"So, Weiss, care to explain why it is that we're standing at the edge of this dam?"

"Because, it's well secluded and easily defensible in case Roman decides to keep fucking with us, Yang," Weiss responded to her blonde haired companion. "Plus, if anyone were to come by here accidentally, I could just hand them some money and they wouldn't see a thing.

"One of these days, all of this bribery is going to come around and bite you in the ass," Yang mentioned.

Weiss was standing along the path leading to the Land Act dam, Ruby, Yang, Pyrrha, Sun and Velvet standing alongside her. After Weiss had received the message about an opportunity from Velvet about a weapons deal yesterday, Weiss managed to inform her friend that she was to help set the thing up for the next day, which lead them up to where they were now.

"Hey Ruby, when exactly did you plan on moving out?" Velvet asked her current roommate.

"I was planning on moving out by next week," Ruby revealed to Velvet, and inadvertently to everyone else as well.

Yang turned to her sister and grabbed her attention. "Since when did you have a new place to live?"

Ruby rubbed the back of her neck as she felt her sister stare at her and down into her soul. "Oh uh, yeah, Weiss said that I could just stay with her since we're kinda together, you know what I mean?"

"What?!" Yang shouted. "When the hell did this happen and why wasn't I told about it?"

"I talked about this with Ruby just yesterday," Weiss interjected. "And please, keep it down. We may be hidden away but who knows what could be out there searching for us."

Despite wanting to shout some more at this news, Yang realized that Weiss wouldn't be too happy about her doing that. So she stayed on the quieter side, while still asking Ruby all about this new move she was planning. "So you're going to be moving in with Weiss," Yang questioned. "When were you planning on telling me about this?"

Ruby let her shoulders drop. She knew that once Yang found out that there would be an endless stream of questions coming her way because of it. So, despite not wanting to make this a bigger deal than it was, she decided to indulge Yang a bit. "Yes, I'm moving in with Weiss, and I was going to tell you later today at some point, you just didn't give me the chance to tell you myself."

Yang took of her jacket, leaving her with only her yellow tank top covering her upper body. "Yeah, well sorry that I happened to be around when Velvet asked you about that," Yang retorted, walking over to her bike and throwing the jacket over the seat. As she did, she saw that two cars were coming up the mountain path towards them. The first was a black Declasse Granger, the second, a yellow Grotti Turismo R with black stripe on the sides and up the middle. Whoever this person was, they were certainly attempting to make an impression.

"That's her," Velvet called out to everyone.

Weiss started to walk over, with Velvet and Pyrrha joining her. Ruby and Yang came up behind them as they all approached the vehicles that stopped for them. Pyrrha, Yang and Ruby were all armed, they all remembered what happened the last time they had an arms deal. Velvet and Weiss were the two that weren't armed, one so that Weiss could make conversation with this person, and two because since Velvet was the dealers friend, she decided to give her the benefit of the doubt.

The doors to each car opened and out of the driver seats came two figures. One was extremely tall and appeared to be very buff. He wore a tight shirt under a black jacket, and a pair of jeans. His hair was extremely short but he appeared to be somewhat friendly. The other was a slim but tall woman. She wore dress pants and leather boots with heels. Her jacket was a lovely shade of brown over a skin tight shirt, and the collar looked to have fur on it. The most iconic part of this girl though, was the beret and sunglasses that she wore, covering up many identifying features.

"Well well, you look fabulous as always," Velvet said as she approached the pair. "It's great to see you guys again."

The tall man gave Velvet a gentle hug, even though he towered over the brunette. "It's a pleasure to see you again as well Velvet, I'm glad to see that you're working with some excellent people," The man responded.

"Speaking of that, how did you meet these guys anyway?" The woman asked.

"It's kinda a long story," Velvet began. "Short version is I saved the one in red's life after they had a prior arms deal get ambushed. She got shot, I patched her up and because of my work with a sniper, I was offered a spot in the crew."

The woman seemed to nod at what she heard. "Glad they're being put to use then," She said to Velvet. "I take it that's why they are armed then." After seeing Velvet nod in response, she continued. "Right, so, are we gonna do some introductions?"

"Right," Velvet replied. She then turned to her companions and gestured to them. "This is Ruby, Weiss, Pyrrha Sun and Yang. Guys meet my friends Yatsuhashi and Coco."

Now it was Weiss' turn to approach them. "A pleasure to meet you both," Weiss said, extending her hand as a token of courtesy. Shaking each of their hands, she was ready to get down to business. "Now then, what do you have for me exactly?"

Coco looked at Yatsuhashi and moved her head in a way that said for him to grab the weapons. Yatsuhashi then walked to the trunk of the Granger and opened it up, revealing a crate that appeared to have weapons in it. "Would one of you help me pull this crate out?" Before anyone could say anything, Yang lowered her weapon and helped Yatsuhashi out. "Many thanks." After lowering the crate to the ground, Yatsuhashi pulled out a crowbar and pried open the lid, revealing a whole plethora of arms.

"Alright Weiss, we got marksman rifles, carbines, shotguns, a homing launcher, plus a boatload of ammunition to go with it," Coco mentioned. "Not counting the homing launched I'll sell these to you at 10,000 per gun, and there's 15 guns in there, that should be about $150,000 for the crate. The homing launcher I'm selling separately for 25,000, and whether you want it or not is up to you."

Weiss turned and looked directly at Ruby. She nodded, which Ruby knew meant that she needed to bring her the money that she had set aside for the weapons. Once Ruby grabbed the briefcase from under a pile of rubble, she walked it over to Weiss. "Thank you Ruby," Weiss said once the money was handed to her.

Opening up the briefcase so that Coco and Yatsuhashi could look inside, she made her offer. "$250,000 for all of it, and that includes an extra $75,000 for the two of you," Weiss presented to the pair. "You both walk away much richer than expected, and hopefully, we can work out new deals in the future."

Coco peered over the top of her sunglasses to make sure she wasn't seeing things. When she saw that the money there was genuine, and that there was a lot of it, she couldn't help but grow excited. "Hoho you got yourself a deal," Coco sputtered out rapidly. "You need any more arms, and we'll be sure to get them to you. Also if you guys ever need help on a job, we would be willing to get our hands dirty."

"I'll have to remember that the next time a big job comes up then," Weiss replied. She turned to see that there were two more cars coming towards them, however, she instantly recognized who it was that was coming.

"Yatsuhashi, looks like we got some trouble coming," Coco said, jumping to the idea that they were under attack.

"Relax Coco," Velvet interjected. "It's just some more members of our crew. What are they doing here though?"

"Let's just say that I have more business to attend to. Yang, help Yatsuhashi bring the guns down below inside the dam. Ruby, Velvet, Sun, would you three give them a hand with that as well?" Weiss asked while she walked towards the new arrivals. Pyrrha walked over with her and Coco joined them as well. They arrived right as they saw Blake, Ren, Penny and Lester remove themselves from the cars and walk towards them. "Blake, Ren, Penny, Lester, glad you could all make it. We'll be setting up inside the dam, however before that, let me introduce you to Coco. She's the one who brought us our new arms. Her partner, Yatsuhashi is bringing the arms into the dam with Yang Ruby and Velvet."

"Pleasure to meet you Coco, I'm Lie Ren," Ren introduced. "This is Blake Belladonna, Penny, and Lester Crest."

"Nice to meet you too," Coco said. "I'm gonna finish up with Yatsuhashi then take my leave."

Weiss nodded, handing Coco the briefcase before Coco took her leave. "Lets' do this again sometime," Weiss called out to Coco as she walked away. Coco simply waved back as she found Yatsuhashi coming back up from the dam. The two of them climbed into their cars and drove off.

"We should get below," Weiss mentioned as she took off towards the inner workings of the dam, the rest of her companions following behind her. They walked below into the heart of the dam, noticing that Yang, Ruby, Sun and Velvet were sitting with the arms waiting for everyone to join with them. As much as Weiss wanted to have Ruby around, for what she was planning, she needed Ruby to leave so that she wasn't involved.

"So, now what are we gonna do?" Ruby asked when she saw Weiss come in. "I'm sure you're eager to get this stuff out to everyone."

"In time, Ruby," Weiss began. "However, for right now, you need to head out and take care of other business."

Ruby could tell that Weiss wasn't happy about having to tell her that, based on the way she sounded. Still, it isn't fun hearing that you have to leave when there is something important that was clearly about to go on.

"Alright Weiss, we'll get out of your hair," Yang said as she started to walk towards the entrance.

Before she could go any further, Weiss stuck her arm out and blocked her path. "Not you," Weiss muttered. "You get to stay here for this."

"Uh, what gives Weiss?" Yang questioned. She wasn't sure what to make of this, neither did Ruby. "How come I'm supposed to stay and Ruby's supposed to leave?"

Weiss sighed and lowered her arm, letting it hand down at her side. "Because you are going to be a part of this, and it's best that Ruby isn't," She whispered to Yang alone. "When you see what we're planning on doing, you'll understand."

Yang let out a deep breath and drooped her head a bit. "Fine," Yang responded. "Looks like I'm sticking around Ruby, boss' orders."

Ruby nodded, she didn't like where this was going, but it wasn't like she was going to complain about it at that point. "Alright, then I'm just gonna head back to my place and start packing up my stuff for the move," Ruby mentioned as she walked over to Weiss. She gave her a peck on the cheek before she left and whispered into her ear. "I love you, Weiss."

"I love you too." Ruby barely heard it, but she managed to hear Weiss say those important words to her. Smiling, she squeezed Weiss for a second before walking with Velvet and Sun out of the inner workings of the dam and out into the world. Weiss hated to see her leave, but she knew that it was for the best. It helped ease her mind at what they were about to do.

Once Ruby was out of sight, and out of earshot, Yang spoke up. "So, why am I sticking around exactly?"

Weiss turned to the group that stood before her, Yang, Blake, Pyrrha, Ren and Lester. She pulled out an assortment of maps and pinned them up on a cork board that she had asked Lester to bring with him. "We have a job that needs to be planned out, and you're a part of it."

"Right, I got that, but what exactly are we doing?" Yang asked.

Lester cut in before Weiss could speak. "Before we plan the job out, we need to explain some details," He began. Walking up to the board, he pulled out a photo and stuck it to the board. "As a few of you know by now, we learned that Roman Torchwick has a child of his own. Surprising as it may be, let me introduce you to the lovely, Neopolitan Torchwick, Roman Torchwick's only child. We've recently learned from a recently deceased acquaintance of his, that she is in the area for the next few days, which is why Torchwick's gang attacked us earlier."

"Torchwick was hoping to put us on the defensive while she was around, but because of it, we're going to kidnap her instead," Weiss coldly said.

"Wait a sec, so we're just going to kidnap this person? Is she even involved in his business or is she just around for other reasons?" Blake asked. She was starting to wonder if it was a good idea or not.

Weiss turned to look at the board, staring directly at Neo's picture. "This is why I don't want Ruby involved, or anyone outside of this room for that matter," She whispered. "Neo has no connections to Torchwick's gang at all, except that she is Torchwick's only child. Whether she like's it or not, she is a part of the gang in some capacity."

"Fuck man, do we really have to do this?" Yang questioned. "If she doesn't have anything to do with this besides share his name, it's just not right."

"I know that it isn't right," Weiss conceded. "But we could actually have a chance at stopping them from hurting us anymore. I'll be the one to carry the guilty conscience over this, since it's my decision to carry this plan out. All you guys need to do is the job that we tell you to do."

Everyone seemed uneasy about this, even Weiss. Still they were doing this and they had to figure out what it was that was going to happen so that it didn't get messed up later on. After pushing all thoughts of doubt to the side and gathering their wits, they began to lay out the plan.

"For starters, we have only one option, quick and somewhat insane. I managed to scrounge up two Sanchez dirt bikes for this, and we're gonna need them," Lester began. "Later tonight, Neo will be making a stop to the Redwood Lights track. Why she is going to be there I don't know, and whether or not she is going to be escorted is also in question. While she is there, we plan to make our move."

He looked to Pyrrha before he continued. "Pyrrha, you get to play marksman this time. Take one of the Marksman Rifles we just picked up and take it to some place you feel is a good vantage point. Blake and Ren are going to be the ones doing the shooting, so you have to help keep them alive."

At that point, Pyrrha walked over to pick out one of the rifles, giving Lester a chance to speak to Blake and Ren about what they were doing. "Now you two, as I said just a moment ago if you were paying attention, are going to be the ones grabbing the girl. Just make sure no one can recognize you, meaning masks and something unrecognizable in the outfit department. Once you two have the girl, Yang and Weiss are going to come in with the bikes and pick you up. It may be a bit uncomfortable for the person who has to have Neo on the bike with them, but we gotta make do with what we have."

"So what am I doing during all of this?" Penny spoke up asking what her role was and why she was there.

"Well I'm glad that you asked," Lester responded. "As part of the escape plan, Yang and Weiss are going to drive over towards the train tracks north of where they will be. A train is just so happening to depart during the time they plan on getting away, so we're going to use that as part of our escape. You two need to catch up to the train and get along side of it as it's about to go into the tunnel when it passes through the mountain."

"But what does that have to do with me?" Penny asked again.

"If you would let me continue then you would know," Lester chastised. "From where we are at, you guys are in the first tunnel, and you need to ditch the bikes and get onto the train before it reaches the bridge. Penny, you are going to be on the train waiting for them to arrive, helping them actually get on the train. Don't worry about the bikes, they're expendable. Just get them onto the train before you cross the bridge."

"What about after we're on the train? I'm sure someone would notice if we were on a train with guns and a hostage when they stopped to load or unload anything on there," Ren mentioned.

"Which is why you are going to have to get off while the train is still moving," Lester replied. "After you cross the bridge and go through the second tunnel, there will be a stretch of inflatable pads that you can jump onto without getting hurt too badly. Once you're off, you'll be over near the sawmill and can hike the rest of the way without getting into any trouble. Head inside the mill from there and that's where you'll hide out with Neo while she is with us."

"Do you need me to meet up with you afterwards?" Pyrrha chimed in.

Nodding Lester continued. "After they get away, come pick me up and bring me over to the mill. I'll have everything we will need while we stay there, so there may be some packing to do first before the two of us leave. I'll be waiting at the gas station nearby when you're ready to pick me up with everything we will be needing."

"Everyone get some rest and meet back here in about four hours. Try not to drive yourself since we won't be staying here, except for Pyrrha. Yang and I will bring the bikes with us here and we'll drop everyone off where we need to," Weiss said. "Take this time to relax and get your mind away from things. After this, I think we'll all be needing a vacation." Weiss started to walk out of the dam and went to go find someone who was able to comfort her right then and there.

AN: I managed to get Coco and Yatsuhashi involved in this story! And for those of you thinking that they won't show up again, I already have an idea of them coming back in for the biggest job. So they will make another appearance in the story, and I can't wait for it. Also I had the idea to use this dam for a while now, and I finally got the chance to use it.

Now, I honestly believe that Neo is Roman's daughter in the actual show, though I don't know for certain and so this is just an assumption. If it becomes canon, I'm going say that I called it, having done so in this story and beforehand in my story Best of the Best (you guys should go check out that story as well) and I would be really glad that I called it.

Now, onto some really big news. My lovely gf has drawn all of the tattoo art for each of the L.S. Beacons (except for Sage and possibly Neptune) and they are online. sylverlyning67 deviantart com/art/Grand-Theft-RWBY-Tattoos-504384525 is the link minus the periods where the spaces should be. Hopefully you get the chance to check it out for her since she worked really hard on all of this.

Lastly, thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed this chapter of GTR.
