Hi Everyone! Here is another chapter! I am so sorry for delaying! I can't believe I started this story already almost two years ago! I am working hard on finishing this one up for you and I might start another one so stay tuned. Also, I might also continue the novel I started writing a looong time ago. I just found it and there are about 100 pages of typings so I might just finish it. IDK. Anyways I do not own the Phantom of the Opera, only the story in my head.

Jeanne knew the first person she had to meet was Christine, but she was interrupted with seeing a Gaston lying in Christine's arms outside of the Opera House. He looked distraught and she didn't look any better. Raoul was no where to be found, but knew that he was safe because his older brother was no where to be found as well. She say Gaston's head move to face hers and he started to get up, but struggled. Jeanne ran towards the both of them and Gaston hugged her closed and kissed her hard. A kiss of pure love. Christine got up as well and brushed off the dirt on her dress and smiled slightly. Jeanne knew she probably understood why Erik did what he did as of now and Jeanne needed to explain this to her.

"Christine," Jeanne started, but Christine hushed her. "We need to speak somewhere safe, may I stay with you at the Ballet House tonight?"

Jeanne smiled and looked towards Gaston as he nodded in approval. "Of course you may."

"My dear, what is wrong?" Jeanne held up Gaston as he started to lean against her.

"Nothing, Jeanne, nothing; your Phantom hit me in the head while trying to take you from me, but I will be fine. I just need to sleep," he glided his hand over her head, "Let's get a carriage and get ourselves out of here."

"Christine, what happened to Raoul?" Jeanne expressed her concern.

"I believe he left with his brother, he wanted me to come along but I wanted to wait and make sure you were safe."

Jeanne was blessed that after everything her and Christine had been through, that she still was around to be there for her.

Meg came around the corner to let them know that a carriage was already waiting for them to get back to the House and all four of them took the carriage back to the safety of the country.

The rain had lightened a bit as the four arrived to the Ballet House and one by one they walked to the doorstep and rang the bell. Madame Giry opened the door and he face filled with delight as she saw the four of them were safe. The first thing she ran to get was a hot compress for Gaston's head and he headed towards the couch.

Jeanne went into the kitchen to make them some tea and there were cookies in the tin still available to eat so she brought those out as well. Christine and Meg were sitting on the chairs and Gaston was lying on the couch with his feet propt up. Poor Gaston, he had to be in the middle of things.

"Firstly," Christine started as Jeanne put everything on the table, "Is the baby alright?"

Jeanne gasped, "Damnit Gaston," she thought to herself. She didn't want anyone to know about the baby until later.

"The baby is fine," Jeanne said in a cool and calm voice.

Then Meg spurted out, " Tell us! Tell us everything about The Phantom!"

Christine twitched a bit so Jeanne came over to her and touched her hand. " I am so sorry Christine. He does love you. But you must be careful because he has changed since first meeting me."

Then Jeanne began her story, she told them everything. She could see Christine moving uncomfortably in her seat but concentrating on every word Jeanne said. Jeanne did feel horrible about telling them everything because of how they could react when she was done. She spoke about how they loved each other and that he was her first and how wonderful he was before he changed and because obsessed over Christine, but it had to be said. Once she was done there was a short silence, but was interrupted by Gaston trying to sit up.

"My dear Jeanne, this is all in the past now. I am happy you have told your friends about this. And if they were your real friends, they would support you and do anything they can to keep you safe."

Meg and Christine nodded in unison.

"Of course we will, Jeanne," Meg announced.

Jeanne and Gaston finally got ready for bed. It was extremely uncommon for men to sleep at the Ballet House, but since Jeanne needed the extra protection Madame Giry allowed it. Gaston let Jeanne lay upon his chest, he was feeling a lot less light headed than before so he was able to finally have a conversation about this night.

"What do you want to do, my love?"

Jeanne sighed, "I don't want to leave Christine on her own, I am the only one that knows Erik and what he would do for what he thinks is love."

"What about the child?" Jeanne kept forgetting the fact that she was indeed pregnant and had to be careful about her stress levels. She didn't want to lose the one thing that really did bind her and Gaston together.

"I don't know about the child," she put her arm around him as they lied there. " I know I must be careful, but at the same time. I am the only one,"

"You are not the only one, Jeanne, there are others like Raoul or Antoinette."

Jeanne didn't want to believe that others could help the situation, but her only. There were too many lives at stake and Erik could be crafty especially when he becomes an obsessive monster.

"Maybe, but I know that my love can help before all. If he believes I love him again, maybe all of this will leave our thoughts forever."

"No, I will not let you put your life at risk again. We all know what he can do. Now he knows you are pregnant as well, can you imagine where his thoughts lie?"

Jeanne left Gaston's chest and moved onto her back. "Yes, revenge."

"Precisely, he will have a plan for you. You and Christine. You forget he lost Christine as well."

"You are right, dear. I cannot predict Erik as I once was able to. We will just have to pray and be careful."

" I will never leave your side, dear, never." With that Gaston closed his eyes and fell asleep and quickly Jeanne followed.
