That vault as in an under ground fallout shelter it has an experiment to see if regular people and prisoners can get along fact of course. That boy Martin will try to reform some criminals so they won't start a program is working in fact of course. We return to Ghoulville with the ghouls that is working on mutated crops. They don't need to eat for they could feed on radiation alone. The mayor of Ghoulville is a smart glowing one who was a school board member. They have some criminals that became ghouls after the great war in fact of course. We see them talking about stuff like what is going on in that vault were regular people and prisoners in the vault together. And talking about other stuff in fact of course.
"That near by vault is a mix between regular people and prisoners from that prison with a hole in it," Arthur ghoul boy, "The overseer was a prison warden I heard that he treats everyone like prisoners even though most of the people are regular people who was never arrested in fact of course."
"I heard that overseer is a sociopath who was a prison warden in fact of course," said a ghoul girl, "I heard that the overseer said he will treat everyone like prisoners even though most people are regular people in fact of course."
"That near by vault is a mix between regular people and prisoners in fact of course," said a ghoul boy, "I heard that he treats everyone else as criminals except his family in fact of course."
"That overseer was a prison warden not sure why he treats everyone like prisoners," said a ghoul girl, "We don't have shame for we lost our genitals in fact of course."
"He won't be elected mayor of the new town once radiation levels goes down so that vault could open," said a ghoul boy, "We will have a bath together tonight without having shame for we lost our genitals as in my penis and scrotum were my testicles was at fell off."
They know they don't have to wear clothes for they lost their genitals as in male parts fell off and female parts fell out. They do wear clothes even though they don't have to. They know that they will trade with the new town once radiation levels goes down to safe levels so that vault could open. The sky is a green haze in the daytime and glowing green at night. We still see them talking about stuff in fact of course.
"I heard radiation levels are still to high outside that vault were we are at we became ghouls in fact of course," said ghoul boy, "We won't be able to reproduce someday for We lost our genitals I miss having a penis and scrotum were my testicles was at I will run around naked if I wanted to in fact of course."
"I heard that the overseer was a prison warden he is a tyrant who treats all in the vault as prisoners," said a ghoul girl, "I heard that cave radiation levels went down some in fact of course."
"That overseer was a prison warden he was a mean man who became it's overseer in fact," said a ghoul boy, "I miss having genitals they fell off without having pain in fact of course."
"Most prisoners died in the great war some are here in Ghoulville in fact," said a ghoul girl, "I no longer have a vagina between my legs we won't reach puberty in fact of course."
"Some prisoners are in that vault to be part of the vault experiment in fact of course," said a ghoul boy, "If I went in the vault I would still be a regular person but I wasn't so I became a ghoul in fact of course."
