I Am Beautiful!

"Whoever said that not being perfect is what makes things beautiful has never met me before," Fleur said happily as she looked away from the shocked mated pair and into her small hand held mirror. "I cannot believe that my Mother gave birth to someone so beautiful, and I was scared at last year's Christmas party of rejection because I found him kissing someone else under the mistletoe."

"If I ever get like that, shot me with my own bow and arrow," Bane muttered to his mate as he eyed the starry eyed girl happily staring into her mirror. "When you invited me to meet one of your fellow Champions I never expected..."

"I will need to make up an index for my good looks as there are so many of them!" Fleur said as she gave her mirror self a smouldering look. "Maybe I should help Father Christmas out, making all those toys must of maxed out his credit cards...I just know that one look at my pretty face will be a wonderful gift for the children instead!"

"Only if you do the same for me, love," Harry replied, just as softly as he eyed the other Champion nervously. "I wonder if she was dumped by her lover or her lover cheated on her which is why she loves herself and why she seems to hate people asking her out."

"I think I should send a letter to that newspaper I have heard so much about," Fleur said as she giggled happily at seeing her beautiful reflection. "What is it called? The Prophet? The Quibbler? I am sure that everyone would just love to know how I became so beautiful and perfect after all, plus I could make them pay me for it."

"Do you think that locking her in a wardrobe would bring her to her senses?" Harry asked as he carefully eyed Fleur. "I remember over hearing the Seventh year students commenting about how locking two people in a wardrobe had solved all of their problems."

"Maybe love, but something tells me that the locking people in wardrobes only works on...sane people," Bane answered as he eyed the young female with interest. "Normally every sensible person should know that you never shut yourself in a wardrobe-

"How do you know this?"

"Because I have spent enough time around your human female friends," Bane answered calmly as he rubbed Harry's horse half in a soothing manner. "But something tells me that this person would enjoy being locked in their wardrobe with themselves."

End of Drabble.
