History: Marcus was born into a Marine family. He joined the Marines of officially at 16. When he found the Steel-Steel Fruit at 19 he was promoted to Vice-Admiral, becoming the youngest in history. When he was 23, his subordinates were massacred by Rob Lucci. He and his First-Mate fought Rob Lucci to avenge his subordinates but failed to defeat Lucci. Marcus was left for dead only to be saved by a surviving crew member. Marcus has yet to find out why Lucci killed his crew, but swears vengence on him.

History: Beatle has been a pirate since he 13, where he joined his older brother. When he turned 20 the two parted ways and Beatle started his own crew. His crew ravaged the nobles of North Blue and West Blue for 10 years. When they finally made their way to the Grand Line, they were caught by the Marines at Shabaody Archipelago. His crew was sent to Impel Down, while Beatle was sold to the Human Auction House for their pirate special. He reluctantly joined Hawk in order to challenge Mihawk for his title.

History: Very little is know about Snow. What is known is she was trained to be an assassin since childhood. It is unknown whether she worked for the World Government or part of an anti-government group. She has incredible speed and is a proficient Haki user. She can also use all six forms of Rokushiki. The Marines detained her during a fail assassination attempt on a World Noble. After interrogation it was decided she would be sold to the Human Auction House because of the lack of information the Marines had at the time. Snow initially felt indebted to Hawk, but eventually harbors much deeper feelings for him.

History: Mara had wanted to be a doctor since she was a child. At 18 she was set to become a doctor on fancy cruise ship when she ingested the Puncture-Puncture Fruit. The Puncture-Puncture Fruit allows her fingers to enter the body an emit a wave of energy. Her right hand soothes and repairs injuries while her left hand is used to remove objects and poisons. She is also a master at pressure points which often comes in handy in combat. After a mix up she became the doctor on a pirate crew. When the captain of the crew died in battle, Mara took over as captain with a new agenda: To sail the seas helping those in need. She was finally captured when she was tricked into helping bounty hunters who she believed to be sick.

History: Kuroobi grew up with the rest of the famous Fishmen on Fishmen Island. He was an original member of the Arlong Pirates who intergrated into Fisher Tiger's Sun Pirates. When Jimbei took over as Captain after Fisher Tiger's death, he joined the other Arlong Pirates in defecting. During his time in prison he improved his Fishmen Karate that can rival Jimbei in skill, but not strength. To make money for the prison, he was sold to Human Auction House for a Pirate Special. He is still reluctant to trust humans, but is willing to follow Hawk due to genuine belief for equality.

History: Pandaman has said to have been alive for hundreds of years. He himself says he's lost track or can't remember back that far. He is on the run from the Tomato Gang, who he owes money to. In order to catch him, the Tomato Gang hired his arch nemesis, Unforgiven Mask, to track him down. His life goal is to find his soulmate Pandawoman. He has taken a job as a chef before his capture and sale to the Human Auction House.

History: Noah grew up on the Samurai Island known as Steal Island. He joined the resident dojo at a young age, where he met traveling swordsman Juracule Mihawk. The two began good friends and stayed in contact when Mihawk left the island. Noah went on to inherit the dojo due to his strong will and calming presence. He teaches Calligraphy, Kendo, unique sword skills and how to use basic Haki. He is a strict teacher but very fair. He was captured by pirates and sold to slavers who then sold him to the Human Auction House. He agreed to follow Hawk in his revenge against Davy Jones.

Because of Hawk and Marcus' kindness towards him and his deceased uncle, he agreed to join their pirate crew.
