Chapter 25 - The Aqua Lord's Stand
(Taro) Here is the conclusion to the Aqua Lord battle!

The Digital World Western Continent Elephantmon Territory Great Lake
Crashing out of the water nearby was a very large and very pissed off WaruSeadramon as Desmond gawked at the size of the creature.
'JESUS CHRIST IT'S HUGE!'
In what seemed to be one of the biggest creatures that Desmond has seen so far... a lot larger than the Megadramon and Gigadramon that he saw a few days ago, now facing off against literally a giant of the sea then again he really ought to mentally prepare himself for large enemies.
"CURSED DIGIDESTINED YOU WILL REGRET CHOOSING TO CROSS MY LAKE!"
All of the Digimon under Desmond's banner returned to him in an instant just to protect him.
"Desmond he's pretty huge!"
"I know that! Geez a guy can't go for a few minutes without some manner of being stunned... alright let's see who this guy is."
Desmond used the digivice and scanned WaruSeadramon who still snarled.
"Alright then... geez it's another Ultimate Digimon... great, Aquatic Type of the Virus Attribute, it is a corrupted member of the Seadramon family with it's ability to control the powers of darkness with it's blade like horn... so he is a dual type then? It's attacks are Maelstron Blast, Poison Wave, Strange Mist, Evil Icicle and it's signature attack Dark Blast."
"I ALREADY KNOW YOU TOOK DOWN SKULLMERAMON THE FLAME LORD... AND HE WAS WEAKER THAN I AM!"
"How?!"
"ALL ELEMENTAL LORDS ARE STRONG THANKS TO LORD ELEPHANTMON AND I GAINED THE POWERS OF BOTH WATER AND DARKNESS!"
"Desmond we need to digivolve once more!"
"I know Veedramon but there's also the Armor Digimon as well... alright here's the plan everyone! Those that can't go Ultimate will finish off the Armor Digimon that are remaining whilst the ones that can digivolve will take on giant sea serpent here!"
"FOOL I AM MORE THAN A MERE SEA SERPENT! THUNDER JAVELIN!"
WaruSeadramon's head began to flash in a yellow aura before firing a darkish yellow beam that struck the ship showing off it's incredible power... Veedramon was not impressed.
"I think we need to beat this guppy fast!"
"RIGHT LET'S DO IT GUYS!"
Desmond raised the digivice just as the lights flashed once more indicating the next step up for digivolution.
"VEEDRAMON CRIMSON DIGIVOLVE TO... AEROVEEDRAMON!"
"AQUILAMON CRIMSON DIGIVOLVE TO... GRANAQUILAMON!"
"STINGMON CRIMSON DIGIVOLVE TO... DINOBEEMON!"
"MERAMON MEDAL DIGIVOLVE TO... BLUEMERAMON!"
"AERODRAMON MEDAL DIGIVOLVE TO... SKYDRAMON!"
The lights faded as in the place of the Champions came very pissed off and determined Ultimate Digimon that were more than willing to defeat the Aqua Lord.
"FOOLS! JUST DIGIVOLVING TO THE ULTIMATE LEVEL DOESN'T GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO WIN!"
"Jeez I don't think you've heard of the volume button have you?"
"You will fall to me this day Digidestined! Come, let your traitorous lapdogs feel my wrath!"
"You heard it! ATTACK!"
"IRRITANT BUZZ!"
"COLD FLAME!"
"BLAST LASER!"
"MEGA AERO PULSE!"
"TWISTER CLAW!"
The Ultimates teamed up as Skydramon's Mega Aero Pulse came first followed by BlueMeramon's Cold Flame, GranAquilamon's Blast Laser, Dinobeemon's Irritant Buzz striking WaruSeadramon first before AeroVeedramon flew in fast striking hard with it's Twister Claw... but there was going to be a surprise as the Virus Ultimate had no damage on it.
"THAT BARELY HURT!"
WaruSeadramon was literally putting things on the line as for the Ultimate... there was only two choices.
Beat the Digidestined Human or die trying.
The Digital World Western Continent Elephantmon Territory WaruSeadrmon's lair
"CURSES! That Digidestined is now crossing my lake and he'll get over there with no trouble even with the help of the Aqua Fighters... I may have to intervene and sort this out myself.
"You should go ahead and make sure WarudSeadramon because if that human crosses the lake... you don't want a repeat of the last time you failed me!"
WaruSeadramon scowled and remembered the last time he failed for Elephantmon... he still was sore from the experience.
"I... I won't fail you my liege."
"Good... Oh yeah and if you fail to defeat the human then don't expect to come back at all!"
Elephantmon's hologram disappeared just as WaruSeadramon's scowl began to deeper and his rage began to build... the other two elemental lords looked at each other and knew that the Aqua Lord was not gonna come back.
So they began to make plans.

"POISON WAVE!"
WaruSeadramon fired off a sludge like purple beam from it's mouth which struck hard against the pirate ship before it's way up colliding with GranAquilamon.
"AGH!"
"CAREFUL UP THERE!"
"DON'T WORRY DESMOND! DESERT WIND!"
GranAquilamon flapped it's own wings which created a sand like wind which hit WaruSeadramon but it didn't do much damage.
"CUTE BUT NOT GOOD ENOUGH!"
GranAquilamon was smacked hard by WaruSeadramon's tail as it was sent flying meanwhile Ankylomon was leading the charge of a group of Digimon consisting of Toadmon, Leomon, Monochromon, Peckmon and Buraimon in dealing with a rampaging Tylomon who was causing all sorts of trouble.
"TERROR PLANKTON!"
Firing off a stream of water from it's mouth which was full of poisonus plankton as the ones attacking avoided some of the moves... well except for Kiwimon who took a mis-step before getting struck as she was damaged, the others counter-attacked.
"VOLCANIC STRIKE!"
"HYDRO WAVE!"
Monochromon attacked first but Tylomon fired a large hydro blast at the attack not only neutralising it but also striking the Digiwarrior of Earth hard as it collapsed from the force but this lead to more openings.
"THOUSAND BEAK!"
"SHURIKEN FEATHERS!"
"ACID RAIN!"
Toadmon's back shimmered before launching wisps of acid rain at Tylomon which connected just as a large wave of shuriken feathers striking him before being viciously whacked by the thousands of Peckmon's shadow clones but Tylomon was more agitated than usual although the scene was changed seeing that it was Stingmon, Sunflomon, Dinohyumon, Grizzlymon,
Kiwimon and Dolphmon going up against Depthmon.
"PUMMEL PECK!"
"SUNSHINE BEAM!"
Sunflomon fired her special attack into the water which Depthmon dodged whilst Kiwimon failed to connect with her Pummel Peck despite it exploding easily... Depthmon jumped out of the water with it's hands glowing.
"MARINE KNIVES!"
Throwing out several knives which made their way over to the two attacking Digimon... which needed quick counter-measures.
"HELL ANTENNA!"
"CRESCENT DAWN!"
The antennas got rid of the knives before the crescent dawn arc smashed down onto Depthmon causing damage but then Depthmon grabbed Grizzlymon by his arms.
"You shouldn't of done that! SARASSO DRAG!"
Enveloping itself into a whirlpool, it lifted the Champion high into the air as the whirled Depthmon used it's speed to slam Grizzlymon into the water itself something that Dolphmon spotted.
"GRIZZLYMON HOLD ON!"
Dolphmon dived underwater and frantically swimmed as fast as she could not realising she was glowing which caused Desmond to look at his Digivice at the sudden glow.
'Wait what's happening here... the Digimedal of Water? Dolphmon?'
Desmond thought especially since WaruSeadramon decided to strike down Skydramon hard with it's tail before focusing onto BlueMeramon.
"You were the one that defeated that idiotic Flame Lord aren't you!?"
"Of course I was the one!"
"THEN I WILL DO WHAT THAT FOOL CANNOT DO! EVIL ICICLE!"
WaruSeadramon's mouth opened up and fired several ice spikes alongside it's frozen breath as BlueMeramon counterattacked.
"ICE FAILS TO STOP FIRE! COLD FLAME!"
The blue flames collided with the spikes creating a very large mist explosion just as Dolphmon meanwhile was underwater trying to get to Grizzlymon quickly before it drowned by Depthmon's Sarasso Drag.
"HOLD ON GRIZZLYMON! PULSE BLAST!"
Dolphmon's attack disrupted the whirlpool allowing Grizzlymon to be set free.
"Grizzlymon you head back up to the surface and hurry!"
"What about you Dolphmon?"
"MARINE KNIVES!"
Dolphmon suddenly got in the way of the Marine Knives as they struck the Champion hard damaging her.
"DOLPHMON!"
"GET GOING NOW, I'LL KEEP HIM BUSY!
"YOU'LL HAVE TO DEAL WITH ME TOO!"
Tylomon suddenly appeared and rammed right into Dolphmon as the two Armor Digimon decided to gang up on the Digiwarrior of Water... just as Toadmon appeared right next to Grizzlymon to get him back towards the surface.
"Dolphmon won't be able to take on two armor digimon on her own, despite how well she can claim she can do."
"Don't worry Grizzlymon, I can go underwater as well... I'll assist Dolphmon."
Toadmon went underwater as quick as it could... unfortuately Dolphmon wasn't doing very well.
"AHHHHHH!"
"TERROR PLANKTON!"
"MARINE KNIVES!"
Bombarded by a combination of electrified plankton and sharp knives, Dolphmon took more damage as it slowly focused on the two armors.
"I've... I've faced... worse."
"YOU SEALED YOUR OWN FATE PORPUS! TORPEDO ATTACK!"
"BUBBLE BOMB!"
Suddenly Desmond got a horrible thought all of a sudden just as Grizzlymon got back to him.
"Desmond! Dolphmon is fighting against Depthmon and Tylomon by herself!"
"Oh jeez... what can I do?"
"Not much you can do Desmond."
BlueMeramon landed near Desmond although he was not surprised to hear about Dolphmon.
"What do you mean BlueMeramon?"
"Dolphmon has been the same as she ever was even back then... a digimon that you can rely on and she cares about the safety of her friends and teammates."
"Well if you can be reliable on Dolphmon BlueMeramon then... so can I."
Suddenly the Digimedal of Water exploded with energy as suddenly Dolphmon got all of her health back and a surge of power, before she used that surge to jump out of the water which caused a lot of attention going onto her.
"THANK YOU DESMOND FOR RELYING ON ME! I CAN FEEL MY DIGIVOLUTION CALLING ME!"
The Crimson Digivice then exploded in it's red like energies as the Digimedal of Water shot out it's symbol of reliability shot into the air followed by intense cascading waters as the symbol went beyond the digital clouds before spinning in a circle before becoming digital energy that came back down in a large spiral.
"DOLPHMON MEDAL DIGIVOLVE TO...!"
Dolphmon was enveloped by the waters as it helped the Champion changed size before becoming gigantic in the form of a blue whale with tattered holes all over with the large top of it's body including blowhole to be this chrome black exo-skeleton that was very large and visible to the human eye... also it suddenly developed very large teeth that were gigantic.
"WHAMON!"
Suddenly the newly evolved Whamon landed back in the water thus creating a very large tidal effect that changed the situation of the battle... as WaruSeadramon looked on in shock.
"HOW CAN THIS BE!?"
Meanwhile back in Elephantmon's chambers... the two other Element Lords looked on in concern that they may of underestimated their opponent.
"We might be in a bit of trouble TerraDrimogemon."
"You may be correct MetalGarudamon..."
Whamon was now getting used to it's size and power once more since it had been thousands of years since Penguinmon was in this form.
"AHHHH DESMOND THIS FEELS GOOD! IT'S BEEN AGES SINCE I WAS LAST WHAMON..."
"Congrats Whamon, knew you could do it... let's see what you got."
Desmond scanned Whamon because it was obvious that it wouldn't be hard to scan the new Ultimate and instantly it's entry showed up.
"Alright Whamon, Ultimate Level, Aquatic Type of the Vaccine Attribute... one of the largest Digimon in the whole of the Digital World, it's offensive ability and vitality is very accomplished and can use the powers of the ocean in it's attacks... said attacks are Great Chomp, Tidal Wave, Jet Arrows and finally your signature attack of Blasting Spout."
Suddenly Depthmon and Tylomon surfaced and they began to attack the newly evolved Ultimate.
"BUBBLE BOMB!"
"TORPEDO ATTACK!"
The attacks just impacted on Whamon's side but this barely did damage and thus she had a chuckle about it.
"Oh stop it! It tickles!"
"WHAT!?"
"OUR ATTACKS DON'T WORK!"
"Don't worry darlings I'll show you how one attacks... Desmond you may need to hold on tight onto something because I don't play around!"
Whamon briefly went underwater and then leapt very high into the air... it reminded Desmond of how whales breach the surface of the ocean in order to travel.
"AeroVeedramon you may want to get Desmond to a high place!"
"Why's that BlueMeramon?"
"Because I know Whamon, she usually likes to show off her power and that in the water... she is very powerful."
"You better get on me Desmond."
"Good idea!"
"TIDAL WAVE!"
Slamming it's tail into the water creating a massive tidal wave which overwhelmed Depthmon and Tylomon creating various cracks in their armor before together shattering into tons of digital pieces which were then scattered to the air before arriving at Desmond's Digivice... nearly completing the DigiEgg of Reliability.
"Now that is power..."
"FOOLISH SEA CREATURE! I RULE THESE WATERS!"
"I'M THE DIGIWARRIOR OF WATER YOU IDIOT, I FUNCTION IN ALL WATERS!"
"DOESN'T MATTER WHAT KIND OF WARRIOR YOU ARE, YOU ARE NO MATCH FOR ME! EVIL ICICLE!"
The horn on WaruSeadramon's head began to glow bright white before a very large icicle appeared above and then sent down towards Whamon but the Water Warrior had a trick or two up it's fin.
"GREAT CHOMP!"
Using her massive jaws, Whamon chomped into the large icicle splitting it into half before it disappeared... the sea serpent was pissed off so it tried another attack it knows.
"MAELSTROM BLAST!"
Firing off an electrified tornado from it's horn, Whamon took damage from the electrified attack... but Whamon had a lot of defense considering that she now has the bulk to go with her much larger size so she took the attack dead on and responded to in kind.
"JET ARROWS!"
Firing off several non-existant jet propelled arrows from it's upper body, they all connected hard to WaruSeadramon causing a lot of damage... the Champions decided to join in with the rest of the Ultimates seeing that this was a chance to take down the Aqua Lord.
"EVERYONE ATTACK NOW!"
"VEE WING BLADE!"
"STATIC SOUL!"
"TAIL HAMMER!"
"DEATH MASQUERADE!"
"FIST OF THE BEAST KING!"
"ICE PHANTOM!"
"HURRICANE DESTROYER!"
"MAUL ATTACK!"
"VOLCANIC STRIKE!"
"SUNSHINE BEAM!"
"PUMMEL PECK!"
"LIZARD DANCE!"
"SPIRAL CLAW!"
"REVERSE SWALLOW!"
"BELLOW BELCH!"
All the attacks came at once and struck WaruSeadramon very hard as each blow cracked his armor as much as he could...
but then WaruSeadramon laughed loudly as he began to glow stronger in power.
"FOOLS! WAS THAT THE BEST YOU CAN DO BECAUSE NOW I CAN SHOW YOU WHAT I REALLY GOT!"
Suddenly exploding into an deathly aura of mass power, WaruSeadramon opened it's mouth wide as a purple pulse began to build up before beginning to be brimming in it glow.
"DARK BLAST!"
A very large black energy blast was fired which struck Whamon hard causing a lot of damage before WaruSeadramon kept looking on.
"I thought as much... nothing stands against me and my Dark Blast... not even that idiot SkullMeramon but figures that I would be tested like this, don't worry though I have the perfect solution in mind to finishing off you miserable lot!"
Again the death aura began to erupt.
"PREPARE FOR MY SECRET TECHNIQUE! DEATH TSUNAMI!"
A large force of water came out of nowhere and erupted into a very large tsunami that grew huge in size which then rained down upon the battlefield destroying of the remains of Hookmon's ship and causing some of the unlucky champions that couldn't move in time to de-digivolve back into rookie forms... which angered Whamon.
"THAT WAS NOT COOL!"
"I WASN'T TRYING TO BE 'COOL', I AM BEING RUTHLESS HERE!"
"Everyone we need to take him down... NOW!"
"DON'T WORRY DESMOND THIS GUPPY ISN'T AS BAD AS THE ONES I'D FACE... TRUST ME ON THIS!"
Suddenly Desmond got another reminder to look upon the Digiegg of Water which began to glow powerfully and it was at 100% which meant one thing... the triggering of Enhanced Mode on Whamon which made her glow bright blue.
"HOW!?"
"AS I SAID BEFORE... YOU ARE NOT AS STRONG AS THE ONES I'VE FACED!"
"SILENCE! DARK BLAST!"
WaruSeadramon fired off another Dark Blast at close range but this time the attack was deflected away.
"NO! THIS CAN'T BE!"
"OH IT IS AND I'VE JUST DECIDED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR POWER 'AQUA LORD'"
"WHAT..."
Suddenly Whamon developed a couple of water like phantom limbs that have hands which then grabbed WaruSeadramon and lifted him high.
"NO..."
"Time to take your power away guppy!"
Whamon glowed as the same thing happened to BlueMeramon and energy began to drain from WaruSeadramon's digicore as the power literally went from the Aqua Lord especially since he was let go.
"How... DARK BLAST!"
Attempting to do it's signature move, it turned out that it couldn't do it and thus he was in trouble.
"MY POWERS WHAT DID YOU DO!?"
"Took them away just like that... now time to end this! BLASTING SPOUT!"
Whamon fired a large jet of water from her blowhole that was so fast that it ripped a hole through it's head causing WaruSeadramon to scream loudly from the death blow before it disintegrated then vapourise itself into millions of data particles before scattering it to the wind... Desmond was relieved that this battle was over.
The next battle was soon to come though... with the climbing of Frozen Ridge.
