So sorry about the biggest cliffhanger in this story yet...

Either Samantha had really good intuition or she'd had given herself away too easily, causing Sam to pursue her efforts with Anna even further. Maybe she hadn't been careful enough; maybe she hadn't been distant enough. She couldn't change anything though. Samantha knew and that was that, maybe she could use that to her benefit. Maybe Elsa could be an obstacle, but hopefully not an obstacle that could be removed easily, or at all.

One thing was for sure, she didn't like Samantha. She didn't understand how Anna thought she'd end up liking her. As she lay awake in bed she replayed the whole event. Anna had bombarded her with questions on the way back home, which Elsa answered honestly with the exception of a few.

"I don't understand what you see in her," Elsa commented after one of Anna's questions.

"Don't tell me you didn't like her. Plus, we kind of have a history," she had a surprised look on her face.

"I just don't see it; maybe I just don't know her well enough to form an opinion," Elsa tried to put it lightly.

"Well once you get to know her more you'll change your mind, you'll see!" Her lips curved upward.

"Wow, do I really need to know her more?" Elsa took her eyes of the road to look at Anna. The redhead was particularly cheery today, Elsa smiled back.

"Of course you do, silly!"

"You've got to be kidding me. Why is that necessary?" Elsa questioned her, but she knew she wouldn't be able to get out of this one.

"Because your opinion means a lot to me," and with that, Anna leaned in for another kiss which Elsa wasn't expecting. She hoped Anna wouldn't see her blush but it was inevitable.

"Umm... Well... You make it seem like she has to convince me when she really has to convince you." She had to say something, anything, to get the attention away from what just happened.

"I need to know what you think about her." Anna stated, unsure.

Elsa slowed down, she needed time to question Anna further. "Wait a minute, you still haven't answered my question. Has she convinced you?"

Anna didn't answer. She didn't know herself; she was hoping she could force herself to love Samantha again, to be crazy about her, madly in love. Most importantly, she was hoping she could force Elsa out of her heart but it was proving to be harder than she thought. As she had observed, Samantha did not compare to Elsa at all. Maybe having Elsa there with her had made it worse. But she couldn't just forget about Elsa; she was like a magnet. A magnet who had pulled herself away from her. That's why she had to forget her. That's why Samantha had come into her life in just the right time, as selfish and unfair as that sounded.

The ringing of a phone woke Anna from her slumber. It was still dark outside. She snuggled back in bed knowing that Elsa would quickly check on her phone. She was wrong, the phone kept ringing and who ever kept calling was persistent.

She'll wake up eventually, Anna thought, knowing Elsa was a light sleeper.

The phone kept ringing, causing Anna to sit up and shoot a quick glance towards the blonde's side of the room. She was there alright, her body moving lightly as she inhaled and exhaled. She was still sleeping and would not wake through the ringing, not even through Anna's voice after she called her name several times.

Anna finally stood up; if she wanted to go back to sleep she had to put a stop to Elsa's phone.

Well, well. Someone was tired.

She finally approached the night stand and grabbed the ringing phone, turned it around a second before the ringing stopped but long enough to distinguish the caller.

Kristoff? Why would Kristoff be calling Elsa?

She remained standing there, thinking. It was too early in the morning for a call and the reason for the call was way too intriguing. She wondered if she was still dreaming but another beep from Elsa's phone caused her to look at the screen again. The notification bar displayed a text message.

Kristoff: How did it go? I bet you had fun ;)

What in the world is he talking about? And to Elsa?

She placed the phone back on the table hurriedly, almost dropping it but catching herself before that happened. She needed to know what was going on and it didn't seem like Elsa would wake up soon. Practically running to her side, she looked for her phone for a while until she found it somewhere in her bed.

After unlocking the home screen, she noticed she had several texts from Sam, most of the making fun of her for falling asleep and not texting back. She decided that wasn't of great importance right now and texted Kristoff instead.

Anna: Since when do you talk to Elsa?

She wondered if she was being rude or too direct, but she sent it before dwelling further on it.

Kristoff replied in no time.

Kristoff: I didn't know I couldn't talk to her...

Anna: Let me rephrase that. What happened last night?

Kristoff: What do you mean? Be more specific, anything could have happened last night.

Anna was becoming irritated.

Anna: Stop playing around Kristoff. Tell me what's up with you and Elsa.

Kristoff: She told me she was going out with someone, asked for advice.

He couldn't lie to Anna.

Anna: Did she say who?

Kristoff: ...Hans

But he also couldn't betray Elsa. He couldn't tell Anna that Elsa had come for advice about her and Samantha.

Anna couldn't believe it. She was sure Elsa had said he didn't stand a chance. When did she change her mind?

"You're up early," Elsa asked sleepily as she rubbed her eyes.

"It's not that early, it's just too dark." She contemplated confronting Elsa, she really wanted to but if she did, Elsa would consider that an invasion of her privacy.

"Oh wow," Elsa looked at her phone. "It is late. I guess I really needed some sleep."

"You have to get up for class." Anna grabbed a pillow and threw it across the room, hitting Elsa.

"Really Anna? Was that necessary?" She smiled.

"Yes, you need to wake up..." Anna joked.

Elsa stood up and stretched as she yawned. She walked around, Anna didn't even notice her standing by her bed, or how fast it took her to throw another pillow back and start tickling the redhead. "You need to wake up as well," she said in between laughs, not stopping her attack.

"Elsa." Anna was running out of breath, "stop!" She pleaded, although unable to contain her laugh.

"Who knew you were really ticklish?" She continued, mostly because she liked the way Anna called her name repeatedly. "Fine, fine. I'll let you get ready for class." Elsa stopped and stepped back. They both needed to get their day going.

A sudden tackle from the back stopped her from walking across the room. "What? Did you think you could get away with this that easily?" Anna whispered on her ear and she could have sworn she felt Elsa's body tremble. "What was that? Are you okay?" Anna asked, making Elsa feel rather uncomfortable at the situation.

She climbed off Elsa's back, which gave the blonde liberty to turn around and face Anna. The distance between the two, if it could even be called that, was disappearing. "I'm okay," Elsa smiled nervously while furrowing her eyebrows.

Anna had been closer to Elsa before, but she could never get tired of her perfect face. Unaware of her actions, she raised her right hand and ran her thumb across Elsa's upper left cheek. Elsa just stood there, motionless and speechless, observing Anna's movements. She didn't wat to speak, she didn't want to interrupt her, but what was Anna doing?

"I'm - I'm sorry," Anna finally said and pulled her hand away. "I just never noticed you had freckles."

Elsa blushed, more because of the contact than the redhead's comment.

Elsa chuckled and lowered her head a bit as she tuck a strand of hair behind her ear, "well, they're not that noticeably but they're there."

The both stared at each other and smiled. Anna finally stepped back, the silence had become too intimidating. "Sorry," she said under her breath.

Elsa walked back to her bed. "You have to stop apologizing."

"Sorr- I mean fine." Anna giggled and they both continued with their day.

Students rushed inside each building, escaping the cold wind gushing through the trees. Elsa waited, she had arrived a few minutes before class was to begin. Skipping her morning run made her sleepier than usual so she hoped class would start and be over in no time.

"I've been trying to reach you and you don't answer my calls," a voice that seemed too familiar approached her from behind. It wasn't until that voice was close enough that she realized it was Kristoff and he was trying to get her attention.

"Oh hey, Kristoff. I'm sorry I've-" she looked for her phone to verify what he'd just said. "Oh... looks like you've called and texted. I guess sleep got the best of me, heh."

Kristoff waved his hand and shrugged, "eh, don't worry about it but umm... it's kind of important."

"Oh?" Elsa asked with a curious look on her face, but looked back to the lecture room, hesitating, it was beginning to fill up.

"It's about Anna," Kristoff said. "Want to meet later?"

"Umm, no." She really wanted to hear what Kristoff had to say, especially if it revolved around Anna. "Let's talk now." She picked up her bag and followed him outside.

"Alright miss-I'm-being-serious," Kristoff joked as they both sat on a bench. Elsa rolled her eyes and forced him to continue. "Anna is suspicious, I think."

"About?" She tried to think about all the things Anna could be suspicious about but the only thing that came to mind was the fact that she had a secret crush on her roommate. There was no way Anna knew that, no one knew that. Not Kristoff, not Anna, not anyone but herself... and Samantha. But Samantha wouldn't dare say a thing, would she?

"I called you this morning, several times to ask how things went last night with Samantha but you didn't answer, obviously. So I texted you instead, like you've noticed," he pointed to Elsa's phone. "My guess is Anna noticed as well and she texted me a few minutes after, asking me about the text I sent you..."

"Okay, okay. Let me get this straight so she saw the message?" Kristoff nodded. "So she knows I went to you for advice about last night..." She shifted her eyes around, contemplating. "That means, wait... What did she ask you?"

"She asked me what I meant on the text I sent you," he stated.

"What did you tell her? You didn't mention Sam, did you?" She asked, panicked.

"Oh, you call her Sam now?" Kristoff asked with amusement.

"Ha. Ha. Very funny, but did you?"

"Of course not. I didn't want to give you away so I came up with something completely different." He crossed his arms and shrugged, a smile on his face. Elsa would be glad he didn't give her away.

"And what did you come up with exactly?" Elsa asked a little nervously.

"Oh, I told her you asked me for advice on a date you had. Well, rather a person." He continued to smile.

"Wait, what?" Elsa was now more confused.

"She wanted to know with who."

"Oh god, who did you say?" This was one of the few times Elsa's face actually showed fear.

"Hans, who else?"

"Hans?!" She paced around, she had told Anna that Hans was someone she wasn't interested in and now what would Anna think? Did it even matter? She probably didn't care, did she?

"Yeah, what's wrong with that?" Kristoff wondered if he had said something wrong, not fully understanding the situation.

"Nothing, nothing." Elsa stopped, although she started doing breathing exercises. "Wait a minute, how do you know about Hans?"

Kristoff spoke before thinking about his response, "Anna told me-" and then after realizing what he'd just said, he stopped. "I mean... She mentioned him, so I figured why not?"

Elsa wasn't convinced, "Kristoff. Listen. I can tell when people are lying to me, so please don't hide anything and just tell me the truth."

He stopped talking, a blank look on his face. How did those words escape out of him so quickly? He figured it wouldn't hurt to tell her, besides she knew that Anna felt something for her, right? "Fine." He let his shoulders drop. "As you know, Anna feels more than friendship towards you and... well Hans, you told her that he asked you out so she mentioned that to me..."

Is this real or am I dreaming?

Elsa repeated Kristoff's words several times on her head. Did she hear him right? Anna still felt like that towards her? "Wait, Kristoff... Did you just say Anna likes me, likes me likes me?" She paused, analyzing, "did she tell you that or are you just assuming?"

"Okay, Elsa. First of all, have a seat you're making me nervous. Second of all, why are you acting like this is news to you? Anna likes you likes you. I thought you knew that. Don't start acting all weird on me now just like you did with Anna when she confessed to you."

Elsa sat, staring into space more than anything. "No, no. I just... I feel... Look, you're probably going to hate me for this because of what I did to Anna but-"

Kristoff interrupted, "but? Don't tell me something bad's about to happen, Elsa. You can't do this to Anna again."

"No, you're getting this all wrong..." She said calmly.

"Explain yourself then," he leaned back into the bench.

"I think- No, I know. Ugh! How do I say this?" She stopped, she needed to pull herself together. "I... I like Anna too, okay?"

"That's- that's good."

"No, you don't understand. I like her like her..."

Kristoff finally seemed to understand, "Oh? Oh!" He shifted in his seat. "But... then why? Elsa, why did you break her heart? Why would you do that to her if you feel the same way?"

"I didn't know I felt that way about her then. I didn't realize until later, I've never felt about anyone like this before. I probably shouldn't be telling you this but... I need to. I can't tell her obviously..." She looked at him sincerely, and he accepted it. It seemed like Elsa was putting trust in him and it was evident she rarely did that with anyone.

"Why can't you tell her?" He inclined his forehead, questioning Elsa reasoning.

"Well..." Elsa thought about it, "before I couldn't tell her because I didn't think she'd feel that way about me anymore and now... well now she's with Samantha."

"That's right, that's right; Samantha." He looked around. "She always said she would never give up on Samantha..." Elsa's face showed disappointment. "But, look I'm on your side. You're good for Anna, I can see that. Samantha, on the other hand, I'm not so sure. So if anything, you can count on me. Let's just see how things go with Anna and Samantha, we can't interfere much, can we?"

Elsa pouted, "no, we can't." A smile then spread across her face. "But! We can definitely see what Sam's- I mean Samantha," she rolled her eyes, "we can see what she's up to and make it a little harder for her."

"That's what I'm talking about, now if you don't mind, I can't skip my next class." He stood up and started to walk towards the next building.

"Yeah. Go, go. Thanks, Kristoff!" He waved.

It felt good to finally get that off her chest, even if it wasn't the right person to confess to. A small part of her was disappointed that Anna wasn't that person, but a bigger part of her forced her to smile because of what Kristoff had just told her. Elsa thought about the redhead's recent behavior and now she understood. It all made sense, even when they were back at Anna's parents, they were closer than ever. She could have said something then and there, but who knew Anna still felt that way? Especially after Samantha appeared back into her life.

Great timing, Elsa thought.

The more she dwelled on it, the more confident she became on her decision. She couldn't just tell Anna now, if she did she would probably think Elsa would only be doing it to get rid of Samantha. Elsa had to play her cards right. First, she needed to know if Anna, even with Samantha around, still wanted Elsa and there was only one way to do that...

The weekend arrived faster than expected, fortunately for Elsa. The willingness to get anything done was brought to a halt by the light snow covering the roads. Driving and going about was still possible but the cold made people want to stay inside, most of then at least.

"Don't tell me you're going out for a run," Anna saw Elsa walk towards the door on her usual running attire. "How are you going to survive out there with those shorts?" She eyed Elsa's toned legs.

"Oh please, the cold never bothered me anyway," she smiled. "But, if you must know, I'm only going to the gym."

"Workout addict." Anna mumbled under her breath purposely, although loud enough for Elsa to hear.

"You know you want to join me," Elsa challenged.

"It's too early and a Saturday morning, perhaps later," the redhead replied. She leaned back into her pillows and yawned, exaggerating as usual.

"I'll take your word for it," Elsa gave her a look.

"Woah, woah. I'm kidding, I'm definitely not hitting the gym tod-"

Elsa interrupted, "I know." She giggled, "that's not what I meant. I was hoping you'd join me for something else."

"What's that?" Anna's sleepiness disappeared miraculously.

"Do you remember that party we went to where you got completely drunk and I had to carry you up here?" Elsa asked.

"The first time or the second?" Anna laughed.

"The second," Elsa said as she remembered both times, recalling a bad memory of the first time.

"Oh, yeah. Another party?"

"No, we're just having dinner tonight. Same place though." She said, unsure. She really hoped Anna would just say yes. She needed to see how Anna really felt about her, maybe this would help.

"Sign me up." The biggest grin appeared on her face.

"I'm guessing not a lot of people are showing," Anna said as they parked. There weren't many cars around. It was thirty minutes passed the time they were supposed to have arrived; Anna had taken longer than expected on getting ready.

"It's just a small group of people today, it got too crazy last time." She gave Anna a smirk.

"Don't blame me, it was the alcohol," she raised her arms defensively and innocently.

"Yeah, yeah. Just try not to get drunk tonight." Elsa unbuckled her seatbelt.

"Me? Drunk? C'mon," she followed Elsa to the door.

"Well, well... Look who it is." A familiar voice welcomed them at the door. The girl hugged Elsa before letting them in. "And Anna, haven't seen you in a while."

She remembers me?

"Please, come in. Food's not ready yet but come in. Can't let you wait outside now, can I?"

The girls followed her into the dining room where a lot of people seemed to have been already sitting. A couple of them, or rather the majority, stood up to greet them. Anna seemed surprised a lot of them remembered her from a few months back. She decided she must have made a hell of a first impression.

"Well look who it is," some would say, referring to Anna of course.

Anna continued to greet everyone around the table as Elsa was held back and forced to sit down by a friend. "Don't worry, I'm sure she can handle herself," he said as Elsa tried to excuse herself and follow Anna, with no success. She took a seat at the table, looked at Anna who was already chatting with people, and diverted her attention back to her friend.

"How have you been?" Elsa finally asked after getting settled.

"Aside from trying to get a hold of you?" He asked sarcastically.

"Oh please, Olaf. You know you could have visited anytime."

"I would have, had you not changed your number. Plus you know I don't like your sister so... But! I'm glad to finally see you again!" The excitement was followed by an abrupt hug, Elsa had to hold on to the table in order to keep from falling into the next person. "Sorry, sorry. I got too excited there." He smiled apologetically.

"I forgot what a hugger you were, but I'm really glad to see you again."

"We have soo much to catch up on," Olaf put emphasis on 'so.'

"Like what?" Elsa asked as she scooted her chair in. She noticed Anna was staring at her from the other end of the table, she seemed to have been caught by surprise. She gave Anna a small wave as the redhead smiled and quickly shifted her eyes, something was off.

"E?" Olaf waved his hand in front of Elsa's face, forcing her to pay attention.

"Sorry, you were saying?" She shook her head, dismissing the possibilities.

"Forget what I said, you clearly have something more important to tell me about." He seemed more excited than ever.

"What makes you say that?" Elsa furrowed her eyebrows and Olaf shoot a few glances towards Anna. Elsa definitely knew what he was talking about now. She sighed, "I was hoping you wouldn't notice, Olaf."

"And I'm so glad I did!" He stared at her intensely. "C'mon, c'mon. Spill the beans!" He rubbed his palms together.

"We're just friends," she tried to say it as quietly as she could, despite the chatter around them. She didn't want anyone else to overhear.

"Yes, I can see that but... Elsa, I didn't even know you were into girls." He leaned into her ear and whispered the last part.

"Neither did I," Elsa smiled. It felt good to finally talk to someone about it.

"So why aren't you together?" He pulled back.

"Well as you know, I'm no good when it comes to relationships and things are just complicated."

"Complicated? How is any of this complicated? She likes you and you like her, it's as simple as that."

"I like her, she may or may not like me, however." Elsa pouted.

"She doesn't like you?" Olaf was amused, "oh honey, have you not noticed?"

"Noticed what?" Elsa's interest was piqued.

"See, I'm sitting here talking to you and I've noticed you looking at her every now and then but," he raised his index finger. "I've also noticed the way she's been staring at you all the time and the deathly glances she's given me everytime I've gotten close to you or given you a hug. If that's not a sign, I don't know what is."

Elsa raised an eyebrow, that was some information but she didn't seem convinced.

"Watch this," Olaf continued. "Actually no, watch her." Elsa was now even more confused on what was about to happen. Olaf hugged her and pulled her closer, whispered something in her ear and tickled the blonde lightly which caused her to start laughing. "Look at her," Olaf whispered again and Elsa followed his orders. "Don't make it too obvious."

Elsa looked at Anna, carefully. The first time the glance lasted a few nanoseconds, but as she noticed the look on Anna's face, who was staring back, she couldn't help but stare again. Anna looked displeased, big time. Jealous, sad, disappointed. Elsa couldn't decide what kind of reaction that was, or if it benefited or hurt her decision making process.

"So?" Olaf pulled back again, letting her go. "What did I tell you?"

Elsa was too into her thoughts to respond though, analyzing what had just happened. Olaf left the topic alone as the food was finally being served.

Half of the people decided to stay for dessert and poker, the others had already left. Elsa thought it was also time to leave but Olaf had insisted she stay a bit longer, which she did, much to her dismay.

She found herself in the living room, watching a few people try their luck at dominos, Olaf being one of them. She knew he wasn't in it for the fun, but rather he really just wanted to try his luck with the guy sitting opposite him. She smiled at every one of Olaf's flirting attempts.

"What are you smiling about?" She heard Anna's voice and felt a thud in the couch, right next to her.

"It's just, this is quite entertaining, I suppose."

"Want a drink?" Anna asked and Elsa felt her get incredibly close to her.

"Umm, no. Thanks though." Anna didn't take it lightly, but she continued on trying to persuade her.

"How come I rarely see you drink?" She pouted.

"You know I like to make rational, logical decisions and if I let myself get carried away with alcohol... I don't even want to think about what might happen." Elsa kept looking at the two boys playing dominoes. Anna noticed the lack of attention.

"I'm going to get you drunk one day. I'm interested to see how drunk Elsa is going to act. Just watch, pfft." She pushed herself closer to Elsa, as if she wasn't already close enough.

"Anna, are you drunk?" Elsa finally looked at her, worry on her face.

"No, no. You told me not to get drunk remember?" Anna noticed the look of disbelief on Elsa's face. "Want to smell my breath?"

"I believe you." And she did, she did not smell alcohol on her at all.

"So, who's this?" Anna pointed at Olaf, who pretended to be too into the game.

"That's Olaf. You haven't met him have you?" Anna shook her head. "Remind me to introduce you two before we leave."

"Sure, but... Who is he to you?" Anna insisted.

"He's a childhood, family friend. One of the few people I trust."

Anna tried not to show her jealousy too much. "This is boring, why don't we go play poker instead?"

"In a bit, I just made a bet here." Elsa said enthusiastically.

"What kind of bet?" Anna seemed annoyed. Was there something going on between Elsa and Olaf that she didn't know?

"Olaf said he could get that guy to go home with him before midnight. He's got twenty minutes left so far and I don't want to lose." Elsa studied the boys.

"Olaf's into guys?" Anna asked, feeling stupid for thinking the worst.

"Yup," Elsa nodded.

"Oh." She remained quiet after that.

"What's wrong? You've been acting kind of weird." Elsa stopped paying attention to the boys and turned to look at Anna. She was definitely way too close, not that she minded anyway.

Oh, shit. Is it that obvious? Anna thought.

"I'm getting you a drink, I don't care what you say." She quickly stood up and left for the kitchen. Something definitely was up with Anna, she did just avoid her question after all.

Anna's behavior was odd; she needed to find out what was going on. Olaf and the random guy proceeded to making out so there was no other option than to leave them. It was time to go.

Elsa walked into the kitchen looking for Anna. She spotted the redhead before she made it all the way into the room.

"No luck with the drink?" Elsa asked amusedly.

"I can't find the cups." Anna walked around the counters, moving stuff around as if she would find the cups magically.

"Good. That's a sign, it means I shouldn't have a drink." Elsa approached Anna, she needed to convince her it was time to go.

"I think you need one." Anna insisted.

"Maybe some other time, Anna. I'm ready to go." Elsa grabbed Anna's wrist to stop her from continuing.

The redhead turned, only to find Elsa already a few inches away from her. "Go?" She couldn't say anything else, too mesmerized by Elsa's presence, so so close to her.

"Mhm," Elsa half nodded.

Are you sure Anna isn't drunk? She kept asking herself.

Anna inclined her body slowly towards Elsa's, their bodies against the counter. Neither of them said a thing. The redhead placed her arm on Elsa's chest. Even though they both anticipated the contact, they were too caught up in the moment that the sensation of feeling each other's skin against the other took them by surprise.

Elsa noticed Anna's eyes on her lips and the girl kept inclining her head closer, trying to reach Elsa's face. "Ann-" Elsa whispered, but she couldn't finish. Someone rudely decided to call Anna.

Great fucking timing, Elsa thought.

"Why didn't you tell me you'd be in the car? I've been looking you for the longest time in there." Anna got in the car, Elsa was on her phone, her seat belt buckled, ready to go.

"Jesus, Anna. You scared me. Try the subtle approach next time."

"Well, try locking the door." Anna adjusted herself in the passenger seat. "Anyway, sorry about that."

"Something important?" Elsa refrained from looking at the girl next to her, she really wanted to but she forced her eyes on the road.

"Nah, just Sam." It appeared to Elsa as if Anna wanted to say more, but struggled.

"Oh..." She had to think of something to say.

C'mon, Elsa. Say something.

"Have you two been talking a lot lately?"

Shit, no! Anything but that.

"Sort of, why?" Elsa felt Anna's eyes on her.

"Just wondering, I thought she might have said something to you about that day we met." Elsa knew she had to change the subject immediately.

"She did actually," Anna grabbed her phone and looked through one of their conversations.

Oh shit, is she looking for something? What did Samantha say to her?

"Ah, here it is!" Anna read one of the texts. "She said you should hang out with us more often, specifically tomorrow." Anna bit her lip.

"Tomorrow?" Elsa took her eyes off the stirring wheel to look at Anna, she had to make sure she heard that correctly.

"Yeah, are you up for it?" Anna asked, it seemed that she really wanted Elsa to go and after what almost happened a few minutes ago, how could Elsa refuse?

"Sure, but let's not make a habit of this."

"Okay, so dinner tomorrow. We're going downtown, just a heads up."

What the hell was Elsa going to do with Anna and Samantha at a really nice restaurant downtown? Sure, a coffee date seemed fine, but this? This was just weird to think about, who else did this anyway? After giving it some thought, or rather a lot of thought, Elsa decided that it was probably part of Samantha's plan and thus she couldn't give her the satisfaction of having a night alone with Anna, but going by herself, as a third wheel, was definitely a big no-no. She'd just have to wait until tomorrow, Samantha didn't know what she was in for.

But neither did Anna.

Anna felt bad for deciding to ride with Samantha this time. She had gotten quite used to riding alongside Elsa that this definitely felt out of place. Elsa didn't seem to mind though, she hadn't even put up a fight. Perhaps she needed to run some errands before hand.

"Maybe this was a bad idea, we should have left earlier." Samantha said annoyingly. "Don't get me wrong, I love downtown but beating traffic can be difficult sometimes."

"Well lucky for me, it's you who's driving." Anna laughed. "There, that's the valet," she pointed at a man wearing a red vest over a white button down and black slacks. They both got out and Anna walked up the three steps, waiting for Samantha to hand the man the keys before entering the building.

They were quickly taken to their table and asked for their drinks. Anna smiled internally as she remembered Elsa and her deal with alcohol, maybe she'd get her to drink tonight.

"Do you think she's coming? She seems like the punctual kind." Samantha asked as the waiter left.

"She'll come if she said she'd come." Anna responded calmly but started to have doubts herself, Elsa was never late. Was something holding her up?

"You look pretty, by the way." Samantha smiled. Anna had decided on a red dress that ran down to her knees, it hugged her waist quite nicely; that was the main reason she had decided to wear it. The fact that she was wearing her hair up in a bun and a sleeveless dress, made her freckles stand out more than usual. Samantha was definitely distracted by the sight.

"Ladies," the waiter came back and served their drinks. "Your guests have arrived."

"Thank you," Samantha said and he made his way back to the kitchen, or the bar, Anna couldn't tell. It was too dark.

"Did he just say guests? Who did you invite?" Anna asked immediately.

"No one," Samantha seemed just as confused as Anna.

"Sorry about that," Elsa's voice made it clear that she was suddenly standing in front of them. Anna quickly turned her head to reply but was interrupted by the sight of Elsa.

Wow... I'm in love.

Elsa had definitely outdone herself. She was wearing a black dress, long enough for her tall figure with a slit running on her right left, up to her thigh. Her curves stood out perfectly, her pale skin seemed to glow and... wow, her back. Anna stared at the blonde's shoulder blades, then down her uncovered lower back while the girl walked to the other side of the table. Her hair was down, just the way she loved it.

"You okay there, Anna?"

"Yeah, Hans. I'm okay." Anna replied.

Wait, what in the world?! How did Hans get here? Why is he with Elsa?

Hans was wearing a simple, white button down under a blazer. He looked good without even trying, Anna thought. But she tried to forget that and remembered he was the enemy now.

It's not his fault, why did Elsa bring him here?

"Anna," Samantha said softly, grabbing her hand. "What's wrong?"

Anna noticed Elsa starting at the interaction between the two. "Nothing, nothing," she shook her head. Samantha knew that it was something Elsa had done that caused to Anna act so different. She also knew Anna was probably mad at Elsa, so she shot a quick smirk towards the blonde. Elsa just rolled her eyes and stiffened her jaw.

"We've already ordered drinks. The waiter should be back soon as we haven't order dinner yet," Samantha broke the ice.

"This is a really nice place, I come here all the time." Hans followed.

"Then I'm assuming you're familiar with the menu?" Samantha asked.

"Definitely, everything item in this menu is the best in town."

The rest of the night seemed to go just like that. The only conversation in the table involved only Samantha and Hans. Elsa and Anna would catch each other looking at the other every now and then. They would simply answer yes or no to whatever question was thrown their way. They both knew they wanted to tell each other many things, but that wasn't the time or place for a confrontation.

The dinner was fine, not as good as Samantha and Hans had said it would be, but nice nonetheless.

"See, what did I say? The food here is amazing." Hans took pride in his words.

Elsa, who was sitting next to him, gave him a smile and he nodded in response.

"I guess Elsa will be our designated driver tonight, huh?" Samantha said as she pointed at Elsa's drink.

"It's not too late to get something else to drink, you know?" Hans commented.

"Yes, I know bu-" She tried to explain herself.

"No buts, Elsa. You have to have a drink. I promised myself I'd make you drink." Anna protested and Elsa shot her a threatening look.

"Calm down, guys. It's no big deal if I drink or not. Now if you'll excuse me," she felt too pressured and needed some space to herself, "I need to use the ladies room." She stood up, placed the napkin on the table and made her way to the restrooms.

"What's up with her?" Samantha asked Anna.

"Hmm. Who knows? But I'll be right," she grabbed her phone as an excuse. "I have to make a call." She walked hurriedly towards the restroom, mouthing a 'sorry' to Samantha before fully turning. She needed to apologize to Elsa, she didn't know she was sensitive about that topic... and she also needed Elsa to clarify why Hans was there.

Anna walked into the ladies room and before she had a chance to look around and find Elsa, she spotted the girl looking at the mirror, her hands spread on the counter, holding herself up.

"Anna, what are you doing here?" She asked and it seemed like all of the sudden she had gotten tired.

"We need to talk."

"I agree, but not now. Save it for later, alright?" She straightened up, her tall figure would make her feel more confident with the situation at hand, or so she thought.

"No, Elsa. Now" Anna was serious.

"Ugh, what do you want? Are you going to force me to get drunk or something?" Elsa said it so effortlessly.

"No I wouldn't do that. I'm sorry, can you forget about that?" Anna suddenly felt bad about her behavior, clearly this was bad territory for Elsa as well; another hidden skeleton.

"What then?" Elsa was annoyed.

"Hans," just saying his name made Anna angry again. "Why did you bring Hans, Elsa?"

"What's wrong with Hans?"

"You told me-" Anna was screaming.

"It doesn't matter what I told you, Anna. I changed my mind, okay?" Elsa on the other hand was calm, way too calm.

"What the fuck Elsa? You changed your mind? No! That's not fair!" Elsa looked at her, surprised more than anything.

"Okay, where is all this coming from? You changed your mind about Samantha and she definitely changed her mind about you and now I'm not allowed to change mine?" She raised her voice.

"What does Samantha have to do with this?"

"Everything," Elsa responded.

"What do you mean everything? Be more fucking specific, Elsa."

"Fine," Elsa refused to scream. If she did, she knew the argument wouldn't end well. She walked back and forth, checking each stall and making sure no one was in. She walked to the door that led back to the main area and locked it. "Listen, Anna. We're both adults now. We need to stop playing around and say things straight as they are." Anna nodded. "You've been teasing me for a while now. A kiss here and there, grabbing my hand, closed proximity. Do you think I haven't been aware of that? What game are you playing?"

"I'm not playing a gam-"

"Oh, you're not?" She turned until she had Anna right in front of her. "You're leading me on but at the end of the day it's all about Samantha. Samantha this, Samantha that. That's enough! I think it's time I get to play games to." She exhaled.

"So that's why Hans is here?" Anna continued to scream.

"Yes and no," Elsa smiled.

"What do you mean yes and no?" Anna asked, confused.

"I'll show you the yes." Elsa said confidently.

"Oka-" The blonde pushed herself against Anna before the girl could finish talking. Her lips were like magnets on the redhead's. They seemed perfect for each other. She had to remember to allow herself time to capture Anna's scent. But everything was happening too quickly, too quickly and too slowly at the same time. One moment she felt Anna standing there, not knowing how to react, and the next she had her hands all over Elsa's back, running up and down. Elsa reciprocated; her hands fell from the redhead's face onto her hips. She pulled Anna closer towards her, she was sure she could feel every part of her body on her.

She was enjoying it, they both were. Anna lifted her head as Elsa kissed her, leaving her neck exposed for Elsa to continue there, which she did. She planted soft kissed along her neck and then angry ones until she reached her clavicle. Her hands reached even further down, pulling the red dress up, revealing Anna's legs. Elsa could hear Anna's heavy breathing, the girl was practically panting.

Everything was perfect, it wasn't planned, it was just happening in the spur of the moment. The blonde ran her hand on Anna's inner leg until she reached her lower area. She felt Anna's warmth and smiled, then reached up to plant a kiss on her lips. Anna returned the kiss ferociously but encouraged her to keep going. And keep going she did, Elsa pulled up Anna's dress even more, giving her more space for her hand to reach inside the redhead's panties. Anna bit her tongue to keep from screaming but Elsa rubbed on her now super sensitive area, once, twice and...

"Elsa..." The redhead moaned the blonde's name. Elsa had her where she wanted her. She pulled away and took a look at Anna, smiling. "Elsa, what are you doing?"

The blonde didn't say anything but the smile remained on her face. She turned around and walked to the door. "This was the yes and Hans is the no," she said. "This is the game I'm playing. You tease me and I tease you." She exited into the hallway immediately.

"What the hell?" Anna kept talking to herself.

Who would have thought Elsa had it in her to do that? Leave her all worked up and excited for nothing? Just to prove her point?

Once all the excitement seemed to disappear somewhat, a lot of questions popped into her mind. She needed answers, but she knew she wouldn't get them there, especially not with Samantha and Hans around. What did it all mean, anyway? She desperately needed to find out.

AN: It finally happened guys, seems like they both know now but it looks like Elsa wants to have some fun ;)

Enjoy this chapter because I will be on vacation for a week and don't know if I'll even have time to write.

Also, Elsa's and Anna's relationship seems like a roller coaster, a really complicated roller coaster but think about it... in real life, aren't all relationships like that?

I appreciate the comments and the criticism!

Lastly, one of you complimented me on the perfect grammar. To be honest, it's far from perfect. The only reason the story is the way it is is because of bijnaam, she's been proofreading all the chapters. Many thanks to her!

Oh and... this has been the longest chapter thus far!
