Louella created a water archway with her powers. Ulyana, Meddella and Alexander stepped under it. She sent Diana out of her Ultra Ball.

"Come on, Diana. Now it's your turn." Louella said.

Wallace watched in amazement. He never knew Louella had powers.

Diana bounced under the water archway before Louella waved her hands, turning the water archway into a sparkling blue sphere of water. Louella held it midair between her palms before raising it to the sky, creating a dazzling rain.

"Louella, that was beautiful." Wallace remarked.

"Hehe, thank you. I never knew what I was capable of." Louella replied.

Wallace walked up to Louella and held her hand. "Louella, will you have me for your boyfriend?"

Louella was stunned. The platinum blonde girl teared up. "Oh my Arceus, yes…" Louella whispered.

Louella almost fell to her knees, but Wallace helped her up and caught her in his arms.

"I wonder what Lisia's going to say…" Meddella whispered.

"Hey!" Louella snapped at the dark pink haired girl. "I heard that!"

Ulyana and Alexander nudged their sister. "Ooh, you just got burned!"

"Shut up!" Meddella scolded her siblings.

Wallace took Louella under a tree and kissed her passionately. The Lake Trio nodded at each other and it was their cue to conjure the Fairy Wind.

After their heated makeout session was over, Wallace and Louella decided to go to the Sky Pillar.

Louella called out Leia. "Take us to the Sky Pillar!" The platinum blonde girl ordered. The Lake Trio turned into their Pokémon forms and rose into the air. Wallace and Louella climbed onto Latias.

Wallace wrapped his arms around Louella's waist and the platinum blonde girl patted Leia on her head. "Let's go!"

It didn't take the group long to get to the Sky Pillar. Wallace undid the seal and kissed Louella once more and decided to wait for her outside after she promised she would return to him alive.

The platinum blonde girl and the Lake Guardians entered the Sky Pillar and a smiling Zinnia was waiting for them.

"Hello, Louella."

Louella smiled back. "Hi, Zinnia."

Zinnia began with the first part of the ancient story she was told when she was around Maemi's age.

"Thousands of years ago, in the primal age long lost, the world was overflowing with natural energy. Primal Groudon and the people who worshipped him fought with Primal Kyogre and the people who worship him in endless, furious clashes over that energy and what they believed was the one divine truth. In the face of Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre's great power, the people could do nothing except continue to fight with each other. All they could do was fight over their beliefs being the truth as disaster upon disaster happened around them; it was in such great times of struggle and death that a great many Meteoroids poured out from the darkness of space, from a place even higher than the Heavens themselves…and the Meteoroids fell in their multitudes upon a waterfall that'd long been home to a race of Dragon Type Pokémon users."

"Wow…" Alexander breathed.

Zinnia told Louella and the Lake Trio to follow her. As she walked on, she continued with Part 2.

"The Meteoroids that rained down from the sky shone with a rainbow hued brilliance, as if they held some great power and life deep within. That was when a Pokémon that glowed in a blazing emerald hue, as if drawn to the brilliance of the Meteoroids, descended from the Heavens…it was none other than Rayquaza himself. The great Dragon Pokémon's power outclassed and overwhelmed both Primal Kyogre and Primal Groudon, and peace returned to the world. The people revered Rayquaza as their savior, at least some of them did. Those from both sides who knew that no one truth was the only divine truth, deserted their own Tribespeople and formed their own Clan that worshipped Rayquaza…and so was born the Delta Sky Tribe. The three could not coexist in peace so they each took up their own lands far away from each other, and for a time peace reigned over the world. A thousand years after this time, more Meteoroids fell onto the world again."

Zinnia took a deep breath and went on. "That was when a Meteoroid far greater and larger than any before it struck the ocean, leaving behind a huge crater unlike any other here in Hoenn. At the time, a wandering Tribe of Clerics and Water Pokémon users that had no land to call their own, took up residence inside the crater…they became known as the ancient Sootopolitans, people who had a deep connection to the waters of Hoenn and to their Water Type Pokémon. Some members of the Alpha Aqua Tribe, who were tired of the constant fighting and wars, went to Sootopolis and took up residence there with the native people."

"That's interesting, don't you think, Ulyana?" Meddella asked her sister.

"Yeah, so that's how Sootopolis came to be…" Ulyana replied.

"Now for the best part, hope you can keep up with me! So, the Meteoroid that created Sootopolis was the first of many disasters to befall humanity. When it crashed into the planet, it cracked it open and a huge welling of natural energy came pooling out. Thirsting for this energy, Kyogre and Groudon began fighting over it once more and this caused unnatural heat waves and the rising of the oceans to begin again. Knowing that the time had come to act rather than fight, the Alpha Aqua and Omega Crimson Tribes set aside their differences and worked together to save as many lives as possible, while the Delta Sky Tribe prayed for Rayquaza to save them all one more time. The Meteoroid that lay at the very heart of Sootopolis shimmered with a brilliant rainbow light, its' brilliance resembling a vast and powerful Key Stone. Hearing their wish, Rayquaza descended from the Heavens once again to grant their plea. The people of all three Tribes prayed with all their hearts for Rayquaza to save them from the ancient Primal Pokémon, destroying their world, and upon hearing their cries Rayquaza transformed into his true form."

"Could that be…?" Meddella whispered.

"A Mega Evolution?" Alexander added.

"It was humanity's deepest wish that brought about Rayquaza's transformation in the face of their genocide…yes, it was such an intangible thing that no one would've thought twice about suspecting; yet it bound people and Pokémon together, thus enabling the Legendary Pokémon to change his appearance…does it remind you of anything? I'm sure you know exactly what I mean, Louella…it sounds a lot like Mega Evolution, doesn't it?"

"Yeah," Louella replied.

"But it is similar to Primal Reversion, though." Ulyana whispered.

Zinnia went on, climbing a ladder, Louella and the Lake Trio following.

"So, do you know how the story ends? Do you think that Rayquaza complied with the peoples' wish and saved them all from disaster? Well, here's what happened…in his true form, Rayquaza confronted the two Primal Pokémon once more. The golden filaments from his body filled and covered the sky; those same filaments literally sucked all the power from the warring Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre, the raw energy becoming encased in 2 Orbs: the Red Magma Orb and the Blue Ocean Orb, both of which were entrusted to a newlywed couple that lived on Mt. Pyre. Rayquaza knew that they could be trusted to protect the Orbs from wicked forces and thieves, so he personally delivered the two Orbs to the couple before leaving them. As for Kyogre and Groudon, they both vanished into the depths of land and sea. Rayquaza watched them both depart before being released of his true form and disappearing from this world once again and going back up to the Heavens where he lived. After he left, the Delta Sky Tribe built this tower to house the rainbow Stone and remain close to Rayquaza for as long as the Tribe lived…in time, the Tribe vanished from existence and instead left behind the Draconids, people who could forge a strong bond with Dragon Pokémon as well as the murals on this wall so that people would never forget the events that led to the world today."

"Wow; that is so amazing." Ulyana whispered.

When Zinnia, Louella and the Lake Trio were near the top of the Sky Pillar, Zinnia finished her tale.

"Now for the last part of the story…a thousand years of peace followed after that disastrous time; the Draconids, who learned from the cyclical time that the world's events followed, predicted that another Meteoroid would fall onto this world again...but this one would be far more devastating than the ones that fell before it. They knew that it would be enough to end this world forever, so through their predictions they arrived at a plan. They would gather Meteorite shards and Key Stones, and then they'd use their power to invoke Rayquaza to descend from the Heavens and save this world yet again."

"So that's why you needed those Key Stones." Louella realized.

"Exactly." Zinnia replied.

Louella took the Alpha Aqua Jewel out of her bag and embedded it into her tiara.

As they made it to the top, Ulyana, Meddella and Alexander turned into their Pokémon forms.

Zinnia recited the chant to call Rayquaza.

The Emerald Dragon appeared, looking ready to draw blood. His eyes narrowed on Louella, Zinnia and the three Lake Guardians.
