Buffy opened her eyes groggily and saw Angel had already left. Where would he go in such a hurry? Buffy decided to surprise him with Breakfast and went into his kitchen. Although it will likely be cereal knowing her limits. She turned on the TV for a source of noise and saw Xander, Willow, and Angel fighting some pretty mean looking demons. "Oh my god"

"Reporting live for channel six news from ground zero. A seemingly endless trail of monsters for lack of a better word has begun attacking the civilians here in addition to the meteor from the sky that impacted earlier. It is through the action of three brave souls that they have not been able to attack more then one or two actually biting the victims. Has earth been invaded, stay with us for further details."

Buffy quickly scrambled into her clothes and opened a portal ready to join the fight.

Xander simply backhanded one and took a moment to catch his breath. "These guys never end."

Xander just watches as a red and gold blur to normal people shows up and just starts knocking them aside. He sees a green beam of energy cutting through the army in the crater. He senses Wonder Woman, Martian Manhunter, Batman, and Hawkgirl right behind him. "What, no Superman? I can name a hundred different ways heat vision would be useful right now?"

Batman gave an honest shrug but he has a good feeling where Clark is at this particular moment. "He's been out of contact for hours. If I had to guess I would wager he's at his Fortress of Solitude which is cut off from the rest of the world so he can have a moment's peace."

"Dandy" Xander replied punching a demon's head clean off.

Faith walked into the living room of the capsule house and quietly looked at the blank room for lack of a better word. Xander certainly gave her the space she wanted. Why the hell did he have to say that? She sat down and turned on the TV… and speaking of Xander him and Wonder woman are fighting a swarm of demons decapitating them in groups with superhuman strength. As are Willow and Green Lantern, along with Angel, Flash, and Martian Manhunter. "What the hell!"

Faith quickly grabbed a jacket and left the house turning it back into a capsule she quickly pocketed.

Willow stabbed one of the uber vamps in the stomach with her sword and threw the reaper wing cutting his head off. "Dear god this is endless."

Buffy jumped through the portal and tackled one to the ground. She quickly staked but all she did was seem to stab it. "These guys don't die."

"Decapitations and fire, it's the only thing that works in all this dust." Willow replied.

The two girls just let out a quiet smile as it dawned to each other. Willow took the initiative. "Everybody, out of the hole!"

Xander moved in a rush grabbing Batman and Angel as everyone flew or ran out leaving only Buffy, The Martian Manhunter and Willow in the hole. Xander quickly flew back down and snatched up the Martian as well, he has more powers then Superman. "What's the matter with you?"

The martian shook himself too reality. He was paralyzed in fear by Buffy and Willow's plans when he read their thoughts so the league could know what thy were up to. "Sorry!"

Buffy looked at her best friend. "You think you can do this?"

"We're about to find out… I mean if my fire can spread that far why not everything else." Willow point out as she held her hands up as they started glowing blue.

Willow's hands touched the floor and instead of putting a blue crystal around her it put a blue crystal around the impact sight trapping all the vampires in with her and Buffy. "Uh, Buff, any time now!"

Buffy did the taunt as Willow stood next to her as the two girls were surrounded by a circle of fire. Buffy stretched her arms out pushing the fire in all directions hitting every ubervamp trapped in the blue diamond. Buffy looked up as the shield fell. "Xander fire in the hole!" Flash ran through and took Buffy and Willow out.

Xander quickly flew up and gathered ki in his hands. He shouted and blasted the hole once the barrier faded and the girls escaped.

Wonder Woman looked at the smoking hole. "Hera!"

Xander looked at them. "So, how did the Justice League miss an asteroid that could do this much damage?"

J'onn looked at him. "Whatever impacted down there just suddenly appeared right outside of Earth's atmosphere we couldn't gather int time to stop it or even get a hold of Flash. Were those vampires?"

Xander gave an honest shrug. They dusted like vampires and they couldn't tell whether or not they fry in the sun. "I think so. I couldn't sense any power level from them at the very least, so they weren't alive."

Willow looked at Oz in the crowd relieved he got out OK. She turned to Xander. "So I take it you saw the news."

"No" Xander said solemnly finding out a real downside to his Saiyan powers when connected to a power source like the triforce. "It was like Star Wars. I just felt dozens maybe even a hundred lives all disappear at once; it made my uncomfortable silence with Faith seem microscopic."

J'onn nodded forever thankful he was in the watchtower. Even now he can hear the horrified thoughts of people whom survived the impact.

Xander watched as Faith came down from the sky flying, seeing the gang all here.

Batman looked up and over all around. "You guys do know you drew a crowd right?"

Willow shrugged. "We all knew it would happen when we ran into battle. I don't even think Sunnydale syndrome can stop this." She saw the reporters coming. "No Comment!"

Xander turned around and stuck his hand up. "Guys, we missed one."

They watched a sole uber vamp desperately claw his way out until a silver blade emerged behind him piercing through his back.

Willow's eyes rose in fear seeing another being exit the crater. "They weren't running for food they were running from… that" The creature steps out showing silver skin and red eyes, oh goddess no. "Xander, get out of here!"

Buffy watched as the android's eyes blinked. "He sees him already."

Buffy watched as the last piece of the triforce was copied to the android's hand as it looked at Xander. "We are so dead."

Xander looked at the android. "It's going to be one of those days isn't it?"

The Scoobys and the League stood together ready to fight this thing one last time.
