Thank you for reviews and I swear I tried really hard to catch all the typos! I don't understand how they elude me but somehow the moment I post it only then do I see most of them, and by then it would just be too much trouble to go back and fix…Any volunteers for Beta-ing? Message my gmail. (Shaxra15 gmail dot com). Until then enjoy this update which must go back to some of the Taka's view during the night before their current situation can be fully revealed in the actual next FULL TURN. And actually it might clear up some of the last TURN's ending…A LOT actually as I wanted the events outside and downstairs to be connected and linked in consequences.
One more thing: I have a question I need answered in a review or message at the end of this TURN. I need feedback on something-at the end.
Oh, on a random side note…oh Gawd, I actually went back and reread my story from chapter 1 to Hospital Beds…And wow. I can't believe I've come this far with such terrible writing XD. Man I swear I'll try even harder to keep improving and one day go back and clean up the mess left behind XD I mean…it's clearly awful-and clearly needs purged X3
***************_-xXx-_***************
Teetering on the edge of what conscious activity there was in his being was the dim awareness that there was activity happening all around him but in his dazed sleep-like state he couldn't understand any of it. He didn't even know where he was. Or who. It was as if his soul and consciousness was floating outside his body, beyond the wall of skin and cells and blood. And his brain, apparently.
Why?
Voices, two at least. Angry, rushed, panicked. Good guys…or bad guys?
What's the fucking difference?
The nasty numbness that had taken the pain away also wouldn't let him think clearly…He couldn't bring himself to pry his eyelids open either, and after mustering a bit more focus from the fog he realized his limbs were equally immobile as his thoughts. Something was clamped around them and he couldn't move. Was he being held by hands…or bound down? The haze he was in wouldn't let him determine which…
And really they're both the same.
Shut up.
Wait…Who're you again?
Hands were touching him, not soft like… a girl? Ugh. Whoever was touching him did so in a rushed and rough manner...Strong hands. A guy, he deduced. Girl's hands were softer, gentler…unless you ticked them off in which case they became…guy hands? Yeah. 'Cos that totally makes sense, buddy.
There was a moan and after a few moments he realized it was his own. More voices in the fog around him followed by a sharp pain piercing his skin, only for it to pull out as fast as it had driven into him after an unsettling moment.
Fog increasing, brain zoning out again. Oh…. He was gliding, so….
Blissfully.
So refreshing was the daze, where there were no massacres or pain to torment him in the form of nightmares. Absolutely none, none to steal his chance at much needed respite. Had his mind been more acute than a fool drunk on the wine of opium he would have thought to recognize that his blissful savior was black tomoe spinning the old fashioned narcotic way.
Too late now. Falling, falling so blissfully, floating in the fog until he was nowhere-not his body, not his fate- just the black district of sleep.
A GAME OF SHOGI/ TO START A WAR
To the young Uchiha's surprise it was not Naruto who was in the need of the utmost immediate attention but his own self. He collapsed to his knees, his body burning in a humiliating fire and for a moment he debated which was worse, the fire in his groin or the drowning in water Naruto had just endured. Maybe Sasuke deserved it but still, what guy just kicks you there? Common courtesy. You just don't do that. Not unless you are a girl under attack.
Gnashing his teeth and trying to steel his mind and focus on anything but the pain, he instead listened to the sounds of Tobi-equally taken for surprised and angered by the immaturity as he-forcing Naruto to his feet and out the door with a snarl. He could hear him yelling at Kabuto through the door-"Just get ice and get the stupid boy out of here! No questions asked!"-and relished it, not only because the masked man obviously didn't enlighten the medic but because he had spoken in such a tone that Kabuto fully deserved.
Sasuke had never liked Kabuto and for a moment a part of him wished Naruto would give Kabuto the same well-aimed kick, but then that mature side of him vanished those immature thoughts, receding them into the oblivion like it had done so many other childish notions throughout his mature life. A prodigy does not resort to such dishonorable methods but true wit and strength and power. Yes, kick his ass.
Refocused-and slightly (and secretly) humored-his hand reached for the folds of his outfit centered around his waist, dark in blue color and held tightly by mauve ropes (ironically still reflecting Orochimaru's style), and carefully he pulled out a unique paper bomb he had prepared earlier with Karin and the others. Naruto at the very least had granted him a moment of privacy from Tobi's watchful eye to do what he had to do: make preparations for what he was sure the late member Deidara would deem appropriate to call 'a hell of an art show'.
His teeth gritting, the young Uchiha scooted to the small wooden table where he placed the thin strip of paper to the frame's underside. There, it could not be seen by the masked man unless he was deliberately looking for it, which after witnessing what the young Uchiha just did the last hour strait Sasuke didn't wager he would even consider the possibility of the Taka's pulling a coup' d'état. Stage 0 complete, he thought to himself. Still, just to be safe his lips whispered a camouflaging jutsu to hide the slip completely so even if a Zetsu clone happened to pop up from the ground below it and look up it would not see it.
His whispers out loud didn't get far, though, until they became a pained groan and his face went red with embarrassment again….
The door knob was turning, Tobi was coming back. Shit. Sasuke jerked back to where he had originally collapsed and swore when the pain amplified with movement. He cursed Naruto's name repeatedly for it, then himself that he had not seen it coming.
"I do apologize, Sasuke," the masked man said upon entering, his eyehole pointed to the sidewall and his arms crossed. His angered voice bore sincerity and part of Sasuke was disgusted that he talked to him so coolly while they both could hear the sounds of choking and coughing on the other side of the door. Of course, it was all Sasuke's fault too….
"I assure you I won't let that happen again. There should be ice on its way now. Is there anything else I can do? Would you like some pain relievers? Or-"
"Just get out!" the young Uchiha barked viciously, which didn't surprise either of them.
The tangible silence between them that followed was broken by muffled sounds of laughter, likewise through the door, and Sasuke found himself instantly losing any sympathy he had felt towards the captive (who was also probably the first person in history ever to groin kick an Uchiha). Screw him.
Tobi's eye narrowed for a moment, then he shrugged his shoulders. "Very well. I'll leave you to recover. But, again, I'm truly sorry and later I will want to talk to you about something."
Like a wisp of smoke he was gone. Sasuke considered if it was possible to learn his jutsu…Such omnipresent powers was nothing short of god-like, and he couldn't help but marvel the last of his kin.
Only a few nights ago they were meeting in private and talking about the Uchiha clan in depth, a way he could no one else. To be on the same level as him-to bask in all his omniscience of the Uchiha and even village history. The man had spent more years gathering such secretes than Sasuke had even been alive. As valuable as he was an informant he was just as dangerous to Sasuke and Taka as not only did his mind surpass the young Uchiha but that visual prowess of his.
A power that was dangerous and hard to stop. The night would be long and it would never end unless they learned all that man's secretes. Sasuke had a subtle suspicion Naruto had cracked it just enough to become a liability to the man and an even more important player to Taka.
Speaking of him, Sasuke could tell the laughing had faded, and being reminded of the situation Sasuke squeezed his eyes shut, his eyebrows dropping down, crinkling his forehead in anger but then, inexplicably, his lips curled into a smirkless smile and he felt…lighter.
Somehow, the quiet anger that had built up over Naruto's constant annoying persistence was just gone. Somehow, the useless had become just a bit more valuable in his eyes. No, he was sure it was just because of what was inside him. Yeah, that had to be it.
Uchiha don't befriend those of the Senju…
But Itachi had. And Sasuke was bound not only to Uchiha blood but bonds: his brother over a distant man.
In the distance he heard an ever familiar caw sound, but this crow's shriek was different.
It was filled with triumph.

STAGE 2:Houzuki Suigetsu-Gather Supplies IN PROGRESS
With such a playful attitude, Suigetsu felt a lot of people underestimated his full capacity. Sure he loved jacking around but he could be resourceful when he wanted or needed to. Consider how of all the members of Taka it was him who Sasuke had given his blood to for the emergency summoning he used in his fight with Deidara. HIM! And tonight, he had even succeeded in giving Naruto a little boost…actually a big one and Karin would totally kill him for it.
He sighed, thinking about it as he continued walking through the hideout's different passages, the huge sealing scroll heavy on his hips. But his and Karin's opinion on stimulants was crap for later, now…Supplies, supplies, supplies. He smirked. He knew how to pack. Heh, he mused, in more ways than one.

Lock.
They both seemed to visibly wince a little. "It's okay," he whispered again. Karin shook her head. No, it was wrong but it was their only resort. And hopefully, at least this way he could move his hands around….
"Don't forget," she said, reminding him of the deal they had made before the knock.
"I won't. I'll grab it, I promise." He gave her a reassuring smile. "Now hurry up and fill a vial up before I'm drug back to the lab."
Her lips pressed in a firm line. He wanted his blood drawn which 1) she didn't know why and it had to be the oddest request ever and 2) the medic side of her instantly protested to the idea of taking more blood from him when his blood levels were already below normal….
Seeing her hesitancy written on her face Naruto rolled his eyes. "I'll be fine-and remember you owe me a favor because Imma do yours. That was the deal."
She nodded after a moment of thinking about it and squared her shoulders. "All right, but if you can't grab it…"
He held up his rattling hands defensively. "I will, I will!"
She nodded, and took a deep breath. Here goes.

He had always found the young blond repulsive. It bugged him to his dark core, the little monster who smiled too much. It reminded him of the young naïve Obito in a lot of ways. That repulsive grin. That idiotic noise humans called laughter. It was these things that bled to a deep resentment and worry that the little demon would cause Madara's youngling to revert back to that old self that bore such humanizing traits. The old self that had for days years ago kept such a strong Will of Fire in him it made the Black Zetsu want to vomit in disgust. If he even had the function, which he didn't. Only wretched mortal humans, he thought, they-especially the brat-spew like the guts of an animal in a predator's mouth. So pathetic, tainting Mother's earth.
He clicked his tongue and continued on his way, listening to the beat of the lab, the soft hum of conversation, the clinking of tools. Checking up, if you will, on Madara's youngling. He did not trust the little wretch and him alone together.
Black could tell that Obito was putting up a huge act to pretend he had no effect over him but Black could tell, tell in his forced tone, the way he had paused multiple times as if deep in thought… or memories. The wretch was shoving Obito's past in his face repeatedly and Obito had no choice but to fight that ickiness off or revert back into a full human, filled with regret, and grief. A normal human could not carry out Madara's will…..
Above, Black could hear wisps of a conversation-why are they even conversing?Listening closer he could hear a shout: "But a dream is not real! Why don't you get that?!"
Not acceptable. At all, the little wretch's attempt to make the man doubt his path of Tsukuyomi.
Hissing the being rose from the ground-just in time as the little monster was preparing to strike-and grabbed his ankle in a firm enough grasp that he could slam the termite into the floor where It belonged.
"Obito,"he trilled. "Don't listen to him!" Obito's eye narrowed into a look that was fitting to the young Uchiha: it was a similar expression of Madara's. He made a reply and started to turn around but the little wretch wasn't done. Kicking Zetsu's face he again tried to make a stand-literally-and the dark being drove him to his knees, crying "Gag him!" over the blond's shouts. In some disturbing way it was almost a competition for Obito's ears…
And the little shit won.
Upon his command the being left, unhappy with the outcome but knowing 1) It was essential that Madara's successor felt like he was the one in control and 2) it wasn't over. Obito would need to be re-debriefed and purged of all traces of influence and Black knew how thorough it could be to the traumatized youngling. It wouldn't take long at the other hideout, where, he reflected with a sense of satisfaction, the little monster would be caged and unable to spread his contaminated way of thinking to the former Konoha shinobi.

Re:STAGE 3:Uchiha Sasuke-Prepare the Gedo POSTPONED

Karin took a deep breath as she watched Obito leave the lab, pulling Naruto by his wrists. Out of the corner of Naruto's eye he somehow saw her-knew she would be there actually-and gave her a smile with a slight nod of his head. He had been successful retrieving It. Good. The day when his mischievous nature actually came in handy and proved useful had actually come, Karin thought.
Somewhere a little pig was taking off to the sky. Perhaps the little pink one Naruto had once doodled in Deidara's sketchbook and called it "Tonton". Or at least it was supposed to be a pig, she had thought it was a potato at first until Naruto pointed it out to her.
When the sounds of their footsteps were completely gone she took another deep breath, letting the oxygen into her system and her brain focus, and raced into the now empty lab.
STAGE 4: Uzumaki Karin- Prep Lab IN PROGRESS
It was empty…or so she had thought.
STAGE 4: Uzumaki Karin- Prep Lab POSTPONED-ENCOUNTER
Grinning, the bastard came in like a snake sliding through grass, silent as stealth and just as slippery, and it caused Karin to jump, afraid she would be caught with her finger on a paper bomb. She was still only in the beginning stages of prepping the lab as Taka had laid out in their night plans. Completion was critical to get Naruto out.
Kabuto did not see it, he instead saw the fact she was close to some of Obito's medical scrolls.
"Why Karin, he trilled, "you're not supposed to be down here…Stealing no less. I don't think Tobi would be pleased to find that out…"
"What are you doing here?!" she snapped. "You didn't come here to talk to me so you're just as suspicious!"
He chuckled, his lips curled like the Snake's and it sent a shiver down her spine. She instantly hated the fact she was a sensory type because it made being around him even worse. Not only because his demeanor grossed her to no end but under that reptile-like shell he called skin he had some of the most perverse and strange chakra. It made Orochimaru's seem passable in comparison. "You got me," he replied. "I came here for a syringe and notes. And you actually…."
Her face drained of all traces of blood and eyelids widened so far from the other she thought they would be stuck that way.
"I wish to sample your blood and compare it to Naruto's. You both are of Uzumaki blood. Yes distant," he continued, "but still the same roots."
"Fuck you."
He chuckled again, his laughter coming out a ku ku ku sound. "So rebellious now days, Karin. There was a time you did whatever I or Orochimaru said…and now you're hanging around his butcher." His voice and expression became dark, a deadly dark that made her hair stand on end. This wasn't the same four-eyes she used to know, the submissive one. Orochimaru's death had made him all the more vicious. And driven.
"That's not needed." And like a viper, he struck.

Re: re: STAGE 3:Uchiha Sasuke-Prepare the Gedo POSTPONEMENT LIFTED
Every necessary spot was covered and prepared: his, Suigetsu's and Juugo's. But not Karin's, whose mission was one of the most important besides Stage 3…What had happened was unfortunate and the only good thing about it was Kabuto was going to keep his mouth shut or else his little unauthorized venture in the lab would be exposed by more than one witness, and he didn't have the same blood as Tobi to back him up.
Suigetsu on the other hand was harder to silence, he claimed it was an attack on not only her but him and the rest of Taka. Regardless their medic was out of the picture and it would only complicate things-especially if any of them became injured which Naruto no doubt would be when they picked him up.
For a moment, the Taka all gathered in Karin's room. Her room was joint to Sasuke's and like his was now empty of all personal items. Everything had been packed. Crowding around her and the bags the three watched over her. Suigetsu, leaning over her in a way that Sasuke would have said something but didn't feel it as urgent when he was still hurting from earlier that night.
He needed to save his strength for Juugo's original goal.
It was time to move, and he never could have imagined the effects of trying to set the Gedo-the Akatsuki's most prized possession after all of Tobi's precious years-worth of salvage-to black fire. That was the point everything went to chaos.
Re: re: STAGE 3:Uchiha Sasuke-Prepare the Gedo PARTIAL SUCCESS
The thing had screamed such a bloodcurdling cry it shook the hideout to its core. The fire would not consume it but that didn't mean it didn't feel it and do some damage. Seals blocking their voices broke and they thundered. Naruto's scream could be heard following suit somehow linked to it. Sasuke would later ponder if it was the dragon-shaped seal on his back, his "#2".
Tobi would have immediately responded and slapped the extra seals on it had not his chakra been extra low and his lab set to fire too. Sasuke triggered the first explosives and after he was sure the rest of Taka had gotten a head start in the chaos he set the entire place to black fire.
Tobi had been livid, watching the last Sharingan eyes in the world burn to oblivion, along with his forbidden jutsu scrolls, everything he had worked so hard to collect over the course of many years. He turned furiously towards Sasuke when he saw him behind a wall of flame, the fire separating them.
"Sasuke," he snarled. "What are you doing?!"
Sasuke, popped a pain killer in his mouth, the motions smooth and collected. Everything he wasn't internally. "What do you think I'm doing? Apparently it's in Uchiha blood to rebel. Pull coups. I'm just keeping tradition up and honoring my brother."
"This isn't a game Sasuke!" He yelled, the upper exterior of the hallway behind him collapsing. The volume of the crash nearly overrode his voice. The fire roared and the figure had to scoot back from immediate danger, his eye still locked in horror to the rebel teen.
"Yeah," Sasuke said. "It's not a game. And you're not King."
"Sasuke! You do this and Taka will not be forgiven! You will be hunted down until you die."
"So be it. As long as I get my revenge first I don't care."
"It is impossible to get your revenge just by yourself Sasuke. You need me! Our money and power!"
Sasuke's eyes darkened and he winced as blood started running from it. The figure practically smirked.
"You see?!"
"The thing is…" He growled behind clenched teeth. "I'm not doing this just by or for myself."
He was doing it for Naruto.
And then the race for him began. The hallways kept exploding, the debris burning still. The whole place would soon collapse, taking with it every bit of Tobi's priceless research. The Sharingan eyes and scrolls. Everything but the last and most important artifact….
A black hand shot up from the ground and pulled Sasuke down. Snarling he slashed at it with his katana. Foam like stuff spread everywhere but the thing wasn't done with him yet. Solidifying it wrapped around him, squeezing his torso so tight he couldn't breathe, cracking his ribs. Damn it! Sasuke sent Chidori throughout his body but by the time it loosened around him Tobi was there to replace him.
Sasuke's sight burned and the man's foot came at him fast, slamming into his chest and breaking multiple bones in the process. His hand shot up in a counter-attack but Tobi's had been faster. Sasuke felt his world nearly explode as Tobi's fist came into his face. Then again, his swing filled with rage as he put full force into his strike, as if he believed he could knock some sense into Sasuke.
Even when Sasuke fell back the assail on his face didn't stop. Tobi was on top of him, beating into him so many times that for a moment he thought he would choke on his own blood and die right there but then Tobi suddenly stopped. His shoulders going up and down and his mouth panting behind his cracked masked.
"Sasuke," he growled, the young Uchiha still pinned underneath him. Tobi's thumbs traveled across his bloody face to the end of his burning eyes. Not enough to pinch them out, just enough to intensify the pain from using so much of Amaterasu by putting pressure on them. "I'm going to give you one last chance."
Sasuke gritted his teeth that were coated in red. There was no time for this! The place was coming down!
"I'm not sure you, in your recklessness, even realize the full capacity of what you're attempting to do," Tobi hissed. "You cannot bring Konoha or Danzo down in your position. And because of this mess you damned your eyesight. You're going to die a blind man, Sasuke. Blind and alone, no Uchiha to back you up. Why would you do this to yourself-throw everything away for a stupid boy!?"
Sasuke closed his blood-soaked eyelids and took a deep breath.
"What was that?"
"I said…because my brother did!" With a roar he kicked, his knee going straight into the man's groin, and rolled out of the way, before taking off as fast as he could.
Damn Naruto was rubbing off on him!
_-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx-_
The fog was starting to clear. He could hear voices again, still panicked sounding yet not as much. His mind strained to try to understand what they were saying or who they were but with no success. He couldn't quite tell yet.
Then there was an angry yell. He didn't know which one but he knew without a doubt it had originated from the lips of one of the two Uchiha and he felt fear grip his heart like never before.
_-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx-_
He could not even begin to understand how the broken bars came to be, but what was more revealing than that was the blood. The stone's were covered in blood, trailing from Naruto's hand mostly but some of the glistening spots were different, flicked as if it had been vomited out. Naruto himself was curled up into a fetal ball-his eyes squeezed shut, and his good hand clamped over an ear. He was whispering repeatedly "get out get out get out" while slightly rocking back and forth, and the Uchiha could tell right away he was either having a form of a breakdown or was delirious from shock.
Both most likely.
His left hand was in critical condition, and roughly wrapped in what he assumed was the Hyuuga's jacket sleeve in an emergency first aid attempt to compress the bleeding. It hadn't done much good to the shredded hand. The fact he had been willing to sacrifice it to free her had been a compelling and equally stupid feat to ponder later when there was time.
He grabbed the boy's shoulder. "Look at me." Dilated blue eyes on the verge of bleeding into red stared right past him, dazedly. Confused. Shit. Shock. There would be no him moving on his own. He would have to be carried.
"Naruto, look at me!"
Too dazed for even Genjutsu and the Uchiha was in no shape to even force one on him. With a hiss he pulled out the emergency syringe and administered it to his system. Not exactly the most appropriate method but it worked, his eyes closed and he was rested. The Uchiha scooped him up like one would a frail sleeping child.
_-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx-_
The voices were starting to become more clear, and decipherable. His state somewhat comprehensible-someone was carrying him on their back, his legs held onto and arms tucked under their chin, that's why he hadn't been able to move his limbs. A wining voice screamed, breaking his focus, "When we gonna get a break!? Seriously-it's been hours and they've not let up!"
Hours? They?
"You expect them to! Just keep moving!" The Uchiha yelled back.
Moving? Ah, yes. The move. He distinctly remembered they were supposed to be moving soon….
"I swear it's like they have a freaking TRACKER on us! 'Cos no matter where we go, no matter the backwater route, those white freaks are there!"
A third voice: "Notice the seals on his shackles, what's if it's a sensory type of jutsu that lets 'em track it?"
The moving immediately stopped. He felt himself lowered into something…pokey? Pokey like…grass, yeah. It was grass. They were outside, of course. Suddenly upon realization it was like a black cloak flew off his body and he noticed the breeze, the air going in and out his nose. The openness around him, so beautiful to his senses-his touch, his smell, and ears-it was almost overwhelming.
Soon he felt something else. Hands were touching his arm, pulling it up to examine. His right wrist, it still rattled.
"Shit, unless we crush his wrist like he did the other this thing's gonna have to be picked off-"
"We don't have time for that!" the Uchiha barked. "Just break the chain link off and get rid of the other cuff!"
And then a glorious thing happened. The Uchiha used one of the speaker's names. "Juugo! Have a bird carry off the broken cuff so it gives them two targets instead of one!"
Juugo…That whiney voice's identity followed in clarity soon after: Suigetsu…and the other speaker-
He peeled open his eyes and saw Sasuke, his face smeared with blood and grime but bright in the early rising sunlight. His pale skin practically glowed in it. Seeing Naruto alert he blinked a few times. "Naruto?"
"Sasuke," Naruto found his lips parting in a pitiful croak.
"Yeah?"
"You look like shit."
Sasuke rolled his eyes.
Naruto smiled, his eyes taking in the world around them and mentally rejoicing at the prospect of being physically free. The sky and how Mamoru seemed to be the only one thoroughly taking time to enjoy it, the grass he was laying in, the cluster or trees concealing them…Juugo was there, also smeared by battle, and Suigetsu was there, less dirtied-no doubt thanks to his water jutsu. He was holding what looked like a big heap of blankets in his hands and smiling back at Naruto, a sad look in his eyes.
But…
"Where's Karin?"

TO BE CONTINUED
QUESTION: I wanted to go further into Hinata's confession and his reaction but I skimmed through it completely last chapter, which I hadn't planned to do at all so…I want to go back and not only that I want him to re-confront her…But if I do that I'll end up having them do much more than just that so I need to know if I should just go full scale NaruHina for just that one night together during his time with but away from Taka and have them be a good contrast to Sasuke's and Karin's…thing….but at the same time I like Suigetsu contrasting that relationship too…
Heck. To Start a War they're gonna do it anyway…But I thought I should give him something to counteract his hate earlier. Love, ya know.
Feedback? Seriously, I appreciate all my reviews (now 100! THANK YOU!) but I gotta admit, I like long ones best. At first I'm like scared to read them, I'm like Oh boy...but I always love it once I get over my little fears.
Yeah I realize Karin's not really likable but she's important here. So I tried to develop her a bit and prep her for that role.
