I Don't Own Naruto
"I congratulate the lot of you for passing these exams now please wait patiently for the second Proctor" said Ibiki standing at the front of the room, the first stage of the chunin exams was now over with twenty six teams passing. The entire classroom burst into chatter once Ibiki finished talking. After just shy of a minute a swirl of leaves erupted at the front of the room next to Ibiki, once the leaves subsided a woman standard ANBU uniform with a cat mask and long purple hair appeared.
"Yugao-Oba-san" thought Naruto to himself instantly recognising his surrogate aunt.
"Hello to all of you I am Neko and I'll be the proctor for the second stage of these exams" said Yugao from behind her mask.
"For the next stage of the exams please meet me at training ground 44 in half an hour" said Yugao before once again disappearing in a swirl of leaves. Naruto got up before following Yugao's lead and disappearing in his own Shunshin of black and red rose petals, Haku, Gaia and Sasuke all following suit in swirls of snow, sand and fire respectively the other genin looked on in mild shock before getting out of the room their own ways.
#Half An Hour Later#
All of the genin stood in front of the fenced off forest of death, Naruto stood next to his team looking into the forest ready to face the second stage of the exams.
"Alright you lot enough chatter time for the second stage of the exams" said Yugao from behind her mask as she sat on the top of the fence.
"Behind me is training ground forty four or as it is known by most of the Konoha nin The Forest Of Death" exclaimed Yugao.
"Ohhh Forest Of Death soooooo scary" said Kiba snidely. Yugao deciding to pull a page from Anko's book pulled out a kunai and flicked it at Kiba it flew past him grazing his cheek and hitting the ground behind him.
"It's usually brave one's like you that are first to die" said Yugao ominously, before jumping back to the fence.
"Alright so you task is to collect one of each of these" said Yugao pulling out a pair of scrolls a blue one as well as a white one the blue one with the kanji for earth while the white had the kanji for heaven.
"And make it to the tower in the centre of the forest within five days" said Yugao.
"FIVE DAY'S WHAT ARE WE SUPPOSED TO DO FOR FOOD?" screamed Choji.
"You'll have to hunt for your food but be careful because one wrong move and the hunter can become the hunted especially with all of the huge creatures in the forest" said Yugao smirking behind her mask as she saw some of the genin cracking.
"Oh you mean like the bees the size of horses, the centipedes as long as Manda the boss summon of the snakes and the tigers with six legs and the size of whales" said Naruto with a psychotic grin on his face, never let it be said that Anko didn't rub off on Naruto. Yugao saw what Naruto was doing and decided to have a crack at it herself.
"Not to mention the hawks the size of houses, the snakes with venom so powerful one drop could kill twenty people and the wolves with teeth the size of your whole bodies" said Yugao smirking behind her mask.
Some of the genin were getting even more scared of the place.
"Let's not forget about the plants Neko-san you know all the fly traps big enough to trap an elephant or the poison Ivy with poison so potent that it could knock you out for weeks or the-" said Naruto interrupted by a random genin from the crowd.
"Uh Proctor Me and my teammates wish to withdraw" said the genin.
"Yeah us too" said another genin raising his hand, then a third and fourth team followed suit and ran away.
"Naruto you sadistic little sneak" whispered Gaia leaning over to him.
"You wound me so Gaia-chan" said Naruto dramatically clutching his heart, the girl herself just rolled her eyes. The two other members of team seven just stood there snickering.
"Ok now that those pansies are out of the way I'll finish explaining" said Yugao drawing team seven's collective attention back to her.
"Yes five days in the forest half of you will be given heaven scrolls and the other half will be given earth scrolls your goal is to get to the tower in the centre of the forest with all members of your team alive, and to get your scrolls you may use any means necessary" said Yugao pulling a stack of forms out before passing them down to the nearest genin.
"These forms say that if you die in there it's not Konoha's fault because trust me there will be casualties. Once your team has signed the forms please come up to the booth to hand them in and receive your scroll" said Yugao. Naruto and his team were one of the first teams to have finished signing their forms and went to collect their scroll.
After handing in all of their forms they were given a heaven scroll and told to go to gate number thirty seven. As the four of them walked to the gate Naruto created a Kage Bunshin that quickly transformed itself into a little winged bug and flew back to the tent with Rinnegan active.
Once the group of genin made it to the gate Sasuke, Gaia and Haku turned back to Naruto.
"Alright we need to discuss tactics for – wait Naruto why do you have your Rinnegan active?" questioned Sasuke looking at the blond redhead.
"To find out what teams have what scrolls, I left a Henge-d Kage Bunshin at the tent so I can see what it sees and it's looking at the teams and which scroll they're given" said Naruto with a smirk.
"Clever" said Haku.
"I try" said Naruto with a smirk.
"Alright well what are we going to do I mean we could wander aimlessly around the forest and hope to run into one of the teams with an opposite scroll, we could hide in one place and set up traps. What are we going to do?" questioned Sasuke.
"I say we head to the tower and set up traps from there it seems probably the safest way" said Haku
"Yeah that sounds like a solid plan" said Gaia, Naruto simply nodded.
"Ok that's that settled, who holds our scroll?" questioned Sasuke.
"We all do, Sort of" said Naruto getting a confused look from his teammates, the blond red head pulled out a scroll, bottle of ink and a brush and quickly got to work and drew up a sealing matrix.
"Alright almost done" said Naruto as he sealed away his ink and brush before turning to his teammates.
"Ok here's the deal all four of us need to put some chakra into this scroll which is a sealing scroll and once we've put some chakra into the scroll our chakra acts as a key making no one but us able to open the storage seal once we've sealed the scroll in the seal Gaia can carry the scroll as she has the best defence of the four of us" declared Naruto the other three genin were surprized at the idea but nodded and complied anyway all four genin quickly put their chakra into the scroll before they then sealed their heaven scroll within the storage scroll and then passed the scroll to Gaia who put it in her bag. Just then the gate swung open startling the genin. Once they regained their composure the team of four bolted into the forest with Naruto in the lead, followed by Sasuke, and Gaia then behind them Haku.
Naruto let his senses extend outwards allowing him greater detection of the things around them. All of the genin were at the ready, Naruto's Nodachi was not in its sheath instead trailing along behind him in petal form, Sasuke had his Sharingan active, Gaia's gourd had no cork and Haku had a handful of senbon ready to fling them at the first thing that moved.
#About An Hour Later#
The four genin ran through the forest quickly quietly and uninterrupted.
"Was all that stuff at the gate a lie Naruto?" questioned Haku looking around seeing none of the huge and monstrous animals Naruto and Neko promised.
"No every word was true why?" asked Naruto looking back at the ice maiden.
"Well we've been in here for an hour and I haven't seen anything like what you said" stated the Ice Kunoichi.
"That's because I'm here" said Naruto with a cocky smirk.
"Come on Naruto I'm serious" said Haku not believing what Naruto said.
"So am I the creatures of this forest are scared shitless of me" declared Naruto.
"What do you mean?" asked Sasuke deciding to join the conversation.
"This place is where I first used my vampiric blood consciously and this is also the place where I first used any of the Kyubi's Youkai, so with all that power being thrown around the animals here have come to fear and respect me" stated Naruto, the three females of team seven looked at the blond sceptically, however this was interrupted when out of nowhere and arrow hit the branch which Naruto was standing upon, he having moved out of the way just in time.
"Hand over your scroll and we may let you live" declared a voice from above the four members of team seven. They all looked up to see a team of three Kiri genin one leaning backwards from the branch of the tree onto the trunk another crouched down on the branch in between her two teammates holding a bow in her hands and then the last sat on the branch with one leg brought up to his chest, as they looked up at the genin a most unexpected thing happened Haku the most calm and collected of the genin growled.
"Haku?" questioned Naruto looking back at the girl.
"You three go on I want to handle these fuckers myself" said Haku pulling out her mask and putting it on, Naruto turned to his two teammates who shrugged, Naruto leaned over to Gaia.
"Stay here and make sure she doesn't do anything stupid" said Naruto. Gaia nodded before Naruto and Sasuke left in their respective Shunshin-s.
#With Naruto And Sasuke#
The two genin appeared in a clearing not too far away from Haku and Gaia, around them stood the trees normal of the forest of death towering up into the sky where one would barely be able to see the top of them, also in the clearing was a lake, that flowed into a cave, 'Sasuke' looked around the clearing looking for people, then activating 'his' Sharingan he looked for chakra signatures. Seeing no one around, she dropped the Henge she wore thanks to Naruto's Shimmer cloak she turned to Naruto in her true form.
"Naruto-kun" said Sayuri softly so softly that had Naruto not had enhanced hearing he would have missed it, the blond redhead turned to the girl.
"Yeah Yuri-chan?" questioned Naruto. The Uchiha heiress shuffled uncomfortably under her crush's gaze.
"Well Naruto-kun I –auh – I really really um Naruto-kun I" stuttered Sayuri trying to spit it out.
"AUGH COME ON SAYRUI JUST SAY IT tell him you love him" growled the girl within her mind.
"It's ok Yuri-chan take your time" said Naruto grabbing Sayuri's left hand and rubbing his thumb over the back of her hand making the girl blush at the affectionate touch.
"You really have no idea what you do to me do you Naru-kun?" though Sayuri as she looked into his red and black eyes.
"Naruto-kun I lo-" said Sayuri getting interrupted by a pair of Shunshin-s one ice one sand and there stood Gaia and Haku, the latter holding the bow that not moments prior was being pointed at them.
"What's with the bow Haku-chan?" asked Naruto looking away from Sayuri.
"It was my mother's those fuckers were the children of the mob my father got together to kill her and me" said Haku spitting the word father with enough venom to kill a snake.
"Right then you feeling better?" questioned Naruto.
"Marginally" said Haku with a nod.
"Well did you get their scroll?" questioned Naruto.
"Yep and it's an earth one" said Gaia nodding with a smile.
"Great" said Naruto.
"Anyway what were you saying Sayuri?" questioned Naruto turning back the to the Uchiha.
"Oh nothing Naruto-kun" said Sayuri turning away from Naruto. Naruto brought a hand to her cheek and turned her head back to face him.
"Are you sure it sounded important" said Naruto, Sayuri nuzzled her cheek against Naruto's hand and sighed. To Naruto's great surprize Sayuri put both of her hands on either of his cheeks and pulled him into a soul searing kiss, at first Naruto was to shocked to return the action but after a second he returned the action, Sayuri and Naruto's lips melded together in a dance of feelings, just as Euphoria began to cloud Sayuri's mind she pulled back leaving a slightly dazed Naruto.
"Naruto-kun I love you" said Sayuri, snapping Naruto out of his stupor.
"You love me?" questioned Naruto not believing it. However before any response could be formed a giant gust of wind blew through the clearing knocking away Naruto.
"NARUTO-KUN" yelled the three other members of team seven.
"Kukukukukukuku well isn't this interesting" said a creepy voice from behind the three girls.

"Ugh anybody get a description of the thing that hit me?" spoke Naruto in a daze. Shaking his head quickly Naruto stood up.
"What the hell was that?" questioned Naruto looking around.
"Oh No Gaia-chan, Haku-chan Yuri-ch…an" said Naruto it dawning on him what she said.
"She loves me Sayuri loves me" though Naruto to himself, but before he could think about that he heard hissing from behind him. Naruto turned to face the hissing and came face to face with a giant snake.
"So Orochimaru is here" thought Naruto turning his back to the snake.
"I better get back to the others" muttered Naruto about to take off towards where his team was when the snake dived for him and tried to swallow the boy whole. Naruto sighed as he jumped away from the snake's mouth, the blond then let out a high pitched whistle before dodging yet another attempt to be eaten by the snake, just as the snake was about to take yet another bite at Naruto, the snake himself was seized in a tiger's mouth. Naruto then jumped onto the tiger's head, the tiger was a one of the giant six legged tigers, and he had a black and white stripped coat.
"Thanks Fluffy" said Naruto patting the tiger's head. The tiger roared in a grateful manor.
"Alright Fluffy that way" said Naruto pointing off in the direction of his team.
"I just hope I'm not too late" said Naruto as he reassembled his Nodachi.
#With The Rest Of Team Seven#
The three remaining members of team seven stood opposite Orochimaru the snake Sannin.
"Kukukukukuku so Sasuke is actually a girl interesting" said Orochimaru.
"So what if I am?" questioned Sayuri trying to act brave.
"Nothing" said Orochimaru pulling out a kunai.
"So Sasuke-chan do you want my scroll?" questioned Orochimaru holding up an earth scroll.
"No we already have an earth scroll" said Gaia readying her sand defence.
"Well that's too bad I guess I'll just have to motivate you the old fashion way Sasuke-chan" said Orochimaru with a smirk and he threw his kunai at the Uchiha heiress, flaring her Sharingan Sayuri narrowly avoided the projectile.
"Come on Sasuke-chan or you and your teammates are dead" said Orochimaru with a psychotic smirk dropping his KI. The Sannin's KI was so bad that the three genin stood there frozen.
"Hm impressive I would have thought at least one of you would have been knocked unconscious by that" said Orochimaru before pulling out three kunai before throwing them at the three genin, Sayuri looked on in Horror as the three projectiles neared herself and two of her closest friends.
"No I refuse to lose anyone anymore come on MOVE" yelled Sayuri in her mind forcing herself to move, she dived over to Gaia and Haku knocking them down letting the three Kunais to fly over their heads.
"Just as I thought she's no ordinary prey I'll have fun with this" though Orochimaru to himself before looking back at where the genin were only to see them gone
"Katon Gokakyu no Jutsu (Fire Style Fireball Jutsu)" called Sayuri spewing forth a ball of fire towards the Snake Sannin who looked over to her and jumped out of the path of the fireball, just as he landed he was forced once more to jump away this time from a tendril of sand.
"Hyoton Kōri suraisā No jutsu (Ice Style Ice Slicer Jutsu)" called Haku freezing the water in the air into the shape of discs that were then launched at the snake man, who dodged around all of them like a snake, however when he stopped his right cheek split revealing one had hit.
"Well well well you three might prove some small amusement" said Orochimaru, swiping the blood from his cheek with his thumb that he then ran down his arm over a summoning tattoo.
"Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Summoning Jutsu) called Orochimaru as a giant cloud of smoke formed below him, and from the smoke came a giant snake. The snake hissed before lunging for Sayuri however before the snake could bite into Sayuri sand burst up and protected the Uchiha from the snake's fangs.
"Hmm your teammates are interfering I guess I'll have to test you personally" muttered Orochimaru jumping off the snake onto the branch next to Sayuri, she jumped back and pulled out a handful of kunai and shuriken and lobbed them towards the snake Sannin who smirked and simply moved through them like it was the simplest thing in the world.
"You'll have to do a lot better than that Sasuke-chan" smirked Orochimaru.
"Like this" yelled Sayuri pulling wires in her teeth that connected to the thrown weapons pulling them taut wrapping the wire around the snake Sannin pulling him into a tree tight.
"Katon Ryuka no Jutsu (Fire Style Dragon Flame Jutsu)" called Sayuri flipping through hand signs before breathing out a torrent of fire along the wires wrapping around the snake Sanin. The body of the Sannin was engulfed in fire and his summoned snake disappeared in a puff of smoke.
"Glad that's over" said Sayuri letting the wires fall from her mouth.
"Kukukukukukukuku is that so Sasuke-chan" spoke Orochimaru creepily, before Sayuri could even turn around Orochimaru's neck stretched out and he sunk his teeth into Sayrui's shoulder.
"AAAAUUUUUUGGGGGHHHHHH" screamed Sayuri dropping to her knees.
"SAYURI" Yelled Haku and Gaia rushing to Sayrui's side. Orochimaru's neck retracted and a mark of three tomoe formed on Sayrui's neck.
"YURI-CHAN" yelled Naruto jumping down next to Sayuri. He looked at the mark
"Damn it this one's more complicated than Kaa-san's basted made it from a base of a mate mark fucker" growled Naruto within his mind before kneeling down.
"She'll be fine and that mark will give her all of the power she could want that is if she survives the process" declared Orochimaru with an insane smirk.
"Sayuri, I now know you love me I love you too and I only do this now because it's the only way to save you please forgive me for this" whispered Naruto as he channelled chakra into his fangs before he bit down on Sayrui's neck over Orochimaru's curse mark, Naruto forced his own chakra along with some vampire chakra and even some Kyubi Youkai into the mark trying to destroy it. Suddenly Sayuri began convulsing and spasming randomly.
"Fluffy" yelled Naruto the tiger came over to his master.
"Take these three to the tower in the middle of the forest" said Naruto
"No we won't leave you" said Haku.
"There's no time Haku you have to go with Sayuri make sure she's ok" said Naruto.
"Naru-" spoke Haku.
"You go Haku I'll make sure he doesn't do something stupid" said Gaia in a tone that left no room for argument, Haku nodded and grabbed Sayrui before jumping onto the tiger's head before the great beast ran towards the tower.
"Oh what do you think you can do to me little Naruto-kun?" questioned Orochimaru.
"GGRRRRR THIS Kuro Son Finissha Jutsu Erementaru Rozu Surota (Black thorn Finisher art Elemental Rose Slaughter)" roared Naruto swinging his Nodachi coated in Suiton chakra in a wide ark around the water wrapped around Orochimaru in a root like fashion, Naruto then swung his sword from down low upwards knocking the snake Sannin into the air before he coated his blade in Doton chakra before jabbing it forwards making a sharp pillar shoot out of the blade and impale the airborne Snake Sannin. Naruto then swung his blade around swing it from his lower right to his upper left with the blade being coated in Futon chakra sending out a blade of wind that sliced into the snake Sannin, Naruto then one more swung his blade upwards from a low point this time coated in Katon and Raiton chakra, sending an orb of fire and lightning towards the still airborne Sannin the orb hit the man and exploded in a blooming fashion leaving lightning that then discharged in circular patterns from the explosion point. Once the last of the lighting dissipated the lifeless body of the Sannin fell to the tree branch, after a second of watching the lifeless body Naruto dropped to one knee.
"Alright Gaia let's go" said Naruto, Gaia nodded and pulled him up with an arm over her shoulder and then the two jumped off towards the tower.
After the two of them left the clearing Orochimaru arose from the tree.
"Well it looks like he may become a thorn in my side he needs to be eliminated" muttered Orochimaru to himself before sinking back into the wood of the tree.
Kuro Son Finissha Jutsu Erementaru Rozu Surota (Black thorn Finisher art Elemental Rose Slaughter) – SS-Rank – Close to Mid-Range – User swings Suiton coated sword wide creating the 'roots' which entangle the opponent, user then throws opponent into the air with a Doton Coated sword Piercing them with the 'stem', user then coats blade with Futon Chakra and sends out several air slashes the wind 'thorns' slicing the opponent, user then channels Katon chakra into the blade before slashing upwards sending an orb of fire into the air then then 'blooms' finally user send a bolt of lightning through their blade into the blooming flower making the 'petals' turn to lighting and scatter to the wind.
Alright people chapter over
now here we have the second stage of the chunin exams sorry if it seems kinda short, but this all happens in the span of less then a day so yeah there's that
now the fight between Haku + Gaia against the Kiri team may be shown in a flash back but it wasn't put in this chapter because it would have been an insult to the rest of the chapter, and the bow that Haku got is special but you'll have to wait and see for how so
Sayrui's confession to Naruto i don't really know what to say here i have ZERO experience in this so sorry if it seems a little... off
name of the tiger just for shits and gigs mostly i mean you name something giant and intimidating some stupid cutesy name and then something teeny tiny something big and intimidating so yeah
and it seems Orochimaru is planing something for Naruto ooooooooohhhhhhhhhh (HINT that statement was written sarcastically)
