Gohan smiled, "Uncle Raditz!"

Piccolo rubbed his chin, "So that's where he was."

Frieza snarled, "I killed you myself! How!?"

Raditz laughed. "Next time, check the body genius. And I'm back to full strength thanks to a friend I made." He pointed behind him and Tsumuri walked up.

Tsumuri waved, "Hi Frieza. Long time no see. Though I can't say I missed you exactly."

Frieza screamed, letting out endless amounts of power. "I am done with all of you!"

Yamcha and Gohan put their arms up to block dust and dirt from getting in their eyes. Piccolo stood there, glaring at Frieza as Raditz and Tsumuri jumped down to join the group of fighters.

"So, where is Kakarot?" Raditz cracked his knuckles ready for a fight. "I thought he'd be here pounding in Frieza."

"He should be here soon. We sensed him being on the move." Yamcha turned to look at Raditz but an orange and blue blur went right between them. "Huh!?"

Frieza was suddenly staggering backwards, clutching his gut. Goku stood in front of him, holding his fist outwards.

Gohan threw his arm up, "Yeah! Dad's here!"

Raditz froze in amazement. Kakarot's power is enormous! He has surpassed me! What happened while I was fighting Frieza earlier!?

Piccolo laughed a little to himself, "Seems he's hit another level of power."

Yamcha nodded in agreement, "Always passing us all by. I say we help him take out Frieza."

Goku turned back to look at everyone, "No. I got this. I'm excited, I wanna take this guy down myself!"

Yamcha shrugged, "We'll jump in if need be."

Frieza yelled at Goku. "You think you can take me on your own!?"

Goku smiled, "I know I can!" Goku let his power go and everyone, including Frieza, staggered back out of surprise.

Raditz was most surprised of all. W-wow…Can I even catch up to that!?

Yamcha looked to Raditz. "Vegeta said something about being a legend or something. Could Goku be that!?"

Raditz was still slightly in shock, but he answered. "M-maybe…Maybe he is a Super Saiyan…"

Goku charged Frieza. He upper-cut him and then grabbed his tail. Spinning at full force, Frieza's tail ripped and he was sent flying. Goku dropped the piece of tail. "Ew!" Frieza landed on his feet and was completely enraged.

"That is it! I'm gonna transform and kill you all!" Frieza's power once again began to skyrocket. Goku stood there watching. There was once again a blinding light and when it faded Frieza was standing there. He was shorter than Goku at this point and had a white bulbous head and his body was slender. All his previous injuries were gone as well "Now…you all die."

Tsumuri looked on confused, "He looks weaker now." Suddenly everyone felt a surge of power and suddenly Tsumuri had a hole the size of a golf ball through his head. He dropped to the ground with a loud thud. Raditz and Yamcha stepped back in shock as he had been between them.

Piccolo growled, "Another Namekian down…"

Gohan growled and charged Frieza.

"Wait for me!" Raditz followed behind him and they both flew by Goku right towards Frieza.

"Guys wait!" Goku rocketed off after them. Frieza smiled as the trio of fighters surrounded him and began attacking him. He dodged all the attacks like they were nothing. He grabbed Gohan's arm and flung the child away. Piccolo caught him and landed. Next down was Goku. Frieza grabbed his leg while he went for a kick. Frieza crushed his ankle and slammed him down into the ground. Then he flung him away as well.

Raditz jumped back and glared at Frieza. "I won't live in fear of you anymore Frieza!" Raditz charged the sadistic tyrant and the two began exchanging blows. For every ten punches Raditz threw, only one hit. While every time Frieza counterattacked, he hit his mark. A rib could be heard cracking and Raditz slipped off his feet. Frieza grabbed his head and head-butted him. Then he threw the long haired Saiyan aside.

"Who is next?" Frieza smiled and put his hands behind his back. "Please, come at me all at once if it makes you feel better." Goku, Raditz, Gohan and Piccolo all charged Frieza. Yamcha was nowhere to be seen though.

Raditz and Piccolo threw punches at Frieza's face while Goku and Gohan went for his back. Frieza disappeared and they all ended up punching each other. Raditz stumbled backwards, "Damn it! Kakarot watch where you punch!"

Goku chuckled nervously, "Sorry Raditz."

Piccolo looked around, "Where did he go!?"

"Up here!" Everyone looked up to see Frieza forming a small ball of purple and black energy on his finger. "This will kill you and this miserable planet! Good riddance!"

Raditz started flying away, "Everybody move!"

Piccolo, Goku and Gohan scattered to the side as Frieza got ready to fire his attack when there was a large gust of wind. He felt like he was getting sucked upwards. He slowly turned around, "Well shit." An enormous Spirit Bomb engulfed him and his attack. It had to be the size of a small city. Yamcha stood on a cliff, kneeling down and panting.

The Spirit Bomb hit the planet and dispersed in a bright light. Frieza disappeared into the light and the others gathered around Yamcha.

Goku patted Yamcha on the back, "You did it! Nice throw!"

Raditz stood there with his arms crossed staring off into the distance. Piccolo did the same, it looked like they were looking for something.

Gohan was hugging his dad. "This is great! Now we can go home. Though I can't help but feel we're forgetting something…"

The ship Raditz and co. had arrived on was in a crevice. Bulma was yelling at some consoles. "Damn it!"

Yamcha stood up but was quickly knocked back down by Piccolo. "Hey Piccolo what the-" Piccolo dropped onto his back, a small hole through his chest. Everyone looked up to see Frieza standing on a nearby cliff. One of his eyes was burnt shut and his tail was falling apart. "You are all going to die."

Goku charged Frieza. "Why you!"

"Kakarot! Don't!" Raditz charged in after him. Frieza fired another Death Beam. This time at Goku. But it never made contact. Raditz was floating in front of Goku. The Death Beam had pierced his heart and blood was spewing out. He fell towards the ground but Goku caught him.

Landing on the ground, Goku lay Raditz down. "Raditz! You're gonna be okay!"

Raditz laughed, coughing up a little blood. "It's your turn now brother. Like our father before us…You're standing up to Frieza in the end…Do what our father could not. Kill this son of a-" Raditz was cut off by another Death Beam piercing his chest. Raditz's heart slowed until it finally stopped.

Frieza sighed, placing his hand on his hip. "I really do tire of these speeches I hear so often."

Gohan and Yamcha stood there, frozen. Frieza couldn't feel it. But they could. Something snapped inside Goku and his power was rising. He stood up, his head down. Veins were bulging on his head. Lightning began to strike around him and the very ground upon which they all stand began to shatter.

"W-what's happening!? Where is all this power coming from!?"

In the legends they say only a Saiyan with a pure heart can become a Super Saiyan. But in doing so they will lose their way and become nothing but a warrior. One fueled by anger and hate. Yet fueled by love and compassion. This warrior will walk a fine line between good and evil. But he will always have a pure heart.

Goku was screaming, his anger hitting a level no one had seen before in the pure hearted warrior. The sky swirled, turning black. Frieza looked around at the sky and back to Goku. He was nearly shaking, his face wide in horror. Yamcha put his arms up to block all the debris flying at him and Gohan from hitting his face. This power had only been seen once.

The tale of its origin passed through Frieza's family. Something Frieza believed never to be true, but yet he still feared it. Now his worst nightmare was coming true. A Saiyan was surpassing him. This was a nightmare of Frieza's own making. Nervously he fired a blast at Goku, but it just bounced back and went right by his head.

Frieza took a step back, shaking. N-no! This can't be happening! Ugh! I'll just kill his little friends and then take care of him!

Goku screamed and his eyes turned totally white. Suddenly his hair shot up and was golden. His eyes returned to normal, but they were a teal color. He slowly lifted his head and looked at Frieza.

SO yeah! Maybe a bit rushed, but I felt it was alright here. I never even thought of anyone besides Goku going Super Saiyan. There really isn't much to say about this chapter...

Oh yeah! So I'm introducing a new power scale! It will be a thing that goes from 1-10. It's like how Toriyama said on a sacle of 1-10 Goku would be 8, Beerus 10, and Whis 15. That kinda scale. It's all relative to the fight really. Anyways, here they are.

A: It's training and other stuff as well.

Q: are you going to have the Ascended science and ultra super saiyan in this? how will the relationship between trunks and Raditz its be will it be better or worse than what it is with vegeta and this must mean Raditz won't last long against Frieza if he doesn't go super saiyan

A: So those forms will appear. Raditz and Trunks' relationship will be almost nothing during the Cell saga. I have other stuff planned for it though. Like the Bojack and Broly stuff. So honestly, I couldn't tell ya.

Q: (From Supersaiyanxyz) i only have one more question for now, what are you planning to do with trunks since vegeta wont be his daddy in this, will he be different looking?will he act different or anything? or do you just plan to keep him the same and say hes raditz's kid because i really love future trunks as he is?

A: Trunks will basically look the same and act the same. There is some comments on his appearance when he first appears. Like I've said before, I wrote to the end of the Cell Saga and change stuff that I think needs to be changed or you guys bring to my attention.

Q: Well that was a good chapter surely Well I was wondering if during the cell saga the hyperbolic time chamber is used then maybe goku goes in alone or someone with strength comparable to his own because in canon he spent all his time strengthening gohan and thereby had a lot less tym to train himself since gohan was so far below in strength as compared to him and personally I feel goku has as much if not more potential than even gohan seeing as even with all his potential unlocked he was weaker than ssj3 goku(dbs episode 2 says goku was strongest after buu saga) who did not have any potential unlocking ritual ever(gohan had 2) so he could have easily achieved ssj2 by himself maybe get raditz there too Second reason being that as stupid as goku is I don't think he would have put gohan to fight cell considering how he tries to protect everyone so why not his own son Maybe get gohan in with piccolo and goku can die trying to stop cell from self destructing(and cell remaining dead for good) Update soon

A: It is used and Goku still trains with Gohan. Piccolo trains with someone else. And we already know Trunks will be Raditz's kid, so they train together. But there is a surprise someone who trains with Goku and Gohan and then fights Cell.
