Okayyyyy...so sorry it took me so long to post anything... :/ so becuase it was a while ago I will post the last part of the last chapter to refresh your memory...anyway enjoy

*Where we left off:

Tony nodded "You know what…I don't actually care about how long you've been running" Ziva narrowed her eyes at him. She knew he was playing at something but she didn't know what.

"Then why ask?" Tony shrugged "Anything else you want to know?"

Tony shrugged again "Who was it that sent the suicide bomber to Tali's school?"

Kemp grinned "Aviz Llik"

Ziva growled out and tried to fight her way out of Kemps arms in anger. Tony shook his head in disgust. "Anything else DiNozzo?"

"Do you want to be cremated or buried?"

Kemp looked confused "Why?"

Tony shrugged "No reason"

"Tony? What the hell are you playing at?" McGee muttered.

"Nothing"

"If that's all you wanna know…then…I think it's time" Kemp tightened his finger on the trigger.

Everyone in the Squadroom jumped when a loud gunshot when off. Everyone other than the person who fired it. Tony ran forward to catch Ziva as she fell.*

Kemp looked down at Tony who was holding Ziva tightly and grinned at them. Tony glared up at him anger and hurt evident in his eyes "You bastard! You bastard!"

Kemps eyes were watering and he was clutching his chest. Tony had shot millimetres from his heart. He had managed to get an angle where he could shot him without getting Ziva. He collapsed to his knees still holding his chest "There is no way she'll be alive in the next three hours" He muttered hoarsely.

As he fell forward Tony reached out and kicked him hard to increase his pain. Kemp moaned in pain and Tony kicked him again and again. "Tony! Stop!" Gibbs said dragging Kemp away from Tony.

Tony shook his head glaring hard at and then focused his attention on Ziva. Her hand was resting on his chest and she was shaking slightly breathing heavily. "Ziva?" He asked her gently. She patted his chest and pushed to sit up. Everyone breathed a sigh of relief when they saw it wasn't Ziva who had been shot and she was okay.

Abby lunged forwards and wrapped her arms tightly around Ziva. "Holy Mother of all that's good! Ziva, never to that to me again!" She whispered shakily.

Ziva frowned "What did I do?"

Abby was shaking slightly "Scared the crap out of me" She said.

Ziva pulled away "Scared you how?"

"You fell and I thought Kemp had shot you!" Abby shuddered and cocooned Ziva in another hug. Ziva hugged her back quickly and stood up. Tony stayed on the floor for a moment then stood up. Abby sat on the floor staring up at everyone. Jenny holstered her gun and walked up to Ziva and hugged her, not caring about her reputation. McGee had all the pictures of the remaining members of Aviz Llik and Gibbs took them. "From now on everyone is looking for these seven people left in this group." He walked up to the most wanted wall and stuck the photos on it.

This reminded people of Gibbs when he was telling everyone to catch Harper Dearing. One of the Agents spoke up "Is this the next big thing after Harper Dearing?"

Gibbs stared hard at the agent and walked back to his office. He looked at all the agents looking at him, including his team. They were all waiting for an answer. He nodded once and then Jenny stated giving out orders. Everyone rushed off to do as they were told and Gibbs looked at Ziva. "You're not leaving this office till we get these people, Ziva"

Ziva furrowed her eyebrows "Gibbs…Kemp got in."

Gibbs looked at the agents everywhere "We don't let any new recruits in"

"How do we know these people aren't one of them?" McGee asked "They could be laying low so they get another shot"

Gibbs glared at him and thought for a minute. Abby spoke up "We could do a lie detector test on everyone here. Including us. You, me, Ducky, Palmer, McGee, Jenny, Tony….even Ziva" She suggested.

"It would take hours Abby…we may not have hours" Tony said.

Gibbs looked at them. "DiNozzo, it's worth the risk."

Tony glared and narrowed his eyes at everyone in the Squadroom. "I don't think that anyone in here would be in Aviz Llik. Especially if they only just got someone like Kemp on the team."

Abby tapped her chin and looked at everyone. Obviously not everyone who worked at the HQ was there but she figured out that if they had all of their lie detectors doing tests on each of the workers then there was a possible chance that they'd get through everyone within the hour. "It's worth it Tony. And if we have people working on all the detectors then we could have it down within an hour possibly two."

Everyone agreed to do it but Tony was reluctant. "What if we don't have that long?" He argued.

Ziva rolled her eyes. "Tony, just go with it. They're not going to make another attempt any time soon."

Tony glared "Didn't you hear what he said Ziva? "She won't be alive in the next three hours." This would take as Abby said one maybe two hours. It's wasting time!"

Ziva shook her head. "Not everyone is going in at the same time. It's not like people won't be working. Just go with it. It won't hurt anyone."

Tony sighed and looked at everyone "Then I refuse to take the test"

An Agent walking past turned to them "Why is that Agent DiNozzo? Because you're a part of Aviz Llik as well?"

Tony turned and slammed the agent against a wall and held him there with his fore arm pushing into the man throat. "Do you want to say that again? I am not a part of Aviz Llik! That woman stood over there…I love her and I am going to kill these dirt-bags who are trying to kill her. If I was a part of Aviz Llik, you think I would have tried to stop Kemp killing her?! If I was a part of this group I would have laughed in Ziva's face and let Kemp carry on!"

The Agent struggled against Tony's hold. "It would be easy for you. Get together with Ziva pretend you love her, work with her. And then kill her when you're ready"

Tony pushed harder against the Agent. "You think I am faking to love her?! You think I'm messing with her feelings?!" Tony went to continue but Gibbs and McGee pulled him off the Agent and held him back.

"DiNozzo!" Gibbs said. Tony glared at Gibbs and looked at the team and turned and walked to the bathroom. Gibbs faced the Agent. "Never doubt him. Ever. If you do…you won't be with NCIS for much longer. Got it?" The Agent nodded and hurried off rubbing his neck. Gibbs faced his team and the director. "Get the lie detectors ready. Now" Abby lead everyone off and started rambling about how the equipment was used. "If we do our team now and then we can all work in separate rooms. It's work well and it should be done in at most two hours." Gibbs's team followed her nodding. Gibbs turned to Jenny

"You worried Gibbs?" she asked him.

He shrugged. "About Ziva?" Jenny nodded. "Nah. She's a fighter. And with DiNozzo watching her six she'll be fine"

Jenny narrowed her eyes at him and then turned on her heel and walked out of the Squadroom. Gibbs waited for Tony to get back and then walked with him down to the interrogation rooms. They walked in quietly as McGee was doing Abby's lie detector. McGee sat facing opposite Abby. "Are you a member or Aviz Llik plotting to kill Agent David because she is a threat to Israel?"

Abby shook her head. "I am not a part of Aviz Llik."

McGee looked at the readings and then waited for the sheet to print out. "She's telling the truth." He declared.

Gibbs nodded and Abby stood up. "McGee you next" Abby said and swapped placed with McGee. "Are you part of Aviz Llik?"

"No"

"He's telling the truth"

Gibbs pointed to Ziva "You go"

Ziva sat in the chair and Abby connected her to the detector. "Ziva, are you a part of Aviz Llik, plotting to kill…you?" Even as she said it Abby realised it sounded stupid.

Ziva shook her head "No"

Abby nodded "She's telling the truth." Gibbs nodded. Ducky then Palmer went next and it was discovered they were both telling the truth. Gibbs sat in the chair and Abby hooked him up and asked the question "Are you a part of the Aviz Llik group trying to kill Ziva?"

"No"

"Good." Abby said as she picked up the paper that printed off. "Tony. You now"

Everyone looked at Tony. They all knew he didn't want to do it- no one knew why but they knew he didn't want to. In the back of McGee's mind there was a little voice saying maybe the other agent was right. Maybe he is in Aviz Llik. He shook his head "What the hell are you thinking McGee? Tony wouldn't" He pushed the absurd thoughts away and looked at Tony. He uncrossed his arms and moved slowly to the chair. They could all feel the tension in the room lessen a bit as Tony sat down.

"Unbutton your shirt" Abby requested. Tony did as he was told and McGee didn't fail to notice Ziva checking out his muscular chest. He hid a smile as he watched Abby putting the pads on Tony's chest. She sat back down and looked at him. "Ready?" She asked.

"Yep"

She glanced at the screen "You're lying"

"Whatever, just ask me"

Abby smiled a little bit "Tony, are you part of the Aviz Llik group trying to kill Ziva?"

"No"

Abby looked at the readings and then at Tony. She typed something then asked him again "Agent DiNozzo, are you a part of the group that is trying to kill Agent David?"

Everyone frowned and looked at Abby confused. "Why are you asking me again?" Tony asked her.

"Just answer Tony…are you part of the Aviz Llik group?"

"No, I already told you"

Abby looked back at the reading and typed something g again. She looked at everyone in the room. "Can we try a different machine?" She asked quietly.

Gibbs looked at her worriedly "Why Abs?"

Abby looked almost scared to say it "It says Tony's lying"
