Angst Anonymous is helping after just one time going there. It starts off with Glinda and Elphaba then shifts to Fiyero and Nessa. You're going to have to wait and see what is going on. Anyways, read and enjoy!

Chapter 24

Glinda is humming happily while she is resting against a trunk of a tree. Her legs are bent up at an angle where a sketchbook is resting comfortably on her legs, which is surprising because of how big her stomach has gotten but she made it work. Though her entire body is relaxed her blue eyes are focused and intense as she is busy drawing in her sketchbook. Her hand moves gracefully and effortlessly like she is dancing with her hand. She sticks her tongue out as she moves her hand at a downward angle.

"I'll never understand why you never majored in art. You're an amazing artist." Elphaba's voice came floating down from the branches above the good witch. She has been watching her wife draw for the past hour from her perch and is in awe of what she is seeing. It's a perfect replica of Rain though Glinda hasn't gotten to color in the eyes. That's the only thing that is missing. Those brilliant, emerald eyes that the young Wolf has inherited from her father.

The green woman reaches up above her and plucks an apple from a branch that's right above her head. Glinda gives a small smirk as she stops moving her pencil and looks up to her curious wife.

"As Momsie said Art is nonsensical and not something a proper lady does. Too dirty." She replies before holding out her hand in front of her. Her eyes gleam hungrily when a red apple is dropped into her hand. Brown eyes roll slightly at hearing the answer. That sounds like something Mrs. Upland would say. Don't get her wrong, she was always nice to her, when she went to Shiz, but she did have her moments of turning up her nose at certain things. It's something she taught Glinda which, thankfully, the blonde out grew.

"That does sound like your mother." The green woman mutters as she crosses her arms and leans back against the apple tree. Glinda chooses to ignore that comment while she takes a bite out of her apple. Her wife and momsie always had a lukewarm relationship. It didn't help when Elphaba was labeled 'The Wicked Witch of the West'. All she heard after that was "I knew something was wrong with her.' Even her's and Glinda relationship has cooled down ever since then but she will stick up for her momsie. She did give birth to her.

"Elphie…" Glinda says after she finishes chewing her apple her bit of food and then swallowing it. Elphaba gives a soft chuckle before carefully leaning over to look down at her wife. She gives a devious smirk down at her, to which Glinda just shakes her head before taking another bite of her apple. The raven haired beauty leans back with a happy sigh, not noticing Silver is now next to her.

"Still don't get along with her mother, huh?" He speaks up. The green woman gives a big jump of fright and loses her balance. She starts to tip backwards with a big yelp. Her green hands quickly clamp down on the branch as she does a backflip off the branch. She hangs from the tree branch with her eyes wide and her chest heaving. Her mind is still processing what just happened.

"Elphaba, what are you doing?" Glinda questions when she finally looks up to see what the commotion is. She raises an eyebrow at seeing her wife hanging on a branch like a monkey. She knows Elphaba likes to climb trees but this looks a bit ridiculous.

"Did a bird scare you again?" The good witch asks next as she is now amused by the situation. Elphaba glares at her before she lets go of the branch and perfectly lands next to her wife safely.

"No, smart ass." She answers while she runs her fingers through her messy locks to make herself look reasonable. Glinda gives a giggle as she reaches up and helps put away some of the errant strands of the raven locks. Her eyes go wide when she sees Silver fade in next to the green woman; his ears are to the side in shame. She can't believe she is seeing him. She hasn't seen him since the rescue from Morrible's compound.

"I scared her actually." He replies sheepishly, his ears go flat against his head now. He didn't mean to make Elphaba nearly fall out of the tree. Maybe he should have announced himself first. Glinda gives a loud sniffle as she stares at him. She thought she would never see him again.

"Silver, you're here." The blonde mutters before wiping away her tears. Elphaba goes to her wife's side in an instant. She kneels next to her while putting a comforting hand on her back. She is happy to see the Wolf but shocked to see him after what he did. A part of her thought he finally moved into the afterlife when they rescued Glinda, with his help.

"What happened to you?" She asks the question that is on both of their minds. Silver flicks his ears at the question. His whiskers then give a twitch. He still isn't ready to move on just yet. There is one more thing he has to witness first.

"The attack on Morrible took up all of my energy and then some. I had to let myself rest to restore what I lost. You may not have seen me but I was still around you." He answers the question he was asked. He licks his muzzle with his tail swishing in the grass. He is happy to be strong enough to be able to show himself to his friends again. He didn't like just watching from the sidelines. It was like somebody put a muzzle on him and he couldn't take it off.

"I thought you moved on, actually." Glinda responds as she leans into her wife for support. She is a bit overwhelmed; though it could be her hormones that are making her feel like this. Elphaba snakes an arm around her waist and holds her close. Silver scoots closer to her before leaning forward until his snout is mere millimeters from her cheeks. The blonde could have sworn she felt a puff of warm air on her skin. Maybe she is just imaging that.

"Not yet, there is one more thing left before I'm ready to move on." He replies before pulling away with his brilliant, emerald eyes softening to a beautiful, jade color. The raven haired beauty cocks her head to the side at this.

'What is that?' She wonders. He just gives a chuckle at the inquisitive looks he is getting from the two witches. He won't reveal what that specific event is. They don't need to worry about when the baby is due so soon.

"I saw you were drawing. I didn't know you drew." The Wolf redirects to a less morbid topic. For all the talks the two of them had, she never once brought it up that she liked to draw. Glinda blinks her eyes and pauses for a second. She moves when her wife gives her a slight nudge.

"Oh…right. I almost forgot I drew at that time. I never did it once everything happened." She replies before turning around to reach for her sketchpad. Silver noticed a slight flash of pained look on Elphaba's face but it disappears when the good witch turns towards them. She flips it over to reveal the sketch of Rain she has been working on. His eyes go wide at what he sees. His daughter has grown into such a beautiful Wolf. He can't help but feel the pride at creating her.

"It'll look better once I color it in." Glinda says as she watches him stare at it with a fascinated look. She gives a slight squirm at it because she isn't use to the looks. The only people who ever gave her praise was Elphaba and Nessa. Those two always encouraged her talent.

"It's beautiful. It's just like her." Silver says in awe. The good witch feels her face go warm at the compliment. The green woman smiles before leaning forward and placing a loving kiss on the golden mane. She and her sister aren't the only ones who appreciate her talent.

"See? I wasn't saying that in Shiz because I had a crush on you." Elphaba whispers in her wife, making her blush even harder. Glinda opens her mouth to speak but pauses when she hears voices coming towards them. How could she forget?! They need to hide

"Hurry...behind the tree." Glinda hisses as she struggles to get to her feet but she is not so swift with the big belly slowing down. She gets two sets of confused eyes on her while she uses her wife as leverage to get up.

"What is it?" Elphaba asks while she helps her struggling wife up. She gives a 'whoa." When the good witch grabs her hands and yanks her to her feet. Her ears twitch when she hears familiar voices getting louder.

"That sounds like Nessa and Fiy-hey!" The green woman yelps when she is now pulled behind the tree. She gives an 'oof' as the good witch pushes her against the back of the tree and her stomach pressing into her stomach. If she just wasn't manhandled by the petite woman this position would be hot. Silver just watches with much confusion. The only one that seems to know what is going on is the heavily breathing, pregnant woman.

"Glinda, is there an explanation as to why I'm pushed up against a tree?" The raven haired beauty asks but is quickly shushed by her wife. Then a hand covers her lips. She wouldn't complain but there is an explanation she would like to have for Glinda's sudden bizarre behavior.

"Fiyero is bring Nessa out here to propose to her." She whispers to the green woman. She is also suppose to help him out by magically making the question appear in the sky. She almost forgot because she was enjoying her time with her wife. Elphaba pulls the hand off her face with big eyes. Fiyero is going to propose to her sister?

"He is? Why didn't he tell me?" She asks but manages to keep her voice down. Glinda peeks slightly over the edge of the tree to see the two lover birds are still walking.

"Do you know how to form words in a glittery, pink way?" The blonde responds when she looks back to her wife. Elphaba cocks an eyebrow at this before giving a slight smirk. This she has to see.

"Fiyero, you still haven't given me a good reason on why we are out here." Nessa says with slight annoyance. Don't get her wrong, she always enjoys her time with Fiyero but he never goes up to her and says 'come with me.' She would like to hear a reason now because all the other times she ask he kept saying 'you'll see'. He looks to her with a playful smile.

"Just be patient, Nessa. It will be worth it following me aimlessly." The Winkie prince replies with his blue eyes sparkling. He just has to get into the spot both he and Glinda determined would be best spot for his girlfriend would see the question. He also hopes that the good witch remembers it too but she promised to clear her schedule for the entire day for this event. So hopefully nothing major happened that would require her attention. He went to Glinda instead of Elphaba. The green woman is still highly protective of her sister and he was afraid she would say no if he went to her for permission to ask for Nessa's hand in marriage. The blonde was very receptive and was eager to help him out with every detail on what he nee to do.

"Fiyero…"

The Winkie prince shushes her softly while looking behind him to make sure it's perfect. He then looks towards the apple tree. He swallows a bit when he sees soulful, brown eyes staring at him along with expecting, crystal, blue ones. Now he is nervous. He wasn't expecting Elphaba to be watching as well. Tough, Fiyero doesn't feel any burning sensation coming from the brown eyes instead he is filled with warmth and joy. Guess she does approve of this. He gives a slight nod of the head to Glinda before turning around with a smirk. The dark haired woman gives a huff before putting a hand on her hip. She is waiting to hear the answer he is suppose to give to her.

"Fiyero, is there a good reason you pulled me mid bite from my lunch?" Nessa questions with a cock of an eyebrow. It has to be good for him to do such a thing to her. A slight fire starts to rise in her hazel eyes when he just raises a finger up in the air. She is now getting angry because all she has gotten is cryptic answers and silence from her boyfriend.

"Just watch." Fiyero answers. Just as he says that he can feel the rush of magic coming from behind him and swirling up to the sky. He watches with satisfaction when he watches the hazel eyes widen in awe as she watches the scene unfold before her. In big, bold, sparkly, pink words spell out the question.

"Nessarose Thropp, will you marry me?'

She swallows hard before looking to see the Winkie prince down on one knee with a tiny box opened, revealing a simple silver ring with a ruby gem glistening in the sun. His stormy, blue eyes glistening with hope that she will say yes. Nessa's eyes glisten with tears as she just stares at him. He is still willingly to be with her after the discussion they had not too long ago.

"Y-you still want to marry me even though I possibly can't have your children?" the dark haired woman asks quietly, just incase somebody is listening in on this conversation. Fiyero's eyes glimmer with deep love as he stands up and gets closer to her. With his free hand, he cups the side of her face. She leans into the comforting presence with a sniffle.

"So what? If we can't have children of our own, we can always adopt a child or maybe another Tiger cub or an orphaned baby Animal." That earned a wry chuckle from his girlfriend.

"It does not affect my love for you, Nessa. If you say yes I will love you for the rest of my life and raise whatever children or Animal together." Fiyero speaks with his voice full of passion and love for this woman before him. Nessa's heart is about to burst from all the love being poured down on her from those stormy, blue eyes. It's the sweetest thing she has ever heard. She wipes away her tears while nodding her head.

"Yes…yes."
The Winkie prince's knees go weak at hearing the answer he was hoping to hear. He gives a watery laugh while pulling out the ring from the box and shakily puts it on the left ring finger of his fiancée. He then eagerly presses his lips onto Nessa's. She closes her eyes and kisses him back with deep love. A few seconds later she pulls away while caressing the side of his face with affection.

"I love you, Fiyero."

Glinda gives a happy giggle while clapping her hands together. It looks like Nessa said yes to the question. Silver is panting happily as she is still focused on the lover birds. He is happy to see this as well. He wishes nothing but the best for those two. They deserve each other.

"It looks like we have a wedding to plan." The good witch says as she looks to her wife. Elphaba looks to her with a big grin on her face. It's about time those two found their happy ever after.

"Indeed." She replies as this just makes her warm on the inside. A wedding and a baby will be coming. This can only get better from here. The green woman cups the good witch's face and gives her a very passionate kiss. This even has made her feel like she is on a sugar rush for some reason.

"Elphie…" Glinda's voice goes down an octave at the impulsive kiss. That was unexpected but she won't complain about it. It was very nice. Elphaba gives a devious smile before she grabs one of her wife's hands and pulls her away. She would like some alone time with Glinda. Silver turns around to talk to his friends but blinks his eyes when he sees he is all alone. The husky laughter coming from the wind says it all.

"I'll uh…catch up with them later." Silver mutters to himself before looking back to the happy scene before him. He lifts his head up and gives off a loud, approving howl to the winds. May the gods left this happiness last forever.

Yay! Fiyero and Nessa are engaged! Unfortunately, you guys won't be able to see the wedding of those two. Sorry, I picture this story ending soon once the baby is born. I feel like that's where is suppose to end to make way for the third story. Also, yay for Silver making an appearance as well. What will make him move on…you will have to wait and see for that as well. Hehe. Anyways, I will see you all in the next chapter! Till then.
