I've fixed the mistakes now! And thank you to those who found mistakes in grammar for this chapter! Further more to reply to a review, I know that there are certain technologies/foods/etc. that wouldn't exist within the story's time period, but I am trying to make it my own thing...But onward we go! :)

Terra: 26 (Which I found funny since it's also chapter 26...)

Chapter 26
Three years later...
"...It has just been a long three years my dear journal, but only a few days since I have last penned upon your crème colored pages. Of course the journaling book that my sisters gave me all those years ago has long been out of circulation. It sits with the countless other books that I have written in, creating a small library of their own on the mahogany bookshelf that now sits where my desk used to...However, that desk has been in my study for these past three years...And I highly doubt if you had a voice, you wouldn't appreciate me talking about furniture. So onward to more interesting things..."
"...Hans has written and visited a few times. Although I must admit, it's been far less than I would like. Only about two or three physical visits. I have been trying for almost five years to sort out my feelings since I met him and I finally have. I just hope the words I give him will be the right ones. It seems as though it should not have taken this long, but one thing happened after another...So here we are...It's been rather odd watching my sisters grow up. I can't believe it. It feels as though yesterday, they had baby wisps of hair and chased me down the halls...Actually, Anna still does that. Out of all three of us, I believe that she will always remain bright and cheerful as a young child. Elsa has become the distinguished quiet one...I will be...I will be the queenly one as of tomorrow. Of course this means I must be refined and act properly and with a bit of stoicism...And hopefully I will not be as clumsy as I have been over the years, especially tomorrow..."
"Elsa has begun to worry me...Or I should say has worried me since two years ago. Slowly, she has stopped hugging me, although I can coax one out of her every now and again. I still help her practice her with her powers as much as she allows. However, I've noticed that as she gets older, it gets harder for her. I wish I could find the key to help her...Then maybe Anna can be on the receiving end of Elsa's hugs too."
"Anna has had a good life or I would hope she has. She often has told me so, but I still see a small pool of sadness deep in her blue eyes, just like Elsa's. That she longs to know why Elsa has pretty much broken contact with her except for meals or holiday gatherings like Giving of Thanks or Christmas."
"...However, not all things have been sad. We come to remember our parents in a different light. A happier one. On the anniversary though, Anna and I visit their graves, placing the Crocus flowers there. I do know that Elsa goes with Kai, even though she tells me otherwise. The girls birthdays have gotten better and smoother and though "blondie" would never admit it openly or without her patented smirk, she is somewhat excited about tomorrow. Although, she has voiced her opinions about having an escort, which I knew that she would, but I have a surprise for her and so does Anna. I have a feeling that things are going to change soon. I can't wait to see-"
Knock. Knock. Knock.Terra hears a knock as her sheer curtains flutter about lightly from a summer breeze passing through her open balcony doors, night sky accompanying the worlds light breath. She adjusted herself in her seat, lightly making sure there were no stray hairs as she sported the updo her mother usually did or used to rather. The young woman scooted her chair in closer to her tea table and finally spoke.
"Come in." She then went back to scribbling in her journal, jotting down her final thoughts as the person who knocked stepped inside and closed the door behind themselves. Terra looked up and smiled lightly, setting her quill in her journal and closing the small book, setting it aside.
"Well look at you Elsa. Don't you look lovely." The older girl said, taking note of the royal blue dress Elsa was wearing, very similar to the dress their mother had worn on the day they had left; white gloves accompanying it. Elsa's pale cheeks turned a bright pink. "Have a seat." Terra said gesturing to the empty chair on the other side of the table.
"Thank you." Elsa said, bowing her head slightly. "You needed to see me?" Terra nodded and got up, walking to her bookshelf opposite of her journal bookshelf, pulling out a green book, beginning to flip through pages, stopping when she found what she was looking for.
"Yes," Terra pushed her glasses back onto the bridge of her nose. "As you know the King or Queen appoints an escort to the child that is coming of age."
"Oh...right..." Elsa turned a deeper pink as she became uncomfortable with the idea of being so near a boy. They made her nervous and downright shier than she already was. She watched as her sister pulled her chair closer to her own and set the book she had in hand, in front of her. "What's this?"
"Read this part if you please. Out loud." Elsa did as her eldest sister wished. Terra crossed her arms and waited for the realization to hit her younger sister.
"...In tradition, the King or Queen must appoint an escort to the child that is coming of age upon their twenty and first birthday. This escort can be chosen from the neighboring kingdoms of Arendelle or those closely associated with trade."
"...There are other appointing methods as well. In the event that the King or Queen do not wish to take such a drastic method, choosing from another kingdom, they may choose from their own, provided the escort or escortess is dressed proper, had the proper courses, etc."
"...The final method is this: In the event that the escort is not agreed upon by the King or Queen, there is allotment for substitution at the choosing of the child who is coming of age as to avoid confusion among guests and family. However, an escort or escortess must be chosen..." Elsa finished reading and looked up at Terra with wide eyes. Was her sister saying what she thought she was? Did she purposefully do this? She was going to find out.
"Wh-what are you saying?" Terra sat up straight, smiling as she folded her hands, setting them on the tea table.
"What I am saying is, a King and Queen is not present and there is no one that the Regent and I have agreed upon. Be it in the other kingdoms or in ours alone. It is far too late for an escort from Arendelle to take the classes for what he is supposed to do...So that leaves only one option." She gave Elsa a wink and watched as a smile began to form on her little sisters face. It was almost as if the blonde couldn't sit still. She couldn't believe that her sister had put off finding her an escort on purpose or disagreed with Regent Lucius on purpose so that the last option would be only option. Terra had taken into account how uncomfortable she was with people.
Terra was surprised when Elsa stood up quickly and leaned over, hugging her around the neck. Elsa surprised herself, but for the moment she didn't care. She nuzzled her head against the side of Terra's neck and felt the slight warmth from Terra's arms as they wrapped around her middle.
"...Thank you..." She whispered.
"It was nothing Elizabeth..." Terra replied closing her eyes and giving into a soft smile. Elsa soon stood up, her hands folded in front of her. "However Elsa, you still have to-"
"Would you do it?"
"Well that was fast." The older girl said giving into a few chuckles, now standing as well. Elsa had gotten about a head taller, but Terra was still the tallest of the three sisters. 5'7'' and 5'8'' when in heels. "I'd have to think about it..." She watched as Elsa almost began to deflate. "Of course I will." Elsa brightened up again. "Although, I'm afraid my guest talk will be pretty boring...Mostly business..."
"I don't care. As long as I don't have to be around boys, I will be right as rain." Terra laughed again, briefly patting Elsa on the back.
"That's that then...Now, let's go see what Anna wanted. I believe she's in the den."
Terra finished tucking Anna in after the family festivities ended. The copper headed, eighteen year old had put together a small, surprise birthday gathering for Elsa. Even Kai and Gerda had been there and they all gave the twenty year old some small gifts and shared chocolate cake. Oh how they, the three siblings, all still loved chocolate. Though Elsa smiled, Terra couldn't help but feel that Elsa wanted to do more than just smile. It was almost as if she wanted to shout from the rooftops. The oldest girl peeked back inside Elsa's room and she had fallen fast asleep and oddly enough, with the gifts she had received.
From Kai and Gerda, it was a snow globe with mountains and a beautiful shimmering lake. From Anna, a handmade, blue beaded bracelet with sparkling white snowflake charms. Terra couldn't help chuckle at the irony. Also clutched in the blonde's arms was the new book Terra had found for her. A snow building anthology. Elsa gleamed at each gift she had opened and the oldest girl was glad to have made a new memory with her friends and her sisters. Each step was one closer to rebuilding a long lost bridge that started slowly deteriorating almost thirteen years ago.
The older girl gave into a sigh and closed the familiar white and blue designed door. She began making her way to her room, but continued on passed it. There was no way she could sleep yet, she wasn't tired. However, the final preparations for Elsa's party and her coronation couldn't be done until tomorrow morning. Terra decided to make a run to the kitchens and have some tea, maybe that would relax her nerves.
"...I was wondering how long it would take you to come here..." Terra hears as she enters the kitchen to see Gerda pulling a tea kettle off the stove, tea bag strings hanging out of tea cups on the servant table in the corner. The girl smiles and makes her way over to the table, sitting down just as Gerda began to pour the hot water in the teacups. Terra began to fiddle with her teabag, causing the water to slowly turn brown. Gerda set down the kettle and then began working on her tea, sitting across from Terra.
"You know me too well now Gerda." The woman hum-laughs, kindness in her eyes.
"Yes well, I have been taking care of you since you were born. I think I have had quite a bit of time." Terra laughs and nods in agreement, blowing on her tea before taking a sip. "So, are you nervous about tomorrow Miss?" The girl sets her cup and saucer back on the table and exhales deeply.
"You have no idea. I don't know who I'm more nervous for. Me or Elsa."
"Miss Elsa will do just fine and so will you." Terra bites her bottom lip nervously. Gerda raises an eyebrow. "Do you wish to tell me something Miss?" The woman takes a long drink of her tea.
"It's not just her Coming of Age party or the Coronation that has had me frazzled this week Gerda. I mean, besides the constant fumbling of the decorations, the cake, the food, and other copious amounts of mistakes...I..." the girl pauses. "I'm going to take another big step and I just am hoping it doesn't back fire." She watches as a small glow begins to take hold of Gerda's eyes, a smile forming on the woman's lips.
"And what exactly might that be Miss Terra?" The young woman before her begins to blush deeply, but a coy, toothy grin appears upon her face. This brings a motherly warmth into Gerda's heart.
"As you know for the longest time I have struggled with maintaining different aspects of my life ...Well, I feel that I have a better handle on things now thanks to Regent Lucius and his teachings. It makes it easier that Elsa has graduated from school and Anna is the only one who has yet to do so, but I digress. I am going to speak with Prince Westerguard tomorrow..." Gerda waits patiently for the girl to continue. "I am going to tell him that..." Terra takes a deep breath, feeling her face is on fire. "I am going to tell him that I love him and if he will still have me, I accept his proposal."
Almost in an instant, Gerda was out of her chair, hugging Terra tightly in excitement. Terra just laughed, knowing that it was highly improper for the servants to display such affection, but Gerda and Kai were like family to her and her sisters. What made this even funnier, is Gerda almost seemed to know exactly what the High Princess had been thinking. She quickly let go of the girl and sat back in her seat, her face practically purple.
"I am so sorry Miss. That was highly inappropriate of-" Terra waved a hand and smiled at her friend.
"No worries Gerda. You and Kai are like family. It's quite alright...And I suppose, it is something to celebrate." the girl stated just before taking another drink of her tea, finishing off her drink.
"To think, you are going to be Queen tomorrow, Elsa will be 21, and there could be an engagement in the mix!" Gerda said happily. Terra got up and put her teacup in the sink, then turned back to Gerda.
"Yes, well...we shall see. Goodnight Gerda, see you in the morning."
"Goodnight Miss Terra."
Elsa couldn't help but feel nervous as she finished readying herself the next morning. However, she had to admit, the gown Terra helped the seamstress design was absolutely stunning. It fit in all the right places and the cloak felt like a comfortable shield that would guard her from unwanted gazes. The blonde also did her hair in similar form that her mother used to. The girl wondered what her sister's gowns looked like. Terra had told both her and Anna that they were not to see each others gowns until her [Elsa's] birthday / Coronation day. She smiled as she thought back to a few months ago to one of the conversations about the dresses.
"It's a surprise. I promise you will like them. They suit your personalities quite well." Terra told Anna as she drew in her sketch pad at breakfast. She was working some last minute additions and touches to the gown designs at the suggestion of the seamstress on call.
'Not even a tiny peek?' Anna had asked.
'Don't even think about it Anna.' Elsa stated flatly. Anna looked over at her with an eyebrow raised.
"What?"
"Every time you say that, I always hear spoilers. Just this once, please. No spoilers. No peeking. Let it be an actual surprise." Anna sighed and Terra smiled as she continued her drawing.
"Well put Elsa. Well put." Anna sighed once again, crossing her arm, and rolled her eyes, pouting.
"Fine. I won't peek."
Elsa looked at herself some more in the mirror and saw something was missing. There were no gloves to go with her gown and her heart began to race slightly. She swallowed hard as small flurries started to appear. The girl went to her dresser and slid on her familiar white gloves and the tightness of the fabric helped to sooth her. Soon, the flurries went away and she sighed, feeling a bit calmer now. Her thoughts fluttered about aimlessly until her brain picked out one thing. Maybe she should practice more for the ceremony today for her coming of age and Terra's coronation...Or should she say Theresa?
It was a funny thing really. That was the one thing she had overheard Terra and the Regent discussing one day. Whether or not she should be called Queen Terra or Theresa. It had been unanimous Elsa assumed. She could almost hear Terra's arguments and reasoning for being called Theresa. It was more fulfilling for the title, the people would be more comfortable with it, etc. The Regent reasoning other things why her name really wouldn't matter, as long as she was okay with it. Elsa came out of her thoughts and opened the door in time to hear someone singing as they were coming down the hall.
"The window is open, so's that door! I didn't know they did that anymore! " Elsa's eyes widened as she saw a blur of pinned up strawberry-blonde hair and black and green fabric fly past her door towards the steps. There was only one person she knew who would have made up a song just for this day or any other day. She smiled, but there was a slight knot in her chest as she couldn't help but feel slightly responsible for the gates being closed so long. Elsa took a deep breath and headed down the hall in the opposite direction that Anna had went, going towards the wing of the castle that housed her father's old stateroom.
Anna hummed merrily along the halls, her face accompanied by the biggest smile she has had in years. It was Elsa's birthday today! And Terra's Coronation! In other words, a day full of festivities and partying and dancing. The eighteen year old was even more excited because this was also her year. She would finally be of age to stay at such a party! Anna spun around, releasing more of her excitement. However, she didn't realize that she would stumble into her sister Terra. Terra cried out falling to the ground, dropping her clipboard and ink filled quill. Her glasses were also a tad askew as a result of the fall.
"Anna..." She said firmly as one of the servants helped the future Queen stand up, another servant picking up Terra's clipboard and quill. Anna just giggled at how Terra's glasses looked before she fixed them.
"Your Highness." The servant said as she handed Terra her clipboard and pen. The older girl curtseyed and the servant bowed her head before running off to finish preparations.
"Thank you..." Terra looks over Anna, seeing she is in her coronation day gown and everything is in order. "I see that you are already dressed. I'll take that as a good sign." She tells her sister as they begin walking down the hall, Terra flipping through her papers.
"Yes and I see youuuu are too!" Anna says quickly taking one of Terra's hands and spinning her around, looking at her sisters dress. Her sister's dress was absolutely lovely. It consisted of a deep, royal purple as the main color, the skirt pleated like her own dress and printing at the bottom. The upper part of Terra's dress was a tight fitting bodice with Rosmaling print as well, over a high collared black under-dress. She also donned a long, deep maroon colored cape that was pinned to her shoulders. Terra caught her balance, her stomach still flipping about.
"...Not lacking energy either..." Terra said with a smile, marking something down on her papers. Anna looked at what Terra was holding, seeing a list with check boxes and Terra's flawless cursive scrawl. The young girl moved to where she could see the papers more properly as she was shorter than Elsa and Terra. She had taken after her mother in that respect while her older sisters took after their father's height.
"What are you working on Terra?" Terra adjusted her glasses and looked up to see servants coming out of the storage room with plates in their hand. She began to count in her mind as each servant passed her with stacks of plates in their hands, but answered Anna's question.
"I'm going over last minute preparations for today...1,000...2,000..." Anna raised an eyebrow as her sister counted.
"How many plates do we need...I mean have?" Terra continued to count, not wanting to tell her sister exactly.
"I'm not telling you. Knowing you Annabelle, you would make a song lyric out of it..." Anna felt her cheeks flame up at Terra's teasing. Terra looked at her younger sister and chuckled seeing her pink, freckled cheeks.
"I would not...Just tell me. How many plates?" Terra rolled her eyes, finishing the last bit of counting and marked off plate count on her papers. She turned to Anna, holding her clipboard delicately in front of her.
"Alright, if you promise not to sing about it. About 8,000 plates. We have several courses planned out for the guests for today and desert included. A five tiered cake, light purple royal icing. Chocolate cake at the choice of Elsa..." Terra winked at Anna and the younger girl smiled. "And small chocolates too." It was then the older girl saw a slight twinkle in Anna's eyes and she narrowed her own eyes at her younger sister and pointed at her. "Don't you go getting any ideas. Stay out of the chocolates Anna. And don't mess up that cake!" Anna put her hands up defensively, still smiling.
"I won't. I won't...8,000 plates huh?" She pauses and then gets excited, grabbing one of Terra's hands. "Can I go outside? Like outside the gates without an escort!?" Terra laughed, eventually getting her left hand out of Anna's tight grip, shaking it out to rid herself out of the brief pain.
"Yes. Yes you can. They should be opened soon, so be patient. However, this time, don't get your dress dirty. We don't need a repeat of the pie incident from last week when my personal guard, Samuel, took you to market for me." Anna's face turned red.
"I was just trying to help that little boy get his pet pig back..." Terra gave her sister a grand smile and nodded.
"I know. Now be off with you, go enjoy the sun Anna. Don't be late to the church." She gave her sister a hug and then watched as Anna ran off towards the banister. Her heart practically leapt into her throat as she knew what Anna was going to do. However, she didn't slide down the banister until after she sang:
"Who knew we owned 8,000 salad plates!?" Terra rolled her eyes and laughed to herself as she looked back down at her clipboard. Almost everything was ready, save for a few things still on her check list. Before she was able to head down the stairs where Anna had just slid down the banister a few minutes ago, she was stopped before Gerda and Kai who had just come up the steps.
"Miss Terra," Kai started, giving her a small bow. Gerda followed suit and Terra returned the gesture with a slight curtsey.
"Good morning." She told them. "Is something wrong?"
"No miss. We just wanted to speak with you before the ceremony."
"Oh?" Terra raised an eyebrow. Kai smiled.
"Yes. We want to take over the last minute preparations. You need to take a break. You have been running about all week." Gerda nods.
"Helping finish the girls dresses, decorations, the banners around the castle and town..." Terra laughed.
"I suppose I have. But I'm-" She feels Kai take her clipboard and quill before she can say much of anything else. The matron took Terra's reading glasses off her face. "Hey!"
"Miss, you deserve a few minutes to prepare yourself and to help Miss Elsa." Gerda points out. Maybe the matron was right. Terra sighs.
"Well, if you two are alright to take over..."Both of them nodded, a smile upon their faces. However, Terra was still a little reluctant in relinquishing her duties. "But maybe I should check on-" Kai shook his head.
"Princess, don't worry. We will take care of it. We are here to help just as we helped your parents." the girl gave into a defeated sigh, but then hugged her friends. "And don't worry, the Regent will be there at the ceremony...Tis sad though that he intends to retire to only doing Ice Harvesting after you are crowned Queen..." The last part Kai said mostly to himself.
"Thank you so much for these past few years. I don't know what I would have done without you." She let them go and they both nodded once again in thanks for the compliment.
"Alright then, now go. From what I heard, Elsa went to your father's old stateroom. She is nervous I think about today." Gerda told her and she nodded, making her way to the wing of the castle Elsa would be in. Gerda and Kai looked at one another, pleased they had stopped Terra from going downstairs. Kai sighed with relief.
"Do you think we did the right thing?" He asked Gerda, his brow knit in slight worry. Gerda laughed slightly.
"I think so. Had she seen that Anna ate some of the chocolates and tossed a statue head on top of Elsa's birthday cake, I don't think she would have kept from passing out." Kai laughed himself now as they headed downstairs to take care of the last bit of preparations and to fix Anna's small blunderings.
Terra now arrived at her father's old stateroom. The room where he sometimes would escape to read or be alone and think. Her mind began to think back to a memory, a memory that happened to be one of her favorites.
Knock. Knock. Knock.
"Come in..." A voice said, sounding a little tired. An eighteen year old Terra stepped inside her father's stateroom, seeing him sitting in his favorite high back chair. It was green and plush, elegant mahogany wood trim and feet. She was nervous, not sure what to say to her father.
"H-Hi papa..." She said to him, her eyes glancing at the painting of him on the back wall. He was standing firm, holding the orb and scepter during his own coronation so many years ago. The girl then turned her eyes back to her father, who was now sitting up a bit straighter in his chair, elbow on his knees. He looked over at her, a small smile on his face, his green-blue eyes reflecting Terra's own.
"Hello Theresa. What brings you here?" She walked closer to her father, kneeling down at his feet.
"I just wanted to let you know, that I'm doing okay. It's not your fault papa. I let James go because I wanted to." She sees a small frown form on his face. The girl takes one of her fathers hands in her own, holding it tightly.
"I can't help feeling though, my sweet, that I forced you to decide too quickly." Her gaze flutters to the ground. Her chest tightens from small bits of hurt. While it was true, she was also telling the truth. The words finally came to her among the silence between the two.
"I think that you were just worried I would get hurt. I may have had to decide quickly, but I couldn't have left you or mama or the girls. I may have come to love James in this short time, but..." She pauses, a lump forming in her throat. "If I couldn't see you every day, I would be worse off living a new life than getting to cherish the one I have with my family. I will find love again...At least I hope I will." She watches a few tears form in her father's eyes, a smile replacing the frown upon his face.
"I don't know where you got that wisdom from." She gets up quickly and wraps her arms around her fathers neck, holding onto him tightly. The girl feels her father return the hug and his hot breath cascades into her hair as he speaks. "You will find love again. I promise. I am sorry...Do you forgive me?" Terra lets her father go and places a hand on his shoulder.
"Of course I do. You supply me with chocolates, how could I not?" She smiles and her heart jumps about as she listens to her father's golden laughter fill the room. He takes his daughter into his lap like when she was little and he looked out his bay windows, the sun beginning to set and change colors in the sky.
"Why don't you stay with me and watch the sunset? Until dinner?" Terra smiled, leaning back against her father, resting her head on his shoulder. She feels him lay the side of his face on the top of her head.
"Of course."
The girls thought is soon interrupted by someone's voice inside the room. A soft and shy voice that was all too familiar. The door that led inside was cracked and for a moment, Terra stood outside and listened to what Elsa was saying.
"...Don't let them in...Don't let them see..." the girl paused, her heart racing. "Be the good girl Terra wants you to be...You can do this..." Elsa lets out a shuddering breath. Terra watches through the small crack as Elsa goes over to the table in front of her father's painting, taking off her familiar white gloves and picking up a candlestick and small ornamental orb-like box, mimicking what she would have to do during the ceremony.
"...Conceal don't feel, put on a show..." She watches as Elsa's hands shake slightly, ice beginning to creep along the candlestick and orb-like box. "...Make one wrong move and then everyone will know..." Terra frowns deeply as she hears Elsa gasp and sees her sisters ice has almost completely covered the candlestick and orb. It was then the older girl decided to step inside, but not before knocking. Knock. Knock. Knock.
"Anybody in here..." the older girl asked rhetorically, stepping inside. She see Elsa sliding on her familiar white gloves, her cheeks red. Terra smiles lightly at her and Elsa's voice cracks as she speaks.
"H-how much did y-you hear?"
"I won't lie to you. I heard pretty much everything...While I do want you to be good Elsa, you are allowed to be yourself." She watches as her young sibling wrings her hands together several times. "How are you feeling?"
"Nervous. Beyond all measure Terra. What if I mess up? What if I reveal my powers? What if I hurt someone?" Terra watches as snowflakes form around Elsa, her unsteadiness even more apparent. The older girl walks over to her sister, placing a hand on her shoulder, but Elsa jerks away. "I don't want to hurt you." Elsa then feels slightly guilty for the hurt look on her older siblings face. Terra sighs and does her best to smile, the words flowing out in the proper way.
"See, it's like I've always said. You are no monster. A monster wouldn't care about hurting people...But Elsa, another thing to remember is, it's only for today." She watches as the snowflakes slowly disappear and a weight seems to melt away from the blonde girl in front of her. "You look beautiful Elsa. The gown looks wonderful." She watches her sister blush, but for the first time in a long while, a genuine smile forms.
"Thank you. I like yours too."
"Thank you..." Elsa watches as Terra studies her for a moment, a finger on her chin.
"What is it?"
"I think that there is something missing from your outfit...But I can't quite put my finger on it..." Elsa watches as Terra pulls a white box from behind her back where her left hand has been hidden. "I think that this might be the final touch."
"But you already gave me a birthday present last night." Elsa says, tentatively taking the box, beginning to open it.
"Well, what's one more? And don't be upset about it, I just thought it might make you more comfortable." Elsa sets the box lid down on the table where the candlestick was. Then she flips through countless pieces of tissue paper, revealing turquoise, velvet gloves. Terra watches her sister's blue eyes seem to glow and glaze over with a few happy tears. Elsa pulls out the gloves and sets the empty box on the table. Soon she has replaced her white ones with the new ones Terra has given her.
"Th-they're beautiful!" Terra watches as Elsa studies them, fingering the designs. "Where in Arendelle did you get these?"
"I made them." Elsa's eyes widen as she looks up at Terra. The older girl laughs and begins to explain. "The embroidery designs were the hardest to sew since I was doing it by hand, but after years of having to fix Anna's dresses from her...how shall I put it..."adventures", I thought I could give it a try. Making something I mean, without the help of a seamstress." And for the first time in forever, or more like two and half years, Elsa hugged Terra without any reservation.
"Thank you so much." Terra hugged her sister back, a few tears in her own eyes. "...It's just been agony to wait..." Terra knew what her younger sister meant and did her best to comfort her.
"You're welcome. Just remember to take them off when holding the orb and scepter...I know, but just remember, like I said before, it's only for today Elsa." She let Elsa go after a moment and the girl nodded in remembrance. "And if you don't mind, I am going to borrow your white gloves for today." The blonde shook her head. "Alright then, let's get this day started. Would you like to do the honors or shall I?" The older girl says, pulling on the white gloves. Elsa smiled and nodded. Terra opened the door of the stateroom, revealing a few servants in the hall. Elsa took a deep breath and spoke aloud.
"Tell the guards to open up the gate!"
Aah! The Coronation and party is coming up soon! I'm excited because...Actually, I probably shouldn't say since I don't want to give everything away! I can't wait to sit down and get these chapters written and see where the story goes. I hope that everything was likeable enough with these and I will see you in a months time!
[Terra's dress is a combination of Elsa's dress and Anna's. Top=Elsa's, Bottom=Anna's. Representative of the bridge between the siblings.]
[There were also two Dr. Who references for those who also love the show like me. Hans' ship in the last chapter was called the 'Tardisian' and Elsa in her flashback said 'No spoilers.' Yay Dr. Who!]
Anyway, if you ever have any questions, just let me know I will do my best to answer them! As well as add those points into the story because I probably forgot to explain it and just didn't notice! Thanks once to all again! I love hearing from you! :)
Oh! And, new cover art for the story will be coming soon within the next chapter or so! Can't wait to upload it. :D
