OMG, so I reread last chapter and I realized I made a tiny error that just about killed me. XDD
I accidentally put the Masky instead of just Masky. XDD
It sounds pretty majestic tho, like a wild animal on an animal network or something. XD
"The wild Masky holds a rose behind his back as he approaches a wild Hoodie reading a romance novel-"
Masky: STOP RIGHT THERE THAT NEVER HAPPENED AND THAT NEVER WILL HAPPEN!
Hoodie: Y-yeah! I don't r-read romance novels... *hides a book behind his back*
LAWL, anyway lets get to the questions, shall we? :3
lil'peahqueen133:
I was wondering which creepypasta likes me, as the reader, more?
Me: Uhm, I dunno, it's hard to deci-
Ben: IT'S OBVIOUSLY ME, DURHURRR!
Jeff: Oh yeah? Who kissed her first?
Ben: At least I got to kiss her unlike those gay fools over there! *points at Hoodie and Masky*
Masky: WE'RE NOT GAY, GOD DAMMIT!
Hoodie: O-Or fools!
Me: Also, I'll message you about how I portray Jane :3 I'll try and help you anyway I can!
ifonlyifonlythewoodpeckersighs:
Ben, why are you so mean to Hoodie?
Ben: I have to let out my temper somehow, right?
Hoodie: ...
*Huggles Hoodie* But sorry Hoodie, 'cause I can't help but ship you and Masky. Besides, why else would you guys be cuddling in bed with each other with nothing but your boxers on? Oh man, Hoodie curled up in a ball and Masky with his arms and legs wrapped around him is a cute sight. You two are too kawaii for your own good!
Hoodie: I-it's cold o-over where my b-b-bed is...
Masky: ... *silent raging*
Observer, you're pretty cool. I don't understand why some people hate you.
Observer: Thank you, reader. It's nice hearing this once in a while.
Slenderp, yes, Slenderp, you're amazing, just saying.
Slendy: ...Thank you, child. I don't understand why you have to add 'derp' at the end of my name.
Also I can't decide if I should pair Ticci Toby with Jeff or Ben. My sane side says Jeff, but my insane side is shouting at me to pair him with Ben. What do you guys think?
Ben: NO!
Jeff: Uh...
EJ: Both of them! :D
I'm wondering who will kiss me next... I would say I'm hoping for Hoodie, but I wouldn't take him from Masky. *Winks*
Masky: I... *sighs* You can kiss him if you want, God!
Hoodie: ...
Also I'm hoping for some more romantic scenes with either Jeff or Ben, but I can't decide. *Sighs*
Ben: ME!
Jeff: No, ME!
Me: SHUT UP BOTH OF YOU!
Ben and Jeff: *grumbles to themselves*
JsilverstarT:
To Slenderman: Hey, hey slendy, hey *annoying orange poke* Hey SLendy, do you wash all the laundry of the mansion including the girls' clothes, I mean, *coughs* Do u... actually wash...the girls' (Sally, Jane)underwear by urself *blushes*
Slendy: Yes, I wash all the laundry, including the girls' clothes. Not Jane, though, since she left. I wash them all by myself and I really don't care if I have to wash undergarments. I have to wash the boys' stinky clothes, too, and that's way worse than the females'.
Ben: Hey! Are you talking about me!?
Slendy: You and Jeff. The others keep themselves relatively clean.
Ben: *pouts*
Creepypasta Goddess:
can you. Give the reactions of the creepypastas after they read my story.
ESPECIALLY L.J.! Mwahaha!
Me: I have a feeling that LJ is not gonna like this. So, sure, when I have time! :D
And that's all the questions for today! Author's note at the end should have a Convos!
Enjoy thy chappie!
Chapter 24: Strange Nights
You didn't know why, but for some reason you were surrounded by blackness. It suffocated you, but all you could do was keep going. Somehow, you knew this was a dream, but unlike other lucid dreams, you couldn't control it. It frustrated you somewhat as you kept slowly walking deeper and deeper through the abyss, but then your feelings seemed to melt away.
It was as if there was mud under your feet, because it took a lot of energy just to lift your foot and move it in front of the other. You still repeated the process, hoping that there would be something at the end. You realized that your legs weren't the only thing going slow, but your whole body was, like you were submerged under deep black water.
You wanted to wake up, to reach the end, but this tunnel seemed to go on forever.
Somewhere in the distance, on all sides, you could hear soft murmurs of familiar voices. You couldn't exactly decipher them, but you did however catch several words.
"She's changing... I can feel it."
"No... won't make it in time!"
"I can't believe she would..."
"Please, no! Stop, now!"
The last voice made you freeze in your tracks. That voice was strikingly familiar. It was light and sweet, with a tone of fear and horror behind it. But for some reason you couldn't put a face, a name, to that voice. You kept moving.
"Wake up..." a voice whispered soothingly. You couldn't seem to shake the blackness though. It got denser and denser, dragging you further down underneath the darkness and the despair of being all alone.
"Wake up!" the voice said in a more urgent tone. Your eyelids were heavy. You just wanted to close them and rest for a while. Maybe drowning in the blackness wasn't so bad...
"I said, wake up!" the voice called once more, and your eyelids fluttered open.
"Wha-wha..?" you asked sleepily as you blinked open your eyes. You saw a pale ceiling overhead with a fan spinning lazily attached to it. You squinted at it. The mansion never had a ceiling fan overhead...
You're finally up. the familiar voice purred. You sat up and yawned, looking around.
And then you froze.
You were in an unfamiliar room. There was blood all over the place. It seemed to be the living room. The couch that you had woke up next to was completely ruined and stained with red. There was blood on the carpet and walls as well. One of the windows was completely shattered. But that wasn't the worst part.
There were dead bodies surrounding you.
One was laying limp on the couch. It was a young woman with a look of horror on her face, her eyes glazed over. Her guts were teared out of her stomach and scattered on the floor. There was a little boy hanging by his wrists on the wall, dried tear stains on his bloody and bruised face. An older man was draped over the windowsill, and what seemed to be the boy's older brother was laying dead near the door.
Your eyes were wide as you took it all in. And then you looked down.
Your clothes were soaked in blood, and there was a bloodstained butcher knife next to you. You held your head. Were you...
Look at all the glory we've accomplished. the voice said. You closed your eyes, tears streaming down your face. So it was you. You couldn't believe it. You didn't even remember a single thing!
"No..." you whispered, voice hoarse. "Oh God, please no."
There is no God. the voice responded. You bit your lip.
"Who are you?" you asked. The voice chuckled.
You don't remember? I'm CV. the voice said. You opened your eyes, remembering the time when CV first came.
"No... No! Go away! Leave me alone!" you cried, gripping at your hair and tugging on it as you fell over, shaking uncontrollably. You had taken lives. And not just one life, either, a whole family.
You were a murderer. A cold ruthless killer.
This is the power we have, and look at all we can do. Be proud, other half, and accept the feeling of the power washing over you.
"No, I won't! This is horrible!" you said, covering your face and sobbing. CV tsked before speaking again.
Hush, other half. We have an amazing power that we can use at our disposal at anytime we wish.
"No! Go away, go away, go away!" you cried again, rolling over the bloodied floor. At first you were numb, but now you were angry, upset, frightened, and guilty. You had no idea what was going on or why you would do this. This was absolutely awful! You curled up into a tight fetal position and sobbed. Thankfully CV left you to your own devices after you rejected her, so you were alone.
At least, you thought you were.
"_-_?" you looked up to see Hoodie at the door, keeping his distance from the dead body beside him.
And then you realized.
This was because of the creepypastas.
Hoodie picked his way over to you, avoiding as much blood, glass, and bodies as he could. He got on his knees beside you and slowly hugged you, stroking your hair. You were slightly relieved that Hoodie was comforting you, but that was pushed aside by your anger.
You pushed Hoodie away. "Get away from me, you freak!"
Hoodie looked surprised, but shuffled slightly away, staring at you.
"W-wh-" you cut him off.
"Stop fucking stuttering and listen to me! You see all these bodies around us!? Do you see this broken home covered in blood!? I killed those people, Hoodie. I'm a murderer! And it's all because of you and the other creepypastas! You've somehow affected me and made me slaughter a whole damn family! This is your fault! Your problem! Not mine! I wish I never met any of you!" you yelled at Hoodie, blinded by rage, and threw a shard of glass at him. Hoodie raised his arms in front of his head to block the shard and it fell to the ground. You began wailing again, and Hoodie slowly stood up and backed away, hurt by the words you threw at him.
You were too upset and conflicted to apologize to the proxy. He turned and raced out the door and into the night. You looked over at him, realizing your mistake too late.
"Wait, Hoodie! I'm sorry, I didn't mean it! Please come back!" you called, but he was gone. You sighed and covered your face with your hands again. You were a murderer and a bitch now. Just great. You wiped away your tears and stood up, surveying the mess.
Sighing, you began cleaning up the mess. You dragged the bodies one at a time to a closet and shoved them in there, slamming the door shut. After that, you picked up the shards of broken glass and threw them away. You cleaned up the blood as best as you could with cleaning supplies from the kitchen, but most of it was still there. By the time you were done, it was almost dawn.
Now it was time to look for Hoodie.
You left the home and closed the door behind you. You remembered this neighborhood and how it wasn't too far from your own, so you headed back, taking to the shadows in case there were some really early morning joggers out. You didn't know how they'd react if they saw a bloody girl walking down the sidewalk, but you doubted it would be good.
Once you got to your house, you entered the quiet home and took a quick shower, scrubbing the blood out of your hair and skin. After that, you dried off with a towel and put on new clothes, not bothering to pick up the old ones from the ground.
You left your home and headed into the woods. It was some time around five in the morning, but for some reason you weren't tired at all. You were actually very energized, which was good because you could look for Hoodie and apologize about that whole mess earlier. You searched for him in the surrounding woods of the mansion, but you couldn't find him anywhere.
Next you headed into the mansion itself. Everyone except Slender seemed to be asleep. Slender at the moment was doing laundry. You watched him for a while, and he spoke up.
"You're up early, _." he commented. You nodded.
"Oh, I was just looking for Hoodie. You know where he is?" you asked. Slenderman looked over at you.
"No, no I do not. Shouldn't he be sleeping?" he asked, and you knew he was curious as to why you were asking such things.
"I guess. Bye Slendy." you said, shrugging before leaving. Slender didn't respond.
You quietly checked Masky and Hoodie's room, but the only one sleeping there was Masky, and he was holding a pillow instead of Hoodie. You wondered if Hoodie did that and quietly closed the door, going to investigate other rooms.
You still couldn't find him everywhere, and you checked every room that wasn't locked. You sighed and hit your head against the wall. How could you have been such an idiot? You really had to find Hoodie and apologize.
A couple hours later, it was breakfast. You went to the dining hall and saw Masky sitting alone, holding his head. Guilt racking your body, you went over at sat down next to him. Masky glanced at you.
"What's wrong?" you asked, even though you probably already knew what it was. Masky sighed and sat up.
"Well, when I woke up this morning, Hoodie wasn't there, and Hoodie always sleeps in until I wake him. It's just really unusual that he'd be gone. He's not even at the table." Masky said, gesturing at all the people. He was right, Hoodie was nowhere to be seen, and it was all your fault.
"I'm really worried." Masky said, and you nodded.
"Well, maybe after breakfast we can look for him?" Masky shook his head at your suggestion.
"No, it's not your problem. Slenderman said that all would be fine, anyway." Masky said. You looked down at the table, and that's when breakfast was served. It was eggs and bacon.
"How'd we get the eggs? I don't remember buying any." you asked as you ate.
"The chicken was put to good use." Masky replied, taking a sip of his orange juice. You nodded, glad that the chicken wasn't dead, and you kept eating.
"We named her Consuela." Masky added, and you almost choked on your bacon.
"You named the hen Consuela?" you asked in disbelief. Masky nodded.
"Why not?" he said, and you shrugged. Both of you went back to eating in silence. Masky had gotten a plate for Hoodie, and it sat next to him, growing cold. It became hard to swallow your meal and you looked away. You felt so guilty that it made your stomach twist. You wondered if you could finish breakfast without throwing up.
You managed to eat it all without vomiting it back up, surprisingly. Masky immediately stood up and walked out, and you knew he was going to look for Hoodie again. You went and decided to help Slender with the dishes. You wanted to be busy doing something so that you didn't have to feel guilty all the time. You focused on cleaning the plates as best as you can, and it seemed as if Slender appreciated the help, even though he didn't say so.
The hours seemed to pass by slowly, and you spent some of your time searching for Hoodie. You hadn't seen him all day, and neither had Masky, and you knew he was very worried. Even Slender seemed a bit off. Ben didn't really notice Hoodie was gone and Jeff was too busy trying to not use his walker anymore to notice as well.
Soon it was nighttime again, and Slender told Masky to head to bed.
"But what about-"
"Just sleep. I'm sure he'll be there in the morning." Slenderman interrupted, and Masky nodded. You watched as he reluctantly headed to his room. You wondered if he'd get any sleep tonight.
"Don't worry about Hoodie. He'll be fine." Slender reassured you. You nodded and headed to your room. Once you got there, you found Sally in your bed, already fast asleep. You smiled softly and changed into your pajamas, going and joining her on the bed once you were done. Right when your head hit the pillow, you were fast asleep.
You were back again, in the cold blackness. This time, however, you were trying to swim upwards, as if you were drowning in this black abyss.
You swam so slowly that it was easy for the blackness to pull you further and further from the surface. You struggled and fought, but it would not let go of you. You tried to scream, but then the blackness crawled down your throat, suffocating you.
You were really drowning. You didn't know what to think of this. Your thoughts began moving slower and slower, until finally your consciousness just shut down all together, and all you saw was black. All you could feel was cool black. And all you could taste was the foul, metallic taste of black.
You couldn't breathe.
"She's... kill them all."
"Never escape."
"Now's the time... before it's too late."
"I hope we'll make it out alive."
You gasped for breath as your eyes flew open. You sat up quickly and hugged your knees to your chest. You had that dream again, but this time it seemed scarier. It seemed as if you might never wake up from it.
You looked around, eyes wide, and you realized you were in the middle of the woods. There was a green tent splattered with blood a couple feet away from you, and you didn't have to look inside it to know bodies were stashed in there. The butcher knife was next to you.
You had killed again.
This time, though, you didn't cry. You felt completely numb, unable to feel anything. Deep down, you had a feeling that this would keep happening, and that there was probably no way to stop it. Sighing, you laid your head against the top of your knees, wondering who you were now.
Then you heard a twig snap.
Afraid it was another human, you whirled around, knife in hand, but then you saw it was just Hoodie, semi-hiding behind a tree trunk. You sighed through your nose and set down the knife. Hoodie leaned back, and you knew you had to say something before he ran off again.
"Look, Hoodie, I'm sorry about what I said earlier. I didn't mean a single word of it, I swear." you explained to him, reaching out. Hoodie stared at you for a moment, then walked over to you, accepting your hug.
"I-it's alright, _. I-it really is m-mine and the others' f-faults, I'm sorry." Hoodie stammered out. You shook your head, which was laying on Hoodie's shoulder.
"No, no it isn't. It's mine for staying with you guys in the first place." you disagreed. Hoodie pulled away slightly so that he could face you.
"D-do you want to leave? I'll h-help you go far aw-way from us." he offered. You stared at him for a moment. If you accepted Hoodie's offer, you could finally be free from all this drama, you wouldn't be murdering people, CV would go away, and you could live with your dad in another country. Things would be good. You could finally forget about the creepypastas and the hunters and everything that goes with them.
But if you stayed, you could continue to have fun moments with them, you'd probably be able to see Ty again, and you could learn more about the supernatural. It seemed pretty exciting. But you would also continue to murder humans in this weird way of yours, and CV would only continue to grow stronger. You didn't want that at all. But was it a sacrifice worth making? You had to make up your mind.
You smiled at Hoodie. "Thanks for the offer, Hoodie, I appreciate it..."
"But I'm a creepypasta girl, after all."
Hey everyone!
Thanks for reading! Once again, I really appreciate it!
And you declined Hoodie's offer to get away from the creepypastas! :D
