(Hey everyone for this chapter I am going to skip a few things, I don't want to make the chapter a big one. Also I am going to make three more chapters after this one because I am starting school again next week, sorry it has been short but I have to deal with school first. I may try again and finish the fillers in May but I will see. Also in this chapter I will explain what Devil Trigger is, Enjoy the chapter!)
Zolo has WHAT! Zolo can WHAT!
After Nami stopped crying she explained to Luffy along with the other straw hats that arrived that Sanji left to go to whole cake island to get married. To say they weren't surprised is an understatement. Luffy ran around thinking it was the end of the world while holding Mika who was laughing at her panicked father, Franky and Usopp's jaw dropped, Robin was surprised, and Zoro almost fainted. After that incident Luffy told the others he was going to save Sanji, while Usopp tried to convince him not to since he would infiltrate a Yonko's wedding. Wanda told them it would be best to discuss more of this with their other Leader Nekomamushi. Zoro picked up the sleeping Zolo and gave him a piggy back ride while Luffy picked Mika up and carried her. As they all walked to go meet Nekomamushi Sicilian appeared in their pathway
Wanda: Sicilian?! What are you doing still awake It is night!
Sicilian: I know, but I must talk with Zoro and Robin; it is important, you do not need to stop walking I will accompany you to a certain distance.
With that the crew continued walking, Sicilian joined with Robin and Zoro at the back of the group.
Robin: what is it that you need to tell us?
Sicilian: did you know of the power your son posses?
Zoro remained quiet
Robin: what do you mean?
Zoro: you mean the power of Devil Trigger
Sicilian: yes or in other terms the power of Asura
Robin gasped and looked at the sleeping Zolo
Robin: how? How did my son get the power of ASURA!
This caught the crew's attention and they turned around to hear the rest of the conversation.
Sicilian: well the way it can be passed down can be in a number of ways. One way it can be transferred is if someone unlocked a style of Asura and the dormant energy of using that style is transferred to the offspring.
Zoro looked down in silent; Robin looked at him in dismay
Robin: Zoro did you….
Zoro: yes I unlocked the swordsman style of Asura….It was when we saved you in Enies Lobby, as I was fighting I unlocked it to defeat the enemy I was facing.
Robin: Did you know our son had this power!
Zoro: yes…
Robin: how long….
Zoro: since Fishman Island…..
Robin slapped him and started tearing up
Robin: why…WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME THIS BEFORE! WITH THIS POWER ZOLO COULD….COULD…
Zoro: Because I knew you would act like this, I was going to tell you once I got Zolo to tame his power. Once it was tamed you wouldn't need to worry about it. I also didn't want you to stop Zolo from training… He needs this training to not only become a swordsman but to also tame his power.
Robin: Is this why you taught him Observation Haki
Zoro: yes... With that he can be aware of his surrounding and his own power. Also we both know how much he wants to be a swordsman and if you knew this before you would immediately tell Zolo to not train at all. You know how that could have turned out since he is stubborn. The best way to control it is training Robin….
Robin: you planned this far…..
Zoro looked to Robin and nodded, it was at this moment Zolo woke up. Zolo looked to see his mom tearing up
Zolo: mama… you ok? I am still sorry…
Robin said nothing and took Zolo away from Zoro. She hugged him
Robin: I am so sorry
Zolo: mama?
Robin held Zolo for awhile, the crew became really concerned
Franky: Yo Sicilian can you tell us more about this Asura thing?
Sicilian: I will give you a short version since I do not have much time left. Basically Asura is the mythological Lord in the Indian mythology. Asuras are powerful superhuman demigods, they can draw their power through emotions and for Zolo's case he is not a demigod but a superhuman because of how he inherited it. You can only be a full Asura if one of the parents is an Asura. In this case Zolo only has some power of an Asura but it only comes out through his anger from my view when I trained him
Flashback
After Sanji left Zolo wanted to train even harder than before. Sicilian decided to train him by doing wooden sword to wooden sword combat with him. In the end Zolo was face planted in the dirt trying to get up.
Sicilian: This should be enough training for today Zolo
Zolo: no not yet!
Sicilian: Zolo you can-
Just then a dark aura started to appear around Zolo. Zolo started to get up slowly
Sicilian: what is this power?!
Zolo: OOOHHHHH!(I was going for the scream Luffy did after he defeated Bellamy the second time)
The power started to engulf Zolo, everything started to look dark around the two.
Sicilian: I must stop Zolo; this power is a threat!
But before Sicilian could do anything Zolo passed out again and Zolo's power vanished. Zolo landed face first into the dirt again not moving
Sicilian: ZOLO!
Sicilian ran to Zolo and checked him, he sighed in relief
Silicon: the boy is breathing but that power….I must look into this …that was not normal
End flashback
Sicilian: once I researched it, it came to the power of Asura….
Nami: this actually explains a lot about some previous events with Zolo powering up with power.
Franky: I didn't know Zolo was that powerful?!
Luffy: AWESOME!
Sicilian: however Zolo needs to learn how to tame it because if he does not the power could take him over completely and make him go wild. So Zoro is doing the correct method of training him, well that is all I can say right now farewell and good luck my companions.
With that Sicilian left. The crew was still surprised learning about what Zolo posses, they continued walking however it was in silence at this point. No one dared to say a word since Robin was on edge; once they reached the place Nekomamushi was in they see him having fun.
Chopper: OI! YOU ARE INJURED STOP MOVING AROUND LIKE THAT!
Nekomamushi turned around to see the straw hats and Wanda, he smiled
Nekomamushi: These must be the rest of the straw hats! Hello there! Come join m-
Just then some of Nekomamushi wounds open
Nekomamushi: ow….
Chopper: IDIOT STAY STILL NOW!
With that Chopper started to heal him. Nekomamushi sees the silence in the group
Nekomamushi: what is the matter friends?
After Usopp explained Nekomamushi nodded in understand
Nekomamushi: I see well the power of Asura is no joke but as I can see it can help in a fight once it is tamed
Nekomamushi looked to Zoro
Nekomamushi: I believe you are doing the right thing training Zolo
Robin still felt upset over the whole thing, just then Zolo looked to his dad.
Zolo: dad what is this Asura thing? Is it bad?
Zoro: well Zoro it is a power you have, we need to train you on how to tame it ok
Zolo: Yosh! I will do my best!
At this point Robin left the room, Zoro followed her. Zolo was about to follow as well but Zoro told him to stay; the crew became concerned for her.
Nekomamushi: does Robin not like this?
Nami: I am not surprised having something like that in your child and knowing it could control him and change him would scare any parent. I also believe she thinks it's her fault this happened.
Nekomamushi: how so?
The crew started to explain to him how it happened. Meanwhile Robin was holding herself shivering
Robin: why did I have to go with the CP9, if I knew this would happen…..
Just then Zoro hugged her from behind
Robin: stop it Zoro
Zoro: no Robin, I know you are blaming yourself so stop it
Robin turned around to Zoro
Robin: How can I! Our son has an ability that could make him-
Zoro: I know Robin…it scares me too, but I will make sure that never happens
Robin: how….he already showed it on Fishman Island and from what Nami told me he also did it at Punk Hazard but it was worse!
Zoro: I need to train him on how to repress it, also do not blame yourself over this. It was my fault this happened. I use the technique without thinking of the consequences.
Robin: why did you use it in the first place against your opponent?
Zoro: well he bad mouthed you and it angered me to a point to use it….
Robin: Zoro….
Zoro: Robin I love you and no matter what I will protect you and Zolo. You both are precious to me
Robin kissed Zoro, once the kiss ended Robin spoke
Robin: ok….I do not like this one bit but I trust you Zoro… please make sure he is safe
Zoro: I will
Robin: Is there anything else you are hiding from me?
Zoro: No
Just then Zolo came out of his hiding place and looked to his mom
Zolo: mama I know this power scares you but I gonna BEAT IT! And I will show you and dad I can do anything as long as you two are with me!
Robin giggled
Robin: I love you two so much
With that resolved they went back in the room they see Law arrived talking to everyone about how to beat Kaidou.
Time skip to meeting Raizo (and yes once Zolo learned Momonosuke was a prince he freaked out)
After meeting Raizo and Luffy, Usopp and Chopper played ninja. The rest of the crew and the others see a poneglyph with red letters
Robin: no way
Nami: why is this here?!
Nekomamushi started to explain, Zolo stared at the poneglyph for a minute. He turned to his mom
Zolo: mama what is Rafteal?
They all stopped talking and looked at Zolo in surprise
Robin: Zolo how did you….
Zolo point to the poneglyph
Zolo: that is what the stone says
Everyone else (not including the still sleeping Mika) : EHHHHHHH!
