Reminder for those people who shall not be named: Okay I get it my stories have a fuck-tone of errors and need editing. I know this shit so will people stop pointing it out. At the top I put unedited for a fucking reason, if you don't like this shit then there are other stories for you to be reading, no one is putting a gun to your head and forcing you to read my story and then comment on what you think of my grammar and spelling.
Chapter Twenty-Six
Clary felt herself freeze as she looked at the two faces standing by the door. Her heart sank. Joslyn had her hand held over her mouth and her eyes looked like they might pop out of her head because of how wide they were, she looked like she might faint.
Clary could see her mother's face, looking at her with sadness, sickness and disappointment. Jace looked at her with anger, sickness and hatred. Clary let a single tear roll down her cheek, she brushed it away quickly as she opened her mouth to speak.
"Listen Mum, Jace I can explain…"
"Explain? Oh yes please explain how we walk in and find you making out with your brother, after he raped you and is now making you carry his unborn children," Jace spat, she could even hear the disgust and hatred in his voice as well as see it in his, now dull, golden eyes.
Her mother held a hand over her own my in shock, she also had to prop herself up against the door as if she might faint from the sight before her.
Clary felt an arm wrap around her and help her to her feet, even though she could stand on her own. After she was flat on her feet Sebastian held her hand and intertwined his fingers with hers and squeezed her hand reassuringly, she squeezed back.
"Mum Jace, he didn't rape me," Clary blurted out before she could stop herself from saying it, knowing she needed to tell them to get her story straight.
Joslyn couldn't take it anymore. Her body became limp as she fainted and she fell to the ground, but Sebastian was quick enough that he ran up and caught her. Picking his mother up bridal style he placed her on Clary's bed, gently. He then turned back around to face Jace and his sister.
"Oh, so what you're trying to say is that you let your older brother fuck you and get you pregnant," Jace said, sarcastically but he couldn't hide the anger from his voice, you couldn't have missed it either.
"That's basically it," Clary whispered to herself, feeling ashamed.
Sebastian looked down into Clary's sad face and kissed her on the forehead before walking up to Jace, only being a few centimetres away from him.
"So what you saying is that since I did it, it's wrong. But when you thought she was your sister nothing stopped you from trying, she just didn't let you," Sebastian said in a cocky tone, trying to turn the subject around and make Jace feel like the bad guy in this situation.
"Talking about me doesn't make you seem any less of a sick bastard," Jace almost yelled.
"Bastard? My parents were married when I was born. Yours where dead," Sebastian smiled.
Jace having enough of Sebastian's shit brought his fist up quickly and punched Sebastian in the jaw. Sebastian being caught off guard he didn't expect the hit and his head went flying to the side from the force, also causing him to stumble back a few steps.
Sebastian then regained himself and walked over to Jace and punched him across his cheek. Jace returned the punch, but Sebastian dodged it. Sebastian grabbed Jace by the neck and rammed him into a wall behind him, making a giant hole in the wall. Sebastian then continued punch Jace across the face a few times, drawing blood from Jace's lip and nose.
As Sebastian did so Jace reached into his pocket and pulled out a small dagger, he then quickly rammed it up into Sebastian's stomach, causing the other boy to stop punching. Sebastian let go of Jace's throat, making him sigh in relief. Jace pulled the knife from Sebastian's stomach. Sebastian reached his hand up to just over the deep cut and rested his hand on top of it, trying to apply pressure to try and slow down the bleeding. While Sebastian was doing this Jace punched him across the face, sending Sebastian towards the ground. Blood pooled around Sebastian, soaking both his hands and clothes.
Jace twirled the knife in his hand as he brought it up, aiming for Sebastian's heart ready to kill the demon. He quickly brought the knife down, but Jace stopped in mid-air.
"NO JACE PLEASE DON'T," Clary cried as she ran to her older brothers side and hugged his body close to hers, trying to shield him from Jace. Ignoring the fact that her clothes were getting soaked with Sebastian's black red blood.
"Clary move out of the way, he has to die," Jace said, irritated in Clary.
"If you have to kill him then you'll have to kill me too," Clary said, knowing Jace could never bring himself to want to harm her.
Jace sighed in frustration as he pocketed his knife.
"Sebastian are you alright," Clary asked her older brother worriedly as she looked down into his obsidian eyes.
"I'm okay," he half smiled, wincing slightly when he tried to move.
"Just because I didn't stab him doesn't mean he won't bleed out," Jace shrugged as he leaned against the wall and looked down at the two.
"Please give me your steele," Clary pleaded Jace, knowing she didn't have one of her own because she wasn't allowed to have one while they stayed in England.
"I don't have it with me, even if I did I wouldn't give it to save his life," Jace said. Clary didn't listen to the last part she was too busy trying to keep Sebastian awake and alive, in any way she could.
"Here," Joslyn said from behind them all, she held in her hand the metal cylinder known as a Steele. "Use mine."
oOoOoOoOoOo
"Congratulations Mr Lewis and Mrs Lightwood. You will be expecting a baby boy," the young warlock doctor said as she tucked some of her brown hair out of her face and smiled with her pointy shark teeth.
Simon and Isabelle both had smiles across their faces from ear to ear.
A boy, Simon thought. Now I can watch star wars with someone and play video games with him.
"Simon, I know what you're thinking and no you cannot turn our baby into a little nerd," Isabelle smiled as she rested a hand over her stomach, where her baby boy was sitting.
"I wasn't planning on turning him into a nerd, I was planning on turning him into a geek. Those are two different things," Simon explained, but couldn't be serious for even a minute because of how happy he was.
"Nerd, geek what's the difference. The point is he will not be one," Isabelle laughed, not caring if she won this argument either way she would love her baby no matter what.
"We will see when the time comes," Simon said, leaning down and giving Isabelle a light peck on her lips, which she happily returned.
"Hey Simon for names, do you think we could…" Isabelle began but Simon cut her off.
"Already a step ahead of you and yes. Max Lewis. It has a ring to it," Simon happily said, he knew from moment one of knowing they had a child that if it was a boy she would want to name him Max after his uncle. Which Simon had no problem in, he liked the name.
"Thanks," Isabelle happily smiled.
"Max I am your father," Simon said in a dorky voice as he rested a hand over Isabelle's stomach.
Isabelle didn't know what he was talking about but she guessed it was from that star wars series or something. She smiled widely at him and kissed his cheek.
"Yes you are, bloodsucker."
oOoOoOoOoOo
Clary hurried to her feet and grabbed the object off of her mother, quickly getting back down and lifting Sebastian's shirt to draw a healing rune on his muscular chest. Sebastian almost instantly felt the pain numbing and he quickly got to his feet and helped Clary up with him.
"Clary, will you now explain what is going to happen," Joslyn asked kindly, with her arms folded over her chest.
Clary looked over at Sebastian reassuringly and sighed.
"Mum as you know he is the father of my daughter and son. Since the clave has decided our children aren't good enough to live in the institute with us and are just planning to kill them. I've decided that Sebastian, our children and I will leave," Clary said in as strong a voice as she could muster up.
"No Clary you can't go with him," Jace said in a shocked yet frightened voice, like a little boy who was told they weren't allowed to sleep with a teddy bear anymore. "Please stay Clary. I love you."
Clary walked up to Jace and wrapped her arms around his body and pressing her head against his chest, being too short to go any higher. Clary closed her eyes as Jace wrapped his arms around her. There was no doubt she still loved her golden angel boy, even more then Sebastian. But if she was to stay with Jace, what was the future to be for her children? Death.
"I'm sorry Jace. I love you," She whispered so softly Jace could only just make out what she was saying. As she detangled her arms from around him, Jace gently grabbed her upper arm and pulled her back to him.
"Jace please."
"No Clary. If you go with him the clave won't just want to kill him and your children. They'll be out to get you too," Jace warned, fear in his voice at her choice.
"That's a sacrifice I'm willing to make," Clary said.
"Jace," Joslyn said, looking between her daughter and him. "If she wants this then just let her go."
Clary's eyes lit up at her mother's request. She was actually going to let her go.
"Mum?"
"Just go Clary. Protect my grandchildren," Joslyn demanded.
Jace let go of Clary's upper arm and she quickly walked over to Sebastian, he wrapped his arms around his younger sister possessively and looked at Jace with a smug grin when she did. Sebastian let go of the hug and walked over to a close wall, he got the Steele Joslyn had given Clary and began to draw a portal rune along it. While he did this Clary ran over to her mother and threw her into a hug.
"Be safe Clary," Joslyn said, close to tears as she was about to watch her daughter disappear forever.
"I will mum, you be safe too," Clary told her mother.
"I will. I love you so much."
"I love you too mum."
Clary sadly had to let go of the hug, knowing it couldn't last forever. She walked over to Jace and gave him one last quick hug.
"Clary I'm sorry but if I ever see Sebastian or those children of his I will not hesitate," Jace warned in a stern voice. Clary pulled back out of the hug and looked up into his hard golden eyes.
"Don't worry Jace. You'll never see any of us ever again," Clary said, tears in her eyes as she spoke. She let go of the hug and walked over to the portal, next to Sebastian. She held Sebastian's hand tight as she looked back at her mother and Jace one last time.
Clary mouthed a one last 'Goodbye' before she jumped through the portal at the same time as her brother.
It didn't take long before she felt her feet fall flat against long grass. Clary looked around in confusion.
"Where are we?" she asked Sebastian, who was looking down at her beauty.
"We're at our new home," he smiled as Clary looked upon the house which was sitting on the edge of a small cliff with wood supporting it on the sand. They were on a beach.
"No I mean, where in the world are we?" Clary asked.
"Australia," Sebastian shrugged.
"I always wanted to visit Australia," Clary smiled.
"Would you like to see the house?"
Clary nodded so hard her head could have fallen off of her shoulders. Sebastian laughed and led her over to the large house.
Clary let Sebastian led her over, once they reached the door he pulled out a key and unlocked a pair of giant wooden and glass doors. Once inside Clary looked around the giant house, it was very open with loads of large windows, from the roof to ground. They were only in the lounge room but Clary already loved the house. There was a small fireplace over in from of a TV and two black lounges by a coffee table and a lot more furniture.
"Wow," Clary said in a surprise voice.
"Would you like to explore some more?" Sebastian asked.
Clary nodded and he lead her around the house the kitchen, dining room, bathroom, their room and last but not least the kid's rooms.
"By the angel," Clary said as she looked upon a pink and blue room, one half pink and the other blue.
"What would you have done if I was to tell you we were having two boys," Clary said, mockingly. He had gotten the room perfect but she just wanted to know what his reaction would be.
"I would tell you that you are such a liar," Sebastian smiled as he threw her into a hug. Clary giggled as he lifted her off the ground. Sebastian carried her out of the room and through the house.
"One more thing I need to show you," Sebastian said, Clary didn't question.
He slid open a door and the wind straight away blew Clary's red hair into her eyes. Quickly flicking it out of her face she looked upon what Sebastian wanted her to see. Clary gasped.
They were standing on a porch that looked out over the beach, at the time the sun was setting just over the ocean.
"And don't worry, no one will find us here I warded the place from any tracking spell or anything of the sort. So we can stay here," Sebastian reassured her.
Clary smiled and looked out over the ocean, leaning her hands against the railing while Sebastian rested a hand against her back.
Clary closed her eyes as the wind blew in her face, she took a deep breath in and filled her lungs with the seaside air.
I will miss my family. Clary thought to herself. But this is my family now. Clary rested her hand above the baby bump and smiled. It's little and broken, but still good.
Like it? Hate it? Tell me what you think.
