Nagisa finds himself looking at Gou more and more often and is starting to find adorable things about her, such as when she's concentrating she bites her lip and whenever she ties her hair up in a bun it's always crooked, both of which are present since Gou, Rei and him were studying for end of term exams in the sweltering heat. Both Nagisa and Rei had their fringes pinned back and all the fans and air con were on but that didn't help that much.

When Gou catches him staring, Nagisa immediately drops his gaze and they both start to blush,

"You were staring," she mutters with a slight accusatory tone.

"Was not," Nagisa argues back still with a quietish tone. Rei sighs; it wasn't like they could be heard anyway.

"Then what were you doing?" Gou says glaring at the blonde.

"I was staring off into space," he defends.

"Was not," Gou whispers slightly louder as she get more and more frustrated.

"Was too!"

"Was not"

"WAS TOO!" Nagisa shouts. By now they are both standing up and furiously glaring at each other, neither backing down.

"WAS –" Gou begins but is cut off by a rather irritated and annoyed Rei.

"WILL YOU BOTH SHUT UP!" Rei shouts slamming his hands on the table which immediately shuts both of them up.

"Sorry Rei-chan" Nagisa says quickly and sits down and starts to work as if nothing has happened.

"Yeah Sorry Rei-kun" Gou mutters before taking her place next to Nagisa and looking over at his work.

Rei sighs and pushes up his glasses, he's sure those two would be the death of him, with their constant bickering if his grades drop he know's who to blame.

Rei's train of thoughts is broken out of when the two start again, "Gou-chan stop cheating!"

"I'm not cheating, I'm trying to look at your text book," Gou retorts and leans further over, especially since Nagisa moves the text book out of her way.

"Yours is over there," Nagisa responds, waving widely in the opposite direction to where they're sitting.

"It's too far away, now let me look!"

Rei gets ready to shout again but by the looks of it, it'll never work. So instead, he gathers up his stuff and moves over to the next room hoping for some peace, however it doesn't last for long as a crash sounds and with it comes a startled,

"Rei!"

Even with no lights in the sitting room, the TV provides just enough light, Nagisa discovers as Gou takes his interest more than the movie that's playing.

Curled up against him, the red head is bitting her lip, the way she does when she's focused on something.

"You're staring," Gou mutters, okay maybe she isn't that focused.

Instead of arguing, Nagisa hums in response and kisses the top of her head, "Hmm, it's because I can't keep my eyes off you."

Gou blushes and playfully hits him, "Stop being cheesy."

Rei turns round, irritated that he was dragged into this movie session by Rin to chaperone the two also that fact that they were talking.

Though shushing them didn't help, but at least they weren't arguing.

"You know you like it."

"I do not!"

"Yes, you do!"

"I DO N-"

By this time Rei has walked out of the room, guess he spoke too soon.

Anyway the quote at the top was from a tumblr post, so I decided to go with it though the ending wasn't exactly how I planned it out but oh well I hope you enjoyed XD Also it's the 25th chapter *whooop* yay we're a quarter of the way through or half depending on how long I'm planning this for.
