The next morning in a much larger room the council, the accused, and the Tahio's were all gathered to hear what final outcomes of the trials would be.
"We have slightly amended our earlier decisions due to some new information about previously made by Inutashio." Sataru began what would be the final hearing for quite some time.
"Inutashio agreed with you young ladies that if once the curse was broken and you did not wish to remain with the boys he would help you to reverse the mating process." Saki continued, "we have changed the that time frame to a year, if you still feel the as you do now we will reverse your mating and the boys will just have to live with that regret. There will be no negative repercussions on your end."
Each of the girls nodded in agreement and understanding.
"As for your attackers and betrayers it would seem there is much more at work here. We will be spending the year investigating the real driving force behind all of this." Toshi seemed pleased at the break in the day-to-day boredom brought about by the reopening of their case.
Outside the court house the rather large and once again whole family was gathered. They would each be returning to their homes and trying the whole mate thing again.
"Remember a lot of your problems stemmed from improper communication." Izayoi told them, " If you have a problem, yes, give yourself some space to calm down, but come back together and talk. Talk and listen."
"Yes mother." Inuyasha said. He knew he was guilty of not listening to his mate.
"You also need to make sure that you're all putting in the effort to make things work." Inutashio added. " Also don't forget we're both here if you need us for anything."
The elder demon gave each of the boys a thick envelope.
"You can go over all of that information together later on once you're home." Inutashio told them. "We'll see you all at dinner next Friday."
"We know that you can all pull through this!" Izayoi called back to them.

"Shall we head home then?" Sesshomaru placed a hand on Rin's shoulder.
"Hmm…. does anyone want to join us for a late lunch?" Kagome asked.
"Maybe next time we still have a lot of unpacking and organizing to do." Rin smiled as she and Sesshomaru walked to her car.
"Where did you have in mind?" MIroku asked.
"Kagome was telling me about this place that serves amazing grilled food." Inuyasha told them.
"Oh, I think I know where you mean. That place by the mall right?" Ayame checked.
"Mall?" The guys asked. Being dogs having left them unfamiliar with some modern concepts.
"We'll explain on the way." Sango told them as they each made their way to their respective vehicles.
They all agreed to meet at the restaurant after going home to change into more comfortable clothes.
