Thank you for the follows, faves, and reviews.
I mention 'Once Upon A Time' and the Swan Queen pairing (The Evil Queen and Emma Swan) in this. Tori's comment about why she ships Swan Queen and fanfiction are mine. Jade's comment before it is based on a review I got with my fic 'A New Beginning: A Freddie And Cat Story' where someone didn't like that I put Jori in it, and said that it's a stupid pairing that never happened on the show.
Disclaimer: I don't own 'VicTORious' or its characters. Just the OC Melissa, who we see again this chapter. We might see Mark again in the next arc, but I doubt it.
No POV
The two girls wake up on the day of their date at different times. Tori wakes up early, taking a shower and getting dressed for work. As she's in the kitchen making a quick breakfast of eggs, toast, and bacon, Jade wakes up and takes her shower and get dressed for work.
Walking out in her work clothes, Jade stops in her tracks when she sees Tori grabbing the orange juice from the bottom shelf of the fridge while the eggs, bacon, and toast cool.
'Oh, I definitely like this girl.' Jade thinks to herself as she stares at Tori's ass, the hint of Tori's bikini cut panties outlined by the thin material of her pants. "Too bad you're wearing pants." She says, startling the half-Latina.
"Jade!" Tori yells, jumping up, her hand over her heart. "Must you scare me every chance you get?" She asks, trying to slow her breathing.
"Yes I must." Jade says, speaking in the same tone she did back when they were in Yerba. "You look good in those kind of clothes." She says, walking past Tori to grab a mug for her morning coffee.
"Bitch, please. I look good in anything." Tori says, using a tone used by some of the preppy girls of Hollywood Arts who thought higher of themselves than Trina.
"If you ever, and I mean ever, say that again or use that tone again, you will never wake up." Jade warns, glaring at Tori as she pours her coffee.
"Fine. How come I can't speak urban or like that without someone threatening me?" Tori asks, closing the door to the fridge and pouring her glass of orange juice.
"Because you suck at it." Jade says, adding the sugar to her coffee. "So, ready for our date tonight?" She asks, stirring her coffee.
"Yeah. Where are we going. Telling me that I need to 'look hot' isn't enough." Tori says, putting the carton of orange juice back in the fridge. "Grab a plate." She says, grabbing a couple of forks.
"Wear that thigh high dress you have, with the open back. The dark purple one." Jade says, grabbing a plate and handing it to Tori, grabbing the other one once Tori takes the plate from her. "Also, wear the black mesh hose you have, and curl your hair a bit more." She says, taking her usual seat. "Hey, why do you have so much dark purple stuff?" She asks when she realized that Tori has a lot of dark purple clothing, undergarments, and jewelery.
"I like it." Tori says, looking down at her plate.
"No, you like purple, but not that dark." Jade says, eating her breakfast. "You've never worn dark purple unless you needed to, like for a performance, or that time at Maestros where you made us switch clothes." She says, sipping her coffee.
"Hey, us switching dresses led us to not having to pay for dinner that night." Tori says, looking at Jade.
"Yeah yeah." Jade says with a small smirk. "So, what's the real reason you have so much dark purple?" She asks, eating her bacon.
"Because I know you like it, and it's purple." Tori admits, looking down. "So, what are your plans for our date tonight?" She asks, eating her breakfast.
"We're going to a lesbian strip club, and I signed you up as a dancer." Jade says with a straight face, hiding her smirk by sipping her coffee.
"If you did, I'll drag you up with me." Tori warns, glaring at Jade.
"Relax, no strip clubs." Jade says, laughing. "Dinner, and Sikowitz set up a new play at Hollywood Arts using some of the students going into their senior year." She says, calming down. "After dinner, we're going to see the play. Sikowitz sent me the tickets last night." She says, finishing her breakfast.
"Gank." Tori says, eating her breakfast.
"But you love me." Jade says with a smirk, drinking her coffee. "Hurry up. We leave in a few minutes." She says, grabbing her plate and mug and washing them in the sink.
"I expect to be treated like a princess tonight." Tori says, finishing her breakfast.
"Well, you are a royal pain." Jade jokes as she washes the mug and sets it in the drainer.
"Says the evil queen." Tori jokes as she puts her dishes in the sink.
"Which evil queen?" Jade asks as she washes Tori's dishes for her.
"Regina from 'Once Upon A Time', before Emma came to Storybrooke." Tori says, mentioning another of their weekly t.v. shows.
"Don't tell me you still ship Swan Queen." Jade says, rolling her eyes. "It's never gonna happen on the show Tori." She says, putting the plate in the drainer.
"They have an amazing dynamic, and who cares if they don't happen on the show. That's what fanfiction is for." Tori counters, staring at Jade.
"You see them as us, don't you?" Jade asks, putting the glass Tori used for her orange juice in the drainer after washing it, turning to face Tori.
"Dark, hot chick who's nicer than she seems, and the one person not afraid of her becoming more than a friend?" Tori asks, grabbing her phone, wallet, keys, and bag as she and Jade get ready to leave for work. "No, what gave you that idea?" She asks sarcastically.
"Since when do you use sarcasm so well?" Jade asks, impressed, as she grabs her stuff and leaves for work, Tori following suit.
"Look in a mirror." Tori says with a smile, closing the door behind her.
"Play your cards right on this date, and I'll let you taste my girls, who I know you love playing with." Jade whispers in Tori's ear as they walk.
"Yes, please." Tori moans, gasping slightly at Jade's words.
"Good girl." Jade says, walking through the short hallway.
"Oh, I can be bad." Tori says, catching up to Jade.
"I guess we'll find out." Jade says with a smirk, heading for her car after leaving the building.
After work, Jade drops Tori off at thier apartment, telling her that she'll get ready at Cat's and then pick up Tori in a couple hours. "Where are we going for dinner?" Tori asks as she climbs out of Jade's car.
"You'll find out in a couple hours." Jade says, pulling away once Tori's on the sidewalk.
A half hour later, Tori steps out of the shower, washing her make up and everything off to be as clean as possible for her date. As she dries off, she starts dancing around the bathroom, almost slipping from the wet tiles on her still wet feet, as music from her PearPod plays over the speaker.
"I kissed a girl, and I liked it." Tori sings along to one of her favorite Katy Perry songs, drying her back with the towel, dancing along to the song's beat.
Once dry, Tori wraps herself in a towel and heads for her room, feeling weird knowing Jade's not there, and grabs a strapless bra, a silk thong that's a size too small (she likes how the material feels against her as she moves, and the size difference feeling nice after she shaves, so she tells herself anyway.), and the outfit Jade told her to wear.
After getting dressed, drying her hair and curling it a bit more, per Jade's request, and doing her make up (enough to make her lips stand out a bit more, her eyes seem darker and her iris' pop, and enough to make her infamous cheekbones stand out more.), Tori starts to pull the mesh leggings up her legs, smoothing out a few areas before putting on her shoes.
Across town, in the apartment Cat shares with her roommate, the ex-web host Sam Puckett, to get ready.
"You're actually going on a date with another girl?" Sam asks as Jade gets out of the shower, dressed in a half-cup bra and matching bikini cut panties, both a light purple.
"Yeah, so?" Jade says, sliding a pair of white thigh high stockings up her legs, grabbing a white dress, the skirt portion going just below the top of the stockings, hiding her pale legs from view.
"Didn't think you were into girls." Sam says, watching as Cat walks over to Jade to curl the Goth's hair and re-do the colored stripes in Jade's hair, a few dark red on the left side and a few purple, matching Tori's favorite shade, as Cat convinces Sam to do Jade's make up, with Cat's guidance since the blonde isn't exactly one for make up.
"What? Cat never told you how she thought I was bi?" Jade asks, staring at the redhead through the mirror. "My dad told me how you spyed for him." She tells her, locking eyes through the mirror.
"So, who's the unlucky girl?" Sam jokes, adding a dark red lining to Jade's lips after adding a slightly lighter shade when Jade wasn't talking.
"It's Tori." Cat says happily, spraying some light hair spray into Jade's hair to keep it still.
"That chick with the cheekbones from Kenan's party last year?" Sam asks, doing Jade' eyes.
"She's not some 'chick', and yes." Jade says with a slight growl at Sam. "I'm not a hundred percent sure if I do like girls, and this is a test." She says once her make up and hair are done.
"You're using her?" Sam asks, staring at me.
"Oh, Jadey." Cat says, disappointed at her best friend.
"She knows what the date's for. Chill out." Jade says, rolling her eyes as she puts her shoes on. "She's fine with it. I told her so she didn't get her hopes up in case it doesn't work out." She says, doing the straps of her shoes.
"Really?" Sam and Cat say, staring at Jade.
"Really." Jade asys, rolling her eyes again. "Now, where's that Jasmine perfume I bought you last month?" She asks Cat, straightening out the dress and leggings.
"Over on the table. Why?" Cat asks, sitting on her bed and staring at Jade, curious why Jade wants that particular perfume.
"Tori likes Jasmine." Jade says simply, grabbing the small bottle and spraying some on her neck and chest.
"Didn't you tell me that when she and Beck went on their first date, she refused to wear some scent he liked?" Sam asks Cat as Jade fixes her hair a bit.
"He wanted me to wear vanilla, said he loves the smell. Vanilla is so boring." Jade says, pushing her breasts together in the bra, increasing her cleavage.
"Trying to show off your tits?" Sam asks as Cat gasps at Sam saying 'tits'.
"Only for Tori." Jade says, grabbing her small purse where she put her keys, money, phone, her i.d.
"I don't think this is a test date." Cat says with a knowing smile. "I think this is a real date, and you're trying to downplay just in case it fails." She says as Jade heads for the door.
"Cat?" Jade says as she heads for the door to leave the apartment, knowing both Sam and Cat are following her.
"Whattie?" Cat asks, stopping when Jade opens the door.
"I like Tori, and I'm afraid the date'll suck. Tell anyone I told you, either of you, and I make 'The Scissoring' look like a kids movie." Jade warns, closing the door behind her with a glare aimed at both girls.
"I wonder if I can plan their wedding?" Cat asks Sam, twirling her hair.
This was originally going to be a long chapter, but I decided to split it into two.
Next chapter will be the last of the Relationship arc. The next arc, the life after they started dating arc, will be a stand alone fic. I don't know when I'll get to it, but I'll try not to wait too long to start it.
Thank you for reading, and please review.
Blessed Be.
