It was around two weeks later and both Nikki and Lorraine were at home, they had been sharing the girls looking after them together and feeding each one of them. They were more loved up than ever.
"Lo, what would you say to me if I asked if I could go back to work tomorrow part time?"
"im not gonna stop you I know how much that job means to you sweetheart" Lorriane sighed
Nikki nodded
"Just promise me you wont over do it"
"I promise…our baby girls eh…were a family" Nikki smiled putting an arm around her wife
"there gorgeous…Charlotte and Evangeline" Lorraine smiled
"Next up is the in-laws" Nikki said
"Well as you know, my mother died when I was young…Dads still alive but he resents me…we will have to tell him about us and the girls"
"you mean he doesn't know about me?"
"no he doesn't erm agree with it, but I don't care its my choice"
Nikki smiled "My mum and dad are lovely, my dad doesn't agree with it either, he knows im a lesbian, I kinda walked out at 21 shouting I can shag who I bloody well want" Nikki laughed
Lorraine laughed with her
"we need to face them…I think nows better than never, now there grandparents" Nikki smiled
"yeah I agree"
they shared a brief kiss before the girls started crying obviously tired. Lorriane and Nikki both smiled scooping each girl up and taking them upstairs to bed.
