DW, Hazard Temple,
Lucas and Guilmon watched as BlackImperialdramon flew away.
"Well, I still wonder how 2 Imperialdramon would fit in a movie area," Lucas commented as they walked to the large temple, it was like a sphinx, but instead of the large man faced lion, it was a Megidramon.
"Megidramon, man I miss turning on him," Guilmon commented as they entered the immense temple.
"Yeah, having a Godzilla sized Digimon against Spinomon and Daemon would have been useful," Lucas sighed as his partner gave him a happy grin.
"But with the Zenith Key, I will be capable of reaching a new mega form remember? Then we can make Daemon and his goons go kaboom!" Guilmon reminded him, cheerful at the thought of blowing enemies up.
"You're right, let's go," Lucas nodded as they finally walked in, unknown to them, a large lupine knight observed them from afar. He had huge gauntlets and a flowing red cape, a metallic wolf's head attached to his chest armor, the Digital Hazard symbol on the metallic head's golden snout.
"Another tomb robber? Not this time!" The knight vanished on a furious flash.
DW, Inside the Hazard Temple.
"Look at these drawings," Lucas and Guilmon saw paintings on the walls, the first showed a Megidramon becoming an egg, then on another scene was a red and gold knight with the Digital Hazard on his chest.
"I wish Beelzemon was here, he could decipher these," Lucas frowned as he walked on, Guilmon kept staring at the drawings.
"C'mon Guilmon!" Lucas called, catching the red Digimon's focus as he then returned to chasing his partner.
After a few minutes of walking and looking at the cracked stone walls, they reached a larger chamber, in the middle was a pedestal with a red card that had the black Digital Hazard on it.
"There it is!" Guilmon ran towards it.
"I'm still confused why there weren't any traps though," Lucas commented as he took the card, then a powerful gust threw them on the walls.
"What?" Lucas looked around to see the lupine knight, which was roughly the size of a tall and bulky man.
"They aren't need robber! For I'am the guardian of this temple, MirageGaogamon! Mega level Beast Spirit Digimon! Instructed by Lord Megidramon himself to guard this place for all eternity, even after his fall and the reshaping of this world, I stand guard! None shall go through me! Face me and receive my Gale Claw be Full Moon Blaster attacks!" The lupine knight exclaimed with a fierce snarl behind his helmet.
"But Guilmon is Megidramon's rebirth ya know?" Lucas stood up as Guilmon walked up to him.
"I doubt it, Lord Megidramon would never enter this temple!" MirageGaogamon flew at them with this comment.
"Oh yeah?! Let's prove it!" Lucas lifted the Zenith Key, but his D-3 didn't change shape.
"What?!" Lucas gasped before MirageGaogamon reached them.
"GALE CLAW!" The swift wolf slashed with his overly sized gauntlets, hurling the duo on another wall.
"Why isn't it working?" Lucas shook the Zenith Key and his D-3 as Guilmon got swatted again.
"Foolish beings! You will never activate the true power of the Zenith Key! GALE CLAW!" MirageGaogamon flew at Lucas with a furious howl.
"Lucas! Guilmon digivolve to... Growlmon! Growlmon digivolve to... WarGrowlmon! PENDULUM BLADES!" WarGrowlmon managed to block the Gale Claw for a few seconds before being hurled backwards.
"Fool, even if you do wield the Digital Hazard, the real Megidramon wouldn't have bothered to protect something so useless," MirageGaogamon growled menacingly as he neared WarGrowlmon.
"Digimon can change, and that's what I did," WarGrowlmon then stood up weakly, surprising MirageGaogamon.
"Impossible! Not even a mega could stand up after taking my Gale Claw head on!" The lupine knight gasped in surprised as Lucas smiled.
"Don't you get it? We're partners, Lucas and I, we watch out for each other," WarGrowlmon growled as Lucas joined him.
"Even after I became the leader of the DigiDestined, we stood side by side, our bond won't break so easily!" Lucas exclaimed as his D-3 began to glow.
"When the dragon becomes a hero, may the Hazard Knight awaken!" The temple shook on those words as the painting began to glow.
"Let's do it!" Lucas smirked as his D-3 became a red D'Arc with a gold ring, black buttons and strap.
"Zenith Key of Leadership! Slash!" Lucas slashed the red card as light burst from it.
"WarGrowlmon digivolve to..." The dragon was hit by the red light, in the evo zone, he became completely humanoid as silver armor covered him, his arms then began to wield a spear, Gram and the holy shield, Aegis, a red cape flowed behind him as the dragon schemed knight released a lightning bolt from his spar.
"Dukemon!" The Royal Knight exclaimed fiercely.
"DigiDestined? I don't know what that is and I don't care! GALE CLAW!" MirageGaogamon charged at Dukemon once again.
"MirageGaogamon, you don't see? After my fall I was reborn like all other digimon, but that time due to the friends and and bonds I made, my very own evolutions changed as well, I became Dukemon instead of Megidramon, that process was reversed when that horrible Matadrmon stole my DigiEgg, fusing me with dark data, now I'm back, and I'm stronger than ever!" Dukemon shook his head before blocking the gauntlet with his spear, then sending MirageGaogamon backwards.
"I don't know what you're talking about, DigiDestined? Royal Knights? I don't know about this nonsense! I have guarded this temple for so long, you aren't going to steal that object!" MirageGaogamon howled once again before floating up.
"You don't know? How long since you talked to anyone?" Lucas asked surprised at the wolf's ignorance.
"I have guarded this temple since the dawns of this world, communicating with the thieves that come here isn't something for me to do," The NSp growled.
"So I finish this here!" MirageGaogamon's chest opened as yellowish white light began to shine, Dukemon widened his eyes as his past memories flooded in.
"Lucas! Get behind me!" The Royal Knight ordered as he lifted Aegis, which also began to glow.
"FULL MOON..." MirageGaogamon began.
"SHIELD OF..." Dukemon charged his own attack.
"BLASTER/THE JUST!" They exclaimed simultaneously as a burst of bright white light came from Aegis and the 'mouth' on MirageGaogamon's chest plate, the attacks collided for a few seconds before the Shield of the Just overwhelmed the Full Moon Blaster and blasted MirageGaogamon crashing on the nearest wall.
"I failed," MirageGaogamon howled his last words before becoming a light blue DigiEgg with the Digital Hazard drawn on it.
"Poor guy, he spent all his life protecting this place, he didn't even know about what was happening on the DW," Lucas commented as Dukemon stood by him with a short nod.
"Aren't you going to devolve?" Lucas asked the Royal Knight, who was slightly taller than MirageGaogamon was.
"Why bother?" He pointed out, Lucas nodded.
"How are we getting back to Artur?" Lucas realized as Calumon landed in front of them.
"You're not, now that you have a Zenith Key, you have to reach the Celestial Kingdom silly, just follow this and you will be there in no time," Calumon giggled before handing Lucas a golden compass, it didn't have the directions though, just a single red arrow, it spun like crazy for a few seconds before pointing north.
"It's a Celestial Compass, have fun!" Calumon laughed happily as he flew a little before returning quickly holding a Digimon card.
"It's a present for all the birthdays Artur missed, he said it was an old friend of Dukemon," Calumon added, handing him a Digimon card.
"Grani?" Lucas gazed at the red and gold robotic dragon/bird creature on the card.
"My old steed, now we can go faster than ever," Dukemon smiled beneath his helmet as they walked out.
"Alright, see ya!" Calumon said happily as he flew away.
"Well, ready Dukemon?" Lucas lifted his D'Arc and newest acquired card.
"DigiModify! Grani Activate!" Lucas slashed the card, they looked around, nothing happened.
"Well, what now? Did I slash it wrong?" Lucas wondered before they saw a red speck flying right at them, Dukemon held Lucas up.
"Ready?" Dukemon asked with a cheerful tone.
"For what?" Lucas asked confused.
"This!" Dukemon jumped up as Grani passed down, they landed on the mech as they began to fly.
"We meet again Dukemon," Grani commented calmly.
"It's been a long time old friend," Dukemon agreed, then Grani noticed the extra weight.
"A human? Well the Dragon General did tell me about you Lucas, now Celestial Kingdom I presume?" Grani asked Lucas, who nodded.
"Go north for now," Lucas told him as they flew off to the Celestial Kingdom...

BEST OC Maker: For those confused, Dukemon was stuck on the Digital Hazard after that, which Matadrmon mixed with dark Digimon like PetitMamon's DigiEgg and Impmon, he result was a new Guilmon, Megidramon appeared originally due to the dark infusion but now with the holiness of the Zenith Keys, he became Dukemon, and don't worry Kairi Avalon, this MirageGaogamon isn't the same as Max's,
