Criminal Minds: Child Exploitation Task Force/CETaF

Chapter 25

.

As soon as JJ completed the press conference in front of the hospital, the two female agents retreated into the building.

"Some things never change…as aggressive as ever, like sharks on a feeding frenzy." She muttered as she and Emily waited for the elevator.

"But you are such a pro at this sort of thing." Emily grinned. "As for me, I can't deal with this crap." She waved her hand around her. "I'll be tempted to empty my cartridge on them as soon as they interrupted me. Especially that red-headed snob, did you see how hideous her make -up made her?" Emily gave a shiver. "At least three inches thick!"

JJ laughed, "It's for the cameras, Em. If she didn't have them on, she'll be looking like Morticia from the Addams family."

Emily shrugged, "I'd rather look like death than that! She must go through cosmetics like fire! Those companies must love her!" She shook her head, "Come on…what's taking the elevators so long? It's only a few floors."

It was then that JJ and Emily exchanged stunned looks, "I think he's here." They said at the same time as well as reaching for their weapons on instinct.

"It's a go, everyone." Emily spook quietly into her mike.

Roger that boss, we're in place.

With a nod to her best friend, the two agents and an LEO stepped out of the elevators when the doors opened with their weapons drawn.

"There he is…"JJ whispered as soon as they spotted the back of James Foyet's figure disappearing into the room.

"He took the bait." Emily grinned. "I hope Agent Gaines is in place."

"Yeah…all 250 lbs of him." JJ returned. "He played linebacker in high school, you know."

Emily shook her head slightly, "Seriously have no idea what that means."

JJ frowned at her friend, "You are hopeless, Emily Prentiss."

"Tell me something I don't know, Jayje." Emily shrugged as they advanced down the hallway of the deserted hospital.

Suspect is in custody. Repeat, suspect is in custody…but boss, you'd better come here, we have a situation.

Rushing into the room, Emily and JJ entered to find James Foyet unconscious and in handcuffs, Agent Gaines pointed behind Emily, at the two middle-aged ladies, "Please…please, don't hurt him. He's trying to protect us."

The FBI agents continued to stare at them in stunned silence.

"We'll tell you everything." One of them said timidly.

Mary Lankford and Louise Lombard were actually biological sisters, their real last names were Foyet. Yes, the same one as George Foyet who was later known as The Reaper.

Mary was George's real mother while Louise was his aunt. Who was his father? He was really his Grandfather, George Foyet Senior.

George Senior had been raping both daughters since they were little.

Mary also gave birth to James Richard; there were six still-born but for George Junior and James.

All of Louise's babies were born dead except for one, a girl she named Patricia or Patty for short.

Patty was a beautiful baby despite family genetics misnomers.

George Senior was mesmerized with her Patty, Louise saw his looks. She knew the way her father stared continuously at the baby and she feared the worst, just like the way her father used to stare at her and Mary when they were little.

When Mary came into the bedroom to see them, Louise told her about their father and her fears.

"He will use Patty like the way he use us, Mary." Louise's hands shook as she fed the baby.

"Louise, the baby is too little, father will not do it."

Louise shook her head, "What about Georgie? Or James?"

Mary glared at her sister, "Don't you even think about it! They are boys!"

"Daddy says he did with Georgie last week." She quickly cast her eyes down.

Mary sucked in her breath, "Oh my Georgie!"

"I saw them in daddy's room." Louise whispered. "Georgie was crying, he didn't like it."

Mary began to cry, "Why did daddy do to my Georgie?"

"You were at work, and I was big. Daddy had the urges."

Mary continued to sob, "He could have waited until I came home."

"You know how he is when he had the urges."

Mary rubbed her tears away, "Yeah…yeah. I know."

"Mary, I'm scared for Patty." She looked down at her newborn.

Her sister glanced at her niece, "She's gonna have to get used to is sooner or later, Lou."

Louise snapped her head, "But she's just born! She's just a baby!"

Mary stood up and left the room.

Louise began to cry, "She's just a baby…"

A few days' later while Louise was napping she awoke to Patti's crying and muffling.

"What's going on?" Louise got up and wondered into Mary's room to find Georgie completely naked and her Patty without any clothes as well.

Louise screamed but was shut off instantly by Mary, "Do you want daddy to come in?"

Louise shook her head as Mary dragged her from the room while Patty continued to cry and scream.

"Best to let them be." Mary chuckled as she led them into the kitchen and made coffee for two.

Patty's birth was never registered. No one knew she existed. The Foyet's house was situated in a remote land off the local community and they mainly kept to themselves. Mary and Louise found jobs working in a local hospital as housekeepers.

When Patty was five years old, Senior though it was time she was his; he never knew Georgie had been 'teaching' her all along with the guidance of his mother and hers.

But when Georgie found out what his dad wanted to do with Patty, he objected. You see, Georgie had fallen in love with his sister and he didn't want to 'share' with his dad.

Senior became angry and began to beat Georgie who in turn defended himself. It was an all out brawl at the Foyet house. The women did not interfere as they stood aside and watched. James was not at home at the time, he was in school.

When he came home, it was to find blood everywhere.

Mary and Louise had begun to clean the mess.

"Where's dad?" James asked.

No answer.

"Where's Georgie?"

No answer.

The two women continued to clean.

Then James heard a feminine humming coming from the bedroom, and then a laughter; it was Georgie laughing and then Patti laughing with him in there, soon there were grunting noises.

James sighed as he sat his book bag down and pulled his books out and began to do his homework; life in the Foyet household continued…minus Senior.

….

Deep down in a ravine, a SUV was on its side. The two occupants blinked their eyes and winced in pain and as they focused on their surroundings, they saw that they were in an accident…

Dave Rossi grunted in pain as he realized his right leg was pinned under the dashboard and the driving wheel was rode up to his chest.

"Isabelle…Isabelle…."

"Dave…?"

Dave tried to move his head to his right, "Erin?"

"Dave….are you all right?"

"Trapped…pinned, this steering wheel….can't move and my leg, I think one of my leg is broken." He tried to jiggle his hand.

"Where are we?" Erin Strauss asked him.

"I think we're in a ditch, Erin."

"How long?"

"Don't know. Where's Isabelle? Is she in here?"

"I don't know, don't remember…" She winced hard as she felt something warm and sticky oozing trickling down the side of her head. "I think we've been ambush, Dave."

"Yeah, I think so too. Isabelle. Someone took her."

She tried to nod but it hurt her head, "Yeah, can't remember what happened."

"Me too. All I can think was I took Isabelle to see Mudgie…no, I haven't but I was on my way when there was accidents on the highway, we were stuck on the highway."

"I was on my way to meet you, you didn't answer you cell." Their memories were coming to them as they continued to talk. "Prentiss found it at the Reader's parking lot."

Dave chuckled for a bit, "Isabelle was right, I must have left it on the top of the SUV."

"That's what she said."

They were quiet for a while before Strauss began, "What's next?"

"Can you move?"

"I'm trapped…my legs…pinned under the dashboard."

"Yeah me too."

"What about Isabelle?"

"The back door's opened, either she got out or someone's taken her."

Erin frowned, "Let's hope for the former."

"Me too, Erin, me too."

"It's getting dark, Dave."

"I know." He looked through the broken windshield as he felt dizzy, his eyes closing.

"Dave?"

"Wha?"

"Don't you go to sleep on me…stay with me." Strauss slurred as her eyes began to shutter. "Dav…" She drifted away. "We need to kee…p up…Isa …belle…"

…..

In a dark room, on a metal cot

Isabelle woke up suddenly and sat up, "Hello?"

No answer.

It was dark but a ray of dim light shining down from above her, she tried to get up and she heard and felt metal rattling.

Chains, she was chained up on her wrists and ankles.

Fear risen inside her as she began to shiver, "Hello? Daddy? Dave? Where are you?"

No answer as her voice echoed.

"Dave….please help me?" She begged as tears began to pool and fell on her cheeks. "Dave….Emily….you said you be with me, you'll never lose me. Please help me. I'm scared."
