Hungary
When Magyar found her, he didn't see another Nation whom he could bend to his will, or whom he could train to be the ultimate soldier.
No, what he saw was a precious little angel. His little princess.
He had spoiled her rotten, just to see the bright smile on her face. He complied with all of her demands, not wanting to see a single tear fall.
But it couldn't last. His time was coming to an end. So he decided to spend one last night with his little princess cuddled in his arms.
She woke up alone.

The next Nation to deal with her was Romania. He found that he rather liked her company, since she was one of his only neighbours that didn't want to kill/torture him.
But he could clearly see that she would be an easy target, so he used her magic to make her less of a target.
He cast a spell that prevented her from feeling pain.

As she grew older, Hungary was known as one of the only innocent Nations, along with Belarus. She was also more annoying.
Poland and Lithuania had attempted to torture her, but it had failed miserably. She couldn't feel any pain, so it was useless.
And mental torture was also ineffective, since she liked to play mind games with them while they were trying to play them with her.
The two of them started to give her a wide berth, mostly because Poland couldn't stand the amount of girly clothing she liked to wear.

She had also befriended Prussia, and would often hang around him.
But she hated Austria, and she would prove how violent she could be whenever he was around. And since Austria couldn't hurt her back, he stayed away from her.

She was also friends with Belarus, and the two would often sit together at meetings, discussing the latest fashions. Occasionally, Romano would join them, and that was when the other Nations would attempt to finish the meetings as swiftly as possible.
They knew that an explosion of pink would follow when the trio were together.
So, this is just something I came up with. Not so much history, but explanations about 2PHungary's character and her relationships with other Nations. As you can guess, her relationships with Prussia and Austria are a little flipped from her 1P's.
