It was like a long deep sleep for Kyle he felt comforble and warm and his brain flashed memories of his past Being at Kinder garden meeting Stan for the first time and the other kids the carry on with Trent Boyett and their teacher getting. burned and blaming Trent Also starting school and his first day how nerviouse he was but going on to enjoy it also the fun they had over the years and fighting too mainly with Cartman ripping on him for being Jewish adopting Ike and even fighting with aliens when they abducted Ike Also playing basket ball in the summer and those god Aufull cousion visited from his also called. Kyle and how once they tried to loose him and the awesome summers having fun at Starks pond swimming camping going exploring and in winter sledging skating building snowmen snowball fights or sometimes helping to clear paths with Stan and Kenny to earn extra cash one year they set up buisness at first they were him Stan Kenny and Cartman but Cartman got thrown out as he tried to get out of it but still wanted his share of the cash claming he was the brains behind it when it was really Kyle and also they had a rivel path clearing buisness. Team Craig Tweek Clyde Jason and 2 other kids but in the end due to a blizzard both teams gave up soaked and tierd also other memories of going to the big theme park restrant Casa Bonitos he loved going their for his birthday also the time he and Kenny nearly fell out as Kyle was forced to stay over and get chickenpox Other times like when they befriended a set of quintuplets who were from a circus also he remeberd the bad lice outbreak and having that smelly lotion put on his hair in the end poor Kenny got his head shaved but his hair grew back then Kyle recalled the metrosexal craze and everyone acting gay and Stan kissed him and Craig kissed Tweek and the time Tweek was paranoid about seeing little gnomes in his room and claimed they were stealing his underpants and Kyle remeberd himself and everyone else getting super hyper on coffee and practically bouncing off the walls In the wee small hours of the morning and one time being dragged out on his birthday when he had a bad cold and felt a bit sorry for himself and Kenny giving him a makeover by cutting his hair and straightening it with Shelly Marshs straightners and his mom freaking out then the carry on at Sizzlers with the pepole from New Jersey and discovering he was from Jersey himself also playing at super Heros he was the human Kite and being in the school Nativaty play and Kenny sang a beautiful version of the song Power of love by a band called Frankie Goes to Hollywood but Kenny had a bad Xmas that year his dad threw him down stairs badly breaking his arm And Kenny was fostered along with Karen by Sharon Marsh till his mom got out of rehab and most recently getting the iPad for the Hanukkah present and how happy he was with it then what happend to him but whist in thise dream state Kyle was unaware of anything he was in a world of his own
But what seemed like a short time later to him he began to stir a little and he heard voices that sounded familler
Bubba omg he's waking up at last my little baby's waking up the voice belonged to his mom
And also a mans voice saying Kyle Kyle it's okay daddy's here your going to be fine your safe now also he felt his hand being gently squeezes and someone touch his hair
Kyle gave a soft grown terrified incase it was all a bad dream and that really he was still. Back at Apples headquarter with Steve Jobbs him and beating and degrading him but Kyle had a very strange sensation their was no bloody butts in front of him and he didn't feel any butts attached to him also he could move his head now yet it did cause a bit of pain then it dawned on Kyle it really had happend he was now free and separated at last
Kyle began to take in his surroundings he felt horrible pain all over and moaned a bit also his legs were straight but a cage kept the covers off them and the first time in ages teeth implanted and he could move his tounge but talking was very sore and he felt a bandage round his face and head also he noticed curls hang over his eyes and cover his ears and tickle his neck how long had he been unconcous for as his hair had grown back
M mom dad Kyle whisperd horsly that could barly be heard

Hello their young man you gave us quite a scare Kyle the dr said coming over and smilling at Kyle
I bet he dosent know how long he's been unconcous for Gerald said looking at Kyle
Kyle shook his head confussed a bit no he whisperd a day 2 days longer he said in a very soft horse voice
If only son try 5 months it's now July we had to sedate you also you have had 7 surgeries now we have repaird all your intestines I'm afraid that your stomock is a lot smaller so you won't be bale to eat as much as you used to most of it had been removed when you were joined to the others we repaired your tounge implanted new teeth now your voice is weak from lack of use but it will come back we replaced your knee caps artificial ones now and repaired the ligaments so you will be able to walk again but you will need a lot of physo but I'm afraid you won't be able to do sport not for a long long time also we repaired your face we gave you new lips. But their a lot thinner than your old ones also we removed the staples and stiches you had in your face now I'm afraid you will be very badly scarred but that can be repaired with cosmetic surgery so in time you will look normal again and once you are stronger you can go home but you will need to come back for more surgery but really Kyle you are a very lucky boy your strong and in time I think you will make a full recovery then you can move on and forget about thise the dr said smilling at Kyle
Kyle sighed sadly then glanced at the dr and whisperd th the other two h how are they
Well Kyle we traced the Japanese mans family he was here on a 3 month buisness trip he was based in Fairpack something to do with electronics and was here to make a buisness deal He was in south park to visit the mall but he's now back in Tokyo. With his wife and child he's doing well last heard and he's walking again he is even hoping to return to work one day the dr smiled also he sends his regards and hopes to keep in touch the man added

L Lindsay the girl who was behind me how is she Kyle whisperd seeing his parents glance at each other and at the dr
Kyle honey we know how much you liked Lindsay she seemed a lovely young girl but I'm so so sorry Lindsay didn't make it she died peacefully with her family at her side even her divorced father came to see her but she was suffering and the end was very peaceful for her in the end Sheila said stroking Kyles hair as a tear rolled down his cheek
Kyle would never forget her kindness to him even though she was terrified herself shed often gently rub his back or hold his hand and Kyle knew she was very young with a life ahead of her now she was gone murdered by Apple
Lindsay developed a bad secondary infection and blood poisoning around the wounds on her face we tried to save her we were determand not to loose her but in the end she gave up I'm so sorry Kyle but she was in a far worse shape than you were in even to start with and you were much stronger the dr said sadly
Kyle felt totally shatterd at thise he'd liked Lindsay a lot and hoped to keep in touch with her yes though she may have been the weakest of the trio but at times she was tough too and Kyle thought shed have been okay
Wh when did thise happen he whisperd sadly
About 6 or 7 weeks ago she was on life support like you were but you fought she just gave up and died peacefully she never woke up I'm sorry the dr said
Hearing of Lindsay's death was another blow to Kyle but it made him stronger he was determend to get better and live for the sake of Lindsay and his dad spoke about getting justice for the girl and he planned to sue Apple
Kyle went back to sleep again and Gerald sat with him whist Sheila went to call Kyles friends parents that Kyle was awake luckily Kenny was at Stans. and he heard the news as his parents phone had been cut off since Xmas due to unpaid bills so Kenny used a cell phone but mostly he got pepole to call him as he rarly had credit in it but he'd tell his parents later but he and Stan were happy that Kyle was on the mend and wanted to see him but were told it be a while
And later when Sheila finished making her calls she sat with a sleeping Ktle as Gerald went and phoned his side of the family to spread the good news
