Author Notes: I realized that my timeline is a bit messed up. This is set in April 2013 now but I realized that I brought some storylines in way too soon like the Pauline one and the Jade character. I'm going to have to carry it on but I will try to keep the rest in with the timeline as much as I can.

Jade was feeling a little bit lost. It has only been three days since Seamus left though he was her boss and she wanted to work. Despite having more privileges than most girls her age. She lived in a nice and spacious house in the country though after the lost of her boyfriend Sam. All her money meant nothing to her now, she would trade it all; even if she could spend just one more hour with him.

"Alright?" Callum asked her

She was sat at the bottom of the stairs on her own, drinking some beer. Despite it only being ten minutes past eleven in the morning. She also had her books from college by her side; she took another swig.

"Yeah; just bored" Jade replied to him; that was somewhat true; she wasn't exactly enjoying herself.

Callum was here just to visit his friends George Smith and Tilly Evans, who rang him so they all could help each other with their new project for college. None of them were entirely convinced that they would do a good job on their own.

"It's a bit early for that" Callum reminded her; referring to the beer; she didn't seem too bothered though.

He gave a small smile, sitting besides her. He breathed, not knowing what else to say as he eagerly waited for her reply so he can try to think of an excuse for him to leave. He regretted sitting down now.

"Say's who?" Jade asked rhetorically.

She took another small sip. He shrugged, he couldn't argue with that. After all, he doesn't bother caring about what's socially accepted either. She gave a small laugh, it wasn't at anything specific. She just wanted to break the tension.

"I heard you got a job at the pub, how's that working for you?" Callum asked her; he changed his mind about making an excuse.

She seemed alright to him now. She didn't seem like another typical teenage girl; she did interest him in some way. He just wasn't sure why, there were just something about her that made him stay.

"Alright yeah; apart from the fact that my boss is gone and the pub has been trashed" Jade replied with a small meaningless smile.

Callum nodded; he got the message.

Jim entered the police station with Patrick. Sam wandered towards them, she was expecting him. Sienna never spoke a word, she was fretting that she might say something fallacious. She didn't even look up after that.

"She has gone mute on me; follow me" Sam told Jim; Patrick breathed, he was nervous for his daughter.

He sat down on one of the seats in a state of concern as he watched Jim and Sam enter the police interrogation room. Sienna finally looked up with a sigh of relief as she moved up slightly.

"Can I have some words with my client in private?" Jim asked them; he did need something from the actual accused first.

Sam sighed, she was clearly already fed up today and Sienna was only the third person she had to question today. Though she gave a disinclined nod; she couldn't exactly refuse his right.

"Okay; thank you" Jim replied as he watched her leave with impatience, he sat besides an overwrought looking Sienna.

She breathed; she could trust her lawyer so she would speak.

"So what happens now?" Sienna asked him; she was clearly new to this sort of thing and has never experienced a police inquiry.

He was slightly disjointed from this situation though he didn't think it would be as difficult as the time when he had to defend a woman's rights to have her child after her own father accused her of neglect. That was one of the few cases he lost so he didn't have his hopes up for winning this one. Though he was younger back then, about ten years in fact.

"They will ask you questions about the robbery; is this your first defence?" Jim asked her, he wanted Sienna to tell him rather than just take Patrick's words for it.

She gave a nod. It was indeed, she has only ever been questioned by her father in this sort of setting.

"Alright; you don't look the type, they say it's always the quiet ones but we all know it's really the ones in hoods" Jim replied, he had a sense of humor. She gave a small smile.

She was actually not as scared being questioned by the police as she was her father. He sometimes made her feel worthless; at least the police gave her a second glance and a chance to explain.

"I have to ask you though, did you do it?" Jim asked her firmly; she gulped slightly.

She nodded; he expected that answer completely. Of cause she did it, it as obvious. Which is why he knew this would fail. Though he could try to give her a lighter sentence, that is more likely.

"What happens if I get found guilty?" Sienna catechized; he didn't know for sure though he had an ideal.

"You will get sentenced for no more than eight years for conspiracy to armed robbery; what with Mr Seamus Brady not here; then you will have to wait for his return; if he does want to press charges then you will go down for at least four years" Jim informed her; she scoffed slightly.

"But I wasn't there" Sienna replied, she was holding onto that piece of proven information.

"No, Mr Law Roberts; the actual offender will be going down for a lot longer; he may get fined as well as a ten-year sentence; even if you wasn't there, you knew he was going and that will put you at risk of a prison sentence though because this is your first defense, they may let you of with community service"

Sienna looked back up; she would hope for community service, that did make her feel a little bit better. She gave a small nod.

"I would suggest that you be as nice as possible to the court and the police and you may only get a slap on the wrist" Jim told her.

Brendan took Steven to the nearest pub, not the best ideal though they could both do with a drink. As they both on the stools; the pub was an old-fashioned looking one. It looked like it came straight out of a Charles Dickens novel.

"Can we have two beers please" Brendan ordered; the waitress gave a small nod as she poured the beer into the two glasses.

Steven didn't mind, he just wanted any drink. He thought it might calm his nerves, he honestly can't cope with all everything that has happened latterly. Brendan paid her the money, putting both their beers on the bar.

"Cheers" Steven told her; picking up his beer and taking quite a few sips.

Brendan looked at him for a moment or two; he could sense that this was a mistake bringing him here. Though he didn't mention this, he thought that he put the lad through enough aggro.

"If you want to go then just say" Brendan informed him, trying to give out subtle hints. He gave a small nod back.

Both of them were going through a lot right now; Brendan planned to tell Eileen exactly what he thinks he knows. He presumed that she would just denie it though he doesn't think his mother would lie about this, she was clearly meant to send that letter.

"Yeah but we only just got here; might as well stay" Steve replied, taking some more sips of his beer.

Steven was really struggling to take all of this in. He thought about his mother, how she must be in pain right now. Tony made her condition sound very traumatic; maybe he was just over-exaggerating.

...

"Of cause she's not going to believe you, we all know what you're like" Mercedes told Theresa, who was fuming, as she crossed her arms.

She just admitted to falling asleep next to Will and how Ash kicked her out. Thinking the worst of it. Mercedes found that amusing, she has a dark sense of humor. As she looked at her half-sister.

"I never slept with him; I'm not as bad as you" Theresa insisted; giving her a small insult.

Carmel walked into the living room soon after. She didn't believe Theresa; she had no reason to. This woman took her husband's life, she can't trust her after that. She can't take her word for anything, she doesn't like her.

"Oh, blaming someone else like always I see" Carmel hissed slightly; almost as if she was waiting for a quarrel to embark.

Theresa was indeed waiting to defend herself.

"You don't know anything okay!" Theresa replied to her in an almost patronizing tone.

She then cleared her throat, she did regret saying that. She was angry and she was taking it out on the first person she came across which is Carmel. At least Mercedes believes her though she wasn't nice to her either.

"Don't go shouting at me Theresa, we all know what a selfish and conniving bitch you are" Carmel told her; giving her a nasty remark.

Theresa shook her head.

"Alright, can you both stop it" Mercedes commanded, being the sensible one for once.

Carmel put her coat on, she didn't want to spend any more time in Theresa's company as she placed her shoes on, shutting the door firmly behind her. While Theresa stormed up the stairs in a strop. Mercedes sighed.

...

"Is that going to be your last drink?" Brendan asked him; he already had a good few up to this point.

He shook his head.

"No, I need this alright" Steven insisted, he was not helping himself at all.

He took some more sips of his third glass in under twenty minutes. He finished it, ordering another. Brendan bit his top lip, they were still wearing their suits. He does feel sorry for Steven, his husband doesn't deserve all of this.

"I can't wait to go home; see my kids" Steven told him, he still doesn't know Amy is there.

He thinks their in Manchester and has no reason to think otherwise. He gave the waitress some the right amount before he started to drink again.
