A night to remember and Sweet arguments!
Fabian's P.O.V
I woke up a the suns rays made my eyes open from my bed in the bottom bunk of mine and Eddie's bunkbed. I then rubbed my eyes so they where fully awake before remembering last night...
We walked into Jubilife City and I was amazed by the number of buildings and people.
"Hey guys lets find the Pokemon centre"instructed Eddie.
"Excuse me sir where is the Pokemon centre?"I asked a nearby man.
"You take a second right and then it is at the end of the street"replied the man.
"Thank you"I commented.
"No problem"replied the man and we waslked down the streets. Saphire and APatricia peeling Amber away from every shops she saw. Literally she was lathering at this one dress.
We took the second right and then we as the Pokemon in the distance at the bottom of the road.
"Where is the mall?"asked Amber.
"Don't answer that until we get to the Pokemon centre. Besides Amber we need dinner and I am starving"replied Alfie.
I sighed as we eventually entered the Pokemon centre.
"Nurse Joy can we have four rooms please?"asked Dawn.
"Sure here are the key cards to Rooms 1B, 1C and 2A. Please enjoy your stay and there is still dinner being served just to let you"replied Nurse Joy cheerfully.
"Thank you"I replied and we went to our rooms. It was KT, Amber, Patricia and Saphire in 1B, and then in 2A it was Jerome ,Eddie, Alfie and I. Lastly, in 1C it was Willow, Dawn, Joy and Mara. We couldn't be bothered to sort out the rooms properly so we kept the sleeping arrangements like that as it was much easier.
We all had a freshen up before we walked the to the dining room and we saw an array of food in front of us. I was looking at the curry and rice. We all took a plate and began to fill them up. I had a shed load of rice with an equally sized amount of curry and onion bargees, Eddie had a plate of chicken drumsticks, chips, stir fry and curry with rice. Alfie hone corn on the cob, ribs, curry, noodles, sushi, seaweed, BBQ ribs, BBQ and plain chicken wings and chips, so basically all of that plus everything else. Jerome just ate some vegetables and some chicken wings but was having a lot of water. Patricia had gotten a bowl full of gerkins, and some sausages on a plate with some carrots and strawberries! That was wierd and she sat at a table. Willow ate some salmon with some sauce and a whole plate full of chinese food in a mound, another plate with curry and rice, a big bowl BBQ ribs and chicken wings. Her and Alfie where loving their food. Amber had some salad, with a pizza that had topping of Margarita cheese circles, some haljlepinos peppers, pepperoni, ham, chicken and pineapple chunks. Amber wasn't one for fatty foods. I wonder why she was stuffing herself, then again the salad was very healthy, it had lettuce, crutons, mayonnaise, and some low fat cheese. Joy ate well almost near to nothing. She only had a chicken pie and a few mouthfuls of curry and rice. KT had rice with some bean salad and some chicken nuggets. Mara ate a salad, a steak and several different types of salad. Saphire ate similarly to Alfie but she had twice the amount of Alfie plus she decided to have a big mound of BBQ plain and Chinese ribs, a several rack of ribs on one other plate and another plate with a towering mountain sized amount of of curry with rice. Saphire also had another plate full of nooodles and rice and everything Chinese. We all say down and ate our dinner.
"Woah Saph and Alfie! I knew you where hungry but seriously?! That much?!"asked Eddie.
"Yep I am starving"replied Saphire digging into her mound of food and shoving a big forkful of food into her mouth afterwards.
"How can you eat so much Alfie?"asked Amber.
"Because I want to have a full stomach if aliens kidnapp me that or I just very love food"answered Alfie.
"Joyless are you alright? You don't have much food"asked Jerome.
"I'm fine"replied Joy shortly as she began to eat her chicken pie. I smelt it as the aro a of chicken filled my nostrils. I think I will have a chicken pie for seconds.
"Okay then. The contest is on the and today is the so in other words we have to prepare for the contest!"commmented Dawn.
"Except tomorrow, as we as in us girls are all going shopping in the mall. Have you seen the deals in the shop windows?!"squealed Amber excitedly.
"Oh boy we know who will be coming back with mounds of shopping"replied Patricia.
"Wait how will you cope with all of your clothes?"asked Mara.
"I will post them to Trudy who can keep them for me so when we move into a house or whatever I will have plenty of clothes to change into"replied Amber eating her salad.
"Well that is fine by me. It would be nice to go for a shop and get some new clothes. I know someone who needs to wear something different for once"remarked Dawn.
"Hey! I am fine in what I am wearing but I will buy some clothes then if you want to me to. Wouldn't mind getting a new tanktop or something like that"commented Saphire.
"Okay then tomorrow we will go shopping. Everyone be up at 7 o'clock as these sales get crazy"informed Amber.
"Yes ma'am"replied Saphire.
"Amber it is the night we are in a city and all I want to do is sleep. Besides why do we have to get up so early?"moaned Joy.
"Because if we arrive later than 7 o'clock we won't be the first people in the shop and that means not the first people to get the best best clothes and I heard if you are first you go to a separate room and can have anything from there for free"explained Amber.
"For free?!"squealed Willow.
"Yep"replied Amber.
"Excuse me I am getting dessert"commented Saphire getting up.
"You're still hungry?"asked Mara.
"Yep"replied Saphire. I followed her as I figured why not have some dessert. I took a bowl of a banana split ice cream and poured belgian chocolate source with sprinkles and mini marshmallows on top. Saphire got a huge slice of Pavlova with strawberry sauce and strawberries, plus a bowl with every flavour ice cream being served. We both sat down.
"Someone likes chocolate"commented Mara.
"Well who can't say no to chocolate"I replied as Alfie came back with three plates full of spaghetti bolognase and meatballs.
"Why do you have three plates?"I asked curiously.
"One for Saph"replied Alfie and Saphire took the plate and began to eat the spaghetti and left her icecream to melt for a bit.
"Honestly Saph! When you finish Saph you and I are going to video chat dad"instructed Eddie.
"Fine"replied Saphire and she gulfed down her spaghetti and drank her glass of lemonade before she began to eat her ice cream.
"Well I think we should just relax after dinner before we go to bed"suggested Mara.
"I agree especially if we are getting up early for shopping"agreed Amber.
"Can we shut up about shopping!"scolded Patricia clearly annoyed.
"Okay okay. Sheesh don't get your knickers in a twist"replied Amber.
I carried on eating my dessert as an argument evolved between Amber and Patricia.
"You always have to be critisising with what I speak!"retorted Amber.
"Yeah well I am at least not as prissy as you"replied Patricia.
"Guys not on public"commented Jerome putting his head in his hands and walking off. I noticed that Saphire had finished her bowl of ice cream and was slowly creeping away from the argument with Eddie, Pikachu and Aipom who had came out of its Pokeball interested of the sudden erupting argument. I quietly chuckled as all four scampered off...
Saphire's P.O.V
Me and Eddie alongside Pikachu and Aipom escaped the now heated argument between Patricia and Amber. We walked to the video chatting place and me and Eddie sat down on to seats. Pikachu climbed onto my shoulder and Aipom on Eddie's head. I dialled the number to Dawns house and it rang three times before the call was answered and dad.
"Ah Edison and Saphire what a pleasure to see you both again"greeted dad smiling.
"Hey dad how's it going?"I asked.
"Quite well I have bought the house and we are starting the renovation next week. I expect it will take a month or so before we can the move furniture into the house"answered dad.
"Well we are now in Jubilife city so keep an eye out for Saph and the others on the tv at the contest"commented Eddie.
"I will do. Ah now who is that I spy on your head Edison?"asked dad.
"This is Aipom my starter"replied Eddie.
"It loves stealing my hat"I mumbled and Aipom chuckled before taking it and wearing it and then I began I chase it.
"Saph please stop"pleaded Eddie.
"Fine, but tell Aipom to stop taking my hat"I replied scowling.
"So then how have you journeys been?"asked dad.
"Good except we ran into an Onix and almost got-"Eddie was saying I kicked him.
"Small trouble with an Onix but other than that fine"I replied.
"Oh well then I hope the Onix wasn't too bad. Now then I have business to attend to, I have to go now-"dad was saying when the connection between our call was severed. Eddie made a shush jesture with his finger and we listened on the telephone.
"Oh Victor why do I get calls when I am busy? Sometimes it is very annoying! Why can't they behave like normal children and just be good and stay in their rooms and not travel"moaned dad and I saw Eddie looking hurt.
"Huh Eric that is what you receive when you have pests"replied Victor.
"Sometimes I wish I didn't have children especially Saphire, she I such a pain well as long as she is on her travels I don't have to bother about her. I guess Edison is tolerable"commented dad no wait 'him'.
Suddenly we heard a crash and saw Amber and Patricia fighting on the ground.
We heard a click and the screen came on and we saw dsa and Victor looking at us with the phone in our hand.
"We won't get in your way father"I mocked and ended the phonecall by slamming the phone down and pressing end call.
"Pikachu and Aipom why don't you leave us for a bit"instructed Eddie softly and Pikachu and Aipom nodded before leaving. I then just broke down. Those cruel words. A phone appeared on the video chat screen and Eddie pressed the red phone so the call wouldn't go through. It happened several times and on the last time clearly annoyed Eddie hit the phone button but selected dso we could only hear and not see.
"Edison please we-"I heard dad plea, but Eddie pressed end call and we hugged.
"Lets not call dad anymore"suggested Eddie.
"Done"I replied.
"Guys how was the phone call?"asked KT.
"Erm we aren't calling or seeing Sweetie ever again"I replied sadly.
"Oh. Why?"asked KT.
"You see he started to say some mean stuff and how he prefers us well me travelling as I am a bother and he can just cope with Eddie and he wishes he didn't have us"I replied sadly but I took a deep breath to ease my pain.
"Wow, I am sorry guys"replied KT as Pikachu ran up to me seeing I was sad with my hat and I put it on and picked up Pikachu and laid it on my lap.
"I am fine buddy just a but a tiny bit upset because some silly person made me sad"I explained.
"Pika"replied Pikachu sadly.
"But I am fine now"I replied and I got up and walked to my room.
"Night"I murmured before I clambered into my bed. I ignored the stomache ache in my I had the top bunk which I didn't mind. I just laid down with the room in darkness and the curtains shut listening to the city sounds. BRING! BRING! BRING! I groan as I get upto answer the videochat machine. I see the number. Him. I sigh and press answer and put the phone to my ear.
"Saphire please darling let me explain. I am truly sorry for what I said but what I meant to say was that you can be a bit hard to handle sometimes and a out you travelling. I think it is a wonderful idea and-"dad was saying when I interrupted.
"Then why? Why didn't you say that instead of you regretting that you hated us and wished you never had children?"I asked angrily.
"I was questioned by Victor you know that"replied dad.
"I am still mad at you"I replied coldly.
"Well you can be now then I was wondering about you take us home I mean me and Victor have located an object which posses such power that it can help ou generate a portal and take us home. Now in order for it to work you would need to come home and stop travelling"explained dad.
He is thinking about the white orb! How dare he use me as a weapon or as something just for self greed.
"Never I will never give up my dream and the others won't gve up theirs just so you can us it for self greed besides if I wanted to I can't ever since that beam hit me at. I have needed to recuperate. Therefore until I am at an okay level of power where I can create a portal we are never going home"I told dad. What I didn't tell dad was that the portal we went through was silver so in other words we are needed here and I still do need a great of power before creating a portal.
"Saphire we need to get I need to get back to Anubis house. People will grow suspicious!"exclaimed dad.
"No I won't do it"I replied back.
"WHAT ABOUT YOUR MOTHER? DON'T YOU CARE ABOUT HER?! IF YOU AREN'T TAKING US BACK ISN'T THAT BEING SELFISH AND SHOWING THAT YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT HER?!"shouted dad.
I desperately want to see mom. However, it isn't simple to create a portal.
"I do care about mom, dad and I want to see her too. However, you aren't getting the point even of I wanted to create a portal for ALL of us it is hard and right now or in the near future I won't be able to!"I replied raising my voice a little.
"Then rest so the recuperation time is quicker!"exclaimed dad.
"It isn't about just rest besides my energy levels go up more when I am in battle or when I travel. So no I won't rest!"I answered back.
"Saphire please we are-"Dad was saying when I cut him off.
"NO! That is my final answer"I interrupted exaggerating the O by raising my voice on it.
"Now Saphire you are being selfish, I have a right mind I come down there and-"Dad was trying to reason again, but I interrupted him for a final time.
"I AM NOT THE ONE BEING SELFISH YOU ARE YOU SAID YOU NEEDED TO GO BACK TO ANUBIS INSTEAD OF WE NEED TO GO BACK TO ANUBIS HOUSE. WHY? WHAT IS SO IMPORTANT BACK THERE? OH I HAVE AN IDEA MAYBE THE FACT THAT YOU NEED THE OTHER MEMEBERS OF THAT SOCIETY YOU HAVE TO TRY AMD EXPERIMEMT ON ME AGAIN. WHAT FATHER DOES THAT?! SERIOUSLY, WHY DID I EVEN BITHER TRYIMG TO FIND YOU?!"I exclaimed letting all of my emotions out.
I saw dad get angry.
"MAYBE IF YOU DIDN'T FIND ME THEN ACTUALLY THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN THE BETTER THING TO DO! YOU ACTED SELFISH TOWARDS OTHERS AND ME. I NEEDED THAT EXPERIMENT TO HELP WITH A SCIENTIFIC BREAKTHROUGH!"shouted back dad.
"DOES THAT SCIENTIFIC BREAKTHROUGH MEAN TRYING TO CONVERT ME TO A OURE HUMAN, IF SO THEN WHY DIDN'T YOU USE EDDIE?! HE IS THE OSIRIAN AFTERALL AND HE ISN'T THAT HUMAN"I shouted back.
"IT NEEDED TO BE DONE TO SHOW MY REPUTATION OF THE SCHOOL AND HOW WE HAVE BROKEN THROUGH ANOTHER SCIENTIFIC BARRIER WHICH COULD HELP THE HUMAN RACE. PLUS THE DISCOVERY WOULD BRING MORE FUNDING INTO THE SCHOOL AND HELP RENOVATE SO,E OF THE HOUSES"shouted back Dad.
"AND WHAT ABOUT US? WHERE YOU GOING TO LEAVE ME THERE IN THA ROOM TO DIE? THAT IS WHAT ALMOST HAPPENED! I WAS ON THE BRINK OF DEATH BUT THANK GOD EDDIE AND THE OTHERS FOUND ME AND RANG AN AMBULANCE! I HAD TO BE IN HOSPITAL FOR TWO DAYS AS OF WHAG YOU DID TO ME! THE DOCTORS SAID I HAD THE EARLY STAGES OF PNEOUMIA AND WAS LUCKY! WHAT KIND OF FATHER ALLOWS THEIR DAUGHTER FOR DEAD?!"I shouted back and I had obviously struck a nerve and Dad grew angrier.
"Maybe what I said was true! If I didn't have you then you wouldn't have created and ruined everything!"replied back dad angrily.
"Maybe if I didn't have a father then I wouldn't have had to suffer"I replied trying to keep my emotions inside of me.
"YOU suffering it was me who was suffering I am coming down there and I-"Dad was saying when I interrupted him.
"I am never speaking to you again"I replied and I pressed end call and the connection was severed.
"Pika?"asked Pikachu concerned.
"It is fine he can't get us here Pikachu. Now I am going to cool down"I replied amd headed for the gym part in the Pokemon centre and Pikachu came along with me. Dad is never going to be my father ever again. He is hurting me and Eddie...
Patricia's P.O.V
After my victory over the fight with Amber and getting a few battle wounds (cuts and scratches) by Amber's nails. We all crowded in Eddies room instead of mine, KT's and Amber's as Saphire is having alone time there.
"Okay then why would old Sweetie start not being what his name is?"asked Alfie.
"I don't know but for now we focus on the riddle"instructed Eddie and Fabian got his laptop out.
"Okay me and Patricia got the riddle from Joys phone. It goes like this: To open me blow the air around me and make the four ostrich feathers float before you get your prize"replied Fabian.
"Okay then we know the zodiac thingy includes an element and an Egyptian god sign. Four ostrich feathers and blow the air around me gives the impression it is the element of air"concluded KT.
"Yeah but then what Egyptian god or goddess is it then?"asked Amber.
"Well duh we look of a god or goddess for air"I replied.
"True, but this riddle it seems tricky I mean seriously lifting up four ostrich feather that seems pretty easy for a task"replied KT.
"Yeah too easy. Do we have a picture of the statue?"asked Eddie.
"Sadly no as no pictures have even posted and Rufus didn't send any to Joy"replied Fabian.
"We know it is in the old park of the park in here"commented Alfie.
"Hmm four ostrich feathers-know way it couldn't be"began Eddie and he began frantically searching on Fabians laptop.
"Slimeball what are you doing?"I asked.
"If my Egyptian mythology is right I know only god which can fit the clue"replied Eddie quickly as he typed away on the laptop frantically.
"Fabian do you have any clue?"I asked.
"No it must be a god as Eddie puts it from quite a while back in the ancestry line of the Egyptian gods and goddess"replied Fabian clueless.
"Where is Nina when you need her?"asked Amber.
"Ah-ha"replied Eddie showing us a page on a god called Shu.
"Wow Shu she is one of the oldest Egyptian gods well he goes back very far. Now it makes sense as look four ostrich feathers"commented Fabian.
"Yeah and look Shus symbol is an ostrich feather"replied Eddie.
"The thing I don't get is that if it is air how does an old statue relate to an air symbol?"asked KT.
"Yeah that part is complicated"I answered confused.
"Well it is wind right? So maybe we use-"KT was saying when we where interrupted by Dawn.
"Eddie you are needed. Saph has her began err having a meltdown-aka she was relaxing and then there was shouting and now she is punching a boxing bag which doesn't look like a boxing bag very more and she won't stop"replied Dawn.
"That is just one of Saphs cooling down methods Dawn, she did that at Anubis. Poor Victor he had to get a new one every time she wrecked a boxing bag"replied Eddie.
"Okay, but I did hear her shouting very angrily in her room and it sounded like an argument"commented Dawn.
"I will be right back"replied Eddie and he walked off into Saphires room. Oh god no! She must have boiled over at Old Sweetie if there was an argument...
Eddie's P.O.V
I sighed and walked into Saphire's room. At least there wasn't a mess in there. I sit at the videochat screen an dial in the number. I wait as the phone rings. Suddenly Johanna appears on screen.
"Eddie. I was about to call you. Can you speak to your father please? He is a bit angry at the moment"asked Johanna.
"Sure"I replied half heartedly.
"Eric Eddie will speak to you"commented Johanna.
"Take good care of yourself and the others Eddie"commented Johanna before my dad appeared and sat down. I then switched the settings so I could see him and he couldn't see me. However he then changed it so I couldn't see him and we just spoke over the phone. Odd?
"Edison I am so sor-"dad no he was saying when I interrupted him.
"I bet you are very proud of yourself aren't you considering Saphire had an argument and is destroying a boxing bag with her bear hands"I replied.
"I am sorry Edison about what I said, but I just can't handle you two. Besides it isn't like you two are little children anymore. Look I am was idiotic and foul mouthed as I was in the middle of a discovery with-"dad was saying.
"The secret society? Trust me we know all about it. Saphire has dreams no nightmares the other night about the time we both ran away after Maras trial. She was screaming and I had to wake her up. Oh and guess what don't think the society can tap into my dreams! Yeah I know it all about the society's plans with the map and the zodiac. I am guessing Victor didn't tell you that Rufus has one of the orb pieces and we know your plans. Don't worry we won't be home until Christmas where there is an eclipse of some kind"I replied explaining the basics to throw him off of his tracks.
"I sti- how on earth do you know about the society?"hissed dad annoyed.
"Since we saw the meeting in the forest. Now unless you want me to never call me again or go to the police I suggest you and the society do nothing"I replied smartly and the other end was silent.
"Oh by the way we forgot to say that Saphire was in need of support when she was stabbed in Floaroma town and that since then several of us including me where poisoned"I carried on as the anger fled my mouth.
"Eddie I wanted to be there I just couldn't"replied dad.
"Why?!"I asked before speaking again.
"You know what don't even bother. See you at Christmas and don't even call us as we won't pick up"I commented before cancelling the video chat. That was better. The line rang again. I reluctantly pressed the listen button and was surprised at a new but very angry voice.
"How dare you interrupt and speak to your father like that Edison? For this you can freeze and die at winter for all we care! You must apologise or else-"exclaimed Victor and I interrupted and stopped the ranting by me deciding to hang up the phone and unplug the machine before leaving. I feel victorious...
Joy's P.O.V
Perfect I cannot wait for the day to come. It will be the 30th tomorrow, the day before the contest starts and when I am deployed the bomb at the bus stop at 4:15 pm. I have been trying to figure out this riddle, but have come to no avail. How do I know about egyptian gods? There is always Fabian I guess. I sigh and begin to search up four ostrich feathers on the ccomputer I am sitting at and the results come up with facts on ostriches.
My phone begins to ring and I exit the computer lab and walk outside of the Pokemon centre and stand in an isolated area from anyone else. I hit the answer call and I hear Rufus' voice.
"Ah Joy just who I wanted to hear from, now then you will receive the bomb tomorrow as planned and you will plant it at the stadium on the 31st on the day of the contest. Understood"instructed Rufus.
"Yes sir"I replied.
"Good. Now then if this plan fails you will be punished"commented Rufus.
"Understood sir"I replied.
"Oh and don't worry Saphire will be killed and I am going to make sure of it. Poison will be given to you and trust me once you put this into her drink she will die within hours hours and there is no cure. That is the back up plan"replied Rufus and he hung up.
"Okay then lets train then to seem as though I am acting normal"I thought and I ran to the training ground inside the Pokemon centre and saw Dawn there. Oh great! The blue can be so perky but soo annoying.
"Hi Joy. You are just the person I have been looking for. Do you want to battle in preperation for the contest?"asked Dawn.
"Sure I am glad too"I replied and we took our positions on the battle ground.
"Alright then this will be a one on one battle and the winner will be the one where either sides pokemon is unable to battle"instructed Dawn.
"You ready?"I asked.
"Yep"replied Dawn.
"Okay then Gothita battle time!"I exclaimed throwing a Pokeball into the air and Gothita appeared back flipping like it knew we where practicing for a contest.
"Okay then Piplup spot light"instructed Dawn throwing a Pokeball and Piplup appeared spinning and landed gracefully.
"Gothita spin and use Psybeam"I ordered and Gothita span and the Psybeam made a spiral around Gothita.
"Piplup use bubblebeam and blast away the Psybeam"instructed Dawn and I watched as Piplups Bubblebeam smashed against the Psybeam and not only creating sparks and destroying the Psybeam, but Gothita took damage.
"We won't give up-Gothita use double team and follow up with shadow ball"I ordered and Gothita nodded and made copies of itself around Piplup and then powered up and fired multiple shadow balls at Piplup.
"Piplup use whirlpool"ordered Dawn and I watched as my plan was spoiled by Piplups whirpool attack which absorbed the shadow balls and they glowed inside the whirlpool. Therefore, the whirlpool sparkled blue and purple and I then watched as Gothita and its copies where engulfed in the whirlpool and Gothita hit the ground takimg a bit of damage.
"Gothita use shadow ball and follow up with zen headbutt"I ordered and Gothitas seen headbutt fused with the shadow ball making the zen headbutt purple at the top and blue at the bottom.
"Touché using tha move, but prepare for this Piplup use ice beam and spin so it makes a spiral"instructed Dawn and Piplup made a spiral of ice against Gothitas fused zen headbutt and shadow ball or as I call it 'shadow butt'. Not the best name, but oh well.
"Now Piplup use whirlpool on the spiral"ordered Dawn and I gasped as I couldn't believe what I was seeing. The whirlpool had made a shell over the ice beam social and the ice beam glowed in the whirlpool. Gothita collided with the whirlpool and there was a big explosion but Gothita took damage. The whirlpool covering the spiral of ice was a barrier. Well two can play that game!
"Gothita use-"I was about to instruct when I was interrupted by someone. I turned a d saw her. Saphire.
"Hey it will be getting kinda late soon so are you gonna go to bed or carry on battling because it is 8:06PM"suggested Saphire.
"I think we should leave the battle and let our Pokemon rest"replied Dawn.
"I agree"I replied reluctantly.
"Piplup return"instructed Dawn returning Piplup.
"Good job Gothita, return now"I instructed.
"Well bye guys"commented Dawn walking away from me and Saphire.
"You know I can't wait until the contest, I hope I am paired with you for a battle Miller, because that battle would be a bang!"I commented trying to sound enthusiastically as I could without giving anything away. You wait Miller you WILL go out with a bang!
"Okay"replied Saphire before she walked away muttering to herself whilst I walked outside.
It was 8:10PM by the time I walked outside. It was getting a bit dark, but I decided to have a walk around. I saw the mall still opened so I walked inside, where I eyed posters with sale signs on every shop window. I figure I could have a glance around as I would be going shopping with everyone tomorrow morning. I sighed and looked at the clothes. There was a selection in Twinleaf town but there was a much bigger selection. I saw a sales woman struggling with putting a huge amount of clothes in order. As a good samaritan I decided to help her, so I walked up to her.
"Excuse me do you need any help?"I asked.
"Thank you I would like some help putting these items in size order. However, I am the only one on shift to finish the job of keeping the store in order"replied the woman.
"My names Joy and I think we should try and find the smallest sized clothing first"I answered giving some help.
"Thank you Joy my name is Randy"replied Randy and we began to start putting the clothes in order.
"So I trust you are going to the super sale tomorrow then"commented Randy.
"Yep my friend Amber is making me and all of my girl friends arrive at the mall for 7 o'clock"I replied.
"I have a tip Joy,make sure you amd your friends get here for 6:30 that is when the sales are starting"informed Randy.
"Thanks Randy. I will tell them when I go back to the Pokemon centre"I answered Randy.
"So are you participating in the Jubilife Pokemon contest?"asked Randy.
"Yeah. Are you?"I asked.
"I dunno. I have trained but to be honest I may have to work. It is a shame as I don't get much time off work. I only get one day off per week and that is usually "replied Randy.
"Hmm. Well ask your boss if you could have off instead of. I'm guessing you have Pokemon then"I replied.
"Yeah I have a Quagsquire, Skitty, Torchic and a Marshtomp. I come from Hoenn and those where the Pokemon I courted when I was a trainer. I travelled for a year or so participating in contests, but I only won one ribbon sadly"explained Randy.
"So how did you come from being a coordinator ta working as a saleswoman in a shop?"I asked.
"Well I when I quit my dream of becoming a Pokemon coordinator and winning the Hoenn cup, my parents where shocked, but then I found out they where moving to Sinnoh as of dads job. Then I went to school as I had to do that or be a coordinator as my mom told me. So I went to school and got a degree in business and Maths and I applied for a job here and bought my own flat"explained Randy.
"Wow. I could do that I guess"I replied before seeing our work had progressed.
"So we just did sizes 6-8 so now we do sizes 8-10 and then 10-12 and so on"explained Randy. I nodded and spotted a skirt that was short and black with layers and ruffles. It had some black lacey patterns on and inbetween each layer. The skirt also had a black leather bow on the front on the waist in the middle with studs near each end of the bow. I kept an eye on it whilst we organised the clothes.
"You know for helping me out you can have an item of clothing any of your choice"responded Randy once we finished sorting through and hanging up the clothes.
"Thank you Randy, are you working tomorrow?"I asked.
"Yeah I am why?"asked Randy replying.
"As you are working tomorrow could you keep this skirt for me so I can buy then in the sale?"I asked.
"Sure Joy, but don't tell anyone"replied Randy and I handed her the skirt in the size 8-10, and Randy and I went to a small room where there where lockers for staff to put some small belongings in. Randy took out her brown leather handbag (I need one of those!) and then proceeded to put the skirt into her locker and she locked it and put the key in her purse.
"Well you should get going Joy"commented Randy picking up her handbag.
"Okay then well bye and see you tomorrow"I replied and I walked out waving before heading back to the Pokemon where I expected to get to sleep, besides after shopping I am doing my job for Rufus. That is if I succeed this job. Of course, I have the arrangement tomorrow. My phone beeps.
"Meet me in the Pokemon centre in five minutes in the storage room and be alone or else!"I read and I become scared because of the "or else". I quickly walk into the Pokemon centre and for the storage room at the back of the Pokemon centre not knowing what would happen next...
Alfie's P.O.V
I was lying in bed reading a comic on aliens-one thing I am glad they have here! The bedroom door is a bit open and I see a person dressed in black walk past. That guy looks familiar...Wait that is the guy from the last pokemin we went to and tried to steal the orb piece! I put Chimchars Pokeball into my pocket and creep out of my room and see the figure walk down to the back of the Pokemon centre. I followed quietly and carefully before the mysterious figure snuck into the storage room. I knew I couldn't open the door so I texted Fabian.

"Do you have those little cameras like the ones we used to put into the gatehouse?"
"I have something similar which will record the sound and will tape when activated"
"Okay bring that here so I can put it into the storage room-mysterious figure who tried to steal the orb piece is in there"
"What! Okay me and Eddie are coming with the camera bug. Stay calm and don't stand too near and if someone comes out look occupied"
"Okay boss"
"Don't call me that!"
"Sorry Fabes"
"Or that! Just Fabian will be fine"
"Okay Fabian"
"On our way"
I waited anxiously before Fabian arrived with Eddie holding a thumb sized device.
"How are we going to put the device in the storage room?"I asked.
"Open the door if it would naturally would and then put the device on a wall high up quickly"ordered Fabian.
I opened the door as quietly as I could and so it look like it naturally opened. I quickly taped the device up high on a wall before we walked back to Fabians room to observe what was going on. We sat on Fabians bed and Fabian I opened up his laptop and went onto different files until we saw a screen come up and we saw a mysterious figure with none other than Joy.
"Well what is Joy upto now?"asked Eddie sarcastically.
"Shhh Lets watch I love movies"I commented and they both rolled their eyes. So immature!
"Have you completed the task yet?"asked the mysterious figure towards Joy.
"Not yet I haven't even solved the riddle! I will get you that orb piece though master"replied Joy shakily.
What happened next shocked us all.
"HOW DARE YOU! DON'T JUST LAY AROUND AND MAKE UP EXCUSES GIRL! I NEED THAT ORB PIECE SOON AND BEFORE THE CONTEST!"we heard the shouting.
We watched in shock as the figure left and Joy sank to her knees before crying.
"Oh no we need to catch that guy"commented Eddie.
"Wait! We track the guy"I responded.
"Alfie you are a genius"remarked Fabian.
"I am"I replied confused that I cold be genius.
"How do we track the guy?"asked Eddie.
"I got it! Me and Jerome have a game and we have to hunt each other down with lasers-"I was saying.
"Get to the point Alfie"demanded Fabian.
"I used a tracker to win"I replied and I hurriedly got it out of my bag.
"We need to get the guy"instructed Eddie and we crept out of our room and I saw a figure turn to our corner.
"That is him"I replied remembering the distinctive boots the figure who entered he storage room was wearing.
"Okay Alfie you pretend to mess around with Eddie and make the guy fall over then Eddie you place the tracker on him"instructed Fabian whispering.
"Pretend we are play fighting"instructed Eddie and we then started to mess around and pretend to play fight. It was going exactly how we planned and we went to bump into the guy, but he jumped and avoided our tackling.
"Now what?"I asked whispering.
"I got it Aipom come on out"instructed Eddie whispering whilst lightly tossing a Pokeball into the air and Eddies Aipom appeared.
"Aipom put the tracker on the man"ordered Aipom pointing at the man whilst I put the tracker in Aipom paw.
"Aipo"replied Aipom and we watched as Aipom climbed the walls and lights to avoid the man seeing it. It put the tracker in its tail and we watched eagerly as Aipom edged closer to the man.
Closer.
Closer.
Result!
Aipom had gently put the tracker onto the back of the mans neck and it stuck, and lets just say the guy may have trouble getting the tracker off.
"Aipom return"instructed Eddie and he returned Aipom. We quickly scarpered to our room and I inserted the tracking disk which links to the tracking device so you can see where the tracker is. We waited impatiently until the program came up and I inserted the code on the tracker and a screen came up of the street outside the Pokemon centre.
"Alfie you are clever this is just great! We can see where Rufus is!"remarked Fabian.
We watched as the trackers spot moved around and we carried on watching it.
"Why don't we watch him for another hour and see if he leaves Jubilife"suggested Fabian.
"I agree it is the best option as we have nothing else to do, besides we can inform the rest of Sibuna tomorrow"agreed Eddie.
"True and I also agree on watching but it is a shame hat we have no popcorn"I commented.
"You always love food don't you Alfie"commented Fabian and I sighed as Eddie chuckled and we carried on watching the tracker...
Willow's P.O.V
Oh boy! I am tired. I have just gone through an hours worth of training and need some sleep. I walked to my room and I switched on the light and see Joy lying on her bed at the bottom of the bunkbed to the right facing the wall and from what I can hear from her snores, she is asleep. I go into the bathroom and get changed it my Teddiursa pyjamas which are very comfy! I clamber into my bed on the bottom becasue if Mara does some research on her laptop the light wont be seen and annoy me. Dawn sleeps in the top bed of the bunk bed with Joy. I search through my bag and I find my book and begin to read it. My book is called 'The Ringing Thief' and is quite good to read. (A/N: I don't know if there is a book called that but if there is I don't own it and never will do). So far it is the first book in the series for young detective Anne Mcgormack alongside her Squirtle and Bulbasaur. There is said to be a television series coming out soon and I cannot wait. My eyes begin to droop after I have read a few pages so I bookmark the page before I put it underneath my pillow and turn off my lamp. I yawn as I begin to fall asleep prepared for the shopping trip tomorrow...
Amber's P.O.V
I have just applied my night time makeup and am going to bed. I swear I saw Joy with cuts on her arms and was moping but I figured it was the tiredness in me. I climbed into my bunk bed on the left of the room (from looking through the doors angle) which I shared with Patricia who was on the top and KT and Saphire shared their bunk bed on the right of the room (when you stand at the door and look straight on). Saphire being on the top and KT being on the bottom. The room is similar to the Pokemon centre we stayeation last time, but it is much bigger and had better quality. There was even a 32 inch television in the room. I opened a Pokeball and let Shinx sleep at the end of my bed. There was no one in the room so I just began to read my magazine. I became a bit sensitive when it came to 'Is your boyfriend going to brake up with you?' section. I skipped that part and the rest of the magazine. My eyelids began to drop a bit so I put my magazine to the side and pit my sleep mask on to help me get to sleep. Within a seconds I was in makeup land...
Fabian's P.O.V
I sighed as I got ready for bed. I was getting changed into my square checked flannel trousers and my grey pyjama vest top. Once changed I saw Eddie and Alfie still watching the tracker on the screen. It had been staying still after the last few minutes.
"He must be asleep"remarked Alfie.
"We can't be sure"replied Eddie.
"Just set up an alarm to go off on your laptop if the tracker moves again"I commented and Alfie did so and I laid down in my bed. I was sharing with Eddie who slept on the top and I slept on the bottom. Jerome and Alfie slept in the bunk bed to the right (when you look through the door) and Alfie was sleeping on the bottom and Jerome on top, thankfully Jerome hadn't entered. Alfie was putting his laptop underneath his pillow, when Jerome did enter the bedroom and he had gotten dressed in the bathroom straight away. Alfie was reading his aliens comic again, whilst Eddie played games on his phone and I was reading my Pokemon Facts book. It is a pretty amazing book to read.
"So then Alfredo are you going shopping tomorrow to win back Amber?"asked Jerome slyly.
"Leave it out Jerome, I can't think of her especially when I have Willow. I will probably buy a few clothes but I am not going shopping because of Amber"replied Amber.
"Then why are you going to suffer at the grasp of the mad sales?"asked Jerome.
"Well I meant to get some clothes as well this is something Mara would say but I am saying it anyway. It is the most logical thing to do as let's think about it if we stay at christmas then we are going to need clothes"explained Alfie.
"Oh so you are not going because of love"remarked Jerome again.
"Well not everything is about love Jerome besides aren't I the love doctor and you aren't"replied Alfie.
"Yeah yeah"mumbled Jerome as he began climb onto his bed and began to read a book.
"Eddie do you want to train with me in the park tomorrow?"I asked.
"Yeah I am not particularly into shopping but I may buy a new phone as the one I have is pretty rubbish"replied Eddie.
"Yeah well I think that tomorrow I will-"Jerome was saying when he was cut off by a yawn.
"Jerry don't yawn don't you know that when one person yawns another-"Eddie commented but he then began to yawn.
"It's cool Eddie besides-"Alfie was trying to reason when he was cut off by yawns.
I didn't bother replying as I began to yawn and feel immediately sleepy. Eddie went and turned the main bedroom light off and Alfie then turned his lamp off and so did Jerome.
"Night guys"I mumbled staffling a yawn. Eddie turned his light off. I yawned again and turned off my lamp before I fell asleep into my dream world. I could tell it would be a good dream as I saw Nina there...
Hey guys there was Chapter 26! Now to start things off. I have great news for one of you. The winner of Writer of the Day is *insert drumroll*... Houseofstories99 with their story 'Oblivious' a heart breaking story where someone in Anubis has dies and has died alongside someone else who left. Read as those two experience pain and adventure in their quest to reach the afterlife. But the mystery lingers who killed them? It is a fantastic story so far and gets top marks and a double thumbs up from me.
