Here's the next chapter, I was trying it in a new point of view so i really hope it :) Please review
Sean Kelly's POV.
Everything was going to plan. I got the girl. The trap was set. Now all was needed was the main act of the show, the whole reason I am forced to take such…drastic actions. Fabian Kosowski.
The man locked away my friends, my family, all put behind bars because of him. He took away all I cared about, nearly locking me away with him. If it wasn't for a faulty cell lock and a few vulnerable prison guards, he may have succeeded. Kosowski isn't as smooth as he makes out. Especially now I've taken away something he cares about; it's a simple 'eye for an eye' solution, except this time, I have the upper hand.
Who knew, little Alaska's soulfinder would turn out to be a Benedict. Not just any Benedict either, a smart one. I remember when Yves was a kid, my father kept many files on what each of the Benedict's did so we could work out which was most useful. It some ways, I am being merciful. I will not kill Fabian Kosowski, or Matthew Benedict. Instead they will be brainwashed to work for me, yet on the inside they will be completely themselves. They will watch in horror as they have no choice but to do what I tell them. I took a couple of years to track down a savant who could do such a thing, but luckily, I found one. Needless to say, Alaska may not have the same fate, depending on how cooperative her father and soulfinder are. One wrong move and I will have no problem in ordering her death. Such a shame though…a waste of a beautiful face.
'Get up of the floor, Alaska. We're going out.' I say, turning to the young girl who had curled up in a small ball as far away from everyone as possible.
'Where?' She asked.
'Dinner? You must be hungry mustn't you? It was a long journey after all. And we still have time to spend before Fabian and Matt arrive.'
'I'm not hungry.' She replied and turned away.
I stood up and walked towards her, feeling empowered by how small she was compared to my height. I gripped my arm tightly around her upper-arm.
'Remember whose hands your life lies within, Alaska.' I hiss harshly, forcing her to her feet. I hate being turned down.
Realising she didn't have a choice, Alaska reluctantly got to her feet. I signalled for one of my men to come with us…just a precautionary back-up.
'Get in the car.' I grumbled as one of the men took her outside.
'Watch him. If he moves, kill him.' I said to the other guard, and then gave Billy a hard look. He really was a gutless man. He's practically scared of his own shadow. I wouldn't have to worry about him.
After I got in the car, I ordered the driver to make a stop in the main city high street first and then instructed the guard to compel Alaska.
'If you try to escape or tell anyone of this plan, I want you to kill yourself.' The guard said to Alaska, compelling her with his savant power.
'I won't escape.' Alaska replied meekly.
'I know you won't, because if you do, I will just have to kill your soulfinder instead.' I replied honestly.
After the driver pulled over outside a clothing shop, I got out of the car and let Alaska out.
'What are we doing here?' Alaska asked suspiciously.
'Well I can't take you out looking like any old scruff from the garbage.' I rolled my eyes and scorned.
Alaska took a hesitant step forward into the shop where the customer assistant was waiting, ready, like a predator stalking her prey, ready to pounce in three…two…
'Hello there, sir. Can I help you?' The shop assistant asked instantly. Always so predictable.
'Yes, I would like to purchase a dress for this women. Something classy…yet…flashy.' I said, winking at the sales assistant.
'What about this?' The women asked, holding up an expensive looking white dress.
'Well try it on then Alaska.' I said, giving her the dress and pushing her in the direction of the changing rooms.
To be fair, she didn't take that long getting changed, nether the less, I hate waiting.
'Are you done yet?' I sighed with annoyance.
'Yes.' Alaska replied dubiously, pulling the curtain back so I could see.
'Oh you look beautiful, darling.' The shop assistant exclaimed. 'Doesn't she look beautiful, Chloe?'
'Oh yes, the colour really suits you.' Chloe agreed.
'Really?' I asked doubtfully. 'I think it looks too…innocent.' I replied, giving Alaska a devilish smile which she cowered away from. 'I was hoping for something more…sexy. She has a great figure, why not show it off?' I said, smiling to myself. My head filled with images of Alaska.
'Yes she does have a lovely figure, doesn't she Megan?' Chloe said.
'I know! Boy, I would love to have legs like her.' Megan replied and they both walked away to find something more suited to my taste.
'Why are you doing this?' Alaska whispered.
'As I said, I don't want to be seen with a girl who wears converses that look like she found in the dumpster.' I replied harshly as Alaska stared down at her ratty shoes.
'Matt doesn't care about the way I dress.' She replied sadly.
'Doesn't he? All boys are the same. I like mine looking 'dressed to kill'. Or perhaps in your case, to be killed.' I said, chuckling at my own joke.
'This isn't revenge. You're doing this because you're an evil person.'
'I guess it's a mixture of both, I am doing this for revenge, because I am an evil person, however I am taking you out for dinner for my own pleasure.'
'What about this?' Chloe held up and handed it to Alaska, who took it, accepting it like a moody toddler not getting their way.
'She's a beautiful girl. Is she your daughter?' Megan asked.
'No, she's my…acquaintance.' I said, pausing to find the most suitable word.
After Alaska pulled back the curtain, I was transfixed. She was beautiful, the black lacy dress clung to her body, revealing every curve; only stopping below her bottom, showing of her beautiful legs…apart from those shoes.
'I think we might need some shoes as well, ladies.' I said, directing it to the sales assistants who quickly went off discussing the best style to get.
I stepped forward to brush a strand of hair away from Alaska's pretty face; her cheeks were blushing a furious pink.
'Maybe I won't kill you today. I think I might just keep you as a pet. You would make a very beautiful pet.' I murmured, stepping closer so I could feel her warm breath tickle my throat.
'What about these?' Chloe said, interrupting the moment. I growled with annoyance.
'Yes they will do. How much would that be?' I asked impatiently as Alaska squeezed her dainty feet into some killer black heels.
'$230, Sir.' Chloe replied.
I handed over $250 and took Alaska's hand to lead her out of the shop and into the car. I took the front passenger seat and Alaska climbed in the back next to Darrius, one of my guards. From looking in the front mirror, I could tell that Darius too very much liked the look of Alaska. Alaska could tell too; I could tell from her body language, the way she squished herself up against the door, that she didn't like it. Darius moved his hand onto Alaska's bare thigh, moving it upwards towards the hem of her dress. I was curious as to what she would to so I didn't intervene. As scared as she may be, she still slapped his hand away and shot him a deadly glare. I saw what I wanted to see and intervened when Darius made his next attempt.
'Don't touch her. She's all mine.' I said to the silence of the car.
