A/N: So this is the last chapter! There will be a short epilogue after this though. Sorry if it isn't the best, but I've juss been majorly depressed about life and my internship, which I totally hate, and it seriously took me forever to even find the motivation to write this. But anyways, I hope you guys enjoy it!

On a side note, Lucy Hale's in Seattle, and due to her lack of tweets and instagram pics, idk where she could even be in Seattle lol. It's been driving me nuts!

Again, enjoy the last chapter!

Aria bit her lip nervously as she sat in the waiting room at the doctor's office. They'd just taken some of her blood and she was waiting for the results. Her hands held a magazine to keep them from shaking, but it did nothing to quell the queasiness in her stomach or the pounding of her heart.

"Aria." Emily's gentle voice spoke. "You'll be fine." She said sincerely.

Aria gave her a weak smile and nodded.

Would it be fine though?

It couldn't be the cancer coming back. Could it? The doctor had promised that there was a very small chance of its return. Yet very small chance didn't mean none. It just meant it was unlikely. But not entirely impossible.

If the cancer came back...she didn't know what she should do. She clearly couldn't run again this time. But how could she put everyone through everything. Especially Olivia.

Oh God. She wished they would just hurry up with it. If they were going to tell her she had cancer again she'd rather they just blurt it out so she could go and cry in her car.

"Aria?" The nurse called.

Aria stood up, wincing at the way her nails were bitten down to nubs.

"Do you want me to come with you?" Emily asked.

Aria nodded, tears of fear already filling her eyes.

"Please."

As she walked towards the door the nurse held open, she tried to discern whether or not the smile on the lady's face was one of sympathy or not.

"Right this way. The doctor will be back to discuss your test results soon."

Soon.

That probably meant fifteen minutes. Fifteen minutes until she learned whether or not her life was about to fall apart again.

"Mommy, you look very pretty."

Aria smiled as she sat beside her daughter on the bed.

"Thank you, princess."

"Where are you going again?" Olivia asked.

"Daddy's taking me on a date. We're celebrating our anniversary of the day we met."

Olivia smiled as she nodded.

"Do you wanna help me finish getting ready?" Aria asked.

Olivia's eyes lit up. She loved applying lip stick on her mother, and helping her decide on what shoes or jewelry to wear.

"Of course, Mommy!"

"Come on." Aria stood up, taking Olivia with her.

She placed her on the bathroom counter.

"Pink or Red?" She asked.

"Um." Olivia though for a second. "Pink!"

Aria handed her daughter the lip stick. Olivia carefully applied it over Aria's lips.

"Done." Olivia smiled.

Aria leaned down and kissed her daughter's forehead.

"Thanks, Livs"

"Mommy." Olivia giggled. "You got lipstick on me."

Aria grabbed a wipe from beside the sink, gently wiping it away.

"Sorry sweetie, but you're my baby and I love giving you kissies." Aria smiled.

Olivia smiled, and kissed Aria's cheek.

"I love giving you kissies too, Mommy."

Aria smiled and looked down at her daughter. How would she take the news? She really didn't know. She really hoped it went good. It'd been a week since her doctors appointment and she hadn't told either of them.

"Can you go chose some earrings for me to wear?" Aria suggested.

"Yes." She replied, as she helped her down.

Aria looked for some shoes, settling for some silver pumps, which matched her black dress perfectly.

"Here you go."

"Thank you." She replied as she put them in. "Why don't you go make sure you have everything you'll need at Auntie Hanna's tonight?"

She nodded as she ran off. As Aria looked at herself in the mirror one more time, she felt two strong arms wrap around her.

"You look so damn beautiful." Ezra said as he kissed her neck.

Smiling, she turned around and kissed him softly.

"Thank you. Now hurry up or we'll be late for our dinner reservations."

He pecked her lips softly.

"Alright."

"I'll meet you downstairs, I'm gonna make sure Olivia has everything ready to spend the night at Hanna's."

"Ok."

"Auntie Hanna!" Olivia squealed as she ran into Hanna's arms.

"Hey Livey!" She kissed her forehead. "Maddie's up in her room watching Frozen, you can go up and I'll come get you when dinner's ready."

"Ok."

Aria kissed her daughter's cheek.

"Be a good girl, Ok?" Aria said. "We'll see you tomorrow."

"Ok, Mommy. I love you."

"Love you too."

Aria smiled as she watched her daughter run up the stairs.

"Damn Aria, you look sexy as hell."

"Thank you." Aria blushed.

"I don't think Ezra will be able to make it through dinner." She joked.

Aria laughed as she shook her head.

"Bye, Hanna."

"Wait." Hanna called. "You're telling him tonight right?"

Aria nodded.

"That's the plan." She replied.

Hanna could sense Aria was nervous.

"Aria, it will be fine. Trust me."

"Thank you." She told her sincerely.

"Well go on, don't keep Ezra waiting. Have fun."

Aria nodded.

"I'll be back tomorrow."

"This way, please." The waitress led them.

Once they reached their table, Ezra, being the gentlemen he always was, pulled out Aria's chair.

"Thanks."

He pressed a soft kiss to the top of her head.

"You're welcome."

Once Ezra was seated, the waitress handed them their menus.

"Take your time, I'll be back soon. Any drinks I can get you started with?"

"I'll just have water." Aria said.

"Me too."

"Alrighty, I'll be back soon."

A while later, both Aria and Ezra sat at their table enjoying their meals. Aria was growing quite annoyed, as the waitress kept coming back 'checking up on them', but truth was, she kept coming back to check Ezra out. It was so obvious it was making her mad, especially since Ezra seemed so oblivious to it.

"Anything else I can get you two?" She asked yet again, as she kept on eyeing Ezra.

"No." Aria replied rather annoyed. "You just asked us five minutes ago. We're fine. If we need anything, we'll let you know. Otherwise, would you please let us enjoy our dinner?"

The waitress looked shocked, but rolled her eyes before walking away.

Aria continued eating, not looking up, knowing Ezra was staring at her.

"Do you want to tell me what all that was about?"

"It was nothing." She replied quickly.

Ezra narrowed his eyes.

"Fine. I was just annoyed. She kept coming back and kept checking you out and hitting on you without even caring that I was sitting right in front of you."

Ezra chuckled.

"It's not funny."

"Babe, she wasn't flirting. She was just friendly."

"No. There's a difference." She argued. "I swear, it's always the waitresses."

Ezra only laughed.

"I love it when you get jealous."

Aria glared at him.

"Aria, I didn't even notice the flirting. I only have eyes for you. You know that."

Aria sighed and smiled.

"I know. It's still irritating, though."

"Trust me, I understand. When guys have their eyes glued on you, I feel like clawing them out." He joked.

Aria giggled.

"Can you believe it's been eleven years since we met." Aria smiled.

"I'm a lucky man."

Aria sighed and her smile soon faded.

"I wish I would've been here for our tenth anniversary."

Ezra placed his hand over hers, giving it a gentle squeeze.

"You're here now. And that's all that matters."

Smiling at her, he brought her tiny hand up to his lips, giving it a sweet kiss.

"I love you, Aria."

She smiled back.

"I love you too. So so much."

He smiled at her, running his thumb lovingly over her knuckles.

"Do you want dessert?"

Aria giggled. "Is that even a question?"

Five minutes later, they were devouring a chocolate cake they'd decided to share.

"This cake is amazing." Ezra stated.

Aria nodded in agreement.

"It is. But I can't eat anymore." She said pushing the plate away.

"Well, I can." Ezra laughed.

Aria laughed as she rolled her eyes. Ezra looked up at her and smiled. It was so cute watching him eat the remaining of the cake. He looked beyond adorable with each bite he took. It reminded her of a little boy happy to be eating a slice a cake.

Ezra must of noticed her staring, since a small blush appeared on his cheeks when his eyes met Aria's.

"You look adorable." Aria told him.

Ezra only smiled.

"Go on, keep eating." Aria laughed.

Ezra shook his head. "I'm done." He stated as he wiped his mouth. "Ready to go?"

"Sure."

"Where would my lady like to go next? There's a play at the theater, or we can go to the movies, it's all up to you."

Aria thought about it.

"What do you say we go back home, and just cuddle and watch movies?"

"I love that idea." He smiled. "Besides, the sooner we're home, the sooner I can give you your gift."

"And I can give you mine as well." Aria added.

"Shall we go then?" He asked, holding his hand out.

"We shall."

Snuggling closer to Ezra, Aria turned on the TV.

"What do you want to watch?" She asked.

"You chose. Just find us something on Netflix. I'll be right back."

Aria nodded before scrolling through the many options Netflix offered. Not able to find any good movies, she settled on Cake Boss.

Also needing to retrieve her gift, she went into her studio, grabbing the blue bag by the door.

When she came back out, Ezra was already waiting for her on the couch. Sitting next to him, she leaned over to give him a passionate kiss.

"Happy Anniversary, babe." She murmured against his lips, as she handed him the bag.

"Very Happy Anniversary." He responded, returning the kiss.

"Open it." Aria instructed.

Ezra smiled as he opened the gift. There was a dark brown leather messenger bag, along with some journals and pens, and a framed picture.

"I just finished it last night." She confessed.

Ezra smiled as he looked down at the picture she had drawn. There, covered in paper bags, were him and Aria. Their very first picture.

"It's our very first picture we took as a couple. I spent all the time I could to make it perfect. Do you like it?"

Instead of responding, he kissed her.

"It's amazing, Aria. I love that you put so much time into doing something so special. I love it. I loved everything you gave me. Thank you."

"I'm glad you do. And you're very welcome."

"Now it's my turn." He stated.

He handed her a small velvet box. Aria eyes widened when she say the gorgeous golden heart necklace, a diamond sitting im the middle of the heart. As she took a closer look, she noticed the engraving on it.

My B26, eleven years you've had my heart, without you I would fall apart.

Aria couldn't hold back the tears. "Thank you! I love it!"

He kissed her nose.

"There's more."

Handing her a small gift bag, he watched as she pulled out the various leather journals along with some pens.

"Great minds think alike." He laughed. "I got you journals too."

"Thank you." She told him again.

"And last but not least."

He handed her a rather large object wrapped in gift wrap. Observing as she slowly teared the paper apart, he was anticipating her reaction. As soon as he saw the tears in her eyes, he knew she'd liked it.

"E-Ezra." She choked.

"I finally gathered all the pictures both you and I took of Olivia, plus the ones I took when you were gone, and here you have it."

Aria eyes kept spilling tears as she looked at the poster sized canvas collage of Olivia.

"I know you always wanted a collage of the pictures, so here you go."

It was filled with pictures. So so many. Some she had seen, others she hadn't. It was the best gift ever.

"Thank you so much."

"I love you." Ezra kissed her gently.

"I love you too."

He gave her another quick peck.

"Do you want me to hang it up?"

Aria nodded. "Yes please"

"Alright."

Now was the time. It was the perfect time to tell him.

"Ezra, I'm gonna run upstairs real quick. I'll be back soon."

Ezra only nodded. Aria ran upstairs, going straight to her dresser. She stood in fromt of it for a few minutes, preparing herself for what she was about to tell Ezra. After retrieving what she needed from the drawer, she went back downstairs. Just as she reached the bottom, Ezra had just finished hanging up the frame.

"It looks beautiful. Thank you."

Ezra only smiled, leaning down to kiss her.

"You're very welcome. Ready to watch some Cake Boss?"

"Um, actually there's one more gift for you. After that, we can enjoy our night."

He noticed she was a bit nervous by the way she spoke.

"Ok."

Pulling out a small box from out of her hoodie, she watched as Ezra observed her. Without saying anything, she handed it to Ezra.

Ezra took the box from her, his eyes locked on hers.

"Open it." She said, her voice almost a whisper.

Ezra nodded and carefully opened the box.

His eyes furrowed in confusion as he pulled out a pair of yellow booties from the box. As he took a closer look, he noticed a tag attached to the booties. April 5th. It simply read.

Aria anxiously waited for him to respond.

Ezra's lips formed a huge smile and his eyes lightened up, as realization hit him.

"Y-you're pr-." He stuttered as Aria cut him off.

She nodded and pressed a chaste kiss to his lips.

"Happy Anniversary, Daddy."

Boom. It's over. Please review and tell me what you think! I'll try and have the epilogue up as soon as I can!
