Author's Note: Heyo guys, Timber910 here. Now, I bet you are noticing that this is another chapter on Wednesday. No, I didn't miss a chapter. As I mentioned before, my writing had gotten a bit out of hand, and now I have all the way up to Chapter 30 written, so i'm gonna start posting 2 chapters a week. Yay! Now, this is temporary, atleast until I cut down some of the distance between the written story and the published chapters, however, maybe it won't ever catch up ;). Anyways, with this new schedule, it does change the whole reviews thing. You see, Wednesday only has a day and a half to get reviews, while a chapter posted on Friday has 5 and a half days, so I figured it would be best to attend to the reviews on Friday's chapter, instead of Wednesday's chapter.

Now that the news has been done, let's get into Chapter 25!

Chapter 25: Smell the Roses Part 1

Me, Tristen, and Emily all stared up at the giant gym infront of us. We had thought this through a bit beforehand. I turned to Tristen and Emily, nodding my head, confirming I was ready. We made our way into the gym, which was like a huge garden. There was a waterfall and everything, trees growing everywhere, even vines crawling up the sides of the building, which I guess was intentional.

"So, some new challengers I presume" I heard a female voice say. I turned to see a woman wearing a geisha like costume on, with blue hair down to around her breasts. She had around C-cup breasts, and stood about as tall as me.

"Yes, we are here to challenge the gym leader" I said.

"Well, I'm always looking for a good battle. I am Erica" said Erica.

"I am Tim, and this is Tristen and Emily" I said, introducing ourselves.

"Nice to meet all of you, and since there is 3 of you, why don't we attempt a Swap Battle" asked Erica. The 3 of us looked at each other, confused, and then turned back to Erica. She smiles at us for our confusion.

"A Swap Battle is where a group of people will battle either a single trainer or another group. Each person in a group uses only one Moémon, however if you are facing a single opponent, they can use as many Moémon as the opposing group has. For instance, since you 3 will be facing me, I can use 3 Moémon, while only each of you can use only 1" said Erica. We all nodded, finally understanding what she had meant.

"Well then, let's get started, who shall go first" asked Erica. Emily then stepped forward.

"I will" said Emily. Erica smiled.

"Very well, let's get this underway" said Erica, walking over to the other side of the battlefield. Emily pulled out a Moéball, as well as Erica.

"LET THE BATTLE BEGIN" yelled the ref.

"LET'S GO MINNIE" yelled Emily, throwing her Moéball. Out of the moéball came girl who had long black hair, tied into a ponytail, which stretched to the bottom of the floor. She wore a yellow dress, with black gloves on her hands. She also wore black running shows. She was around 5'8" as well. I pulled out my Moédex to scan her.

"Mawile, the Deceiver Moémon. Don't me misguided by Mawile's long hair; it is actually a large jaw hanging down from their head, which is powerful enough to chew through iron bars. However, Mawile are considered quite passionate in bed" said the Moédex.

"A Mawile eh, very well then, GO TAYLA" yelled Erica, throwing out her Moéball. Out of her moéball came a girl with long, blue dreadlocks for hair, stretching down to her waist. She wore a black mask over her face, only allowing to see her eyes. She wore a blue dress that stretched to the floor. She seemed to be around 5'6", and had B-cup breasts. I kept my Moédex out and scanned Tayla.

"Tangela, the Vine Moémon. The dreadlocks on its head are actually vines, which they use to capture any moving thing. The vines are considered quite ticklish if used softly. Tangela tend to use these ticklish vines in bed" said the Moédex. I put my Moédex away as I started to watch the battle.

"USE VICE GRIP MINNE" yelled Emily, as Minnie then charged at Tayla. Erica smiled as Minnie charged at Tayla.

"Tayla, dodge and use Mega Drain" said Erica. Tayla managed to dodge at the last second, sticking her right hand out. Suddenly, green energy started leaving Minnie's body and going into Tayla's hand. Minnie shook it off though, turning to Tayla.

"USE ICE BEAM MINNIE" yelled Emily. Minnie then opened her frontal mouth, as a light blue beam shot out of it, heading towards Tayla.

"Dodge Tayla" said Erica. Tayla managed to tuck and roll, dodging the Ice Beam.

"Use Bind" said Erica. Suddenly, 3 dreadlocks on Tayla's head extended and wrapped around Minnie, not allowing her to move, squeezing her tight.

"Minnie, are you alright" asked Emily.

"I'm fine sis, don't worry" said Minnie. Suddenly, her hair parted and bit down on the dreadlocks, causing Tayla to cry in pain, retracting her dreadlocks back to her. Emily then pulled out a ring, placing it on her middle finger.

"MEGA EVOLUTION, ACTIVATE" yelled Emily. Me and Tristen turned to each other confused, and then turned back to the battle field. Suddenly, a necklace around Minnie's neck started glowing, and then her whole body was encompassed in white. When the light faded, Minnie had changed a lot. Her yellow dress was now pink and yellow, and her hair grew even longer, now having 2 long ponytails. She even grew to 5'10", standing much higher than Tayla.

"What just happened" I asked.

"A mega evolution, it's something that was discovered in the Kalos Region, where Moémon can evolve to a much stronger and larger form for a brief period of time. Minnie just evolved into a Mega Mawile. NOW MINNIE, USE ICE FANG" yelled Emily. Minnie then charged at Tayla, turned, and suddenly her 2 ponytails opened again, the inside was covered in a light blue essence. The 2 ponytails bit down on Tayla, nearly swallowing her whole. Minnie smiled as she let Tayla go, causing her to fall to the ground, fainted.

"That's one down" said Emily, smiling.

"Nice moves kid, you got some fight in you after all" said Erica, returning her Tangela. She then pulled out another Moéball, smiling.

"Time for round 2…GO WHITNEY" yelled Erica, throwing her Moéball. Out of the moéball came a girl wearing a light yellow dress with some very light brownish-yellow dots on it. She had 2 like fan things on her arm which resembled leaves. She had her brunette hair tied into 1 short/medium length pigtail. I pulled out my Moédex to scan her.

"Weepinbell, the Flycatcher Moémon. The arm covers that resemble leaves are quite sharp, mainly use for cutting foes. Weepinbell are also capable of spitting a toxic acid out of their mouth. Weepinbell tend to wrap themselves around their partners and have sex with them until they are satisfied" said the Moédex. I put my Moédex away, focusing on the battle again.

"Whitney, use Knock Off" said Erica.

"MINNIE DODGE IT QUICK" yelled Emily. However, Whitney was too fast, bitch-slapping Minnie, causing her necklace to fall off and fall to the ground. Minnie then returned to her normal Mawile form. Emily looked up at Erica in shock, as Erica was smiling.

"I have some nice moves as well kid. Now Whitney, use Sleep Powder" said Erica. Whitney then waved her left arm, sending out a bunch of spores.

"MINNIE, QUICK, DODGE IT" yelled Emily. Minnie tried finding a way out, but soon realized she was cornered.

"I'm sorry sis" said Minnie, as the spores hit her, causing her to fall to the ground, asleep.

"Now Whitney, use Sunny Day, followed by Weather Ball" said Erica. Whitney looked to the sky, as the sun started to shine through the glass roof. Whitney then extended her hand, aiming at Minnie. Suddenly, a red and white energy orb appeared in her hand.

"Game…set…match" said Whitney, firing the blast and hitting Minnie head on, causing her to faint. Emily returned Minnie, kissing the moéball.

"You did great Min" said Emily, walking over to us. I gave her a pat on the back and smiled.

"You did great" I said. She smiled back at me.

"Thanks Tim" said Emily.

"Alright, who's next" asked Erica. Tristen turned to me, and then smiled as he walked up.

"I'll go next" said Tristen, smiling. Erica smiled back.

"Round 3" said Erica. Tristen pulls out a Moéball, getting ready for the battle.

"Round 3…BEGIN" yelled the ref.

Ending Note: And that, my friends, is the end of the first part of the Celadon City gym battle. This was also my first attempt at trying a Mega Evolution. I haven't played X and Y, so I hope I got the Mega Evolution somewhat right. Leave a review on what you thought of today's chapter.
