Hey guys sorry about the wait, busy busy times around here. I'm glad lots you loved and thought how Lily deserved to have a major reality hit again, I figured it had to be in sooner or later. James on the other hand, that's for another chapter.

Now this will start off to a part for Abbey, with her point on how things are so far with Angelique and Charlie. Plus a little chat between her and Molly Weasley who will also be in here with a word to Angelique, and I'm going to throw in a spot for Umbridge and Fudge. Sirius will show too, but is he going to go home crying like Lily or what?

Written by myself and my sister author AnnaBoleyna1536, and we don't own Harry Potter.

Enjoy!

Hospital Wing:

"Hello Madame Pomfrey." Abigail Potter walked into the hospital wing to visit her brother and hopefully see Angelique, but instead saw Poppy fixing the sheets on his bed. Charlie had been in the hospital for almost two days, but his recovery was going fine.

"Hello Ms. Potter, if you're looking for your sister she's in training right now."

"I figured, but I wanted to come see my brother for a bit if that's alright?" Poppy smiled.

"It is, do you have any classes later?"

"Not for another two hours, Quidditch and all." Today was a game with Hufflepuff vs Gryffindor, so classes would be out until after the game.

"Alright then, hope you don't wish for him to wake he's going to be out for a while."

"I know, Angie told me." she walked to Charlie's bed and gasped at how much better he looked from before even if he was still pale. His body looked like it had gained a little weight from the nutrition potions, and his bruises were healed almost fully even his ribs were wrapped in fresh bandages. "You've…?"

"Your sister has done most of this dear, she's quite a skilled healer." Abbey felt a bit of pride at that.

"I know, she's taken care of me so it's a natural feeling for her." She was very proud of her elder sister; Angelique knew exactly how to handle tough situations from experience and Abbey hoped to be like her one day.

"You can sit here; I have to go check my stocks of potions so I'll be a while. If anyone else comes in come get me alright?" the older woman pulled out a chair for her to sit.

"Yes ma'am." Poppy smiled and Abbey took her seat after leaving. She pulled out her book from Transfiguration class and began to read it over, but she kept looking at Charlie almost every time she turned a page.

Abbey had visited Charlie every chance she could, yet each time she did Angie or Ron Weasley was here with her. This time she was alone, and she worried even more. Charlie had been hurt since the world turned on him for being wrongfully declared boy-who-lived, but to be beaten and neglected, that was pushing it too far. Angelique never hated Charlie and neither did Abbey; they both knew once the truth came out things would be hard for their brother, but not this hard.

'Charlie, Angie and I aren't going to let anyone hurt you again.' She touched his hand, and it moved a little.

"Ms. Potter." Abbey looked up to see Umbridge at the door, clipboard in hand. "Shouldn't you be studying?"

"I came to visit my brother Professor; I have permission from Professor Snape."

"Yes well he's getting all the help he needs and more, which will likely come soon." Abbey stared at her suspiciously.

"Excuse me?" Umbridge just smiled, sickly.

"A talk for later dear, now do you know where your elder sister has gone?"

"She's in training ma'am, but she might stop by later." This woman was no doubt evil; Abbey had an eye for things like that. She had been following her and Angelique around the school with a great annoyance, though Angelique warned Abbey that she should try and stay calm around the woman to as not to give her reason to get into trouble.

"Very well, if you see her please say that Minister Fudge is going to stop by later." She turned and left the wing, and Abbey knew if Fudge came around it wasn't going to be good.

"Abigail." The voice of Molly Weasley came from the door.

"Mrs. Weasley." She stood up.

"I heard the news a few days ago from Ron, would've come sooner but Arthur and I thought it best we wait until Charlie has recovered more. How are you dear?"

"Fine, considering everything that's happened." Molly Weasley was one of the nicest people in their world, a great mother too. Seven kids and all were well fed and loved, though their youngest one was the most eccentric.

"Oh…" When Molly's eyes saw Charlie she looked ready to weep. "Poor child, who could've done this?" she walked to him and stroked his hair.

"Mrs. Weasley, were you surprised when the truth came out?" Abbey had known that the Weasleys, especially Molly, had liked Charlie but she wasn't sure if it were the same now.

"Yes I was, but not at your sister being the real child who lived no I knew she was intelligent, but I was more surprised that it came out the way it had. I had my suspicions that Charlie wasn't as powerful as everyone thought, but I also knew your father must've had something to do with the way he is."

"You mean getting into trouble?" Molly nodded.

"My Ronald is no saint, but I know that he cares for Charlie greatly. Abigail, did you think I hated Charlie?" she nodded.

"I did."

"I don't blame you, but you must know I care for the boy like my own. Each time he would come to our home he would be so well behaved, but when he comes to school I saw he'd be someone else. I had my concerns, but Charlie didn't do much other than spout nonsense about all this with Voldemort."

"Charlie was acting I think, now that Angelique has healed his core I think that he's going to need help." Abbey looked down. "I don't want him to get hurt again, he was just scared I think."

"How do you know dear?"

"Angelique." Abbey looked up. "She said that Charlie hadn't been himself, she could tell something was wrong because her powers can sense if something's wrong with Charlie. That's how she found him that night he fell, and how she healed his core." Molly gave a light smile. "She really did love him."

"She still does dear, twins are funny that way. My twins, Fred and George, they are quite the scoundrels when they have fun. They remain very close, even if they wind up doors away they both have a magical connection that says or tells them both about the other. My guess is though Angelique and Charlie were split from each other, they're still very close in magic. Angelique will not abandon her brother, if she does it could hurt her deeply." Abbey's eyes widened.

"That's what the book said."

"Merlin's book?" Abbey nodded.

"Angie said that the book told her of magical twins, everything. Basically all you told me just now was the same thing she did." Molly smiled bigger.

"Angelique is a very smart girl, though…I wish I had known what was going on. I admit I thought she had been distancing herself from your parents for another reason, but to go off on her own and create a life for herself…it still astounds me to this day."

"Angie didn't want any of this, yeah she knew it was her all along but she didn't want fame or stupid fans she just wants her own life. She's a genius, she loves me and Charlie but Charlie was…" she looked down.

"Taken from her, which is why he never got the chance to know his sister. It will happen soon dear, Charlie will awaken and if he needs a place to stay away from the divorce and anything else he's going to be welcome back at the Burrow as are you and Angelique."

"Me and Angie?"

"Of course, and Remus too; I know I haven't gotten the chance to know any of you but I know for a fact that we can start. If it's alright with you and Angelique that is?"

"I…I can see." She didn't hate any of the Weasleys, except Ginevra but then again half the other students in Abbey's year hated her because she acted like a snob when she wasn't.

"Well no need to decide for today." Molly pulled out her wand and conjured a vase with flowers next to Charlie's bed. "Do you mind if I stay a while?"

"Not at all." Abbey pulled up another seat. "But you might want to tell Madame Pomfrey you're here." Molly nodded and left to the healer witch's office. Moments later she came back and pulled out a bag of cookies, freshly made from the smell.

"I made these earlier, do you want some?"

"Sure." Abbey took a bite of one and it was amazing, now she knew why Charlie loved Molly Weasley's cooking so much.

Down in the dungeons:

"Again…" Severus Snape stood in the far end of the room, hair a mess and drenched in sweat, wand out, deeply breathing, with a few cuts in his robes but none to his skin. Angelique stood on the other end looking the same, but at least her hair was tied back.

"Alright…Levicorpus!" she fired the spell but Severus deflected it. "Impedimenta!" Angelique's wand shot out the curse and it hung Severus upside down from the ceiling. "Gotcha." She smirked.

"Good, your speed is picking up again. Now let me down." She did so, but then cast a funny spell that turned his hair bright pink. "And so is your cunningness." He changed his hair back.

"I've learned from the best haven't I?"

"Who else could teach you such powerful spells? Not to mention who else could put up with your attitude and graceful serpent's tongue?" she turned into her cobra form and gave a happy hiss. "Turn back now; I think we've done enough for a break." Angelique did, but she sat down on the cold stone floor.

"That's quite a workout isn't it?" they were both exhausted, having practiced for two hours straight with no breaks.

"Indeed so, we can do another before bedtime. You've already completed your potions work, for now you just need to practice your dueling skills."

"I will do that then, and speaking of practice have you noticed how Umbridge's classes have been getting along?" Severus nodded.

"The old toad has been making them do desk work, orders of the Minister no doubt. I'm not sure how, but it seems she's doing a horrible job."

"She isn't teaching them the proper defense?"

"Afraid not, the students aren't getting their proper techniques or preparations for the real dark arts and it's upsetting the other professors and the headmaster."

"Why can't Dumbledore order her to teach properly?"

"The Minister has already declared everything that woman does is done with his permission. He won't budge on it." Angelique rolled her eyes.

"The old fool should be put down from his post." Fudge agitated everyone now; he was failing as a minister and making himself look worse and worse from before. It made her even angrier that the man was in league with James Potter who had been quiet for some time. After the whole fiasco with Lily Angelique had made it clear to Dumbledore and McGonagall that she and James weren't allowed near Charlie while he was recovering. If he wanted to see them when he was well again then fine, but right now it wasn't an option.

"I agree, but it won't happen unless the people revolt or unless he resigns." Severus produced two goblets of cold water. "Here." He handed her one and she drank it down flat. "How is Phantom?"

"She's doing fine, she's in my quarters but she has her toys and plenty of food and water plus newspapers until I return."

"Are you certain that's a good idea?"

"She is my familiar Severus; if anything dangerous happens she can come to me. I'll take her out during lunch."

"Alright then." Angelique took good care of Phantom just like she did Charlie, the puppy just loved her to no end and she even liked Severus.

"Shall we continue?" she put the goblet down on the table in the corner.

"No…that's enough for now and I have more essays to grade." Angelique sniggered.

"First year Hufflepuffs? It won't take too long for you…" Severus had very high expectations for his students, and while some could reach that point others could barely get halfway to it with his strict teachings. Though as of right now, Severus looked like a saint compared to Umbridge, or maybe not exactly.

"Indeed, gives me more time to plan the next lesson."

'More like a torture lecture.' Angelique smiled.

"Do you wish to go visit your brother?"

"Yes, if you'll let me."

"Go on, I will accompany you." Severus never said it, but he too worried about Charlie because he would watch Angelique with him. He hated the boy's arrogance, but he knew that was due to his father's poor parenting.

While Angelique and Severus walked through the hallway, Ronald Weasley came running up to them just as they turned into the hall going towards the Hospital Wing.

"Weasley you'd best have a good explanation for running in the corridors or I'll see you in detention tonight." The boy panted a few times, but stared at Angelique.

"You have to hurry; Fudge and Umbridge are in the wing with Black and several healers from St. Mungo's. They want to take Charlie away from here." Angelique ran past him and into the wing where Charlie's bed was surrounded by people in white.

"GET AWAY FROM HIM!" she used her wandless magic to spell the healers away. "What's the meaning of this?" she stood in front of Charlie's bed facing the minister and Umbridge. Dumbledore was there too, but he wasn't happy.

"Ms. Potter these healers are here to take Mr. Potter to a real hospital, where he will receive the upmost care far better than what he could receive here." Fudge said.

"And what gives you the right to say he has to go? I, along with Madame Pomfrey, am his primary caretaker therefore you have to speak to her and myself on the matter of him being transported."

"Or we could speak to his guardian and that is Mr. Black here." Umbridge seemed like she was having a field day.

"You…" Angelique stared at Black. "You're doing this?"

"He needs proper care Angelique, surely you can agree with that?"

"He is getting proper care from me, his core almost died and only I could fix it. No healer other than Poppy can do what I haven't."

"You healed it though didn't you? So he can get more care at St. Mungo's."

"Sirius!" Abbey ran into the room with Ron behind her. "What are you doing? You can't take Charlie away from here!"

"Abigail I'm doing what's best for him, until the divorce is settled I am Charlie's current guardian and I say he's going to St. Mungo's." that time Severus stepped forward, but Dumbledore spoke first.

"You can't do this Sirius, if you take Charlie away from Angelique his core could be damaged further. The magical bond between twins is dangerously close, without feeling Angelique nearby it will make his core stretch and likely split but with her close to him he will heal faster and better as he is right now." Sirius seemed amazed; he clearly knew nothing of this.

"Was this your idea Fudge?" Angelique glared darkly. "Is this some ruse for blackmail? If I don't do as you say you'll take my brother and then my sister?" Fudge looked offended.

"How dare you suggest such a thing?! I am only acting on…"

"Oh really? You had to come down here yourself for a mere patient? A boy your office has scandalized since you found out the truth and now you want glory for trying to play hero?"

"Angelique…" Severus touched her shoulder. "Black, did Fudge give you the idea to take your godson away?" Sirius looked ready to shout but right then and there Phantom appeared with a slight pop and stood by Angelique.

"Phantom, down." The puppy growled at Sirius and the two Ministry officials.

"Minister I warned you this would happen." Poppy spoke. "Mr. Potter cannot leave here unless you wish to turn him squib or worse kill him. Believe me if something happens to the boy, it's on you."

"It doesn't matter." Angelique began to focus all her magic, and around Charlie's bed a shield erected. "No one is going to take him from me again, and no one is going to hurt him again."

"Ms. Potter we are only doing…" Umbridge started.

"YOU ARE NOT TAKING HIM!" she shouted so loud the windows cracked. "And you…!" she turned to Sirius. "How dare you show your face here! You are no different from James and Lily!"

"What…?" Sirius was afraid now, but everyone else besides him, Fudge, Umbridge, and the other healers weren't.

"You didn't bother to see if he was hurting all summer long! You left him alone in your house when he needed someone there for him! Yes I wasn't there either, but I was grieving and weak myself but now that I have my brother back he is staying with me until he recovers."

"But you…"

"Black." Severus stepped forward. "Are you truly as dumb as you seem? Do you think you're doing the right thing or is this just some way to make you feel better?"

"Shut it Snivellus! I am…" Sirius was flown back into the wall, but this time it wasn't Angelique's magic.

"Leave Professor Snape alone!" Abbey's wand was out. "Just go away Sirius, leave us all alone. You've done enough damage as it is." Abbey went and stood by Angelique.

"No…no I just…"

"Get. Out. Get out now, and don't you dare come back!" Angelique snarled and her magic began to react again, but this time Sirius backed down. He turned to Fudge and the healer.

"He stays, end of discussion."

"Mr. Black you can't just…"

"I said he stays!" Fudge stepped back. "See you at work." With that Sirius left and the healers went with him, all purely terrified of Angelique. Fudge now wanted to likely arrest Angelique for assault, but thankfully Dumbledore got between them.

"If you try to charge her Cornelius it won't stick, no true crimes have been committed. Therefore you must leave before rumors spread." Fudge said nothing else as he stormed out of the wing with Umbridge in tow. Angelique let the shield down so Poppy could check on Charlie, but Ron looked to Dumbledore. "I'll take care of them, you lot can handle the rest I'm sure." Dumbledore was mad alright, but he needed to deal with the Ministry.

"How in the hell did they find out about Charlie's core?" Angelique looked to Poppy.

"Umbridge, she came in the other day asking about his condition and I had no choice but to tell her. I'm sorry Angelique, I tried to stop them."

"It's fine; he's not going anywhere as long as I'm here. Abbey…"

"Yes?"

"Thanks for your help." Phantom licked Abbey's leg and the younger girl giggled.

"You're welcome sis." They hugged a moment. "Molly Weasley came by earlier, she seemed really worried about Charlie and us."

"She did?"

"Yeah, mum's been mad at James and Lily for being such lousy parents. If anything she wants custody of Charlie and Abigail but she won't push unless they want it." Angelique suspected Molly Weasley would be around; the woman wasn't all that bad hell she had seven kids and she knew how to care for and love them all. "She wants to see you sometime Angelique, if that's alright?"

"That's for another time; right now I must focus on Charlie's health." She lifted Phantom into her arms, the puppy knew when there was danger, just like she'd said.

"He'll be fine for a while dear; you can help me bathe him tonight." Poppy straightened the blankets on Charlie's bed.

"Thank you, I'll be here."

"Angelique." Severus spoke up. "I'll meet you for training after dinner, but after you visit your brother again."

"Thank you sir." Phantom yipped at him.

"I must get back, stay if you wish." Severus left the three teens alone with Poppy, but Ron stepped closer to Angelique.

"You were amazing out there."

"Thanks, but don't get any ideas."

"I won't, now I need to tell you something, or better yet I think I need to warn you."

"On?" Ron leaned in to whisper in her ear.

"I'm sure you can handle him yourself, but just so you know Cormac McLaggen is out for you." Angelique didn't feel threatened, but rumor about McLaggen was that he was the flirt of Gryffindor in his year. He was a disgusting little whelp, far too immature for Angelique's taste.

"Well I'm not worried, but thank you for the heads up."

"Yeah, and also Umbridge's classes are getting tougher. She's been giving weird detentions, but all the students she's had in them won't talk." That was suspicious.

"Does Dumbledore know?" Ron shrugged. "Does McGonagall know?"

"I think she does, but Umbridge isn't listening to anyone but herself and Fudge."

"Alright, I'll look into it but you'd best keep it down unless something happens. Understood?"

"Yeah, my brothers are doing the same though those prank candies of theirs are huge hits." Angelique just smirked.

"I like those two, they can certainly get good laughs anywhere." Phantom leaned up to Angelique's face and licked her cheek, but just as Angelique was about to ask Poppy about Charlie's growing health she heard a groan from the boy on the bed.

"A…Angelique…?"

Sorry about the cliffy, I hate them too believe me. Also I wanted to have the whole scene with Sirius getting nailed in another chapter, seeing as I'm not done with him being a fool yet.

Is Charlie really waking up or is he calling his sister in his sleep? If he wakes is he going to tell Angelique everything about his abuse or will he just lock himself away again? Is Angelique going to find out about Umbridge's detention torture, or is Abbey going to do it for her and wind up biting more than she can chew? Will James show up? Is Cormac going to try and pursue Angelique?
