Robin wiped the sweat off his brow. Walhart was finally defeated. The Shepherd's cheered loudly over their victory. Cynthia and Gerome were taking victory laps in the air, Morgan was hugging Owain, and Robin noticed Sully plant a passionate kiss on Chrom's lips. Robin smiled and let himself collapse on the ground. He let out a long sigh. "Finally over." He felt a pair of hands gently grab his shoulders and start rubbing them. "Sumia?"

"Were you expecting, Chrom?" his wife asked.

"Nah, his massages are too rough." Sumia chuckled. "So that's two wars under our belts."

"Yeah. Think it will be the last one?"

"Gods, I hope so. I'm so tired of all the fighting."

"Then why don't you rest." She pulled him back and rested his head in her lap. "You of all people have earned it."

"Everyone has. Although I have to wonder. Have we managed to successfully avoid Lucina's future? We haven't really learned what caused the Risen. I've been looking into it but-"

"Shh." Sumia ran her hand through his hair. "Don't worry about it right now. You're going to get gray hairs."

"My hair is already white."

"Well, um, oh, you know what I mean!"

Robin laughed. "You're adorable when you're flustered, you know that."

"And you're lucky you're cute."

"I am aren't I?" The two laughed. Robin looked up at the sky and sighed. "I wonder what I'm going to do with myself now. I mean, love it or hate it, war is my art. I don't really know much else."

Sumia chuckled. "I wouldn't worry about it. You're a smart guy. You'll figure something out. Maybe you could go into teaching."

"Maybe." He looked at his wife. "What about you? Going to take some time off to make things ready for the baby?"

"Actually. I'm thinking about retiring from the Pegasus Knights. All this time away from our baby has gotten me thinking. I want to be a part of our children's lives as much as possible. Being a Pegasus Knight doesn't really allow for that."

"What are you going to do?"

"I was thinking about raising Pegasai perhaps. Start a little ranch maybe."

Robin smiled. "That actually sounds like a really good idea. We'll need a patch of land though. Buy some Pegasai for the ranch. We also need to determine the costs and-" Sumia put her hand over his mouth.

"You're overthinking things again, honey." She started combing her fingers through his hair again. "Just rest for a little while. We'll figure everything out later."

Robin smiled. "Yeah, you're right." He closed his eyes and felt himself starting to drift off to sleep.

Everything else could wait for a moment. Now was a time to rest.

I know this was shorter than my usual stuff but I thought this was the best way to handle this chapter. I think I'm going to start wrapping this story up soon. I'll worry about it once school is over with. Thanks for reading. Hope you enjoyed.
