When I got Luke alone, I asked him the question I'd been meaning to ask: "Are you really okay."

Luke sank down to the ground with a groan, "Not really. I'm exhausted, my whole body's aching, I've just been in the fight of my life." He shook his head as if to clear it and blinked, "And there are two of you now. Ives, I think I need to go to the doctor."

"Alright Luke," I took his arm and pulled him up, "you think you can make it back to the party?"

To my dismay he answered, "No, I don't think I can."

I helped him sit down, "Okay, I'll be right back, I'm gonna go get Han and Chewie."

"Han, Chewie!" I dashed into the party, "You'd better come, Luke's in bad shape!"

The former smuggler and the wookiee immediately dropped everything and followed me. "What's wrong with the kid."

"He hasn't told me, but he said he was having double vision." When we came into the clearing, Luke was sitting in the same position, pinching the bridge of his nose. "Hey, any better?"

He moaned, "No. I have a terrible headache!"

"Kid, this is important." Han leaned in to get a closer look at Luke. "is your back hurt, or did you hit your head?"

"No." he shook his head.

Solo touched his arm, "What happened Kid?"

"Force lightning." he breathed.

I stroked the hair away from his forehead, "I saw, I don't think you meant to, but you were sending me glimpses of what was happening."

"Can you get up Kid?" asked Han.

"Not very well." He started to struggle to his feet.

Han pushed him down, "Woa Kid! Take it easy, ya really shouldn't be on your feet!"

It was then that Rewe and Leia arrived, "We heard what happened, Luke, are you gonna be okay?"

"I've been better." He smiled tiredly.

While the doctor, a mon calimari named Cingal, examined Luke's injuries, he leaned his head wearily on my shoulder, eyes lidded.

I combed my fingers through his hair. I knew Luke was exhausted, I could see the dark circles under his eyes, just worn out.

She was explaining that my Jedi would have to spend a little time in bed, or in a hover chair for the next couple weeks. He was not to exert himself, and he would have to take muscle relaxant to help with the tremors he was experiencing.

For a third time, I woke up feeling nausious, and once again, barely made it to the toilet. This was getting ridiculous. I had to figure out why I had been sick the past three nights.

When I had finished, I crept back to bed. I was surprised to see that Luke was awake, "You sick again?"

I sighed, "Yeah, I don't know what's wrong. I think that I need to go to the doctor tomorrow."

"I'll go with you Ives." He replied sleepily, "I'm feeling better, since I slept a little."

I crawled into bed with him, "Well, go back to sleep Luke, you need it."

"No kidding." He yawned and pulled me against him and kissed my nose, "I love you."

"I love you too."

I went to the medcenter without Luke, I couldn't bear to wake him. He was so worn out, so obviously in need of sleep.

When I returned, he was still fast asleep. I smiled and caressed his cheek, "Luke?"

"Mmm?" he opened one sleepy eye to look at me. "What is it?"

"I just got back from the doctor's" he sat up quickly.

"Ow!" he winced, "Why didn't you wake me?"

"You looked so peaceful." I kissed his forehead, "And you'd been so tired."

"What did she say."

I tried to look as serious as possible, "Well, I don't know if you can stand the shock." I frowned, and Luke glanced at me in a concerned way, "I'm pregnant."

"What?!" He struggled upright, "Are you really?"

I grinned, "Yes I am, Cingal told me I'm about a month along."

"I don't know what to say." he grinned. "Force, I'm gonna be a father!"

I climbed in beside him, "You're going to be a wonderful one."

Luke put an arm around me, content with my nearness.

"Are you feeling better?" I asked.

He shrugged, "Yeah, no more double vision, and I'm not as achy."

"Good," I smiled, "I'm glad."

Two Weeks Later

"Almost Ready," Rewe was standing outside an elegant nubian silver starship, dressed in a crinkly lavender gown with her hair impeccably done. Her friend Zola was with her, also well dressed in a dark green velvet gown and a cloak. We were heading to Naboo to meet Luke and Leia's only living grandparents, who had raised Rewe.

Luke's still limping a little bit since his encounter with the emperor, but it's not supposed to be permanent. Cingal told us that the injury to his left leg probably won't pain him as time goes on. I hope it's true. I remember when I first saw him get up to walk he had done a lot worse, and I could tell that it was hurting him.

I can tell he's excited for this trip. Up until we met Rewe, he didn't know he had any living relatives other than his father. I think he's eagar to meet them.

As my Jedi walked by, I mumbled in his ear, "I like that shirt on you." A middle green shirt I'd picked out for him for his last birthday.

"I thought you would." Then he flashed one of his trademark Skywalker grins that made me feel all wobbly.

The young noblewoman placed a hand on her hip, "As touching as it is to see you two getting romantic, it's time to go, come on now, everyone else is on board."

"Almost everybody!" My younger brother Johnathan, with Aya (now thirteen) tailing behind him arrived. He strode over to Rewe and kissed her on the cheek. I observed my younger brother leaning over to whisper something in her ear, she giggled. Beside them, Aya was rolling her eyes.

Luke chuckled, "You know, Aya, one day that's gonna be you."

"I'm never getting married, or dating." She gagged, "gross! I'm not even gonna talk to boys!"

He grinned, "But I'm a boy, Aya, and you talk to me all the time!"

"You're not a boy." Pouted Aynet, "Boys are stupid, you're not stupid."

I smirked, "I don't know about that." Luke gave me a friendly glare.

Luke nuzzled my shoulder sleepily. "I've missed this."

I shivered as I felt him place kisses up my neck. "I did too Luke. You were so sick after Endor. How's your leg holding up?"

"sore." He sighed, "It's pretty sore, maybe we shouldn't have-"

I placed a gentle hand on the healing injury and closed my eyes. Master Yoda had taught us shortly before we left for Bespin, after I had fallen and broken my ankle, how to put each other into a healing trance. I watched Luke's eyes drift closed as he slipped into a deep sleep.

We were awakened by a knock on the door. It was Rewe. "Rise and shine you two! We're an hour away from home, and breakfast is on the table!"

"Good morning my love." Luke kissed my cheek softly.

I yawned, "Morning. Does your leg feel better?"

"Yes." Luke climbed out of bed, carefully shifted his weight to his left leg. Yawned and stretched. "Much better! Thanks so much for that."

I tossed him his trousers, "Here, we better get dressed."

"Mornin kid," Han clapped Luke on the shoulder, "how ya feelin?"

Luke smiled, "Much better."

"You're not limpin so bad." Solo gestured toward the table, "Take a seat you two, we'll get you breakfast."

"Smells good!"

"Grandmama!" Rewe flung her arms around an old woman. "I am so glad to see you!"

The woman planted kisses on her cheeks, "Rewe I am so happy that you are all right dear! When I heard about what happened, I was so worried. She caught sight of Luke, and her expression suddenly changed. She walked shakily towards my husband, "Do you know who I am?"

He nodded quietly, "Yes, I do."

I watched as the elderly woman reached up to touch his face, "You look so much like my Padme! But you have your father's eyes and hair."

Luke hugged her. "I am so happy to finally meet you, I didn't know I had any living relatives."

"But of course there are!" said Jobal, "There's your grandfather Rewee, your aunt Sola, and your cousins Ryoo and Pooja."

I noticed Leia was standing there looking dumbstruck, "Go on Leia."

"Oh!" Rewe seemed to sense her need to intervene and pushed the former Alderaanian princess forward, "Grandmama, this is my other sister Leia."

After we were all formally introduced, we were led into the family room were we could talk more privately.

"I cannot belive that one of my grandchildren is already married!" Luke's grandfather, Rewee said, "You're so young!"

Luke smiled sadly, "I don't feel young, but I suppose I am."

I placed my hand on top of his, "We've been through a lot, all of us."

"You are so beautiful!" Luke mumbled into my hair.

I turned and looked at him, "You say that all the time, Loverboy."

"Yeah." he kissed me tiredly, "I do, but somebody has to remind you. I can't belive we're gonna be parents."

"Are you ready to tell everyone?" I asked

He glanced at me thoughtfully, "I think I am, are you?"

"Yes."

"I'm pregnant." I beamed, "I'm about a month and a half along."

"Are you serious?"

I don't think I've ever seen Luke smile so big, "We're serious."

"Well I'll be!" cried Luke's grandmother, "I finally get to meet my two other grandchildren, and find out I'm going to have great grandchildren!"

Luke blushed, "Well, I'm a Skywalker, I-we do things quickly."

"No kiddin." Han ruffled his hair affectionately, "nice shot!"

He groaned. "Han really?"

I laughed.

Okay, this was a whole lot less hard to write than last week's. I don't really have much to say about this, but yes, Ivy's pregnant, and Luke and Leia have gotten to meet their grandparents! I may do a few more chapters of them in Naboo.
