Sorry if you guys wanted him to propose on the 'date' but that's not how the story's going. Trust me; I have it all set up in my head.

Btw, sorry about not updating that much over the last week, I'll try and make up for it this weekend because I don't really have anything else to do, lol.

Chapter 24 – Just hanging out

'Are you sure it's ok with Carlisle and Esme that we're staying round their house tonight and tomorrow night?' Bella asked as they loaded Rose's boot with their bags.

'Yeah, they've been asking and asking and I kept turning them down but then I thought of how much easier it'll be if we just stayed round their house.' Alice replied picking up her giant suitcase and shoving it in the back.

'Well, this way we know for definite that the boys wont see us and plus who wants to go down an elevator on your wedding day?' Rose said seriously but Bella and Alice just laughed at her.

'SHOT GUN!' Alice suddenly shouted.

'Ah, damn it!' Bella complained.

They all got into the car, Rose driving, Alice in the front and Bella in the back. Alice immediately put the radio on some dance music and started singing. Rose made a face and turned it down. Alice smiled at her sheepishly.

'Do you think they guys will be ok that we just left them a note saying that we wont see them until tomorrow?' Rose asked, reversing out of the parking space and heading along the main road.

'They'll be fine. This way it's just easier, I mean we wouldn't have been able to say goodbye otherwise and plus if we stayed here we would be too tempted to just stay with them.' Alice said determined. 'Best not keep in temptations way.'

Bella looked out her window, sad thinking of Edward and the fact that she wouldn't be there when he got back from the set-up tux fitting. The girls had made up another unnecessary tux fitting to 'just make sure that they fit' so they could get away without distractions. Bella knew that Edward knew something was happening but he kept it quiet, probably to keep her happy.

The girls talked for the whole ride their, but to save themselves from the nervousness and excitement they promised themselves that they'd talk about other things then the weddings for the whole two nights. When they arrived Esme was already out front just finishing some gardening by the looks of it. She was Alice and Edward's mother but really didn't look the age of 45 with her honey coloured hair and gorgeous blue eyes, even at her age she could still stun and loud crowd into silence. They got out of the car as soon as Rose had parked and ran over to Esme and gave her a huge hug all together.

'Esme!' Rose and Bella both shouted while Alice shouted 'Mom!'

In reply Esme put her tools down and shouted 'Girls!' while hugging them all at once, all with giant smiles on their faces.

Bella first met Esme and Carlisle when she became best friends with Alice in High School and so had a great relationship with them, even when they found out that she was dating their son. Rose and Emmett had both met them the same way and they were all quite close.

'Its been too long really.' Esme said while stroking Alice's cheek.

'How are the boys? Nervous?' She asked while they were going inside.

'Well, we don't really know. We kinda left without them knowing.' Bella say looking at the ground with guilt.

Esme looked at them with surprise. 'Why?'

Alice explained to her.

'Bravo. Good thinking their girls, though it is a bit cruel on them but I'm sure they'll get over it.' She said.

They all smiled at the compliment.

'Carlisle! The girls are here.' She shouted in her soft voice up the stairs.

A minute later he came down the beautiful staircase with a smile on his face. Carlisle, much like his wife, looked young for his age of 46. His blond hair and green eyes, much like Edwards, stunned everyone who looked at him. You could see where Edward got his good looks from.

'Hello, girls.' He said opening his arms as he reached the bottom of the stairs. The girls ran and hugged him, Esme laughed at the sight.

4 hours later, after a lot of catching up and a long phone call from the guys about the girls leaving, the girls were all sitting on Alice's king sized bed in her huge, everything pink bedroom deciding which movie to watch.

'I don't mind between the 2 to be honest, so you to can decide.' Bella said getting out of it and trying not to cause an argument on this oh so important night.

'Well, how about we just watch Pretty Woman and then How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days afterwards?' Rose reasoned with Alice.

'Ok! I'll put it in.' She said getting and going over to her plasma TV that was opposite the bed which Rose and Bella were just getting comfy in now.

'And action!' Bella said while pressing the play button while Alice got in the bed next to her with the big bowl of popcorn.

'I'm pretty sure I'm not supposed to eat popcorn before my wedding day, but what the hell!' Rose said, diving into the bowl for a handful, the other two giggle at her. By the end of the film all three were crying when Richard was coming to get Julia. Just as it ended Alice's phone started to ring. She leant across the bedside table and flipped it open.

'Hello?' A smile came to her lips. 'I told you not to call…………Ok, let me just out it on speaker phone.' She looked at the other two and smiled while rolling her eyes.

'Hey girlies!' It was Emmett who broke the silence first.

'Hey!' They all shouted. 'Are Edward and Jasper there?' Rose asked.

'Yeah, say something guys.' Emmett encouraged.

'Hey' That was Jasper 'What are you doing?' Edward asked.

'We've just finished watching Pretty Woman.' Bella replied. There were tskks on the other end.

'And you cried at the ending.' Edward said as a statement.

'How did you know?' Bella asked.

'I can tell when you've been crying Bella; I think I know you pretty well right now.' He said, chuckling at the end. They talked for a little while longer.

'Any, we have to go now. We'll see you tomorrow.' Alice said getting off the bed and putting the now empty bowl on the table across the room. She stroked her and Rose's dresses down that were hanging up in plastic clothes wallets on some hooks on the wall.

'Ok, we'll see you at the altar. Love you.' Jasper said.

'Love you too.' Alice replied.

'Love you Rose.' Emmett moaned.

'Love you too Em.' She made a kissing sound.

There was a pause and Bella was about to speak. 'Take me off speaker phone Bella.' Edward said.

'Hey.' She said quietly as she picked up the phone and walked over to the wall lengthen window on the east side of the room.

'I love you so much.' He said, his voice sounding more like velvet then ever.

She giggled. 'I love so much too.' She whispered into the phone. Rose and Alice both went into the on suite to brush their teeth to give Bella some privacy.

'I'm already missing you like crazy. It must be a tradition for Emmett to spill beer down my top because he did it again tonight.' He sighed.

'Don't worry; I'll whack him one tomorrow.' She smiled

He chuckled. 'I already have love.' He paused. 'How am I going to sleep without you here next to me?' His voice sounding tortured.

She felt guilty. 'I'm sorry, I didn't want to leave you either. But it's only for 2 nights and I'll see you tomorrow anyways.' She said.

'I suppose.' He said in a sulky voice. 'I guess I'll see you tomorrow walking down the aisle.'

'Yeah, hopefully I won't fall on my face.' She went red with embarrassment at the thought of it.

'Impossible. I'll always catch you.' He said.

She giggled. 'I'll see you tomorrow. I love you.'

'I love you too. Night, love.'

'Night.'

She hung up the phone, went and brushed her teeth like the other 2 and they all got into Alice's king sized bed. Because of its giant size they weren't squashed up at all and had their own shape. Bella and Alice on either side while Rose was in the middle. None could have even dreamt of the events that were going to happen the next day.

Only a tiny bit of Bella/Edward, sorry. But they'll be together again tomorrow. Did you guys see the Twilight movie?

Because I live in England it comes out on December 19th here so I won't see it for a while but I really can't wait to watch it.

The next to chapters will be Alice and Jasper's wedding and then Rose and Emmett's but I wont be describing very much about the ceremony because I'm not very good at writing weddings so I'll be concentrating on the people more.
