It was three days later, after Micah had received his proper grace donations and been deemed well enough to sleep on his own again, that Gabriel and Sam thought about a few things, namely what Margaret had said.

"Why did your mom want to know if we'd had sex?" Sam asked, completely bypassing the question Gabriel thought he was going to ask.

"An angel will not have sex with his mate if the bond is fractured." Sam nodded his understanding then looked up shocked.

"We don't have a daughter."

Gabriel smiled and looked at Sam.

"All my behavior issues seem to have a reasoning...you've managed the impossible and knocked me up." Gabriel said looking down at his feet and blushing a bit."

"How far along are you?" Sam asked, smiling widely.

"About three months or so." Sam looked confused.

"I was depressed as shit and human...how did I manage that? You don't even have the right parts and I didn't have the ability to make you the proper parts..." Sam was babbling.

"I did have the proper parts. If an angel's body decides it wants a kid then it will have a kid, period. It'll make the proper adjustments on it's own. I have a grace too you know and apparently I really really wanted a kid due to your hogging Micah so I guess my body was on board with it too and next thing I know I'm pregnant."

Sam nodded, thinking it over a bit before deciding not to think on it again. They were going to be parents again...Sam wasn't sure if he was happy about this or not.

"We barely had sex back then so...you're right, you'd have to be three months." Gabriel nodded and looked pleadingly at Sam.

"So are my misbehavings forgiven? It was the hormones, I swear." Gabriel said, which made Sam laugh wholeheartedly.

"Even though you thought it was your own insecurities that had caused it?" Sam pointed out, which had Gabriel blushing again.

"That's what I thought they were. How was I supposed to know your daughter was growing in there wrecking my brain all up."

Sam laughed again and opened his arms to Gabriel, who came close and cuddled into Sam's shoulder.

"I love you Sam, and I'm sorry about everything." Sam waved away the apology.

"It's the hormones, remember?" And kissed Gabriel on the head.

"Dean?" Castiel called, looking around the house for his mate.

"Dean?" Castiel tried again, only to be met with silence. Walking into their room the sight that met him melted his heart.

There was Dean sprawled on the bed sleeping with Samael laying on his chest, also sound asleep. Castiel smiled and went to get the camera. This would make the perfect background to Dean's computer.

Once the picture was taken, Castiel walked into the kitchen and grabbed an apple, being slightly hungry and wanting something to do while his mate slept. Since Sam and Gabriel had made up, it was boring in the house. No one to talk to, since Dean was more often than not asleep, being horrendously tired, and Samael, being as young as he was, seemed to follow in his father's footsteps and sleep all the time too.

Sam and Gabriel were downstairs most of the time, keeping Micah from danger by giving him many grace donations, so for the first time in thousands and thousands of years Castiel found himself to be bored.

Walking into the living room, he took a seat and looked at the television, not really wanting to waste time in front of it, he stood again and walked back into the kitchen. Maybe he could learn to cook like Gabriel.

Decision made Castiel set about cooking the first and best meal he had ever made.

"What's that smell?" Sam asked, twenty minutes into his cuddling with Gabriel.

"Oh DAMN IT! Something's burning. You go tend to Micah and I'll go find out who tried to cook." Gabriel said, running from the room at full speed in order to get to the kitchen in time.

Once there he noticed one of two things. One, there was bread in the oven, burnt to a crisp, and two, Castiel was sitting in the corner looking absolutely petrified.

"What happened?" Gabriel asked calmly.

"I wanted to cook something and I think I may have summoned Lucifer again." Gabriel laughed his ass off at the comment before disposing of the burnt bread and pulling out some steak from the fridge to thaw.

"I'll make dinner, you set the table. If you were bored you could have come get Sam and I." Gabriel said, watching Sam walk into the kitchen and head to the fridge to get Micah something to eat.

"Open a window, the whole house smells like smoke." Sam said, grabbing a banana and closing the fridge. Gabriel shook his head and snapped his fingers in order to clear the smoke but instead managed to make the stove start talking.

"Excuse me, next time close my mouth, it hurts to keep it open so long yeah?" The stove said, which made Gabriel panic and snap his fingers again, only to make the sink start talking to. Three more attempts and the kitchen was full on singing.

With a sigh Castiel clapped his hands three times and the room was back to normal, minus the smoke.

"Congratulations Gabriel, and Sam!" Castiel said, holding back a laugh.

"Thank you Castiel, but what are you congratulating us on?" Sam asked, knowing neither of them had dropped the news yet.

"On Gabriel's pregnancy." Castiel dead panned and finally let out a full belly laugh as Gabriel was sitting in the corner of the kitchen sulking.

"What's the matter sweetie?" Sam asked kneeling beside Gabriel, still holding Micah.

"The kitchen talked." And even Sam couldn't stop the laughter that burst from his mouth.

Once the talking kitchen was sorted out and no longer prominent on Gabriel's mind, the arch-angel started cooking. He was making bibimbap with strip steak.

Sam and Castiel were tending to the children, and Micah, for his part, had calmed down considerably since the grace donations. He would need more as he grew but for now he seemed happy and fuss free.

Not long before dinner was ready, Dean made his way out of his room looking bleary eyed but awake.

"Can I have some coffee?" He asked, walking into the kitchen.

"Sure, I brewed a pot not long ago." Gabriel said finishing up the servings and bringing them to the table.

Setting the bowls down he sat and started eating his food, not bothering to wait for the others. Sam, smiling, walked over and put Micah in his high-chair with a small bowl of rice and mushy green beans, and let him have fun eating, while he took a seat next to Gabriel and started eating his food.

Dean and Castiel joined them not long after and they all laughed and ate in relative peace. The laughter was mainly on the part of Dean after hearing the story of the talking kitchen and Gabriel blushed again before rubbing at his suddenly prickly eyes and excusing himself from the table.

Sam stood and started cleaning the mess Micah had made when Dean looked up from his food.

"What's wrong with him?" He asked.

Sam smiled brightly before answering.

"He's pregnant."

Dean stood and walked over to Sam hugging him and congratulating him on his upcoming child.

"You're gonna have to explain this later." Dean said, watching Sam pick Micah up and get ready to leave.

"No problem Dean, wait until I console Gabriel and I'll be happy to have him explain everything."
