Hello my fans. Well my few fans hahahaha. Looks like a lot of people don't read my story anymore. Well you win some you lose some. Hope you all hade a good week so far with work or school. Why don't I help you relax with one of my amazing chapters. I know that some of you are very eager to know what will happen in the next chapter. The wait is over so just sit back with a nice drink and enjoy reading. Btw I am happy to say that I just had to put a battle between Ichigo and a certain someone. Hope some of you shared this thought and know of who I am talking about :)

The Demon Within

Chapter 26: Ichigo's rage unleashed

Ichigo's POV

I then looked at Saya. I could end everything with her right now. I could stop her plans. I had the power to do so back in my hands so why could I not bring myself to do so? Did I care that much about her or was it because deep down I know we are both the only two soul reaper Quincy hybrids left? Saya then smiled at me and walked towards the garganta.

"You coming Ichi?"

"Yea, let's go."

We both entered the garganta and ran towards the darkness. I could not help but wonder why the soul society would capture everyone. What did they do? I could not think of any reason why they would even consider this but they better be preapeared for a battle because they are going to get one. If it wasn't for Saya then I would not have known about this. She technically in a weird way she is sort of helping me save everyone I cared about. Why would she do this? There must be a reason for all of this because she wore the cloak that hides her spiritual pressure.

"Saya."

"Yes Ichi?"

"How did you know that everyone was captured by the soul society?"

"I went to the world of the living to do some research. Once I was there I searched for your friends spiritual pressure. I didn't go to look for a fight so I wanted to know where they were so that I could avoid them. After a while I could not sense any of them so I went to the soul society and found that they were being held captive there."

"Wait how did you know that? It is almost impossible to go undetected in the soul society."

"I know people. Info brokers if you could call them that. They keep an eye on people I tell them to and if something comes up they inform me about it."

"That makes sense in a way, but what are you planning to do once you are inside?"

"I will go on as I have planned, I will need your help but if you want to go rescue your friends then I won't be able to stop you."

"Alright, thanks Saya."

There was a moment of silence before I spoke again.

"When you get the Gem what will you do after that?"

"You will have to wait and see."

I could not help shake this uneasy vibe I just got from her. What was she planning to do with that Gem? Take control of Heuco Mundo and then move on to the world? My thoughts were cut short as I saw a light ahead.

"We are almost there Ichi. Prepare yourself."

"Got it."

We jumped out of the garganta and landed on a nearby tower. I then scanned the area and found that everyone wasn't far away. In fact they were tight over there. I turned my head to see them standing at a table with what looked like chains and cuffs around their wrists. What caught my eye is that the head captain has his sword drawn and it was hanging above Orihime's head. Anger was an understatment. I felt enraged and a used flash step as soon as I saw the blade go down towards Orihime. Within a split second a went into bakai and blocked the sword with my blade.

I opened my eyes and looked at everyone around me. They were shocked by my sudden appearance. Only the head captain had not looked shocked. Even the great Byakuya had a bit of shock over his face. I then gazed at Orihime. She had stared at me the moment I have stopped the blade. She looked happy to see me but also scared. When I saw the fear in her eyes and the cuffs around her wrist that was when I snapped. Red spiritual pressure escaped my body and I was engulfed in it. I let out all the spirit energy I had to show them I ment business. I then suddenly froze and everything went black.

"Finally it's my turn to have a bit of fun."

Orihime's POV

I could not have been happier then right now at this very moment. My Ichigo stood over me and protected me from the head captains sword. He was alive and he had escaped from Saya. I knew he would and that made me so happy. The next thing I knew everyone around the table was pushed back with an amazing force. Ichigo released everything he had. I knew he was angry and he was going to fight every soul reaper within a five hundred mile radius.

We were caught by the other captains and lieutenants. I looked up to see Jushiro holding onto me with shock all over his face. He released me and help me get my balance back. Everyone was now standing and looking at the soul reapers. I then felt a very familiar spiritual pressure. My stomach made a few nots and fear now possessed my body.

"No this can't be." I whispered to myself. Apparently everyone was confused about what I ment except for Uryu.

"Everyone listen we should get out of her now!" Uryu shouted.

"Why? What is going to happen?" Jushiro asked.

"Ichigo he is..." Uryu trailed off. "He is going to transform."

"Transform? I am not sure what you mean?" Jushiro once again asked with confusion.

I wanted to answer him but we suddenly heard a load roar. We all turned around to see Ichigo standing in his full hollow form and let out a screech. It sent chills down my spine. He lost control again. Why did this have to happen now? I saw the look on everyone's face. They were scared and confused except for me, Uryu and...Isshin? Why didn't he look suprised?

"So it took shelter in her after all." Isshin said.

"Yea, it looks like it." Kisuke said.

"What are you guys talking about?" Chad asked.

"When I was still a soul reaper I went to the world of the living to investigate a hollow report which was very unusual. I went alone as this hollow has taken many lives and I did not want to add to his body count. I encountered it and the hollow looks a lot like Ichigo now. He overpowered me after a while. When he wanted to end it that's when Ichigo's mother showed up. She was a Quincy and she fought the hollow and killed it, but in the process the hollow had bitten her. That hollow was one of Aizens experiments so he there was no guarantee what would have happen if the hollow had bitten her. It looked like some of the power layed dormant inside her and then got transferred to Ichigo when he was born." Isshin explained.

"That's why he can transform into that, but why now? I don't understand. If he can't control it then why does he use it?" Jushiro asked.

"He has transformed because Orihime's live was in danger. When that happens Ichigo's hollow takes complete control and does everything in his power to protect her." Uryu informed them.

"What!? Your lives were never in danger to begin with." Shunsui told us.

"What?" Kisuke asked.

"Haven't you noticed that the cuffs and chains has no key hole? When dealing with powerful people we use these to suppress them. If they escape and find the key and take them off they could cause casualty. The only way to remove them is to shatter them with a zanpakuto. Also the new central 46 ordered that we investigate. We never wanted to go through with this but you know how central 46 is with their rules. We just did this so that they could see that we took action." Shunsui explained.

"So the head captain was going to release us?" I asked.

"Yes, but since the substitute interfered I will carry out the order." Byakuya said with his normal tone voice. With one swift movement he slashed and broke the chains that bound us. The lieutenants came running with our weapons and gave them to us. A messenger appeared before the captains.

"Captain, there is a large amount of hollows that appeared in the seretei. seventy present is guilions and twenty five percent is adjuchas."

"What about the other five percent?" Shuinshi asked.

"They are espada class sir."

"Espada? I thought we had defeated them all? There were probably a few that survived. All lieutenants are to return to their squads and defend the seretei. Any captains could join their squad in combat or remain here the help the head captain if neccesary." Shunsui ordered.

Almost every captain went to battle exept for captain Ukitake, Kuraku and Kuchiki. There was a sudden explosion and we all turned around to see Ichigo and the head captain locked in battle.

Ichigo let out a small growl and pushed the head captain back. He landed a few feet away from him before he raised his sword in front of him. He gave everyone a glare and everyone nodded.

"We should let the old man take care of this." Shunsui told us.

We then followed them and went back a safe distance but still able to see the battle.

"All things in the universe turn to ashes, Ryujin Jakka." Captain Yamamoto said and then attacked Ichigo.

Ichigo easily blocked and countered by using sonido to get behind Yamamoto. He then slashed and it connected with his back which left a deep cut wound. Blood was now sprayed everywhere and oozing from the wound. Yamamoto turned around and slashed Ichigo across his chest. The unthinkable happened just as the attack made it's way towards Ichigo. He stood his ground and let the blade touch him. It was stopped in it's trackes and did not even leave a scratch. His hierro was too tough and the Yamamoto jumped back in suprise.

Ichigo used sonido to get right in front of Yamamoto and swung his sword at his head. Yamamoto ducked under the blade and tried to stab him, but it proved futile. Ichigo grabbed the blade with his bare hand stopping Yamamoto in his tracks. Ichigo then pulled him closer and slashed Yamamoto right across his chest. Once again the ground was now coloured red from the blood.

Yamamoto was on the defense as Ichigo released him. Ichigo charged at him with amazing speed and pierced Yamamoto's shoulder. I could see that the head captain was in grave danger and pain, but while Ichigo was in that form there is no stopping him. Unless, I looked at Uryu and he gave me a determined look and nod. We both now what we should do to stop Ichigo. We were the only two who knew what his weakness in that form is.

Yamamoto was breathing heavily as he had major injuries that was life threatning. Uryu and I would have to act soon but Ichigo is still on guard and would sense us coming from behind. We then saw Yamamoto relax and close his eyes. Was he giving up? No that's not it. I suddenly felt warm, my mouth was begining to dry up along with my skin. The moisture was being slowly drained out of me.

"What is this power and heat i'm feeling?" I asked.

"The old man is getting serious. Hope this is over soon otherwise we are in big trouble." Shuini said with a small smile. I turned my focus back to the battle.

"Ichigo Kurosaki. Prepare yourself for this is where I get serious." Yamamoto said with anger in his voice.

The flames around Yamamoto's zanpakuto suddenly disappeared, but for some reason it was feeling as if the temperature was still going up. The heat was unbearable, but I will endure anything for Ichigo. I need to be here when he snaps out of it.

"Bankai, Zanka no tachi."

I waited for a sudden burst of spiritual pressure and a change in Yamamoto, but nothing happened. I stared at him and saw that there was noting going on. He released his bankai, but there was noting. It was completely silent.

"Where is his bankai Captain Kuraku?" I asked while looking at him.

When I looked at his face it made me confused. He was smiling and he had goosebumps. I saw the same with Jushiro. They were both exited and nervous, but why?

"You are looking at it right now. How long has it been since I saw him using his bankai?"

I was still confused but I then turned my attention back to the battle. Yamamoto stood ready as Ichigo charged him while giving a roar. When their blades connected I felt extreme heat coming from that attack. If I didn't know any better I could have sworn I saw Ichigo's zanpakuto heat up just by touching the blade. I focused my eyes on the head captains zanpakuto and I saw something. It was faint but I saw a light line along the edge of his blade that looked like the colour of flames.

"Is the flames..." I trailed off not sure what to make of it.

"It lookes like heat at the edge of the blade. Has the flames somehow come to one point to amplify his attack power?"

"Very astute of you Uryu. The head captains shikai as you know is that flames seround his sword and he can manipulate fire to his will. A perfect example is when he imprisoned Aizen in his blazing fortress. His bankai takes all the flames from his zanapkuto and body and places them at the edge of his zanpakuto. It doesn't burn or erupts but it eradicates anything it touches into nothingness. The name of his first power of his bankai is..." Urahara informed us.

"Zanka no tachi east, kyoku jitsujin. I must say Ichigo Kurosaki, I never thought I would need my bankai against you, but you proved me wrong."

He charged again but Ichigo dodged his attack. When the attack missed Ichigo countered by taking his claw filled hands and tried to punch a hole in Yamamoto. Suddenly his hand burned and within less then two seconds his hand was gone. Ichigo gave a deathly screech of anger and pain. He went silent and jumped back. He looked at his hand and then suddenly he grew another one.

"What?!" everyone asked at the same time.

"He has instant regeneration while in that form?" Jushiro asked

"I was afraid of this." Uryu said while pushing up his glasses.

"What do you mean Uryu?" I asked.

"Since Ichigo fought Ulquiorra in that form and saw he has instant regeneration he probably subconsiously learned it. I bet the hollow stored the information and learned to do it in that form. When we fought him he changed into somthing els. That hollow form was big and bulky. It also had instant regeneration, but in this form I have not seen him use it. Ulquiorra didn't injure him but I saw that he gave him a few scratches which didn't bled a lot. Did he see no use in regenerating his wounds or did he not know he could?" Uryu added.

We returned to being the spectators of the battle as our pondering got us nowhere.

"Zanka no tachi west, zanji tsugoki"

That's when I saw the flames aroun Yamamoto I was shocked. How did I miss that? It's been right in front of us but I failed to notice it. What is going on?

"Now Ichigo Kurosaki, I've showed you why you can't touch me. These flames burn at fifteen million degrees, but for the sake of the bystanders I have lowered it to a bearable temperature for them. The instant you came close to my body I made the temperature in that area where your hand was fifteen million degrees just for a spit second. The result is the destruction and burning of you hand. I advise you - "

Before he could say anything Ichigo charged a cero between his horns. He kept on charging the cero until it was three times the size of his entire body. Yamamoto knew he could defend against that but not without injuring everyone, but if he gets out of the way there is no telling how many souls will be killed. He stood his ground ready to take the attack. He would die protecting everything and everyone in the soul society.

A figure then appeared behind Ichigo and held up something which glowed a dark black. The cero dispersed and Ichigo let out a roar which made my ears throb with pain. There was small explosions around Ichigo because of the cero. He then fell on his knees and I could hear Ichigo's voice screaming now. I ran towards him as soon as I saw him turn back to normal again.

I let out a scream when I arrived next to him. His back was torn and blood was everywhere on his back and on the ground. Blood came out from his wound like a waterfall. With tears in my eyes I summend my shun shun rika and started to heal him. It almost made no progress. The deeper the wound and stronger the spirit energy that caused the wound made it difficult for me to heal him quickly.

I then looked at the figure who did this to Ichigo. I thought my eyes was deceiving me. I saw Saya standing there with a cloak around herself. Once again fear along with anger flowed through me. Why was she here? Did she come to take Ichigo again? I shot up and prepared myself to fight.

"Saya Kohaku, It has been many years since the last time I saw you." the voice of the head captain came from behind me.

"It sure has been head captain. How are you today?" she said with her usual smile.

"Stop this foolishness. I know you aren't here to catch up on old times so tell me why you are here."

"Manners. I at least thought you were going to thank me for saving your life head captain."

"By saving do you mean to stop anyone other then you from killing me?"

"You catch on quickly Shigekuni Genryusai Yamamoto."

"I take it that is the Gem of Fukatsu that you are holding in your hand?"

"Once again you are correct. Have you forgotten about what this Gem can do?"

Yamamoto raised an eyebrow and sighed.

"No I have not forgotten. Now I see, you are here to take revenge."

"You continue to amaze me head captain. After all you should pay for your sins."

"What about your sins? You almost controlled every soul reaper with the chip you implanted inside them."

"That was because you forced my hand. I was going to punish you for your sins, don't worry I am still going to carry out the punishment you deserve."

"How will you do that? With your level of power you won't be able to even hurt me."

"It is true. If we were both to release our zanpakuto's you would surely kill me. That is taking your bankai out of the equation. But just imagine that demon you faced just now, how will you fare against that when his ristriction has been lifted?"

I saw that Uryu and everyone els, including the captains were now standing behind me and watching the two exchange words. The head captain disabled his bankai to conserve his strength. Ichigo was still a long way from being healed but I made some progress. I then heard Uryu spoke once he heard what Saya said

"What restrictions? I think it is about time you tell us your whole plan."

"I suppose I could. It won't hurt to tell you guys anyway. I will complete my goal and walk out of here alive."

I must say I always imagined Ichigo going full hollow and fighting Yamamoto. I just had to put it in my story. Just imagine in the next bleach movie or OVA, Ichigo and Yamamoto going one on one with Ichigo in full hollow. That would be one epic battle I do want to see. Hope that everyone enjoyed that little skirmish they had. Anyway, please leave your thoughts and opinions of the battle and the chapter in a review please.
