Chapter Twenty-five: Wally Part Three

Wally woke up and stretched as he looked around, seeing Kagome was still asleep he smiled softly to himself before getting up and going to the bathroom to get ready for the day. It has been almost five months since they told Kagome's family.

~ Flashback ~

Kagome smiled as she set everyone's plates, they were eating tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches, in front of them before sitting in her seat next to Wally.

"What did you want to tell us?" Bruce asked them calmly as he started to eat his lunch.

"Oh um..." Wally was extremely nervous he didn't know how to tell them about the baby. The looks Damian, Richard, and Jason, were giving him was making him even more nervous.

"We have amazing news," Kagome said with a soft smiled. "As you guys know me and Wally have been dating for three years now."

"I didn't know you were dating for three years," Richard said.

"I thought it was only for a couple of weeks," Jason said.

"Oh, well now you know. Anyway, that's not what we wanted to tell you. What we wanted to tell is that" Kagome took a deep breath and smiled when Wally held her hand before continuing "We're having a baby."

Kagome heard the sound of spoons dropping and Jason choking on his soup.

"Are you okay?" Kagome asked him worriedly.

"You-you're having a baby? I'm going to be a grandpa?" Bruce asked her shocked. Looking at him Kagome wondered if she's ever seen him shocked before.

Kagome smiled sheepishly. "Surprise?"

The boys stared at her before glaring at Wally.

"What do you two plan to do?" Bruce asked them.

"We're currently looking for a house that fits our wants, so far we haven't found any," Wally answered.

"Well, what are you looking for in a house?" Richard asked him.

"Affordable, nearby, two-story, four or more rooms and bathrooms, and a big backyard. " Kagome said.

Damian smirked before making a suggestion. "How about you both stay at the Manor until you find one?"

"That's a great idea!" Jason smirked.

"Are you sure?" Kagome asked.

Bruce smiled at her. "Of course, you're welcome to stay here as long as you want."

Kagome smiled lovingly at him.

~ End Flashback ~

Kagome is now 31 weeks pregnant, but for some reason, her stomach seemed bigger than what they thought it was supposed to be.

Wally walked out of the bathroom and noticed Kagome wasn't there anymore. He got dressed and ready for the day before leaving the room.

He stretched as he walked to the kitchen figuring that's where Kagome would be since she's been eating a lot more than he usually does. Not only was she eating a lot but she was now eating strange and disgusting foods too. Her favorite so far is pickles dunked in chocolate chip ice cream. She also loved onion rings now which is weird because she hated them before.

He shuddered at just the thought of it before he walked into the kitchen. He smiled when he saw Kagome sitting at the table eating breakfast. Walking over he wrapped his arms around her from behind and chuckled softly when she looked at him with her mouth full of food.

"Enjoying breakfast without me?" Wally asked playfully as he stole one of her pieces of bacon.

Kagome swallowed her food and giggled softly. "The baby was hungry."

"Speaking of baby, how's my little baby doing this morning?" He grinned and looked at her stomach.

"Active as usual, he or she has your speed for sure because it's usually a flurry of kicks," Kagome said rubbing her stomach with one hand before putting Wally's hand on it when she felt the baby start to kick.

"Have you thought of any names Gome?" Jason asked as he sat across from her.

"Maybe Wyatt, Willow, Marcel, Valerie, Aiko, or Kiyoshi," Kagome said.

"Why not the name Jayson or if it's a girl Jacin?" Jason suggested with a grin before he started to eat breakfast.

Damian huffed as he sat at the table. "They're not naming their baby after you. They'll name the baby something like Dominic or Dante."

"You only like those names because they're similar to yours." Jason huffed.

Damian just gave him a look that said 'No shit Sherlock.'

Kagome smiled and shook her head as Damian and Jason started to argue over possible baby names before looking at Wally. "We have our doctor's appointment later on today so don't forget."

Wally smiled. "I won't forget." He said before he made himself a plate and sat down beside her.

He watched as Kagome moved to stand up before Richard walked in and gently pushed her back into her seat.

"I was going to get more bacon." Kagome pouted.

"I can do that for you," Richard said before grabbing her plate and adding more bacon to it.

"I can do things on my own you guys," Kagome said looking at all the boys in the room.

"We want you to relax besides we can do it for you," Jason said.

~ Later That Day ~

"I can't go on the mission. I can't go because it'll last weeks, Kagome and I have a doctor's appointment today, she'll be upset if I don't come with her, and someone needs to be here for Kagome and the baby. What if the baby comes early?" Wally asked Bruce.

"Kagome will understand why you can't make it, there's always the next appointments, and I will be here for Kagome," Bruce said with a smirk.

"You-you're staying here? Then who else will go with me on the mission?" Wally asked curiously.

"Damian, Richard, Tim, and Jason of course."
