Interrogations were intense. Takano was losing it as he snuck in a piece to stare down, Ritsu's father. He made sure that no one got in. Daiki was still so smug. So proud. How was he responsible for helping bring such a beautiful soul to this planet?

Still that soul is someone he will bring back.

"It has been more than seventy-two hours. He'll be assimilated by now." Daiki chuckled lowly as he perused the tall handsome man before him. "I thought that the one that I wanted, Ritsu to be with is perfect, but you are magnificent."

Bringing the portable DVD player forward, Takano had it already queued up, and readied before placing it on his lap. Pressing play, there was Rinka with something before her, and above her. "I still want to know where he is. Tell me and I won't give them the go to kill her."

Daiki loved Hasegawa's father more then Rinka herself, but he did love the woman. She was simply amazing in so many respects that he couldn't see her death. "Do it. Ritsu still has produced an heir to the empire. Rinka will fully understand."

Lifting his phone up, Takano listened on it before stepping forward to slash at his neck. "Understand, you say? Guess who gave you up." Winking, he left him to retrieve the two things that were most precious to him.

Hasegawa knew it was so close to that time as he watched the gauges. If there wasn't anyone else in the room, he'd masturbate right now, but he was happy just to stare. Stare at Ritsu still hooked up to the machines.

"You'll be fully mines soon." He swore as he listened to the drones carry on.

That past marriage with An - Gone.

His past employment at Marukawa - Gone.

His past relationship with Takano Masamune - Gone.

All that Ritsu will know is, Hasegawa and Tama. How they are together. How Tama is their son. How they have been together for years as opposed to seconds. All these years of, Hasegawa dreaming about this day, will finally arrive.

As the red lights began to blink, Hasegawa grinned as a lackey came running up to him. "Hasegawa. They've located us."

Waving him off, Hasegawa moved forward. "They are already too late. He is already one of us."

Eyes wide, the man ran up to him. "They already took, Tama. The nanny was knocked out."

Turning around, Hasegawa started to scream out his orders to get, Tama returned.

To be fair, the ground was quickly being littered with bodies. This was for certain as, Yokozawa extended the blade out from the bottom of his boots to stab into his next victim. Tama was already being flown out of here to make sure he'd remain safe from harm. Now, Takano was out stalking the huge facility like a panther.

Hearing an explosion to his left, Yokozawa spotted his lover's team dashing away beforehand as he led his own towards another section. It seemed the only one without a team was, Takano. He didn't like it one bit.

The place was becoming a minefield. A minefield that took every muscle reflex in, Takano as he dashed in every direction. Spotting the minute fear in some when they recognized him, Takano didn't care as he got rid of them. They didn't help him to find the one he wanted the most.

Seeing some that regaled him as a legend they wanted to kill, Takano just let them suffer. "I won't give you what you want, when you haven't for me."

Finding the ones that honestly hated Hasegawa, but feared him just the same, Takano toyed with them like a cat till they dashed away crying. "OI!" Damn he hated cowards.

Going further below, Takano found himself drawn in a direction. There were distant sparking from connecting wires. There were some explosions from far off in the distance. Also gunfire. Still what drew him here, he knew was beyond the grey door as he pushed it open.

"Ritsu." He breathed out.

There he sat. Dressed all in blue fashionless wear. Ritsu's mouth a bit lax. His eyes held an rapid eye movement in them before his body jerked, and he gasped out for air. "Ahh..." He drew out as his head fell back.

Coming closer, Takano spoke up this time. "Ritsu?"

Tilting his head slowly up, Ritsu blinked as he looked at him. "Masamune. Where's Tama?" He looked all around him. "Where the hell am I?"

Still making sure they were safe, Takano dashed forward to take the connections off him. "My team has taken him away safely. Don't worry about him. We are taking you away now. Just stay close to me."

Eyes looking past him, Ritsu was panicked. "Hasegawa."

Turning quickly, Takano moved a bit away so, Ritsu can get down from the tall chair. "Just the person I wouldn't mind torturing."

Chuckling, Hasegawa began to laugh even harder. "Uh huh."

Feeling a kick at his backside, Takano was sent forward to slide across the ground. Stopping, Takano moved to sit up, and look at his Ritsu smirking away at him. He observed at how he gracefully walked down from the stairs to the floor. He looked at how he moved towards him as a hidden weapon came out of hiding.

"My partner and I, would love to have our baby back now." Ritsu announced as he came closer.

His eyes widening, Takano felt his world crashing around him again. They got to him too late.

Watching his Takafumi suddenly clutch his heart, Zen had to go over to his lover to see what was troubling him. Cupping his face, Zen had him focus solely on his face. "What is it?"

Will he get jealous if he said it? He shouldn't when Zen is all he thinks about now. Takafumi gazed into those worried eyes, and wished this wasn't a war zone. He wanted to be alone with his lover. "Takano is a close friend." He had to emphasize his words to him. "Now all I think of him is like family so don't think oddly when I say this."

"Just say it. I trust you." Zen wasn't wasting his words.

"Takano is in a deeply troubled spot. Something happened to Ritsu. I don't think it is death."

Zen understood. "It means they brainwashed him."

Nodding his head, Takafumi kissed his lover lightly. "We need to get him out of here. Both of them. It is the only way to help."

"We just have to locate them."

Oh this was sweet torture indeed. Hasegawa could write a book on this right now. A sweet little chapter where the legendary assassin gets cut down by his former lover. A lover who was once an angel.

To see them both circling one another, Hasegawa did indeed study the painful expression on, Takano. "You look truly beautiful, Ritsu darling."

Expression melting into one determination, Takano spoke to Ritsu. "They wiped your memory of me. Of what we both had before he came in to ruin it all."

Ritsu chuckled. "You are just buying your time. You know. Go ahead and do it. I don't mind enjoying your death more."

Shaking his head, Takano muttered out. "They turned you into a monster." With a normal voice, he pounded his chest. "I know that Tama is just a baby, but Tama doesn't like monsters. I know because I've seen him react to them."

"Don't talk about my son as if you know him." Sneered out Ritsu as he went to strike at him, but missed. "Because you don't."

He felt his desperation as he reached into his pocket to take out the one thing he treasured the most. "I don't? Then what is this?"

Hasegawa stilled as he saw, Takano thrust out a picture towards Ritsu. The way that Ritsu stared at him. The way he looked between the item and Takano, had him stepping closer. "My sweet."

Taking the picture, Ritsu examined it closer as he pushed Hasegawa away. There was Tama in the middle of both him and Takano as they kissed those chubby cheeks. Breathing hard, Ritsu waved it up in the air. "You doctored this picture."

Takano remained calm. "No I didn't. Do you remember his first word exactly?"

"Hase. That's the word he said." Ritsu answered as he re-examined the picture.

"No he didn't. I took you to my home the second time. He was with us." He smiled in remembrance.

There was so much self-doubt happening that, Hasegawa took him by the hand to bring him next to him. "Don't you see what he's doing? He is trying to destroy us. Please don't let him." Pressing a kiss on those lips he peeked over to, Takano to savor his destruction.

Pulling away, Ritsu glanced back at Takano. "Why are you lying to me?"

"I'm not. The only thing I have ever lied to you about is my original occupation. Everything else has been the truth. When I first met you; It was love at first sight." Takano will keep pressing on in this.

Ritsu came closer. "Then tell me the rest of what you were talking about."

"Ritsu, no."

Turning to Hasegawa, Ritsu hissed at him. "Enough! I'm your boss here. I want to hear this pathetic attempt." Turning back to Takano, he said calmly. "Proceed."

"During that time at my home, you told me how you wanted to hear his first word. I told you how it will happen." Takano loved remembering those times. "My Ritsu loves his sunsets and sunrises. More so than any other person that I know." Reaching out, he placed a gentle hand on his cheek. "We were heading to your home when he said, 'Dada.' You were so excited, as was I."

Takano spotted the brief flash in those eyes. The slight change of demeanor from the smug ass to his sweet, Ritsu. As he saw that, he took advantage of it as his mouth connected to, Ritsu's in a searing kiss. He felt the instant response from the man. He didn't see one when Hasegawa did it.

"Oh Ritsu." Covering his eyes, Hasegawa faked his crying.

Pushing Takano away, Ritsu turned around to head back to him. "Hasegawa." Throwing his arms around him, Ritsu closed his eyes as his synapses continued to fire away.

Probably a weird spot for a cliffhanger, but I needed to group my thoughts for the second half. :)
