The genin went with their different sensei's for their new training. They separated going off into different directions so no one could bother them while training.
Mai and Rei started off with taijutsu training to have Rei gain confidence in hand to hand combat.
Masuteri and Koki went to the river to begin his training.
Taiyuri and Haru were in the denser part of the forest. "Why the dense part of the forest, won't it be hard to move in?" Haru watched the larger man's back.
"That is exactly why I brought you out here. Also so no one will bother us during your training." Taiyuri sounded gruff.
Haru could only shake as he remembered his encounter with the man that now seemed to disappear infront of him into the dense trees as if he himself was an animal hunting his prey.
Haro tried to search with his eyes.
"Your eyes won't help you here boy. Use your other senses." Taiyuri's voice was as if he was all around him like an echo.
Haro wanted to use his senses but someone just telling him to use it didn't change anything.
Haro strained to keep calm upon hearing the man's voice as he closed his eyes letting his ears hear the forest and towns around them.
It may have just been his imagination but his ability to sense things was working really well.
The others watched as Haro kept using his sense of hearing and smell. An odd smell, something that smelt odd but familiar to him came to his nose.
He almost believed he knew what it was, but sometimes different things smell the same as old things.
Odd sounds coming from the north and it echoed as if in a cave or a rock enclosure. The sounds didn't seem human but held some form of speech as there were different pitches and depth to the voices he was hearing. Something told him that it was something he had to know something he had to listen to.
Haro could do that if it meant the question he asked himself when he heard those noises would be answered.
They watched Haro as it got closure to dark and he still hadn't moved an inch. They looked at one another not knowing what was happening or going on.
Haro could hear his teammates but he was also focused on trying to figure out why he was pulled to listen to the language.
Haro was just so interested in whatever was making that noise in another language.
The figures were dressed in dark black cloaks standing and arguing about their assigned mission yet again. They had come so far in land that it was getting them more riled up as they continued on foot headed to the easter boarder.
No one knew where the visitors came from, but it looked like under the hoods they had paint on them.
Their faces were painted in tribal paint. People stopped to stare at the strangers. The cloaked figures never noticed or never cared to notice. Keeping to themselves.
Haro kept trained on this group as they seemed to ve head for the great fire country region.
' Something is very wrong with those guys and I don't think the fire country needs them,' Haro thought.
The sensei's watched their students train under their guides. Haro's sensei was sitting under a tree wondering what could be making the boy stiff with tension as if readying for battle.
' But is this boy ready for more training?' Haro's sensei wondered.
Haro's sensei watched Haro from the trees, keeping his eyes on him. But his ears where trained else where hearing strange sounds that sounded different then the woodland creatures. It sounded a cross between human and animal.
' It could be...no, they were destroyed long ago. It couldn't be one of them.'
"Haro times up time to regroup now." Haro's sensei stressed trying to keep his voice from rising up in anger.
Haro ran straight to the tree his sensei was sitting next to.
Haro looked at his sensei's face trying to read it when he was pushed down into the bushes. Haro was about to complain when a hand was held over his mouth to stop him from speaking up.
The hand was used to keep Haro silent when they didn't have enough time to explain what was going on and the person was trying to keep Haro safe.
The dark figures go by them not even taking notice of their surroundings. They smelt as if they came from the sea, salty with some unknown tanginess that Haro tried to place but couldn't. Everyone regrouped in the trees after the firgures left muttering to themselves angerily.
Haro didn't know who they were but he was glad that the person put his hand off his mouth.
"We need to regroup now." his sensei got up motioning back to the areas where his teammates were training with their respected sensei's.
" Okay, sensei," Haro said. His throat hurt a little from the hand over his mouth.
They rush to find their teammates and respective sensei's but came up empty handed. Haro's sensei looked around trying to figure out what happened, seeing that there had been a struggle.
Haro could only guess no one was fatally wounded in what struggle his sensei was seeing.
Haro's sensei's eyes glowed a soft light. Haro stepped back away looking around trying to figure out what was happening.
Eventually Haro stumbled upon an important clue. Or rather it was a tool used in the struggle.
It wasn't a normal tool, but it looked foreign to the land. How could this be on the land when it belonged to the water realm. Deep green tinted scales littered the area. Picking them up in his hand to inspect them but the scales turned to dust in the sun.
' Those scales couldn't belong to a normal human being,' Haro thought. ' They also can't belong to an animal. I know every animal in this world and none of them have these scales.'
"Sensei look at the scales" Haro kept his voice low so only his sensei could hear him.
His sensei was looking at the sky before he put his head down to look at the scales in Haro's hands.
"Do you know what is it?" Haro asked
"Its a scale from some creature...I might be from the three tails" sensei said
"The three tails? Why would something like this be here?" Haro asked
"I'm not sure but we're going to find out" Sensei place the scale in his pocket, Haro nod his head in agreement.
"Sensei..." Haro tried to speak, but his sensei motioned him to be quiet
"Be careful" he whispered
"Yes, sensei" Haro whispered back
Suddenly they heard a loud crashing noise came from the north, which were followed by screams of terror. A large puff of smoke filled the sky covering the sun, the sky darken as if it was night.
"Hurry!" shouted Sensei as he immediately went towards the battle. The two arrived into a battle against some rogue ninjas, sensei immediately went towards his students.
"Are you alright?!" he asked, Misuteri quickly joined their sensei and Haro
"They just suddenly attacked us" Misuteri said
"They're rogues...why would they attack us?" Haro asked
"We'll worried about this later" sensei said.
"Let's get out of here" sensei said as he threw a smoke bomb. All three quickly jump through the trees, they had to her as much distance from the rogues has possible.
"I can't sense them anymore!" Haro said, sensei motion the two to take refuge at a nearby branch
"Two minutes and then we keep moving" he said
"Sensei...I can sense someone" whispered Haro, Sensei quickly locate the ninja. Sensei disappeared and return with a male ninja, he wore glasses, his hair pulled back in a ponytail, his blue eyes stared at these strange ninjas in front of him.
"Who are you?" Haro asked
The ninja didn't answer and just stared into the distance, Sensei tied his hands together and forced him down on the ground.
"What should we do with him?" Haro asked.
"We have to get out of here first! We can take care of him later" Sensei said.
They quickly made their escape from the rogues, sensei scanned the area and insured there was no longer any enemies around.
"Now what about him?" Haro asked, they all turned and faced the strange ninja.
"What's you're name?" Sensei asked, the ninja didn't answer, he just kept his emotionless expression. "Where are you from?" Sensei asked once more.
"There no point, sensei" Haro said while he glared at the ninja.
"I'll use my Jutsus" Sensei said, sensei walk towards the tied up ninja. He place his hand on his head, he lifted his two fingers when suddenly a kunai strike his shoulder
