returning home?"

Zatanna replied "I can use one of my spells to send you back home. I was looking for it since Batman contacted me about you. Luckily, I found one."

She then raised her hands and said "It will take a few seconds, so just hold still."

As Raizen nodded, he looks at Batman and the others and said "Well, I suppose this is farewell. It was fun while it lasted."

Batman shook his head and said, "For what is worth, thank you for everything. I doubted you from the start."

Raizen waved it off and said "Just focus on fixing what Superman destroyed and we'll call it even."

After Zatanna finished chanting her spell, Raizen's hold body started to glow and disappeared into thin air.

Star Labs, present time…

"Can you hurry it up?" Donna asked Batman, "Who knows what Raizen is doing."

Batman, Superman and the rest of the Team were in Star Labs as Batman was working on the trans-dimensional device. For the past days, Batman was working hard on getting the device to work again to bring Raizen back.

Batman looks at her and said "It is difficult to work this if you keep on interrupting."

Superman looks at the Team and said "You should all head back to the cave. We will let you know if there is any progress."

As Donna sighed, Rocket placed her hand on her shoulder and said "Don't worry, girl. Raizen is a tough guy. He can handle himself."

Kid Flash then said "Yeah, it's not like he is going to appear out of nowhere and land in front of us."

All of a sudden, there was a light that emitted from the room and Raizen landed in front of them. As he was getting, Kid Flash then said "Okay, now a bunch of hot models will appear before us wearing bikinis."

A few seconds later, nothing happen. As Kid Flash hung his head over, Artemis patted his head and said "Better luck next time."

Once Raizen got on his feet and look around, he said in relief "Oh thank god, I am home."

"Raizen!" Donna shouted in joy as she wrapped her arms around his neck, "I thought you were gone!"

Grasping for air, Raizen said "I will be gone if you continue hugging me like that!"

Realizing it, Donna lets go and said in an embarrass way "Sorry!"

"Raizen," Batman said, "How did you get here?"

"It's a long story," Raizen said, "But first, is that the device that send me to the universe I went?"

Batman nodded and said "It is. And now that you are here, we can safely put it away and…"

However, Batman was interrupted when Raizen raised his left hand and fired a blast of energy at it, causing the device to explode.

Batman looks at him and said "Why did you do that?"

"Trust me," Raizen said, "It's best if that device is destroyed."

Batman crossed his arms and said "Why is that?"

Raizen replied "Let's talk more privately in the Watchtower. There are things you need to hear."

Hours later, Raizen was taken to the Watchtower where he talked to Batman and Superman about his time in the other universe. Once Raizen finished his story, both Batman and Superman were shocked to hear that Superman became a tyrant when Lois died along with their unborn child.

Raizen then said "And that is the end of it."

"I can't believe it," Superman said, "It's hard to believe that you took on former League members along with several criminals. But for you to go up against Doomsday and then me, I mean, other me? That's hard to believe."

"I know," Batman said, "Just be grateful that you survived."

Raizen raised an eyebrow and said "You sound displeased. Is there something I need to know?"

Batman replied "I am not going to lie to you, kid. But it seems your powers are too much to handle. If you could do that in the other universe, who knows what you can do here."

"Batman," Superman said, "Raizen did what he had to do to protect the other Earth, even if it wasn't his. That shows that he is willing to defend our world no matter what."

"Thank you, Superman," Raizen said, "I am a warrior and follow my code. No matter what, I will not betray my teammates and misuse my powers."

He then said "But know this, if you somehow manage to turn into a tyrant in this universe, I will not hesitate to stop you."

Batman then said in a provoked way "No you are not. That is League's reasonability."

Raizen slammed his fists into the table and said "It has been five years in that universe since Superman ruled that Earth! Good people have died by Superman's hands along with many others! You had multiple chances to end him, but you didn't! He was your friend, Batman! You trusted him and he betrayed you! Even my teammates tried to stop him, but they all perished! So long as I am here, I will not let that happen! So don't give me that crap, Batman! If you can't do it, then I will!"

He then looks at Superman and said "No offense."

Superman waved it off and said "No, I agree with you. If that ever happens, then you have my permission."

Batman looks at him and said "You can't be serious."

"Batman," Superman said, "If he is right and I do turn into this murderous tyrant, I want him to stop me."

"And that won't happen," Batman said as he looks at Raizen, "I suggest you head back to your teammates. But I am warning you, if you try to take matters into your own hands, I will stop you."

Raizen gave him an angry look before heading towards the door. As Superman gave Batman a 'That was rude' look, Raizen stopped at the door and said "You can threaten me all you want, but after what I saw in that universe, I don't want that to happen here. And I will do everything to ensure that."

He then looks at Batman and said "I will see you later…Mr. Wayne."

Hearing Raizen say Batman's true identity, Batman and Superman were shocked as they saw Raizen left. Batman was speechless before saying "Did…Did he just say my name?"

"He did," Superman said, "Wow, and I thought there was nothing more to him."

"This is bad," Batman said, "If he tells the Team…"

Superman then said "He won't tell them. He knows that it's important to keep that a secret. But how he manage to discover your identity is surprising to me."

Batman grips his fists and said "Just hope he doesn't open his mouth."

Superman crossed his arms and said "I think I know what he meant by the other me betraying you."

As Batman looks at him, Superman said "Perhaps the reason Raizen knew about your identity is because I must have revealed it to the world. Maybe he overheard it from someone."

"Regardless," Batman said, "We have to keep an eye on him."

Superman patted his back and said "Don't worry, there's nothing to worry about. He's a good kid with a heart of gold. Nothing to worry about."

As Superman left, Batman took a deep breath and said to himself "For now."

And that is it! The Injustice arc has officially ended! Like the part when Raizen told Batman his secret identity? I thought it would be badass for Raizen to saw his true name in a threatening voice. Anyways, I hoped you all enjoyed this chapter and I will see you all next week!

Also, I keep on hearing about Raizen going Super Saiyan. Just letting you all know right now, he will go Super Saiyan, but that will be towards the end of the story. It's irritating I know, but I promise you, you will all enjoy it!
