26. pathetic apologies from the author

Hey guys, no chapter this time, I'm really sorry:(

I just wanted to let you all know that I'm taking a little break from this story -I HAVENT ABANDONED IT I PROMISE!- I will still be updating occasionally, but recently I've been having lots of exams and writers block. So, I haven't given up on writing this, I will be updating in the future whenever I finish a chapter, but I'll only be writing this story when I actually have a sudden burst of inspiration, rather than sitting down every night trying to draw blood from a stone:/

The problem for me is that I have lots of other ideas at the moment, and am suddenly feeling very dispassionate towards writing this fic. So, I was just wandering, as you guys seem to enjoy reading my stories, I'd love it if you could tell me which ideas I should think about putting up on this site next? So, heres a couple for you guys to mull over, and if your mad about any of them let me know;

-Another Marauders fic, only concentrating more on Lily, maybe in a diary format. I've read a lot of Jily fics and in most of them it's seems like James is Lily's first kiss and then they run off and get married, and that's it. I thought about writing a fic going though all of Lily's years in school, and the love interests she encounters. As in following her from cringe-worthy first kisses right the way through to finding 'the one'. I might make James a bit OCC in that they don't dislike each other intensely and are actually sort-of-but-not-really mates. Who fight all the time. It would be fun, I promise;)

-I also thought I could do the generic truth or dare fic (which everyone seems to write at some point) because it seems like an amusing way to pass my time. I was either thinking of just doing the whole 'Gryffindor tower, lily, Mary, Marline, Mary, Remus, James, Sirius, Peter (hissss)' or really going all the way into crackfic territory and having some of the main cast of this fic locked in a room together, deciding rather irrationally to play truth or dare (don't worry, I would need to drink a lot of coffee to actually consider writing that)

-or, I've felt like writing Kick-Ass fics lately, not sure what I'd do, probably adventure with a bit of Mindy/Dave (even if there is a freaky-as-hell age gap)

So, there a couple of the things stewing away in my brain, let me know if they appeal to you guys:)

I'm so so SO sorry you guys, your seriously all totally wonderful people for sticking with this story 3 Anyway, hopefully I'll have the next chapter up soon, but I've really hit a brick wall with this story.
