Person: Umm Loren can we go outside and talk
Loren: Umm Im kind of busy right now Eddie
Eddie: Please
Loren:* let out a small sigh* Fine
Loren suddenly felt sick, this kind of started to feel like deja vu, all she could think was oh no here we go again.
Eddie walked to the front of the house since everyone was on the back patio. He made his way through the front door as Loren slowly followed. Loren went and sat down on a bench, at the moment she didn't think she could trust her feet and legs to hold the rest of her body up. She really did dread the conversation that was about to come.
Loren: Are you going to sit?
Eddie: No I think i'm good standing for now.
Loren: Umm Okay...*awkward silence* so umm what were you wanting to talk about?
Eddie*stayed silent for a moment*:I thought you said there was nothing going on between you and Tommy?
Loren: Yeah, and when you asked...there WAS nothing going on between me and Tommy. Eddie what are you getting at?
Eddie: Nothing, it's just I figured after our conversation that night, that you weren't going to start anything with Tommy.
Loren: And what would give you that idea, and why are you so against me dating Tommy? *sarcastically* Oh wait don't answer that question, it's because you don't want to see me get hurt right?
Eddie: Yes, Loren, that is exactly right... You are too good for him can't you see that!
Loren* standing up and throwing her arms out by her sides*: Wow so i'm too good for him, but not good enough for you...Is that it? Oh and by the way you are one to talk about not wanting to see me get hurt. He has never hurt me once, unlike you, who was supposed to be one of my best friends. You kissed me and said it shouldn't have happened, He kissed me and said he was crazy about me...and to me that makes him plenty good enough.
Eddie: Loren, I'm sorry, I thought you forgave me for that already! I never meant to hurt you.
Loren: I did but I told you I wouldn't forget about it... and if you hate seeing me hurt why are you still arguing with me about something that has nothing to do with you, stop worrying about what is going on with me and Tommy, like I said before I am a big girl, I can take care of myself I thought you wanted to fix our friendship.
Eddie: I do
Loren: Well this is a really bad start... It seems to me that all you are doing is making things worse. I don't question you about Chloe, so please quit questioning me about Tommy. Can you just let me be happy.
Eddie: You are happy with him?
Loren*calming down and looking him in the eyes*: Yes Eddie, I am.
Eddie*looking her back in the eyes with a hint of sadness and hurt in his*: Fine. Loren I am sorry...if he makes you happy, I will stop bugging you about him. Will you just give me a chance to be back in your life again. I know this whole argument has probably made you hate me even more than you did before, but like I told you earlier... I miss you and I really do want to fix our friendship.
Before Loren could reply Kelly jakes junior manager came out
Kelly: Oh there you are Eddie, and Loren we havn't had a chance to officially meet, Im Jake's junior manager Kelly!
Loren:*shaking her hand* Hi it's nice to meet you.
Kelly: Aww, and arn't you just adorable, but anyways Jake said that we were all going to sit down and go over a couple of minor details about the Charitiy event tonight, that way y'all can get started as soon as possible.
Eddie looked at Loren to make sure she was still okay with doing this with him. He knows he doesn't deserve her help, all he has been doing is causing her trouble lately.
Loren looked back at Eddie and nodded her head yes. Even though she isn't sure how this will turn out, she still felt the need to do it, this would be her chance to change people's lives for the better.
Eddie: Okay umm yeah sure I guess we can do that now.
Kelly: Great, your parents gave us permission to use their office to talk about this.
Eddie walked in while kelly walked with Loren telling her about how she seen her song online and how amazing it is, until they made it to the office and were greeted by Jake.
Jake: Eduardo, Loren! Lets all sit so we can get down to business.
They sat and went over some of the details about what they will have to doand the guidelines. Loren and Eddie both had to sign some papers agreeing to the terms of the event, and then Loren had to sign some papers agreeing to be temporarily managed by Jake until after the event was over.
Soon after that everyone said their goodbyes and left.
~ The next day
Loren had woken up to the smell of food in the air. She walked out and to her surprise Katy was in the kitchen cooking.
Loren: Katy? Not that I am complaining or anything, but what are you doing here?
Katy: I hope you don't mind, I let myself in. I just had to cook my favorite dancer a nutritional breakfast for her big day.
Loren: Aww, thanks Katy you are the best, and you can let yourself in whenever you feel like it.
Katy: So are you excited about today!
Loren: Yeah Im excited, but Im also freaking out! What if I mess up? What if I am not good enough?
Katy: Oh you are going to do great, don't stress yourself out. You need to let go of all the negativity in your mind, and think of positive things. You would not have became a principal in this production if you were not good enough... so stop doubting yourself.
Loren: Yeah I guess your right, thanks for the pep talk Katy... Do you need help with anything?
Katy: Nope I have everything under control...Im sure you have alot to do before you leave so go ahead and get ready.
Loren: Okay I guess ill go ahead and get a shower, are you absolutely positive you don't need help with anything?
Katy: Loren I am sure, now go get ready!
Loren went to her room and got ready, when she came out she was practically tackled by Mel jumping on her back.
Loren: Oh my gosh Mel! What are you doing?!
Mel: Sorry, Im just super excited, I can't wait to see my bestfriend in the whole wide world do her thing on stage today!
Loren laughed as Mel jumped off her back and they both made their way to the kitchen. They talked to Katy as they ate and then Loren had to leave.
Loren arrived at the prayna theatre so her and the rest of the dancers could go over last minute details and make sure everyone was ready.
Tommy: Hey cinderella!
Loren: Hey prince charming!
Tommy: So... you ready for this performance?
Loren: I guess i'm as ready as I'll ever be, thanks to the amazing pep talk Katy gave me this morning. What about you?
Tommy: Well as long as I have the most amazing and talented girl in Luminace by my side I will be ready.
Loren: *sarcastically* Oooo I guess you better go find her then.
Tommy: Haha very funny miss Tate, but I'm actually looking at her.
Loren: Oh really?
Tommy: *joking*Yeah I think her name is like laurena... no laura... no...ahhh Loren thats it!
Loren hit him in the shoulder and then started stretching.
~ Right before the performance
Everyone was getting their seats and the theatre was completely packed. Loren had peeked out from backstage to all of the crowd. To her surprise for the first time she had a lot of people there just to see her. Mel, Adam, Katy, Max, and even Tyler and Ian were all sitting in the second row, which means they got there pretty early just to get good seats. She was a little disapointed when she didn't see Eddie there. Even though her and Eddie were on shay grounds right now, she still thought he would have been there, after all he was the one who begged her to try and fix their friendship, but she shouldn't be worrying herself over Eddie anymore, he made it pretty clear that they were just friends, which means he does have other priorities.
~30 minutes later
Tommy: Loren look at me, calm down you are going to do great...I thought you said you were good earlier.
Loren:*shaking* I thought I was, but I don't know, it is all just hitting me. I am expected to go out there and give the best performance of my life in front of all those people.
Tommy: Loren you have performed in front of people before, you are going to be fine.
Loren: I have never performed in a production this big, in front of that many people.
Another girl came up, one of the ones who Loren had never really got along with, which was kind of fitting since she plays one of the stepsisters.
Girl: Hey Loren
Tommy: Seriously not now!
Girl: No it's okay. Loren, I know you're freaking out, but you got this part for a reason, you are truely the best dancer I have met, and I guess that is why I was always kind of rude to you. You truely deserve this part, and you are going to do great.
Loren: But what if I mess up, I could disapoint all of those people and ruin the show for all of you.
Just then Eddie walked by the side of the stage. He was allowed backstage access because of him being a rockstar. They didn't want him to be out front and cause a scene right before the performance. He overheard everyone trying to calm Loren down and saw her sitting down with her head in her hands and was shaking. He walked over there and stopped in front of them.
Eddie: Hey guys can I talk to Loren for a second.
The girl quickly nodded and walked away, while Tommy a little hesitantly said sure and got up and waled over to some of the other people backstage.
Loren: Eddie what are you doing back here?
Eddie: I was told that I could stay backstage, I think they didn't want me to cause a scene.
Loren: Oh
Eddie: Okay Loren, so what's wrong?
Loren: I don't think I can do this.
Eddie: what are you talking about Loren, of course you can. You have been working your tail off for days makining sure you were ready for this.
Loren: Yeah, but that is a lot of people Eddie.
Eddie: Nah it's not that many
Loren gave Eddie a look as if she were saying who are you trying to fool.
Eddie: Okay fine that is a lot of people, and I understand what you are going through...The first time I performed in front of this many people, I was a wreck before I went out.
Loren: Really?
Eddie: Yeah.
Loren: Well what happened.
Eddie: I got over it and gave the best performance that I had ever given. I realized that if I go out there and make a fool of myself, people will definately talk, but someone else will come along and make a mistake and eventually people will forget about it. If I didn't go out there and atleast try, I would regret it for the rest of my life. So do yourself a favor and forget about all of those people out there and do this for yourself. Pretend that it is just you out there.
Loren*smiling and standing up*: I think I can do this.
Eddie: I know you can.
Loren: Eddie thank you for coming tonight and thank you for the talk.
Eddie: I wouldn't miss this for the world Loren Tate. Now Im going to go sit down in one of the backstage chairs, and you need to get over there and get ready to perform.
Loren gave Eddie a hug, and then walked away.
Tommy: Hey, Lo you feeling better.
Loren: Yeah, thanks
Tommy: Im glad, I couldn't have done this without you.
Loren: Something tells me thats not true but I will play along.
Tommy: No im serious, you have been my dance partner for almost two years, and we are going to do this together.
Loren gave Tommy a hug and kissed him on the cheek, as Eddie uncomfortably watched. And then they all went and stood in there places as the curtains rose.
Loren and Tommy danced their hearts out, as if these parts were solely made for them.

As they danced the chemistry was obviously there between them, the entire audience could tell, which just made the production even better.
Eddie watched as they danced and felt like crap the entire time, he had a chance to be with Loren. She was beautiful inside and out and crazy talented. She looked so angelic dancing, even though there was a hint of spice. He couldn't stand the way that Tommy touched her as they danced. His uncomfortableness just grew even worse when Loren and Tommy got caught up in the moment at the end and added an impromptu kiss.
Normally going against choreography was a huge no no, but they were originally given the choice whether they wanted to add a kiss at the end or not, but they decided against it so it was never rehearsed, but since it was offered the head of the production didn't get mad. It actually made Prince Charming and Cinderella more believable.
As Loren and Tommy finished their very quic but very passionate kiss the curtains started to close.
Once the curtains closed, all of the dancers and choreographers got in a line and went out and did their bows and then went backstage.
