I cracked open an eye. I wasn't in my bed. I wasn't in Malfoy Manor. No, I looked like I was in an abandon Manor. I tried sitting up then I realized that my legs along with my hands were tied. I grunted and plopped back down with a sigh. There was no way I was getting out of this and I also didn't want to even try. If a fight broke out, I could injure or kill the baby that was growing in my stomach. They had to know that. That's why they took me. They just knew better. "Hey!" I screamed, I wanted them to know I was up and ready to be a complete bitch.

The door slammed opened and in strolled Marcus Flint. "Hey, asshole! Where am I?" I hissed as I tried to sit up again. He rolled his eyes and kicked the door shut behind him. He knelt down beside me and helped me. "Your future husband hired me, so chill out."

"Draco would never hire you to kidnap me." I hissed as he untied my hands and helped me up. "Because Draco thinks Brighton is hiring people to bring you to him. This bloke came to me, so I went to Draco" I raised an eyebrow and rubbed my wrist. "Since when have you had a heart?"

"Since I knew you were pregnant and I knew Draco would pay me a pretty penny to go undercover." He smirked and handed me a glass of water. I chugged it down and plopped down in an old chair. Why the hell would Draco not tell me about this? Flint stared at the door and then looked back at me. "Draco didn't want you getting involved. That's why he didn't tell you. He wanted to surprise the bloke, if you didn't put up a fight the bloke would have caught on" I sighed, Flint was right but I still wasn't going to let this slide when I saw him again.

"I just need you to put up a front, got it?" I slowly nodded and he smirked. He tightly nodded and left the room without another word. I slowly stood up and walked over to the old mirror that was sitting in the corner. I knelt down and picked it up. I stared at myself for a long time. I really wasn't anything special. Or was it just because I was engaged to Draco now? Draco's last name was still extremely popular.

"How's she doing?" I hissed staring at Flint. I couldn't believe I agreed to this. She was my pregnant fiancée and I just let her go that quickly. I didn't even warn her. Flint had his feet draped over the edge of the end of the ottoman with a glass of fire whisky firmly grasped in his hands. "She's fine. I've been sneaking her extra food" I tightly nodded and leaned back in my chair. Nott was sitting in an armchair with a glass of wine in his hands, "She's going to kill you when she gets back" Theo said smirking.

I rolled my eyes, "I know, so tell me, what is this guy like?"

"I think we were just mistaken about him being hired by Brighton. He hasn't once gone to see her and quite frankly I don't think he wants to. He's always reading the Daily Prophet. It's odd, mate" Flint finished off his glass and dropped it roughly on the table. "So, you think he is just some crazed Daily Prophet chaser?" Theo asked and Flint just shrugged.

"I need you to be a hundred percent sure before I bust in there or no money" Flint nodded and stood up walking out of Malfoy Manor. I groaned and poured myself a shot of fire whisky. Theo slowly placed his glass down and leaned forward. "What are you think, mate?"

"She's going to hate me. She's going to leave me" I muttered into another shot of fire whisky. Just the thought of Cora hating me made me hate myself even more. Theo shook his head and stood up patting Draco on the back. "Nah, she loves you too much" He slowly walked out and I slowly dropped back down in my chair.

"Master Malfoy?" I looked up at the round eyes of Cora's house-elf, Daisy. "Yes, Daisy"

"Mister Nott is correct. Daisy has known Madam Rella for a long time and she has always had the same look on her face when she sees Master Malfoy. Her eyes light up. Daisy knows she could never hate you. Mad but never hate" Daisy lightly patted me on the arm and poured me some tea. I weakly smiled and watched her as she left. I could see remember the first time I realized my feelings for her. It was in the middle of Potions class. She sat in front of me with Daphne Greengrass. I was paired up with Crabbe.

"No, that's clearly wrong" Cora hissed snatching a vile from Daphne's hands. Daphne rolled her eyes and went back to reading the section in her book. I was waiting to see if either one of them picked up on the mistake. Cora snatched her book up and read over the section twice. I paused and watched as a smirk appeared on her face. "Don't touch anything" she hissed smacking Daphne's hands away. I watched as she worked quietly and I noticed that Snape was also watching too. I finished off our potion and poured it into the flask handing it to Crabbe to take up to the desk.

I didn't turn my attention away from her. It was incredible. The only reason I caught it was because Snape made a little hint at the beginning of class that I caught on to. Cora wasn't paying a bit of attention. She was reading a book under the desk while Snape spoke. She was that smart that she was able to figure it out that fast. She knew something was wrong but didn't know what. She poured it like I had just done and gave it to Daphne. "Label it correctly" She said as Daphne walked away.

She packed up her book and Snape walked over to her. I leaned forward and listened, "Impressive, Rella"

"Sorry?" She asked raising an eyebrow. "You and Malfoy were the only two that discovered that mistake" She turned around and looked at me. Snape walked away and Cora leaned towards me. "Did I miss something?" She whispered. "While you were reading that idiotic book, Snape gave the entire class a hint. Apparently I was the only one that picked up on it" She narrowed her eyes and dug through her book before she pulled out a thick books slamming it on my desk.

"This book is not idiotic. Pull the cover back" She whispered the last part. I picked it up and looked around. Cora charmed the cover and I pulled it back slightly to look at the title. 'The complete works of Pureblood myths'. I recovered it and raised any eyebrow opening it. Where the hell did she get this from? I flipped through it and saw highlighted parts. It was mostly highlighted about marriage. Why was a thirteen year old girl looking into marriage?

She snatched the book from my hands as the bell rung. She picked up her bag and I chased after her. I wanted to know why she was reading that. I grabbed her wrist and pulled her to a stop. "Why are you reading that?" I asked out of breath. "Father told me this summer this is age purebloods start planning their child's engagement. I don't want an arranged marriage, so I'm looking for a way out of it!" She lightly pushed me off and I was shocked.

"I'm not going to marry someone I don't love" She said walking away in a huff. In that moment I realized I was in love. Most girls were excited to find out, but Cora wasn't. She wanted to plan out her own life. And that was incredible.

"Master Malfoy?" I jumped out of my day dream and Daisy bowed. "A man is here to speak with you" I raised an eyebrow and waved him in. I have never seen this man before in my life. He was tall with his hair balding. He had thick glasses and a slight limp in his walk. "Mr. Malfoy?" Draco stood up and walked towards him.

"My name is Lewis Appleback." Where did I know that name from? I looked at him closely and my heart dropped. "I suppose you remember me from Death Eater meetings" I slowly nodded and Daisy's gasped looking up at the man. "How could I forget? You tried to kill Cora during the war"

This was the man that I had to save Cora from. After the war, Cora had found out that Voldemort had sent him to kill her. Voldemort said she was too powerful. She had a mind of her own and that scared every pureblood ever. "You are the one that took her" It clicked in my head. He had heard he was released from prison a year ago and from what I heard, he had become obsessed with his failures. Not killing Cora was a big one.

"I just discovered that Mr. Zabini was helping you, so I'm here to make terms with you. She stays with me forever as my slave and you leave us alone" He bowed his head and simply left the room. Draco stood where he was. He didn't have a clue what to do. Daisy's weak sobs is what finally broke him out of his trace.

"Daisy, can you follow him? You cannot be seen. Tell Cora what is going on then leave. Understood?" She nodded and left the room quickly. I knew that Cora just needed information. I knew just what to do.
