With a song selected, and the music beginning to play, the two boys began to dance to the beat. Lan was paying close attention to what the monitor was pin-pointing out by giving out the arrows to show which ones they needed to step on in order to gain points for the high score. He studied the moves real carefully to make sure that he was doing it right and to (secretly) beat Chaud at his own game; besides, he did wanted to show him who was boss not to mention, whoop his behind in hopes that he would lose and forget he had ever made him feel like crap in the first place.
The teen V.P. On the other hand, was so far getting the hang on this kind of game. Like Lan he was paying attention to what was being shown on the large screen not missing a step even if his life depended on it; he could now see why the Hikari individual was so into it due to him always exercising by rollerblading everywhere his inline skates took him or to right now. The sweat was starting to form on his forehead as the brunette just smirked.
"What? tired already?"
"Shut up Hikari, I'm just getting warmed up!"
The crowd of kids came from a different direction as one by one they started to form a circle around them seeing who was going to win and who was going to lose.
MegaMan and Protoman looked on curiosity starting to brew within them seeing their operators putting their dancing skills to the test. The small blue clad navi whistled in impression seeing the taller boy giving it all he got.
"Wow, he's good..." The tall Navi nodded in agreement.
"Indeed he is. There are some things you don't know about Master Chaud that he wouldn't want anyone to find out."
"Really? what kind of things?" Mega asked now in full curious mode.
"Early in the morning, whenever he's in the bathroom, he will clip his finger and toe nails, file them, and polish them with permanent clear coating. Then, he will wash his hair, let it set, and...set it up with sponge curlers and blow dry just for it to stay the way it is that you see as of right now." Mega couldn't believe his ears.
"Oh my God, are you serious?" Nodding slowly, the visor wearing program chuckled lowly under his breath while covering his mouth in the long run.
"When he is all alone, get this; he likes to watch Soap Operas filled with drama and romance. He will also cry whenever there is a tragedy scene playing out; he will get all emotional to the point he will have three boxes of tissues nearby."
Laughter could be heard as Mega felt like he was going to lose himself as tears rolled down his green orbs while rubbing them to prevent from going down more.
"I did not know any of this. Wait till Lan hears about all of this. Protoman couldn't help but to smile feeling more comfortable hanging out with his acquaintance as he told him more of his NetOp's deep dark secrets.
Panting was heard as the males were now dancing to the third and final song and now it was time for the grand finale. Chaud let out a deep breath concentrating real hard. In slow motion, he did the most miraculous backflip anyone has ever seen; everyone clapped and cheered as he flipped his hair in the air making a sexy expression. Lan did a split as the audience looked on in concern but soon starting to giggle which turned into full fledge laughter as he got up. Chaud looked on face burning red seeing the back of his jeans had a small rip showing a little bit of his underwear. Sighing and shaking his head, the prodigy took off his vest to tie around the other's waist.
"Chaud?" He was soon shushed.
"Don't worry about me."
"I see London, I see France, I see someone's underpants!" A young girl sang out followed by who looked to be her big sister soon took a picture of his behind.
"Hey! Piss off! MOVE!" Chaud shouted making both girls shocked walking away rather quickly.
"Come on, let's go." And together, they moved on to a different area of the arcade to play more games but to this time, to have it friendly and lighthearted.
